本发明属于柳条编织加工技术领域,具体涉及一种防霉防潮柳条的加工方法。
背景技术
柳编是我国传统的民间工艺品,可编织成各种生产、生活用品,柳条具有柔软易弯、粗细匀称、色泽高雅,可以编织成各种朴实自然、造型美观、轻便耐用的实用工艺品,包括柳条箱、饭篮、菜篮、笊篱等用品,柳条优良的加工性能与传统元素、现代元素不断融合,可不断满足人们实用、时尚、新颖的要求,越来越受到人们所喜爱;柳编已列入第二批国家级非物质文化遗产名录,其主要生产基地包括湖北、山东和安徽。但是,由于柳条皮与木质部连接紧密,人工剥皮方法费时费力,劳动力成本高,而使用刀削方法容易对木质部造成损伤,导致柳条可加工性下降;新收割柳条经过晾晒后加工,柳条韧性差、可弯曲度低,进行编织加工中损坏率高;并且柳条木质部中含有较多的纤维素,容易吸收环境中水分和微生物,容易产生发霉变质,导致柳编工艺品使用期缩短。
发明内容
本发明针对现有的问题:去皮方法,由于柳条皮与木质部连接紧密,人工剥皮方法费时费力,劳动力成本高,而使用刀削方法容易对木质部造成损伤,导致柳条可加工性下降。可加工性能,新收割柳条经过晾晒后加工,柳条韧性差、可弯曲度低,进行编织加工中损坏率高。防霉防潮性能,并且柳条木质部中含有较多的纤维素,容易吸收环境中水分和微生物,容易产生发霉变质,导致柳编工艺品使用期缩短。为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种防霉防潮柳条的加工方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种防霉防潮柳条的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)去皮:向黄土加入植物提取液和菌剂,搅拌混合成混合泥浆,将柳条浸入混合泥浆中3-4min,取出后在42-46℃温度烘至半干,反复进行浸入、烘干工序2-3次,可在柳条表面形成包裹层,其中菌剂可对柳条进行降解,可使柳条皮与木质部分离,而植物提取液中有机酸等成分,可促进皮与木质部脱离,然后置于恒温条件下进行恒温静置,脱皮后制得去皮柳条;
(2)纤维化:先将去皮柳条浸入双氧水溶液中浸渍3-4h,除去柳条中异味和杂色,并对柳条中腐败微生物进行杀菌处理,降低柳条的吸附性能,提高柳条的韧性,并使用超声波每小时振荡16-18min,清洗后放入醋酸溶液中进行高压蒸制,可使柳条形成较为致密的内部结构,并且还可使柳条软化,提高柳条的强度和韧性,蒸制温度113-117℃,先在0.3-0.5MPa蒸制1-2h,再在0.7-0.9MPa蒸制54-60min,然后使用氯化钠溶液流动清洗后制得纤维化柳条;
(3)煮制:将纤维化柳条浸入植物提取液中进行高压蒸煮,可提高柳条的抗菌杀菌性能、韧性,以及木质纤维表面活性,提高对固化成分吸收,温度83-87℃,分别在1-2MPa和3-4MPa压强下蒸煮25-30min,然后在51-54℃温度下烘至水分含量22%-26%,反复进高压蒸煮、烘干3-4次,制得煮制柳条;
(4)固化:高岭土和氧化铝粉加水混合搅拌成稀胶状,其渗透至柳条内部可与抗菌等成分结合,在内部起到固化、防潮作用,保持持久的抗菌、防潮性能,将煮制柳条浸入其中进行固化处理,清洗后制得固化柳条;
(5)烘干、编织:将固化柳条烘干至水分含量7%-10%,然后编织手工艺品。
步骤(1)所述的植物提取液,其配制方法为:
按照质量计份称取杨树叶15-18份、紫薇11-14份、柑橘7-9份、松树针8-10份、棕竹4-7份、柏树叶5-8份、山茶花3-5份、桂花2-4份,将配制原料粉碎后加入总质量6-8倍的水,沸水煮制1-2h,过滤后浓缩至原体积的1/5,制得植物提取液。
步骤(1)所述的菌剂,其中乳酸菌:木质霉:根曲霉质量配比为1:2-3:1-2,其加入量为黄土的3%-4%。

