Abstract
本发明公开一种稻田立体综合种养方法,采用水稻、田螺和泥鳅混合立体综合种养,包括整田、晒田,消毒施肥,栽培水稻,放田螺苗,施肥,放泥鳅苗,收获等步骤;所述肥料采用农家肥,所述饲料采用豆粉、麸皮、鱼粉、草木灰及微量元素混合制备而成,并在稻田田埂四周开挖环形沟,稻田面积较大,增挖与环形沟相通的“十”字形沟或“井”字形沟。本发明采用水稻、田螺和泥鳅混合立体综合种养,充分的利用了生产资源,提高了稻田的单位面积经济效益,减少了肥料、杀虫剂、除草剂的环境污染和成本投入,提高了经济效益。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及农业种植技术领域,具体涉及稻田立体综合种养方法。
背景技术
田螺是一种卵胎生动物,田螺的胚胎发育和仔螺发育均在母体内完成;田螺分批产卵,每年4~9月是产仔繁殖季节,仔螺出生后生长迅速,一年可发育成熟;在产出仔螺的同时,雌、雄交配受精,同时又在母体内孕育次年要生产的仔螺;一只母螺全年约产出100~150只仔螺。田螺对水体水质要求较高,产量少。可在夏、秋季节捕取。
田螺喜欢栖息在底泥富含腐殖质、饵料丰富的水域中,特别喜欢群集在微流水的地方;田螺食性杂,主要吃水生植物嫩茎叶和有机碎屑等,并且喜欢夜间活动和摄食;田螺在水温15摄氏度左右开始活动与摄食,生长最适宜温度为20~27摄氏度,水温低于8摄氏度时田螺便潜入泥穴中冬眠。
田螺肉质鲜嫩可口,风味独特,含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪和磷、钙、铁元素以及维生素,据测定:田螺可食部分中每100克含蛋白质10.7克、脂肪1.2克、碳水化物4克、灰分3.3克,又含钙1357毫克、磷19l毫克、铁19.8毫克、硫胺素0.05毫克、核黄素0.17毫克、尼克酸2.2毫克、维生素A130国际单位。田螺具有清热利水、除湿解毒的功效,用于热结小便不通、黄疸、脚气、水肿、消渴、痔疮、便血、目赤肿痛、疔疮肿毒多种症状。
泥鳅是常见的水产类大众食品,肉质细嫩,味道鲜美,营养丰富,素有水中人参之美誉。泥鳅可食部分占整个鱼体的80%左右,高于一般淡水鱼类。泥鳅含优质蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、烟酸、铁、磷、钙等,有补中益气、清利小便、解毒收痔、养肾生精功效,特别适宜身体虚弱,脾胃虚寒,营养不良,体虚盗汗者。特别是含一种类似廿碳戊烯酸的不饱和脂肪酸,有利人体抗衰老。泥鳅体内含有丰富的核苷,核苷是各种疫苗的主要成分,能提高身体抗病毒能力,特别适合急慢性肝炎及黄疸之人食用,可促进黄疸和转氨酶下降。
泥鳅喜欢栖息于静水的底层,常出没于湖泊、池塘、沟渠和水田底部富有植物碎屑的淤泥表层,对环境适应力强。生活水温10-30℃,最适水温为25-27℃,故应属温水鱼类。当水温升高至30℃时,泥鳅即潜入泥中度夏。冬季水温下降到5℃以下时,即钻入泥中20-30cm深处越冬。
目前,稻田养鱼、养蟹、养虾、泥鳅的已经有了较为系统成熟的养殖技术。田螺的养殖大多采用水塘养殖,但田螺喜欢阴暗水浅的水环境,且对水中溶解氧的含量较为敏感,水塘水位过深、水生植物少均不利于田螺的生长。此外,田螺不宜与杂食性鱼类、虾、蟹、蛙共同养殖,造成水塘利用率不高,经济效益较低。
田螺对水质要求较高,且需要微流动水进行养殖,不适合池塘静态水或深水养殖,同时大多杂食性鱼类、虾、蟹等会捕食田螺苗。目前田螺人工养殖依然采用水塘养殖,且为了提高水塘经济效益,常与其他鱼类、虾、蟹混养,造成田螺产量不高,造成市场供应紧张。
