Abstract

本发明提供了一种多层涂布有色复合纸及其制备方法,所述多层涂布有色复合纸包括一作为底板的下基材,所述下基材上至少包含由一道工序涂覆的复合粘合剂以及至少包括在该复合粘合剂上由至少一道工序压制成型的上基材,所述复合粘合剂中包含质量百分数为5~10%的至少由一种食品级的色素组成的色素组合物。一种多层涂布有色复合纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:步骤1)制备复合粘合剂,按步骤2)制备白纸备用:步骤3)将步骤1)中的复合粘合剂均匀涂覆在白纸上,在上端在平整的覆一张与步骤2)中等规格的白纸;步骤4)进行机械压合;步骤5)采用烘干设备进行烘干;步骤6)烘干后进行裁剪、包装、装箱,按照这种制造方法做出了的纸巾环保安全,符合国家政策。

一种多层涂布有色复合纸及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及有色复合纸技术领域,尤其是涉及一种多层涂布有色复合纸及制备方法。
背景技术
随着我国造纸印刷业及包装业的飞速发展,对纸张品质的要求也日渐提升,单纯的纸机生产的纸张已不能满足要求。因此,对于复合型纸的需求不断的增加。
目前市面上的纸采用胶水压花来粘合,是压花位置上粘合胶水,花点上有粘合剂,不够环保,所以大多数纸厂都是出来的白纸。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的主要目的在于提供一种多层涂布有色复合纸及制备方法。
本发明采用如下的技术方案。
一种多层涂布有色复合纸,包括一作为底板的下基材,所述下基材上至少包含由一道工序涂覆的复合粘合剂以及至少包括在该复合粘合剂上由至少一道工序压制成型的上基材,所述复合粘合剂中包含质量百分数为5~10%的至少由一种食品级的色素组成的色素组合物。
优选的,所述食品级的色素为焦糖色素、胭脂树橙色素、红曲色素、栀子黄色素、辣椒红色素、姜黄色素、红曲红、高梁红、萝卜红、叶绿素铜钠盐、胡萝卜素、可可壳色中的一种或者多种的组合。
优选的,所述下基材和上基材均为白纸。
优选的,所述复合粘合剂包括90~95%的粘合剂和5~10%色素组合物。
优选的,所述粘合剂为环保粘合剂。
本发明还提供了一种多层涂布有色复合纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1)制备复合粘合剂,按照90~95%的环保粘合剂和5~10%色素组合物进行混料,混料后按照1:1.1与去离子水均匀混合;
步骤2)制备白纸备用:取生产规格的白纸备用;
步骤3)将步骤1)中的复合粘合剂均匀涂覆在白纸上,在上端在平整的覆一张与步骤2)中等规格的白纸;
步骤4)采用纸张压平机或纸张压花机或纸张压纹机在步骤3)后进行机械压合;
步骤5)机械压合采用烘干设备进行烘干;
步骤6)烘干后进行裁剪、包装、装箱。
在步骤4)后,重复步骤3)和步骤4)压取制备三层、四层以上规格的多层涂布有色复合纸。
在步骤4)中,压力为4~6Mpa ,速度为15~20m/min ,温度为80~120℃。
在步骤5)中,速度为5~10m/min,温度为40~45℃。
本发明效果及优点:
1.通过不同色素的组合,可以生产不同颜色的纸张;
2.材料均采用环保级别的粘合剂和天然色素,无有害成分,可以用于面巾纸、餐巾纸、抽纸、手帕纸等制备;
3.可以制备多层复合,多层包括两层、三层及以上;
4.制备程序简单。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例来进一步解释本发明,但实施例并不对本发明做任何形式的限定。
实施例1
一种多层涂布有色复合纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1)制备复合粘合剂,按照90%的环保粘合剂和10%由红曲红、高梁红组成的色素组合物进行混料,混料后按照1:1.1与去离子水均匀混合;
步骤2)制备白纸备用:取生产规格的白纸备用;
步骤3)将步骤1)中的复合粘合剂均匀涂覆在白纸上,在上端在平整的覆一张与步骤2)中等规格的白纸;
步骤4)采用纸张压平机或纸张压花机或纸张压纹机在步骤3)后进行机械压合,压力为4~6Mpa ,速度为15~20m/min ,温度为80~120℃;
步骤5)机械压合采用烘干设备进行烘干,速度为5~10m/min,温度为40~45;
步骤6)烘干后进行裁剪、包装、装箱。
实施例2
一种多层涂布有色复合纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1)制备复合粘合剂,按照95%的环保粘合剂和5%由栀子黄色素和姜黄色素组成的色素组合物进行混料,混料后按照1:1.1与去离子水均匀混合;
步骤2)制备白纸备用:取生产规格的白纸备用;
步骤3)将步骤1)中的复合粘合剂均匀涂覆在白纸上,在上端在平整的覆一张与步骤2)中等规格的白纸;
步骤4)采用纸张压平机或纸张压花机或纸张压纹机在步骤3)后进行机械压合,压力为4~6Mpa ,速度为15~20m/min ,温度为80~120℃;
步骤5)机械压合采用烘干设备进行烘干,速度为5~10m/min,温度为40~45;
步骤6)烘干后进行裁剪、包装、装箱。
实施例3
一种多层涂布有色复合纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1)制备复合粘合剂,按照92.5%的环保粘合剂和7.5%由胭脂树橙色素进行混料,混料后按照1:1.1与去离子水均匀混合;
步骤2)制备白纸备用:取生产规格的白纸备用;
步骤3)将步骤1)中的复合粘合剂均匀涂覆在白纸上,在上端在平整的覆一张与步骤2)中等规格的白纸;
步骤4)采用纸张压平机或纸张压花机或纸张压纹机在步骤3)后进行机械压合,压力为4~6Mpa ,速度为15~20m/min ,温度为80~120℃;
步骤5)机械压合采用烘干设备进行烘干,速度为5~10m/min,温度为40~45;
步骤6)烘干后进行裁剪、包装、装箱。
将上述的实施例分别进行检测,颜色分辩,如表1

