本发明的一种金属门的门框和门板连接结构涉及一种金属门,包括边框和门板,边框为矩形框架,矩形框架内安装着门板,边框与门板的连接处外侧设有外扣线、内侧设有内扣线,边框外侧设有一条以上的外卡接槽、内侧设有一条以上的内卡接槽,外扣线内侧设有与外卡接槽配合是使用的外卡台、内扣线内侧设有与内卡接槽配合是使用的内卡台,外扣线和内扣线内端之间为门板夹持部。本发明的一种金属门的门框和门板连接结构,结构设计合理,密封性稳定性高,使用寿命长、隔音效果好,通过内、外连接件夹持住门板并固定在边框上,外形美观,结构稳定性非常高,增加了多个密封胶条装置,不会出现变形或者松动的现象,也实现了加强隔音的效果。

本发明涉及一种金属门,具体涉及一种金属门的门框和门板连接结构。
背景技术
金属门已经被广泛应用在生活中的各个领域中,现有的金属门一般包括门框、安装在门框内的栅栏、安装在栅栏周边的门板,所述门板通过连接件或焊接的方式固定安装在门框上。由于部分门板与门框采用不同的材质,在许多情况下无法直接焊接,并且焊接的点焊位置直接暴露在外部,直接影响了门的外观。还有部分门的门板通过连接件的方式固定,连接件固定在门框上并形成一个可以安装门板的安装槽,门板直接安装在该安装槽内,这样不存在明显的焊接位,并且连接稳定性较高。然而现有的连接件结构较为简单,稳固性不够,长久使用后容易松动,密封性也较差,隔音效果欠佳。
发明内容
本发明旨在针对背景技术中存在的不足,而提供的一种金属门的门框和门板连接结构。
本发明的一种金属门的门框和门板连接结构,包括边框和门板,其边框为矩形框架,矩形框架内安装着门板,边框与门板的连接处外侧设有外扣线、内侧设有内扣线,边框外侧设有一条以上的外卡接槽、内侧设有一条以上的内卡接槽,外扣线内侧设有与外卡接槽配合是使用的外卡台、内扣线内侧设有与内卡接槽配合是使用的内卡台,外扣线和内扣线内端之间为门板夹持部,所述的边框内端上设有凹槽、凹槽内设有正面密封胶条。
作为本发明的优选,门板夹持部处的外扣线和内扣线内侧均设有一条以上的胶条安装槽,胶条安装槽内均安装着侧面密封胶条。
作为本发明的优选,所述的置于外扣线和内扣线外的侧面密封胶条的横截面为三角形,其直角边背向边框一侧。
作为本发明的优选,门板与门板夹持部的插接部厚度小于门板主体的厚度。
本发明的一种金属门的门框和门板连接结构,结构设计合理,安装方便、密封性稳定性高,使用寿命长、隔音效果好,通过内、外连接件夹持住门板并固定在边框上,不存在焊接不稳的问题,并且门板的周边不存在焊点,外形美观,结构稳定性非常高,增加了多个密封胶条装置,不会出现变形或者松动的现象,也实现了加强隔音的效果。

实施例1
本发明的一种金属门的门框和门板连接结构,包括边框1和门板2,其边框1为矩形框架,矩形框架内安装着门板2,边框1与门板2的连接处外侧设有外扣线3、内侧设有内扣线4,边框1外侧设有一条以上的外卡接槽5、内侧设有一条以上的内卡接槽6,外扣线3内侧设有与外卡接槽5配合是使用的外卡台7、内扣线4内侧设有与内卡接槽6配合是使用的内卡台8,外扣线3和内扣线4内端之间为门板夹持部9,所述的边框1内端上设有凹槽10、凹槽10内设有正面密封胶条11。

本发明的一种金属门的门框和门板连接结构,包括边框1和门板2,其边框1为矩形框架,矩形框架内安装着门板2,边框1与门板2的连接处外侧设有外扣线3、内侧设有内扣线4,边框1外侧设有一条以上的外卡接槽5、内侧设有一条以上的内卡接槽6,外扣线3内侧设有与外卡接槽5配合是使用的外卡台7、内扣线4内侧设有与内卡接槽6配合是使用的内卡台8,外扣线3和内扣线4内端之间为门板夹持部9,所述的边框1内端上设有凹槽10、凹槽10内设有正面密封胶条11,用于边框与门板四周正面的密封。门板夹持部9处的外扣线3和内扣线4内侧均设有一条以上的胶条安装槽12,胶条安装槽12内均安装着侧面密封胶条13,用于扣线与门板之间的密封,置于外扣线3和内扣线4外的侧面密封胶条13的横截面为三角形,其直角边背向边框1一侧,便于门板的插接部向内扣线和外扣线之间的门板夹持部9插入。门板2与门板夹持部9的插接部厚度小于门板2主体的厚度。

1.一种金属门的门框和门板连接结构,包括边框(1)和门板(2),其特征在于边框(1)为矩形框架,矩形框架内安装着门板(2),边框(1)与门板(2)的连接处外侧设有外扣线(3)、内侧设有内扣线(4),边框(1)外侧设有一条以上的外卡接槽(5)、内侧设有一条以上的内卡接槽(6),外扣线(3)内侧设有与外卡接槽(5)配合是使用的外卡台(7)、内扣线(4)内侧设有与内卡接槽(6)配合是使用的内卡台(8),外扣线(3)和内扣线(4)内端之间为门板夹持部(9),所述的边框(1)内端上设有凹槽(10)、凹槽(10)内设有正面密封胶条(11)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种金属门的门框和门板连接结构,其特征在于门板夹持部(9)处的外扣线(3)和内扣线(4)内侧均设有一条以上的胶条安装槽(12),胶条安装槽(12)内均安装着侧面密封胶条(13)。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种金属门的门框和门板连接结构,其特征在于所述的置于外扣线(3)和内扣线(4)外的侧面密封胶条(13)的横截面为三角形,其直角边背向边框(1)一侧。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的一种金属门的门框和门板连接结构,其特征在于门板(2)与门板夹持部(9)的插接部厚度小于门板(2)主体的厚度。
