背景技术

那么，就如何找到一种可有效治疗酒渣鼻的中药组合物，是本领域技术人员亟待要解决的问题。

A、将上述原料中药拣去杂质和粉尘后，按照质量份比共粉碎成粗粒状包煎；
B、将包好的原料中药放入冷开水中浸泡半小时，然后再将浸泡好的药物放入砂锅内，注入过药60mm的冷开水进行第一次煎煮60分钟，滤取药液后，再次注入过药55mm的微温开水进行第二次煎煮50分钟，滤取药液后，将二次药液混合浓缩成50%的中药液540毫升，分装密封即可。

黄连，性味：性寒、味苦，具有泻火、燥湿、解毒、杀虫之功效，用于治疗时行热毒、伤寒、热盛心烦、痞满呕逆、菌痢、热泻腹痛、肺结按、吐、衄、下血、消渴、疳积、蛔虫病、百日咳、咽喉肿痛、火眼、口疮、痈疽疮毒、湿疹、汤火烫伤；
夏枯草，性味：味苦、辛、性寒，具有清肝明目、散结解毒之功效，用于治疗目亦羞明、目珠疼痛、头痛眩晕、耳鸣、瘰疬、瘿瘤、乳痈、痄腮、痈疖肿毒、急慢性肝炎、高血压病；
赤芍，性味：苦、微寒，具有清热凉血、活血祛瘀之功效，用于治疗温毒发斑、吐血衄血、肠风下血、目赤肿痛、痈肿疮疡、闭经、痛经、崩带淋浊、瘀滞胁痛、疝瘕积聚、跌扑损伤；
牡丹皮，性味：辛苦、凉、微寒，具有清热、活血散瘀之功效，用于治疗温热病热入血分、发斑、吐衄、热泪盈眶病菌后期热伏阴分发热、阴虚骨蒸潮热、血滞经闭、痛经、痈肿疮毒、跌扑伤痛、风湿热痹；

桑白皮，性味：味甘、辛、性寒，具有泻肺平喘、利水消肿之功效，用于治疗肺热喘咳痰、水饮停肺、胀满喘急、水肿、脚气、小便不利；
大黄 (酒炒)，性味：苦、性寒，具有攻积滞、清湿热、泻火、凉血、祛瘀、解毒之功效，用于治疗实热便秘、热结胸痞、湿热 泻痢、黄疸、淋病、水肿腹满、小便不利、目赤、咽喉肿痛、口舌生疮、胃热呕吐、吐血、咯血、衄血、便血、尿血、蓄血、经闭、产后瘀滞腹痛、癥瘕积聚、跌打损伤、热毒痈疡、丹毒、烫伤等症；
香附，性味：味辛、微寒，无毒，具有理气解郁、调经止痛、安胎之功效，用于治疗胁肋胀痛、乳房胀育、疝气疼痛、月经不调、脘腹痞满疼痛、嗳气吞酸，呕恶、经行腹痛、崩漏带下、胎动不安；
蒲公英，性味：苦甘、寒，具有清热解毒、利尿散结之功效，用于治疗急性乳腺炎、淋巴腺炎、瘰疬、疔毒疮肿、急性结膜炎、感冒发热、急性扁桃体炎、急性支气管炎、胃炎、肝炎、胆囊炎、尿路感染；
玫瑰花，性味：甘、微苦、温，具有行气解郁、和血、止痛之功效，用于治疗肝胃气痛、食少呕恶、月经不调、跌扑伤痛；
红花，性味：味辛、性温，具有活血能经、祛瘀止痛之功效，用于治疗经闭、痛经、产后瘀阻腹痛、胞痹心痛症瘕积聚、跌打损伤、关节疼痛、中风偏竣、斑疹等症；
鸡骨草，性味：味甘、微苦、性凉，具有利湿退黄、清热解毒、疏肝止痛之功效，用于治疗湿热黄疽、胁肋不舒、胃脘胀痛、乳痈肿痛；
甘草，性味：甘、平，具有益气补中、缓急止痛、润肺止咳、泻火解毒、调和诸药之功效，用于治疗倦怠食少、肌瘦面黄、心悸气短、腹痛便溏、四肢挛急疼痛、脏躁、咳嗽气喘、咽喉肿痛、痈疮肿痛、小儿胎毒及药物、食物中毒。
本发明药物是基于中医治疗酒渣鼻的原则，从依据酒渣鼻的病理机制及药理作用认为：就酒渣鼻，本发明所提供的药物中的各原料中药药效共奏，对上述疾病有很好的治疗效果。

本发明就是针对上述酒渣鼻的治疗而提出的一种中药配方，采用该配方制备的药物药效好，见效快，是一个很好的中药组方，特别适合临床使用。下面结合本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述：

一种治疗酒渣鼻的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
生地黄30g、墨旱莲28g、栀子20g、黄连5g、夏枯草12g、赤芍10g、牡丹皮12g、鸡血藤12g、丹参12g、黄芩10g、桑白皮12g、大黄 (酒炒) 12g、香附10g、蒲公英42g、玫瑰花6g、红花12g、鸡骨草26g、甘草12g。
实施例2：
一种治疗酒渣鼻的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
生地黄34g、墨旱莲32g、栀子22g、黄连6g、夏枯草14g、赤芍11g、牡丹皮14g、鸡血藤14g、丹参14g、黄芩11g、桑白皮14g、大黄 (酒炒) 14g、香附11g、蒲公英48g、玫瑰花7g、红花13g、鸡骨草32g、甘草13g。
实施例3：
一种治疗酒渣鼻的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
生地黄38g、墨旱莲35g、栀子25g、黄连7g、夏枯草16g、赤芍12g、牡丹皮16g、鸡血藤16g、丹参16g、黄芩12g、桑白皮16g、大黄 (酒炒) 16g、香附12g、蒲公英55g、玫瑰花8g、红花15g、鸡骨草35g、甘草15g。
疗效判定标准:根据《中医病证诊断疗效标准》
其典型病例如下：
经临床诊断治疗酒渣鼻患者共1355例，年龄为33岁以上的745例，只有610例为33岁以下。1355例患者中痊愈的735例，有效的525例，无效的95例。总有效率达93%。

生地黄10～38g、墨旱莲10～35g、栀子10～25g、黄连3～7g、夏枯草6～16g、赤芍4～12g、牡丹皮8～16g、鸡血藤9～16g、丹参5～16g、黄芩3～12g、桑白皮9～16g、大黄 (酒炒)3～16g、香附5～12g、蒲公英15～55g、玫瑰花2～8g、红花5～15g、鸡骨草15～35g、甘草3～15g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗酒渣鼻的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
生地黄12～34g、墨旱莲12～32g、栀子12～22g、黄连4～6g、夏枯草8～14g、赤芍5～11g、牡丹皮9～14g、鸡血藤10～14g、丹参6～14g、黄芩5～11g、桑白皮10～14g、大黄 (酒炒) 6～14g、香附6～11g、蒲公英18～48g、玫瑰花3～7g、红花6～13g、鸡骨草18～32g、甘草6～13g。
3.根据权利要求1至2所述的治疗酒渣鼻的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
