Abstract
本发明提供了一种能简便地安装不重磨刀片并且防错位效果好的不重磨刀片夹紧装置。其头部36c有螺纹孔36a的带螺纹孔的螺纹件36,拧入刀片安装槽32的装配螺纹孔33内,头部36c从片安装槽32向外伸出,不重磨刀片37安装在刀片安装槽32上,并保证其配合部位37f与带螺纹孔的螺纹件36的头部36c相配合。
Description
本发明涉及一种不重磨刀片夹紧装置,可拆分地将一种不重磨刀片安装在不重磨型刀体(如用后即扔刀disposable byte、钻杆、车刀、端铣刀等)的刀片安装槽内,更确切地说,是涉及一种不重磨刀片夹紧装置,它能简便地安装不重磨刀片并能防止刀片飞出,也就是增加了其防错位功能。
对于传统的刀片夹紧装置,已在如日本未审查的实用新型公报NO64-23302中公开了。如图5所示,不重磨刀夹紧装置组成如下:带有一个成形于刀片安装槽12上的定位盲孔13的刀体11;从定位孔13的底面13a上钻的装配螺纹孔14;安装在刀片安装槽12上的垫块15,大约在其中心有固定孔15a,直径与定位孔13相近;圆柱形紧固件16,它与垫块15的固定孔15a和定位孔13相配合;以及刀片装配螺钉18,它插入到不重磨刀片17的刀片固定孔17a和紧固件16内,其头部固定在不重磨刀片17的刀片固定孔17a上,其末端拧入定位孔13的装配螺纹孔14内,这样就通过垫块15将不重磨刀片17固定到刀片安装槽12上。
但是,由于定位盲孔13位于刀片安装槽12内,且紧固件16与之相配合,从而刀片装配螺钉18的尾部末端拧在安装螺纹孔14内,而安装螺纹孔14位于刀片安装槽12下面的定位孔13的底面13a。然后,装配螺钉18的头部固定在紧固件16和垫块15面上的不重磨刀片17的刀片固定孔17a内。这样,因不重磨刀片17的刀片固定孔17a与安装螺纹孔14之间距离较传统方法的长,很难具备高夹持力,当过大的离心力作用到不重磨刀片17上时,不重磨刀片17就有可能错位。
对于具有较强防错位功效的不重磨刀片夹紧装置,已在日本未审查的实用新型公报NO.64-23301中公开了。如图6所示,不重磨刀片夹紧装置如下:具有装配螺纹孔23和形成在刀片安装槽22上的多个垫块装配螺孔24的刀体21;安装在刀片安装槽22上的垫块25,其上有通孔25a,通孔25a位于与装配螺纹孔23位置相对应处,且直径较装配螺纹孔23大,以及有位于与垫块装配螺纹孔24位置相对应处的固定孔25b;将刀片安装槽22上的垫块装配螺纹孔24与垫块25的固定孔25b连在一起的销钉26;和刀片装配螺钉28,它插入到不重磨刀片27的刀片固定孔27a和垫块25的通孔25a内,其头部固定在不重磨刀片27的刀片固定孔27a上,末端拧入刀片安装槽22的装配螺纹孔23内,这样就通过块垫25将不重磨刀片27固定在刀片安装槽22上。
在这种不重磨刀片夹紧装置中,图6所示的不重磨刀片27的刀片固定孔27a与刀片安装槽22的装配螺纹23之间的距离比图5所示的不重磨刀片夹紧装置中的短,所以当离心力增大时,可以减小不重磨刀片的错位。
但是,在这种不重磨刀片夹紧装置中,垫块25是由多个销钉26固定,零件数量多,而且这些零件的尺寸较小。结果,这种装置的缺点是难于将不重磨刀片27安装到刀体21上。
考虑以上因素,本发明的目的是提供一种便于安装不重磨刀片并且防错位功能强的不重磨刀片夹紧装置。
