技术领域
本发明涉及金属粉碎机领域,具体涉及一种粉碎机。
背景技术
粉碎机将制好的块状的大尺寸的固体原料粉碎至所要求尺寸。现有的粉碎机,该粉碎机包括前端设有进料口和后端设有出料口的直筒式的粉碎室,粉碎室内通过转轴依次穿装有多个大小相同刀盘,转轴于进料口处设有叶轮。物料通过叶轮吸至出料口。
这种粉碎机在使用过程中存在如下问题:从进料口进入物料是通过叶轮旋转产生的离心力作用下从粉碎室内通过,依次被多个刀盘进行粉碎,但由于粉碎室为直筒式且粉碎刀盘外径相同,物料被第一个粉碎刀盘击打后经常尚未进入下一个刀盘,就在离心力的作用下被吸至出口,因粉碎的物料的粒径达不到要求常被重新从进料放入进行再次粉碎,物料粉碎效率低。由于在运转过程中刀盘与物料的反复碰撞,粉碎室中会产生大量的热量,如果连续加工作业的时间较长,大量聚集的热量将导致粉碎机体出现温度过高,这将大大缩短刀盘和机器的正常使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种金属粉碎机,可将物料充分粉碎,效率高,分散粉碎室中产生的热量,延长刀盘和机器的寿命。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种金属粉碎机,其特征在于,包括粉碎室,所述粉碎室上端为进料口,下端为出料口,所述粉碎室内设置转轴,转轴上由上向下设置多个刀盘,每个刀盘的侧面设置滤网,每个刀盘下方设置底板;第一滤网与第一底板形成第一粉碎腔,粉碎室侧壁、第一滤网的下方设置第一环状板,所述第一环状板端部连接第二滤网,第二滤网与第二底板形成第二粉碎腔,粉碎室侧壁、第二滤网的下方设置第二环状板,所述第二环状板端部连接第三滤网,第三滤网与第三底板形成第三粉碎腔,第三底板下方为出料口;第一滤网、第二滤网、第三滤网的网孔由上向下依次变小;所述转轴为空心结构,转轴端部连接气泵,所述转轴侧壁开设气孔,所述进料口设置滤板。

使用时,将原料倒入入料口,物料经过刀盘粉碎后,因离心力通过第一滤网进入第二粉碎腔;经刀盘粉碎后,因离心力通过第二滤网进入第三粉碎腔,经刀盘粉碎后,因离心力通过第三滤网,从出料口倒出。气泵向粉碎室喷气,并且搅拌轴旋转带动气流旋转,气流带走热量从进料口的滤板吹出,达到分散热量的效果。
本发明的有益效果是:可将物料充分粉碎,效率高,分散粉碎室中产生的热量,延长刀盘和机器的寿命。
