本发明提供一种水溶性食品包装薄膜及其制备方法,涉及食品包装制备技术领域,包括如下质量份组成:聚乙烯醇15~18份、蛋白粉40~60份、葛根粉12~15份、马铃薯粉10~13份、玉米淀粉8~12份、柠檬酸2~4份、壳聚糖5~8份、亚麻籽油1~3份、山梨醇3~6份、琼脂2~4份、增塑剂5~8份、水40~50份;本发明提供了一种水溶性食品包装薄膜及其制备方法,原料价格低廉,制备成本低,制备工艺简单易操作,食用起来无毒无味,本发明提供的水溶性食品包装薄膜各方面性能优越,其中厚度更低,但是撕裂度性能好,是起来更加稳固,在高温条件下不易发生形变,更稳定,降解速度也比一般的水溶性食品包装薄膜更快。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品包装制备技术领域,具体涉及一种水溶性食品包装薄膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
今年来,食品包装材料安全的重要性不断上升,这已经成为世界各国的研究领域,都希望研发处环保和安全的食品包装材料,同时也加强了对目前食品包装材料安全性的监管,食品包装材料是可以保护其中食品的材料,能够防止各种物理、化学和生物等环境因素的影响。目前,市场对食品包装材料的要求不断增加,希望可以为新鲜和高品质的食品延长保质期,尤其是对活性包装材料的需求,因为它可以通过改变包装材料内部的包装环境,防止微生物的生长等方式提高食品的保质期。
目前,最常用的塑料包装材料,它在提高人们生活质量、带来极大方便的同时,塑料包装材料在卫生性能方面存在的潜在危险以及其废物物对环境的负面影响却日趋突出。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种水溶性食品包装薄膜及其制备方法。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种水溶性食品包装薄膜及其制备方法,包括如下质量份组成:聚乙烯醇15~18份、蛋白粉40~60份、葛根粉12~15份、马铃薯粉10~13份、玉米淀粉8~12份、柠檬酸2~4份、壳聚糖5~8份、亚麻籽油1~3份、山梨醇3~6份、琼脂2~4份、增塑剂5~8份、水40~50份。
优选地,所述蛋白粉选自乳清蛋白、豌豆蛋白和大豆分离蛋白中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述蛋白粉包括如下质量份组成:大豆分离蛋白20~36份、豌豆蛋白10~12份、乳清蛋白10~12份。
优选地,所述大豆分离蛋白为蛋白质含量90wt%的非转基因大豆分离蛋白。
优选地,包括如下步骤:
S1、将蛋白粉、葛根粉、马铃薯粉、玉米淀粉进行粉碎,过150目标准筛,把过筛后所得的粉末放入烧杯中;
S2、将烧杯加入水和壳聚糖,并将温度升到55~60℃,以80-100r/min的速度搅拌均匀,然后过滤;
S3、将聚乙烯醇、柠檬酸、亚麻籽油、山梨醇、琼脂投入到烧杯中混合,以3~4℃/min的升温速率升温至80~95℃;
S4、将烧杯内的溶液进行搅拌,搅拌5~10min后加入增塑剂,制得成膜液;
S5、将膜液倒入模具中,在温度为45~50℃下干燥5~6h后揭膜,即可得到水溶性食品包装薄膜。
本发明提供了一种水溶性食品包装薄膜及其制备方法,水溶性能优异,溶解速度快;且其原料价格低廉,制备成本低,制备工艺简单易操作,具有较高的实用价值,食用起来无毒无味,可用于食品、医药、特种产品的包装和日常生活、购物、水果保鲜等;本发明提供的水溶性食品包装薄膜各方面性能优越,其中厚度更低,但是撕裂度性能好,使用起来更加稳固,在高温条件下不易发生形变,更稳定,降解速度也比一般的水溶性食品包装薄膜更快。