本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:去皮方法,将柳条浸入由黄土、植物提取液、菌剂混合制成的混合泥浆中,通过反复浸入、烘干在柳条表面形成包裹层,并在恒温条件下静置,泥浆中的微生物可利用植物提取液的营养成分快速进行繁殖生长,并对柳条皮进行分解,使柳条皮与木质部逐渐分开,而植物提取液中有机酸等成分可促进柳条皮脱离,并且可提高柳条表面的抗菌能力和韧性。纤维化方法,先将柳条浸入双氧水溶液,其具有的强氧化、杀菌性能,可除去柳条中异味和杂色,并对柳条中腐败微生物进行杀菌处理,其还可使柳条细胞失活、纤维收缩,降低柳条的吸附性能,提高柳条的韧性;而使用弱酸性醋酸溶液对柳条进行蒸制,其较为柔和的腐蚀性能可使柳条纤维收缩,逐渐形成较为致密的内部结构,并且还可使柳条软化,提高柳条的强度和韧性;而通过提高蒸制水汽压强,促进醋酸水汽溶液对柳条的渗透效果。煮制方法,采用低温高压对纤维化柳条进行蒸煮,可降低高温产生的膨胀作用对柳条内部所形成的紧密结构造成破坏,并且通过提高压强方法提高蒸煮中植物提取液成分对柳条的渗透作用;而植物提取液中的杀菌成分、有机酸等成分,通过蒸煮方法渗透至柳条内部,可提高柳条的抗菌杀菌性能、韧性,以及木质纤维表面活性,提高对固化成分吸收。固化方法,使用稀胶状高岭土和氧化铝混合成分对柳条浸煮,渗透至柳条内部可与抗菌等成分结合,在内部起到固化、防潮作用,保持持久的抗菌、防潮性能。
具体实施方式
实施例1:

(1)去皮:向黄土加入植物提取液和菌剂,搅拌混合成混合泥浆,将柳条浸入混合泥浆中3min,取出后在43℃温度烘至半干,反复进行浸入、烘干工序2次,可在柳条表面形成包裹层,其中菌剂可对柳条进行降解,可使柳条皮与木质部分离,而植物提取液中有机酸等成分,可促进皮与木质部脱离,然后置于恒温条件下进行恒温静置,脱皮后制得去皮柳条;
(2)纤维化:先将去皮柳条浸入双氧水溶液中浸渍3.5h,除去柳条中异味和杂色,并对柳条中腐败微生物进行杀菌处理,降低柳条的吸附性能,提高柳条的韧性,并使用超声波振荡17min/h,清洗后放入醋酸溶液中进行高压蒸制,可使柳条形成较为致密的内部结构,并且还可使柳条软化,提高柳条的强度和韧性,蒸制温度114℃,先在0.32MPa蒸制1.5h,再在0.76MPa蒸制55min,然后使用氯化钠溶液流动清洗后制得纤维化柳条;
(3)煮制:将纤维化柳条浸入植物提取液中进行高压蒸煮,可提高柳条的抗菌杀菌性能、韧性,以及木质纤维表面活性,提高对固化成分吸收,温度84℃,分别在1.4MPa和3.2MPa压强下蒸煮26min,然后在52℃温度下烘至水分含量23%,反复进高压蒸煮、烘干3次,制得煮制柳条;
(4)固化:高岭土和氧化铝粉加水混合搅拌成稀胶状,其渗透至柳条内部可与抗菌等成分结合,在内部起到固化、防潮作用,保持持久的抗菌、防潮性能,将煮制柳条浸入其中进行固化处理,清洗后制得固化柳条;
(5)烘干、编织:将固化柳条烘干至水分含量8%,然后编织手工艺品。
步骤(1)所述的植物提取液,其配制方法为:
按照质量计份称取杨树叶16份、紫薇12份、柑橘7.2份、松树针8.6份、棕竹5份、柏树叶6份、山茶花3.3份、桂花2.4份,将配制原料粉碎后加入总质量6.5倍的水,沸水煮制1-2h,过滤后浓缩至原体积的1/5,制得植物提取液。

