A、将上述原料中药拣去杂质和粉尘后，按照质量份比分别粉碎成粗粒状包煎；
B、①将包好的原料中药放入冷开水中浸泡45min，然后再将浸泡好的药物和浸泡药物的澄清液一并放入砂锅内，注入过药62mm的冷开水进行第一次武火煎煮，待煎煮到15min时，转文火熬制40 min，滤取药液；②药渣中再次注入过药60mm的微温开水进行第二次武火煎煮，待煎煮到10min时，转文火熬制35min，滤取药液；③将两次药液混合浓缩成50%的中药液480ml（毫升）即可。

栀子，性味：苦、寒，果实：具有泻火除烦、清热利尿、凉血解毒之功效，用于治疗热病心烦、黄疸尿赤、血淋涩痛、血热吐衄、目赤肿痛、火毒疮疡，外治扭挫伤痛；根：具有泻火解毒、清热利湿、凉血散瘀之功效，用于治疗传染性肝炎、跌打损伤、风火牙痛；
生姜，性味：辛、微温，具有解表散寒、温中止呕、化痰止咳之功效，用于治疗风寒感冒、胃寒呕吐、寒痰咳嗽；

知母，性味：味苦、性寒，清热泻火、滋阴润燥、止渴除烦之功效，用于治疗温热病、高热烦渴、咳嗽气喘、燥咳、便秘、骨蒸潮热、虚烦不眠、消渴淋浊等症；
白术，性味：味苦、甘、性温，具有健脾益气、燥湿利水、止汗、安胎之功效，用于治疗脾气虚弱、神疲乏力、食少少腹胀、大便溏薄、水饮内停、小便不利、水肿、痰饮眩晕、温痹酸痛、气虚自汗、胎动不安等症；
连翘，性味：苦、凉，具有清热、解毒、散结、消肿之功效，用于治疗温热、丹毒、斑疹、痈疡肿毒、瘰疬、小便淋闭；

金银花，性味：味甘、性寒，具有清热解毒、疏散风热、疏利咽喉、消暑除烦之功效，用于治疗暑热症、泻痢、流感、疮疖肿毒、急慢性扁桃体炎、牙周炎等病症；
泽泻，性味：味甘、淡、性寒，具有利水渗湿、泄热通淋之功效，用于治疗小便不利、热淋涩痛、水肿胀满、泄泻、痰饮眩晕、遗精等症。
本发明药物是基于中医治疗肝胆湿热的原则，从依据肝胆湿热的病理机制及药理作用认为：就肝胆湿热，本发明所提供的药物中的各原料中药药效共奏，对上述疾病有很好的治疗效果。

本发明就是针对上述肝胆湿热的治疗而提出的一种中药配方，采用该配方制备的药物药效好，见效快，是一个标本兼治的中药组方，特别适合临床使用。下面结合本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的描述：

葛根13g、龙胆草6g、麻黄10g、桂枝8g、白芍20g、栀子8g、生姜8g、甘草12g、红枣12g、木通6g、黄芩12g、黄连5g、石膏48g、柴胡10g、知母12g、白术12g、连翘20g、车前草12g、桔梗8g、金银花28g、泽泻12g。

一种可有效治疗肝胆湿热的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
葛根13g、龙胆草6g、麻黄10g、桂枝8g、白芍20g、栀子8g、生姜8g、甘草12g、红枣12g、木通6g、黄芩12g、黄连5g、石膏48g、柴胡10g、知母12g、白术12g、连翘20g、车前草12g、桔梗8g、金银花28g、泽泻12g。
实施例3：
一种可有效治疗肝胆湿热的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
葛根16g、龙胆草8g、麻黄12g、桂枝10g、白芍25g、栀子10g、生姜10g、甘草16g、红枣16g、木通8g、黄芩16g、黄连6g、石膏65g、柴胡12g、知母15g、白术16g、连翘26g、车前草16g、桔梗10g、金银花36g、泽泻15g。
典型病例
经临床诊断治疗肝胆湿热患者共1000例，年龄为28岁以上的620例，只有380例为28岁以下。1000例患者中症状逐渐减轻或痊愈的750例，有效的150例，无效的100例。总有效率达90%。

葛根10～16g、龙胆草3～8g、麻黄3～12g、桂枝3～10g、白芍10～25g、栀子6～10g、生姜3～10g、甘草3～16g、红枣6～16g、木通3～8g、黄芩5～16g、黄连3～6g、石膏15～65g、柴胡3～12g、知母6～15g、白术3～16g、连翘15～26g、车前草10～16g、桔梗3～10g、金银花15～36g、泽泻6～15g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可有效治疗肝胆湿热的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
葛根11～14g、龙胆草4～7g、麻黄5～11g、桂枝5～9g、白芍12～22g、栀子7～9g、生姜5～9g、甘草5～14g、红枣7～14g、木通4～7g、黄芩6～14g、黄连4～5.5g、石膏18～56g、柴胡5～11g、知母7～13g、白术5～14g、连翘18～23g、车前草11～14g、桔梗5～9g、金银花18～32g、泽泻7～13g。
3.根据权利要求1至2所述的可有效治疗肝胆湿热的汤剂药物，其特征在于，所述药物的各个组分及其质量份比如下所示：