实施例1:
一种水溶性食品包装薄膜及其制备方法,包括如下质量份组成:聚乙烯醇15份、蛋白粉40份、葛根粉12份、马铃薯粉10份、玉米淀粉8份、柠檬酸2份、壳聚糖5份、亚麻籽油1份、山梨醇3份、琼脂2份、增塑剂5份、水40份。
优选地,所述蛋白粉选自乳清蛋白、豌豆蛋白和大豆分离蛋白中的一种或几种。
优选地,所述大豆分离蛋白为蛋白质含量90wt%的非转基因大豆分离蛋白。
优选地,包括如下步骤:
S1、将蛋白粉、葛根粉、马铃薯粉、玉米淀粉进行粉碎,过150目标准筛,把过筛后所得的粉末放入烧杯中;
S2、将烧杯加入水和壳聚糖,并将温度升到55℃,以80r/min的速度搅拌均匀,然后过滤;
S3、将聚乙烯醇、柠檬酸、亚麻籽油、山梨醇、琼脂投入到烧杯中混合,以3℃/min的升温速率升温至80℃;
S4、将烧杯内的溶液进行搅拌,搅拌5min后加入增塑剂,制得成膜液;
S5、将膜液倒入模具中,在温度为45℃下干燥5h后揭膜,即可得到水溶性食品包装薄膜。
实施例2:
一种水溶性食品包装薄膜及其制备方法,包括如下质量份组成:聚乙烯醇8份、蛋白粉60份、葛根粉15份、马铃薯粉13份、玉米淀粉12份、柠檬酸4份、壳聚糖8份、亚麻籽油3份、山梨醇6份、琼脂4份、增塑剂8份、水50份。
优选地,所述蛋白粉选自乳清蛋白、豌豆蛋白和大豆分离蛋白中 的一种或几种。
优选地,所述蛋白粉包括如下质量份组成:大豆分离蛋白36份、豌豆蛋白12份、乳清蛋白12份。
优选地,所述大豆分离蛋白为蛋白质含量90wt%的非转基因大豆分离蛋白。
优选地,包括如下步骤:
S1、将蛋白粉、葛根粉、马铃薯粉、玉米淀粉进行粉碎,过150目标准筛,把过筛后所得的粉末放入烧杯中;
S2、将烧杯加入水和壳聚糖,并将温度升到60℃,以100r/min的速度搅拌均匀,然后过滤;
S3、将聚乙烯醇、柠檬酸、亚麻籽油、山梨醇、琼脂投入到烧杯中混合,以4℃/min的升温速率升温至95℃;
S4、将烧杯内的溶液进行搅拌,搅拌10min后加入增塑剂,制得成膜液;
S5、将膜液倒入模具中,在温度为50℃下干燥6h后揭膜,即可得到水溶性食品包装薄膜。
试验
将实施例1、2制得的水溶性食品包装薄膜进行试验,并与市面普通水溶性食品包装薄膜进行对比。试验结果如下:
试验证明:本发明提供的水溶性食品包装薄膜各方面性能优越,其中厚度更低,但是撕裂度性能好,使用起来更加稳固,在高温条件下不易发生形变,更稳定,降解速度也比一般的水溶性食品包装薄膜更快。

Claims (5)

1.一种水溶性食品包装薄膜,其特征在于,包括如下质量份组成:聚乙烯醇15~18份、蛋白粉40~60份、葛根粉12~15份、马铃薯粉10~13份、玉米淀粉8~12份、柠檬酸2~4份、壳聚糖5~8份、亚麻籽油1~3份、山梨醇3~6份、琼脂2~4份、增塑剂5~8份、水40~50份。
2.如权利要求1所述的水溶性食品包装薄膜,其特征在于,所述蛋白粉选自乳清蛋白、豌豆蛋白和大豆分离蛋白中的一种或几种。
3.如权利要求2所述的水溶性食品包装薄膜,其特征在于,所述蛋白粉包括如下质量份组成:大豆分离蛋白20~36份、豌豆蛋白10~12份、乳清蛋白10~12份。
4.如权利要求1所述的水溶性食品包装薄膜,其特征在于,所述大豆分离蛋白为蛋白质含量90wt%的非转基因大豆分离蛋白。
5.如权利要求1所述的水溶性食品包装薄膜及其制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1、将蛋白粉、葛根粉、马铃薯粉、玉米淀粉进行粉碎,过150目标准筛,把过筛后所得的粉末放入烧杯中;
S2、将烧杯加入水和壳聚糖,并将温度升到55~60℃,以80-100r/min的速度搅拌均匀,然后过滤;
S3、将聚乙烯醇、柠檬酸、亚麻籽油、山梨醇、琼脂投入到烧杯中混合,以3~4℃/min的升温速率升温至80~95℃;
S4、将烧杯内的溶液进行搅拌,搅拌5~10min后加入增塑剂,制得成膜液;
S5、将膜液倒入模具中,在温度为45~50℃下干燥5~6h后揭膜,即可得到水溶性食品包装薄膜。