浅水稻田由于水位浅,不适合养草鱼、鲢鱼、鳙鱼等体型较大的鱼类,但非常适合养田螺、泥鳅等小型鱼类。由于田螺和泥鳅生存环境相似,田螺对水质环境的要求高于泥鳅,因此,在养殖田螺的稻田中,配合养殖泥鳅,可以疏松稻田土壤、提高水稻的产量,同时收获田螺和泥鳅,得到高质量的田螺和泥鳅,增加稻田的经济效益。
发明内容
针对现有现有技术上的不足,本发明提供一种的稻田立体综合种养方法,在稻田内立体综合种养水稻、田螺、泥鳅,为田螺和泥鳅提供适宜的养殖环境,减少稻田农药的使用,提高稻田的经济效益。
本发明目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
稻田立体综合种养方法,是采用水稻、田螺和泥鳅混合立体综合种养,包括以下步骤:
(1)整田、晒田:选择无化肥、农药污染的稻田或者选择沼泽地改造为稻田,稻田四周修筑防止泥鳅逃走的田埂,田埂上开设有进水口、出水口、溢水口,所述进水口、出水口、溢水口设置有防逃装置;放干水,晒田1~2天;
(2)消毒施肥:在晾晒后的田块均匀撒上生石灰粉2~4kg/亩,注入新水至水漫过土壤3cm以上,浸泡1天以后,施农家肥200~250kg/亩,耙田,使生石灰粉与农家肥充分混合发酵;
(3)栽培水稻。
(4)放田螺苗:待水稻秧苗移植一周长出新根后,将田螺苗放入稻田内,一亩稻田投放田螺苗120~150kg;将田螺苗放入稻田后,稻田内的水深度要保持3厘米以上;
(5)施肥:在田螺苗放入稻田3-5天后,将牛、羊粪施入稻田内,一亩稻田施牛、羊粪1.8-2.5吨;
(6)放泥鳅苗:施牛、羊粪7~15天后,将泥鳅苗放入稻田,一亩稻田投放泥鳅苗100~150kg;将泥鳅苗放入稻田后,稻田内的水深度要保持5厘米以上;
(7)收获:在稻谷成熟收割后,收田螺和捕捞泥鳅。
田螺、泥鳅和水稻共养,水稻为田螺和泥鳅提供阴凉的环境,同时,水稻田中的杂草和昆虫为泥鳅和田螺提供天然饵料,减少了除草剂、杀虫剂的使用;泥鳅和田螺的排泄物又为水稻提供了肥料,减少了水稻肥料的使用。同时泥鳅在田间的活动还能疏松稻田土壤,使水稻根呼吸更好,提高水稻单株产量。
进一步地,所述稻田沿稻田田埂内侧四周开挖供田螺、泥鳅活动、避旱和觅食的环形沟,所述环形沟内水深度全年保持不少于30cm;所述环形沟宽度为1-2m,深度为0.5-0.8m;单片稻田大于20亩,稻田内增挖与环形沟相通的“十”字形沟或“井”字形沟,“十”字形沟或“井”字形沟,宽度为0.8~1.2m,深度为0.4~0.6m。在干旱天气时,田螺可暂时生活在环形沟或“十”字形沟或“井”字形沟内;同时,水涝时,环形沟或“十”字形沟或“井”字形沟可增加稻田的储水量和排水速度,避免稻田溢水严重,减少田螺、泥鳅水涝损失。水稻收割后,可排干稻田水,使田螺、泥鳅集中在环形沟或“十”字形沟或“井”字形沟内,方便泥鳅捕捞和田螺采收。
所述环形沟或“十”字形沟或“井”字形沟内投放鳙鱼、草鱼或鲢鱼苗4~8尾/亩。由于水稻与田螺、泥鳅综合种养,不适合大量使用除草剂,投放少量食草类鱼,如鳙鱼、草鱼或鲢鱼,可减少稻田内杂草的生长,避免稻田内杂草过多,影响水稻、田螺和泥鳅的产量。但鳙鱼、草鱼或鲢鱼苗不易投放过多,挤压田螺和泥鳅的生长环境,和吃掉稻苗,使水稻、田螺和泥鳅减产。每年田螺和泥鳅收获时,也要及时捕捞投放的成鱼,避免稻田内鱼过多,影响水稻、田螺和泥鳅的产量。