(2)纤维化:先将去皮柳条浸入双氧水溶液中浸渍4h,除去柳条中异味和杂色,并对柳条中腐败微生物进行杀菌处理,降低柳条的吸附性能,提高柳条的韧性,并使用超声波振荡18min/h,清洗后放入醋酸溶液中进行高压蒸制,可使柳条形成较为致密的内部结构,并且还可使柳条软化,提高柳条的强度和韧性,蒸制温度116℃,先在0.45MPa蒸制2h,再在0.84MPa蒸制58min,然后使用氯化钠溶液流动清洗后制得纤维化柳条;
(3)煮制:将纤维化柳条浸入植物提取液中进行高压蒸煮,可提高柳条的抗菌杀菌性能、韧性,以及木质纤维表面活性,提高对固化成分吸收,温度86℃,分别在1.7MPa和3.8MPa压强下蒸煮28min,然后在53℃温度下烘至水分含量25%,反复进高压蒸煮、烘干4次,制得煮制柳条;
(4)固化:高岭土和氧化铝粉加水混合搅拌成稀胶状,其渗透至柳条内部可与抗菌等成分结合,在内部起到固化、防潮作用,保持持久的抗菌、防潮性能,将煮制柳条浸入其中进行固化处理,清洗后制得固化柳条;
(5)烘干、编织:将固化柳条烘干至水分含量9%,然后编织手工艺品。

对照组对柳条刀削剥皮、晾晒后进行编织,未使用去皮方法、双氧水溶液、醋酸溶液、煮制、固化方法。
对实施例1、实施例2、对比1、对比2、对比3、对比4、对比5及对照组实验方案,统计柳条的耐压强度、折弯率、吸水性、保存时间进行比较。
吸水性、保质时间:将柳条放入温度40-43℃、湿度75%-80%环境中24h,测试柳条中水分增重比例;并在环境中放置出现霉变的时间。

综合结果:本发明所制得柳条,与对照组相比,柳条抗压强度提高61 Kg/㎝2,折弯率提高7.79%,吸水性降低8.18%,保存时间提高12D。使用双氧水溶液和醋酸溶液方法,抗压力强度提高15Kg/㎝2、17Kg/㎝2,折弯率提高0.83%、2.5%,吸水性降低1.79%、1.95%;而使用煮制和固化方法,抗压力强度提高18Kg/㎝2、10Kg/㎝2,折弯率提高2.97%、1.21%,吸水性降低1.64%、2.49%,保存时间延长4天、3天。

Claims (6)

1.一种防霉防潮柳条的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)去皮:向黄土加入植物提取液和菌剂,搅拌混合成混合泥浆,将柳条浸入混合泥浆中3-4min,取出后在42-46℃温度烘至半干,反复进行浸入、烘干工序2-3次,然后置于恒温条件下进行恒温静置,脱皮后制得去皮柳条;
(2)纤维化:先将去皮柳条浸入双氧水溶液中浸渍3-4h,并使用超声波振荡16-18min/h,清洗后放入醋酸溶液中进行高压蒸制,蒸制温度113-117℃,先在0.3-0.5MPa蒸制1-2h,再在0.7-0.9MPa蒸制54-60min,然后使用氯化钠溶液流动清洗后制得纤维化柳条;
(3)煮制:将纤维化柳条浸入植物提取液中进行高压蒸煮,温度83-87℃,分别在1-2MPa和3-4MPa压强下蒸煮25-30min,然后在51-54℃温度下烘至水分含量22%-26%,反复进高压蒸煮、烘干3-4次,制得煮制柳条;
(4)固化:高岭土和氧化铝粉加水混合搅拌成稀胶状,将煮制柳条浸入其中进行固化处理,清洗后制得固化柳条;
(5)烘干、编织:将固化柳条烘干至水分含量7%-10%,然后编织手工艺品。
2.如权利要求1所述防霉防潮柳条的加工方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述的植物提取液,其配制方法为:
按照质量计份称取杨树叶15-18份、紫薇11-14份、柑橘7-9份、松树针8-10份、棕竹4-7份、柏树叶5-8份、山茶花3-5份、桂花2-4份,将配制原料粉碎后加入总质量6-8倍的水,沸水煮制1-2h,过滤后浓缩至原体积的1/5,制得植物提取液。
3.如权利要求1所述防霉防潮柳条的加工方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)所述的恒温静置,其温度为28-33℃,湿度为70%-76%,时间为2-3天。
4.如权利要求1所述防霉防潮柳条的加工方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)所述的双氧水溶液,其质量浓度为10%-14%;所述的醋酸溶液,其质量浓度为34%-38%;所述的氯化钠溶液,其质量浓度为3%-4%,其清洗时间为12-15min。
5.如权利要求1所述防霉防潮柳条的加工方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)所述的固化处理,其温度为63-67℃,时间1-2h。
6.如权利要求1所述防霉防潮柳条的加工方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)所述的高岭土和氧化铝粉,其中高岭土:氧化铝粉质量配比为12-14:1。