根据本发明第一方案的不重磨刀片夹紧装置,包括其中部带有刀片固定孔的不重磨刀片安装在刀体的刀片安装槽上,刀片装配螺钉插入到不重磨刀片的刀片固定孔内,通过将刀片装配螺钉头部锁在刀片固定孔内来固定不重磨刀片,其特征在于刀片安装槽内含装配螺纹孔的槽底面,从槽底面急速倾斜上升用来定位不重磨刀片的刀片定位面,在刀片安装槽底面有装配孔,头部有螺纹孔的带螺纹孔的螺纹件安装在装配螺纹孔上,其头部从刀片安装槽的槽底面向外伸出,不重磨刀片的刀片孔带有配合部位,带螺纹孔的螺纹件的头部插入到配合部位中并与之相配合,相对不重磨刀片的刀片固定孔,带螺纹孔的螺纹件向刀片定位面偏置,以及通过将刀片装配螺钉安装到带螺纹孔的螺纹件的螺纹孔内来固定不重磨刀片。因此,用来固定刀片装配螺钉部的不重磨刀片的刀片固定孔与刀片装配螺钉拧入的带螺纹孔的螺纹件之间的距离短,刀片装配螺钉不易弯曲。因此,当使得不重磨刀片与刀片定位面间产生分离的离心力等作用时,由于刀片装配螺钉的固定,就能显示出高的防错位功能。而且,即使逆着刀片装配螺钉的固定作用,不重磨刀片坚持脱离刀片定位面,它也仍被带螺纹孔的螺纹件固定住。
此外,不重磨刀片能用少量零件安装而且不使用小零件。
根据本发明第二方案的不重磨刀片夹紧装置的特征在于,带有固定孔的垫块位于刀片安装槽与不重磨刀片之间,带螺纹孔的螺纹件插入到垫块的固定孔内,带螺纹孔的螺纹件头部与垫块的固定孔相配合来固定它并且从固定孔向外伸出,并与第一方案中的不重磨刀片的配合部位相配合。这样,在安装不重磨刀片前,垫块就被带螺纹孔的螺纹件的头部固定住。

下面将结合附图描述本发明的一个实施例。
图3示出一种应用本发明的不重磨刀片夹紧装置的不重磨型端铣刀100。端铣刀100的刀体31由钢材或类似材料制成圆柱形。刀体31的尾部制成柄31a,它安装在一台未示出的机床的主轴向,刀片安装槽32在刀体31末端31b的外边缘。刀片安装槽32由槽底面32a和从槽底面32a急速倾斜向上伸出的一对互成直角(见图2)的刀片定位面32b,32b构成,图1所示的槽底面32a形成一平行于端铣刀100的旋转中心CT的平面。
此外,与槽底面32a成直角相交的装配螺纹孔33位于槽底面32a的中心,如图1所示。
垫块35安装在槽底面32a上。垫块35由硬质材料如硬质合金,高速钢等制成,成四方片状,其背面为垫块安装面35a,安装在刀片安装槽32的槽底面32a上,而其前面为刀片安装面35b,其上安装着不重磨刀片37。此外,垫块35的侧面靠在刀片安装槽32的刀片定位面32b、32b上,与刀片安装槽32上的装配螺纹孔33相连通的固定孔35c位于垫块35的中心并穿通垫块35。垫块35的固定孔35c的直径在不重磨刀片37侧放大,形成环形凹槽35e。
内有螺纹孔36a的带螺纹孔的螺纹件36,插入到盖住垫块35的固定孔35c的和部位装配螺纹孔33内,在带螺纹孔的螺纹件36的末端有外螺纹36a,它安装在装配螺纹孔33上。此外,带螺纹孔的螺纹件36具有环形向外伸出的头部36c,它和垫块35的固定孔35c的环形凹槽35e配合来固定垫块35。头部36c的末端从固定孔35c的环形凹槽35e向外伸出,也就是说,从垫块35的刀片安装面35b向外伸出。另外,六方孔36f开在带螺纹孔的螺纹件36的螺纹孔36a的上端,以便于转动带螺纹孔的螺纹件36。注意,也可采用十字形或一字形槽来替代六方孔36f。
不重磨刀片37安装在垫块35上。本发明的不重磨刀片37由硬质材料如硬质合金等制成,制成比垫块35大、近似四方的扁平形,相应地,前面为前倾面37a,相对的后面为安装面37b,四边为侧面37c,在每一个侧面37c倒角,这样不重磨刀片37就制成了刚性刀片。在前倾面37a与各侧面37c相交的棱处形成了用于切削的切削刃37d。另外,不重磨刀片37的四个侧面37c中的两个靠在刀片安装槽32的刀片定位面32b、32b上,如图2所示。