所述环形沟或“十”字形沟或“井”字形沟种植一行茭白,每株茭白之间间距40~60cm。使环形沟或“十”字形沟或“井”字形沟内阴凉,同时增加稻田的生物多样性,提高稻田的经济效益。
所述环形沟或“十”字形沟或“井”字形沟内底部淤泥厚度不小于20cm。
所述农家肥由鸡粪、牛粪或羊粪、猪粪和豆渣混合制成,其质量份数分别为鸡粪10-20份、牛粪或羊粪60-75份、其猪粪10~15份,豆渣5~10份。
所述牛粪或者羊粪选用天然牧场的牛粪、羊粪或以草喂食的牛、羊排出的粪便,且尽量使用新鲜的粪便。
所述稻田内,放入泥鳅苗之后,水稻收割之前,每月投放饲料180~360kg/亩,每月投放牛粪或羊粪200~400 kg/亩,所述饲料每日分早中晚三次投放。
所述饲料为土豆粉、玉米粉、红薯粉、麸皮、鱼粉、草木灰、植物油渣、蛋黄及微量元素混合制备,其质量份数分别为:土豆粉20~30份、玉米粉20~30份、红薯粉20~30份、麸皮10~15份、鱼粉5~8份、草木灰5~7份、植物油渣5~8份、蛋黄0.5~1份及微量元素0.5~1份;所述微量元素包括铜、锌、铁、镁,铜:锌:铁:镁质量比为:1:2:5:2。
稻田第一年养殖田螺、泥鳅后,收获田螺、泥鳅时,留部分成年田螺或泥鳅在稻田中,第二年则可根据稻田中田螺和泥鳅的量不再投放或减少鱼苗的投放。此外,可根据稻田内的水草生长情况,适当投放水草、浮萍在环形沟或“十”字形沟或“井”字形沟内,并用竹篾使其固定在沟内,避免其在稻田内四处漂浮,不便稻田管理,造成大量生长,影响水中溶解氧的含量。
根据养殖户自身选择或者市场需求,还可两年捕收一次田螺和泥鳅,得到单价更高的大田螺和大泥鳅。
有益效果:
(1)本发明提供的稻田立体综合种养方法采用水稻、田螺和泥鳅混合立体综合种养,充分的利用了生产资源,无需专业设备,无培育污染,在收获水稻的同时,可同时收获田螺、泥鳅,提高了稻田的单位面积经济效益,且为市场提供了优质的田螺、泥鳅。
(2)本发明提供的稻田立体综合种养方法采用禽畜粪便、农作物制备的混合饲料作为田螺、泥鳅的饲料和水稻的肥料,减少了肥料的使用,同时田螺和泥鳅与水稻综合种养,减少了杀虫剂、除草剂的使用,减少了肥料、杀虫剂、除草剂的环境污染和成本投入,提高了经济效益。
(3)本发明提供的稻田立体综合种养方法采用稻田开挖环形沟、十”字形沟或“井”字形沟,增加稻田的储水量和排水速度,减少干旱时田螺、泥鳅死亡,避免水涝时稻田溢水严重,减少田螺、泥鳅水涝损失。同时,可通过排干稻田水,使田螺、泥鳅集中捕捞和采收,减少泥鳅捕捞困难。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例提供的稻田立体综合种养方法,包括下列步骤:
(1)整田、晒田:选择无化肥、农药污染的稻田或者选择沼泽地改造为稻田,稻田四周修筑防止泥鳅逃走的田埂,田埂上开设有进水口、出水口、溢水口,所述进水口、出水口、溢水口设置有防逃装置;放干水,晒田1天;
所述稻田沿稻田田埂内侧四周开挖供田螺、泥鳅活动、避旱和觅食的环形沟,所述环形沟内水深度全年保持不少于30cm;所述环形沟宽度为1.2m,深度为0.8m;单片稻田大于20亩,稻田内增挖与环形沟相通的“十”字形沟或“井”字形沟,“十”字形沟或“井”字形沟,宽度为0.8m,深度为0.6m。
(2)消毒施肥:在晾晒后的田块均匀撒上生石灰粉2kg/亩,注入新水至水漫过土壤3cm以上,浸泡1天以后,施农家肥200kg/亩,耙田,使生石灰粉与农家肥充分混合发酵。所述农家肥为10份鸡粪、75份牛粪、15份猪粪和5份豆渣混合而成。
(3)栽培水稻,将培育好的水稻秧苗移植到稻田中。
