一种垂直型HDMI金属接头 技术领域
本专利涉及数据传输设备领域,尤其涉及一种垂直型HDMI(High Definition Multimedia Interface,HDMI)接头。
背景技术
随着市场的发展,垂直型HDMI接头用量越来越大。目前市场上存在的垂直型HDMI接头通常使用包裹金属箔片的方法来实现电磁屏蔽。具体过程是:在注塑完内膜后,在内膜上包裹一层金属箔片,以此来减小电磁干扰的影响。由于该方法只能在金属箔片包裹的环状区域内产生涡流效益,若电磁干扰来自垂直方向,则电磁屏蔽效果不佳。而且由于90°角度的存在,包裹很不方便,金属箔片容易破裂,影响使用效果。
实用新型内容
为解决上述技术不足,本实用新型提供一种垂直型HDMI接头。
本实用新型提供一种垂直型HDMI接头,具体技术方案是:
一种垂直型HDMI金属接头包括壳体2,和嵌套在所述壳体内的HDMI端子1,其特征在于:所述的壳体分为上壳体21和下壳体22,下壳体弯向上壳体,两者成90度角,其中:
上壳体21包括第一屏蔽面211和与第一屏蔽面垂直的第二屏蔽面212,第一屏蔽面和第二屏蔽面设有与其成90°的第一侧边213和第二侧边214,且第一侧边和第二侧边分开不相连,第二侧边上设有卡爪;第一屏蔽面和第二屏蔽向着侧边弯曲方向的反向弯曲成90°,上壳体上有圆弧面215;
下壳体22包括第三屏蔽面221和与第三屏蔽面垂直的第四屏蔽面222,第三屏蔽面和第四屏蔽面设有与其成90°的第三侧边223和第四侧边224,且第三侧边和第四侧边分开不相连,第四侧边上设有卡槽;第一屏蔽面和第二屏蔽沿着侧边弯曲的方向弯曲成90°;下壳体上有与圆弧面215方向相反的圆弧形齿爪225;
上壳体21与下壳体22通过第二侧边上的卡爪与第四侧边上的卡槽的结合在一起,同时圆弧形齿爪225的齿爪箍住圆弧面215;第三屏蔽面221上还设有与其成90°的封沿 226。
进一步地,所述的HDMI端子1下端和壳体2内的空间填充有内膜,内膜上粘有单面绝缘胶纸。
进一步地,所述的壳体2为马口铁制成。
进一步地,必要时,上壳体21与下壳体22需点焊加强密封效果。
本实用新型可完全屏蔽来自垂直方向的电磁干扰,结构简单,屏蔽效果好,下壳体的齿爪,可进一步增强密封剂屏蔽效果。并且加工可靠性好,精度高,不良率低,便于批量加工,降低生产成本。

如图1至图3所示,一种垂直型HDMI接头包括壳体2,和嵌套在所述壳体内的HDMI端子1,其特征在于:所述的壳体分为上壳体21和下壳体22,下壳体弯向上壳体,两者成90度角,其中:
上壳体21包括第一屏蔽面211和与第一屏蔽面垂直的第二屏蔽面212,第一屏蔽面和第二屏蔽面设有与其成90°的第一侧边213和第二侧边214,且第一侧边和第二侧边分开不相连,第二侧边上设有卡爪;第一屏蔽面和第二屏蔽向着侧边弯曲方向的反向弯曲成90°,上壳体上有圆弧面215;
下壳体22包括第三屏蔽面221和与第三屏蔽面垂直的第四屏蔽面222,第三屏蔽面和第四屏蔽面设有与其成90°的第三侧边223和第四侧边224,且第三侧边和第四侧边分开不相连,第四侧边上设有卡槽;第一屏蔽面和第二屏蔽沿着侧边弯曲的方向弯曲成90°;下壳体上有与圆弧面215方向相反的圆弧形齿爪225;
上壳体21与下壳体22通过第二侧边上的卡爪与第四侧边上的卡槽的结合在一起,同时圆弧形齿爪225的齿爪箍住圆弧面215;第三屏蔽面221上还设有与其成90°的封沿226。
所述的HDMI端子1下端和壳体2内的空间填充有内膜,内膜上粘有单面绝缘胶纸。
所述的壳体2为马口铁制成。
上壳体21与下壳体22需点焊加强密封效果。

    上壳体(21)包括第一屏蔽面(211)和与第一屏蔽面垂直的第二屏蔽面(212),第一屏蔽面和第二屏蔽面设有与其成90°的第一侧边(213)和第二侧边(214),且第一侧边和第二侧边分开不相连,第二侧边上设有卡爪;第一屏蔽面和第二屏蔽向着侧边弯曲方向的反向弯曲成90°,上壳体上有圆弧面(215);
    下壳体(22)包括第三屏蔽面(221)和与第三屏蔽面垂直的第四屏蔽面(222),第三屏蔽面和第四屏蔽面设有与其成90°的第三侧边(223)和第四侧边(224),且第三侧边和第四侧边分开不相连,第四侧边上设有卡槽;第一屏蔽面和第二屏蔽沿着侧边弯曲的方向弯曲成90°;下壳体上有与圆弧面(215)方向相反的圆弧形齿爪(225);
    上壳体(21)与下壳体(22)通过第二侧边上的卡爪与第四侧边上的卡槽的结合在一起,同时圆弧形齿爪(225)的齿爪箍住圆弧面(215);第三屏蔽面(221)上还设有与其成90°的封沿(226)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种垂直型HDMI金属接头,其特征在于:所述的HDMI端子(1)下端和壳体(2)内的空间填充有内膜,内膜上粘有单面绝缘胶纸。