刀片固定孔37e与带螺纹孔的螺纹件36的螺纹孔36a连通,它位于不重磨刀片37的中心并穿通刀片37,刀片固定孔37e的内圆周面成圆锥状,刀片固定孔37e的直径向垫块35方向逐渐减小。配合部位37f形成于安装面37b侧的刀片固定孔37e的开口端,其直径扩成环状,在配合部位37f的内圆周面形成的圆锥面37g,其直径向开口端方向逐渐扩大。上述的带螺纹孔的螺纹件36的头部36c插入到配合部位37f内,带螺纹孔的螺纹件36的中心轴CT1相对不重磨刀片37的中心轴CT2,以设定的偏差量d向刀片定位面32b、32b的拐角偏置,不重磨刀片37的中心轴CT2与刀片固定孔37e的中心线一致,如图2所示。因此,配合用的凹槽37f的开口端直径比带螺纹孔的螺纹件36的头部36c的外径再加上两倍偏心预置量d所得的值还要大。
此外,刀片装配螺钉38插入到不重磨刀片37的刀片固定孔37e中,如图1所示,其头部38a固定在刀片固定孔37e的内圆周上,刀片装配螺钉38拧入带螺纹孔的螺纹件36的螺纹孔36a上。
装有本发明不重磨刀片夹具装置的端铣100具有以上所述的结构,将不重磨刀片37安装到端铣100的刀体31上的方法如下所述。
也就是说,首先,将垫块35安装在刀体31的刀片安装槽32的槽底面32a上,并确保垫块35的固定孔35c与刀片安装槽32的装配螺纹孔33同轴相连。与此同时,垫块35的侧面靠在刀片安装槽32的定位面32b、32b上。接着,将带螺纹孔的螺纹件36,从垫块35的固定孔35c直插到刀片安装槽32的安装螺纹孔33内,利用与之匹配的六角板手等类似工具转动头部36c的六角孔36f,将带螺纹孔的螺纹件36拧紧到刀片安装槽32的装配螺纹孔33上。
这样,带螺纹孔的螺纹件36的头部36c与垫块35的固定孔35c处的环形凹槽35e相配合,同时也固定住垫块35,使得它按压在刀片安装槽32的槽底面32a上。
如上所述,由于在不重磨刀片37安装前、垫块35就被带螺纹孔的螺纹件36的头部36c固定(临时地),从而简化了将要进行的安装工作。另外,垫块35还能够准确而可靠地安装在刀片安装槽32上。
除此之外,这时带螺纹孔的螺纹件36的头部36c从垫块35的环形凹槽35e向外伸出。换句话,它从垫块35的刀片安装面35b向外伸出。
随后将不重磨刀片37安装在垫块35上。这时图2所示的不重磨刀片37的四个侧面37c中的两个靠在刀片定位面32b、32b上。这样,不重磨刀片37的中心轴CT2比图1的带螺纹孔的螺纹件36的中心轴CT1(如图2所示)更偏离刀片定位面32b、32b。此外,因为配合部分37f的开口端直径比带螺纹孔的螺纹件36的头部36c的外径再加两倍偏置量d所得值还大,带螺纹孔的螺纹件36的头部36c可插入到不重磨刀片37的配合凹槽部分37f。如图1所示,要使得不重磨刀片37的刀片固定孔37e与带螺纹孔的螺纹件36的螺纹孔36 a相通并保证二者不同心,也要使螺纹孔的螺纹件36的头部36c在刀片定位面32b、32b处与不重磨刀片37的配合部位37f的锥形面37g相接触或接近。
然后,刀片装配螺钉38从不重磨刀片37的刀片固定孔37e插入到带螺纹孔的螺纹件36的螺纹孔36a中,并拧紧螺纹,于是头部38a与刀片固定孔37e的内圆周相配合。当拧紧刀片装配螺钉38时,不重磨刀片37受压,通过垫块35而固定到刀片安装槽32的槽底面32a上。与此同时,因为带螺纹孔的螺纹件36相对来说更进一步伸入到不重磨刀片37的配合部位37f的内侧,带螺纹孔的螺纹件36的头部36c在刀片定位面32b、32b侧相对偏移向配合部位37f的锥形面37g的小直径端,紧压或者使得它在刀片安装面32b、32b侧更接近锥形面37g。
由于刀片装配螺钉38通过不重磨刀片37的刀片固定孔37e拧紧在带螺纹孔的螺纹件36的头部36c的螺纹孔36a上,所以相对不重磨刀片37的中心轴CT2,它也偏向刀片安装面32b、32b。因此刀片装配螺钉38的头部38a靠近刀片安装槽32的部分,在刀片安装面32b、32b处挤压着不重磨刀片37的刀片固定孔37e的内周,这样不重磨刀片37就通过挤靠着刀片安装槽32的刀片定位面32b、32b而定位。