(4)放田螺苗:待水稻秧苗移植一周长出新根后,将田螺苗放入稻田内,一亩稻田投放田螺苗120kg;将田螺苗放入稻田后,稻田内的水深度要保持3厘米以上;
(5)施肥:在田螺苗放入稻田3天后,将牛、羊粪施入稻田内,一亩稻田施牛、羊粪1.8吨;
(6)放泥鳅苗:施牛、羊粪7天后,将泥鳅苗放入稻田,一亩稻田投放泥鳅苗150kg;将泥鳅苗放入稻田后,稻田内的水深度要保持5厘米以上;
(7)投放饲料:所述稻田内,放入泥鳅苗之后,水稻收割之前,每天分早中晚三次投放饲料,且饲料投放量以7天为周期逐渐增加。牛粪或羊粪每15天投放依次,且投放量逐步增加。泥鳅苗刚刚投放时,饲料投放量为180kg/亩/月,稻田收割之后饲料投放量每日不低于10kg/亩。牛粪或羊粪每月投放量从200 kg/亩逐渐增加至300kg/亩以上。所述饲料包括豆粉20份、玉米粉30份、红薯粉30份、麸皮15份、鱼粉5份、植物油渣8份、草木灰5份、蛋黄0.5份及微量元素1份;所述微量元素包括铜、锌、铁、镁,铜:锌:铁:镁质量比为:1:2:5:2
(8)收获:在稻谷成熟收割后,放干水稻田的水,但环形沟、“十”字形沟或“井”字形沟内依然保留不浅于20cm的水深,收田螺和捕捞泥鳅。
具体收益如表1所示:

所述稻田沿稻田田埂内侧四周开挖供田螺、泥鳅活动、避旱和觅食的环形沟,所述环形沟内水深度全年保持不少于40cm;所述环形沟宽度为1.8m,深度为0.6m;单片稻田大于20亩,稻田内增挖与环形沟相通的“十”字形沟或“井”字形沟,“十”字形沟或“井”字形沟,宽度为1.2m,深度为0.5m。
(2)消毒施肥:在晾晒后的田块均匀撒上生石灰粉4kg/亩,注入新水至水漫过土壤3cm以上,浸泡1天以后,施农家肥250kg/亩,耙田,使生石灰粉与农家肥充分混合发酵。所述农家肥为20份鸡粪、60份牛粪、10份猪粪和10份豆渣混合而成。
(3)栽培水稻。
(4)放田螺苗:待水稻秧苗移植一周长出新根后,将田螺苗放入稻田内,一亩稻田投放田螺苗150kg;将田螺苗放入稻田后,稻田内的水深度要保持3厘米以上;
(5)施肥:在田螺苗放入稻田3天后,将牛、羊粪施入稻田内,一亩稻田施牛、羊粪2.0吨;
(6)放泥鳅苗:施牛、羊粪7天后,将泥鳅苗放入稻田,一亩稻田投放泥鳅苗120kg;将泥鳅苗放入稻田后,稻田内的水深度要保持5厘米以上;
(7)投放饲料:所述稻田内,放入泥鳅苗之后,水稻收割之前,每天分早中晚三次投放饲料,且饲料投放量以7天为周期逐渐增加。牛粪或羊粪每15天投放依次,且投放量逐步增加。泥鳅苗刚刚投放时,饲料投放量为180kg/亩/月,稻田收割之后饲料投放量每日不低于10kg/亩。牛粪或羊粪每月投放量从200 kg/亩逐渐增加至300kg/亩以上。所述饲料包括土豆粉、玉米粉、红薯粉、麸皮、鱼粉、草木灰、植物油渣、蛋黄及微量元素混合制备,包括豆粉30份、玉米粉20份、红薯粉30份、麸皮10份、鱼粉8份、植物油渣5份、草木灰7份、蛋黄1份及微量元素0.5份;所述微量元素包括铜、锌、铁、镁,铜:锌:铁:镁质量比为:1:2:5:2。
(8)收获:在稻谷成熟收割后,放干水稻田的水,但环形沟、“十”字形沟或“井”字形沟内依然保留不浅于20cm的水深,收田螺和捕捞泥鳅。
具体收益如表2所示:

实施例2中稻田综合种养田螺、泥鳅经济效益如表2所示,水稻按2.4元/kg,商品螺按6元/kg,泥鳅按20元/kg的市场批发价计算效益。
稻田综合养殖泥鳅、田螺,减少了稻田种植水稻所需的肥料、农药、除草剂的使用,同时泥鳅在稻田内活动,疏松了稻田土壤,泥鳅和田螺的排泄物可作为水稻的肥料,提高了水稻的产量。
泥鳅单价高,稻田综合养殖泥鳅,经济效益高,但泥鳅生存密度大,易导致泥鳅苗存活率低,易发疾病,影响泥鳅的产量。稻田混养田螺、泥鳅,田螺、泥鳅存活率高,成长较快,捕收时田螺单只、泥鳅单尾重量较高,肉质口感佳,更符合市场需求。

Claims (8)
1.稻田立体综合种养方法,其特征在于:是采用水稻、田螺和泥鳅混合立体综合种养,包括以下步骤:
(1)整田、晒田:选择无化肥、农药污染的稻田或者选择沼泽地改造为稻田,稻田四周修筑防止泥鳅逃走的田埂,田埂上开设有进水口、出水口、溢水口,所述进水口、出水口、溢水口设置有防逃装置;放干水,晒田1~2天;
(2)消毒施肥:在晾晒后的田块均匀撒上生石灰粉2~4kg/亩,注入新水至水漫过土壤3cm以上,浸泡1天以后,施农家肥200~250kg/亩,耙田,使生石灰粉与农家肥充分混合发酵;
(3)栽培水稻;
(4)放田螺苗:待水稻秧苗移植一周长出新根后,将田螺苗放入稻田内,一亩稻田投放田螺苗120-150kg;将田螺苗放入稻田后,稻田内的水深度要保持3厘米以上;
(5)施肥:在田螺苗放入稻田3-5天后,将牛、羊粪施入稻田内,一亩稻田施牛、羊粪1.8-2.5吨;
(6)放泥鳅苗:施牛、羊粪7~15天后,将泥鳅苗放入稻田,一亩稻田投放泥鳅苗100-150kg;将泥鳅苗放入稻田后,稻田内的水深度要保持5厘米以上;
(7)收获:在稻谷成熟收割后,收田螺和捕捞泥鳅。
2.根据权利要求1所述的稻田立体综合种养方法,其特征在于:所述稻田沿稻田田埂内侧四周开挖供田螺、泥鳅活动、避旱和觅食的环形沟,所述环形沟内水深度全年保持不少于30cm;所述环形沟宽度为1-2m,深度为0.5-0.8m;单片稻田大于20亩,稻田内增挖与环形沟相通的“十”字形沟或“井”字形沟,“十”字形沟或“井”字形沟,宽度为0.8~1.2m,深度为0.4~0.6m。
3.根据权利要求2所述的稻田立体综合种养方法,其特征在于:所述环形沟或“十”字形沟或“井”字形沟内投放鳙鱼、草鱼或鲢鱼苗4~8尾/亩。
4.根据权利要求2所述的稻田立体综合种养方法,其特征在于:所述环形沟或“十”字形沟或“井”字形沟种植一行茭白,每株茭白之间间距40~60cm。
5.根据权利要求2所述的稻田立体综合种养方法,其特征在于:所述环形沟或“十”字形沟或“井”字形沟内底部淤泥厚度不小于20cm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的稻田立体综合种养方法,其特征在于:所述农家肥由鸡粪、牛粪或羊粪、猪粪和豆渣混合制成,其质量份数分别为鸡粪10-20份、牛粪或羊粪60-75份、其猪粪10~15份,豆渣5~10份。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一所述的稻田立体综合种养方法,其特征在于:所述稻田内,放入泥鳅苗之后,水稻收割之前,每月投放饲料180~360kg/亩,每月投放牛粪或羊粪200~400kg/亩。
8.根据权利要求7所述的稻田立体综合种养方法,其特征在于:所述饲料为土豆粉、玉米粉、红薯粉、麸皮、鱼粉、草木灰、植物油渣、蛋黄及微量元素混合制备,其质量份数分别为:土豆粉20~30份、玉米粉20~30份、红薯粉20~30份、麸皮10~15份、鱼粉5~8份、草木灰5~7份、植物油渣5~8份、蛋黄0.5~1份及微量元素0.5~1份;所述微量元素包括铜、锌、铁、镁,铜:锌:铁:镁质量比为:1:2:5:2。