由于刀片装配螺钉38的头部38a处(也就是,不重磨刀片37的固定孔37e的位置)与刀片装配螺钉38拧螺纹的位置之间的距离比图6所示的传统实例短,所以,比起传统方法来,在受到使图1的不重磨刀片脱离刀片定位面32b、32b的离心力等作用下,刀片装配螺钉38不易弯曲和变形。这样,刀片装配螺钉38就较传统方法显示出更强的防错位功效。
当遇到足以使刀片装配螺钉38弯曲的力作用在不重磨刀片37上,不重磨刀片37持续偏离开刀片定位面32b时,带螺纹孔的螺纹件36的头部36c将不重磨刀片37的配合部位37f的锥形面37g固定在刀片定位面32b、32b上。在这种作用下,防不重磨刀片37错位的功效就更加强了。
由于较与图6所示的采用多个销钉26、26来固定垫块25的传统方法相比较,上述不重磨刀片37的安装方法中部位数可减少,同时不采用如销26一类的小零件,不重磨刀片37通过垫块35就能很方便地安装上,如图1所示。
图4是本发明不重磨刀片夹紧装置的另一个实施例的正剖面图,装有不重磨刀片夹紧装置的不重磨型端铣刀200与图1的端铣刀100类似,只是省略了垫块35。
如图4所示,端铣刀200设计为,在刀片安装槽32的槽底部32a上安装螺纹孔33的开口端部制有内径扩大的环形凹槽33a,带螺纹孔的螺纹件36拧紧在安装螺纹孔33上,其头部36c与环形凹槽33a相配合,头部36c末端从刀片安装槽32的槽底面32a向外伸出。不重磨刀片37安装在刀片安装槽32上,保证其配合部位37f与带螺纹孔的螺纹件36的头部36c相配合。除了垫块35的固定功能外,本实施例也能达到与图1实施例类似的功能。
虽然上述两个实施例显示本发明的不重磨刀片夹紧装置可应用到端铣刀上,不用说,本发明不重磨刀片夹紧装置也可用于不重磨型刀byte、钻杆、车刀等类似刀具上。另外,本发明还包括带螺纹孔的螺纹件36的头部36c和配合部位37f的直径不扩张的方案。
根据本发明第一方案的不重磨刀片夹紧装置,由于刀片装配螺钉不易弯曲,当通过利用离心力等使不重磨刀片脱离刀片定位面时,通过固定刀片装配螺钉,就能表现出较强的防错位功能,即使逆着装配螺钉的固定作用不重磨刀片坚持脱离刀片定位面,它也被带螺纹孔的螺纹件固定住,因而防错位功能就增强了。采用这种方案,可提高不重磨刀片防错位功能。
而且,由于安装不重磨刀片只用少量零件而且未使用小零件,可简化安装工作。
根据本发明第二方案的不重磨刀片夹紧装置,除上述优点外,由于垫块可由带螺纹孔的螺纹件的头部来固定,可简化安装工作。
Claims (2)
1、一种不重磨刀片夹紧装置,包括有穿通其中心的刀片固定孔的不重磨刀片安装在刀体的刀片安装槽上,刀片装配螺钉插入到不重磨刀片的刀片固定孔内,通过将刀片装配螺钉的头部锁紧在刀片固定孔上来固定不重磨刀片,其特征在于:
刀片安装槽有一带装配螺纹孔的槽底面,以及从所述的槽底面急速倾斜上升用以定位不重磨刀片的刀片定位面;
装配孔位于刀片安装槽的槽底面;
一个在其头部含螺纹孔的带螺纹孔的螺纹件,拧入所述的装配螺纹孔内,其头部从刀片安装槽的槽底面向外伸出;
不重磨刀片的刀片固定孔有一配合部位,所述带螺纹孔的螺纹件的头部插入到配合部位,并与之配合;
所述的带螺纹孔的螺纹件36相对不重磨刀片的刀片固定孔向刀片定位面偏置;以及
通过将刀片装配螺钉拧入到带螺纹孔的螺纹元件内来固定不重磨刀片。
2、根据权利要求1所述的不重磨刀片夹紧装置,其特征在于:
在刀片安装槽和不重磨刀片之间有一个带固定孔的垫块;
所述的带螺纹孔的螺纹件插入到所述垫块的固定孔内;以及
所述带螺纹孔的螺纹件的头部与所述垫块的固定孔相配合,用来固定垫块,而且带螺纹孔的螺纹件从固定孔向外伸出,并与所述的不重磨刀片配合部位相配合。