本发明还提供了一种多层涂布有色复合纸,包括一作为底板的下基材,所述下基材上至少包含由一道工序涂覆的复合粘合剂以及至少包括在该复合粘合剂上由至少一道工序压制成型的上基材,所述复合粘合剂中包含质量百分数为5~10%的至少由一种食品级的色素组成的色素组合物。
所述食品级的色素为焦糖色素、胭脂树橙色素、红曲色素、栀子黄色素、辣椒红色素、姜黄色素、红曲红、高梁红、萝卜红、叶绿素铜钠盐、胡萝卜素、可可壳色中的一种或者多种的组合。
所述下基材和上基材均为白纸。
所述复合粘合剂包括90~95%的粘合剂和5~10%色素组合物。
所述粘合剂为环保粘合剂。
尽管参照以上实施方式对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或等同替换都不应脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种多层涂布有色复合纸,其特征在于,包括一作为底板的下基材,所述下基材上至少包含由一道工序涂覆的复合粘合剂以及至少包括在该复合粘合剂上由至少一道工序压制成型的上基材,所述复合粘合剂中包含质量百分数为5~10%的至少由一种食品级的色素组成的色素组合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多层涂布有色复合纸,其特征在于,所述食品级的色素为焦糖色素、胭脂树橙色素、红曲色素、栀子黄色素、辣椒红色素、姜黄色素、红曲红、高梁红、萝卜红、叶绿素铜钠盐、胡萝卜素、可可壳色中的一种或者多种的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多层涂布有色复合纸,其特征在于,所述下基材和上基材均为白纸。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多层涂布有色复合纸,其特征在于,所述复合粘合剂包括90~95%的粘合剂和5~10%色素组合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的多层涂布有色复合纸,其特征在于,所述粘合剂为环保粘合剂。
6.一种多层涂布有色复合纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1)制备复合粘合剂,按照90~95%的环保粘合剂和5~10%色素组合物进行混料,混料后按照1:1.1与去离子水均匀混合;
步骤2)制备白纸备用:取生产规格的白纸备用;
步骤3)将步骤1)中的复合粘合剂均匀涂覆在白纸上,在上端在平整的覆一张与步骤2)中等规格的白纸;
步骤4)采用纸张压平机或纸张压花机或纸张压纹机在步骤3)后进行机械压合;
步骤5)机械压合采用烘干设备进行烘干;
步骤6)烘干后进行裁剪、包装、装箱。
7.根据权利要求6所述的多层涂布有色复合纸的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤4)后,重复步骤3)和步骤4)压取制备三层、四层以上规格的多层涂布有色复合纸。
8.根据权利要求6所述的多层涂布有色复合纸的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤4)中,压力为4~6Mpa ,速度为15~20m/min ,温度为80~120℃。
9.根据权利要求6所述的多层涂布有色复合纸的制备方法,其特征在于,在步骤5)中,速度为5~10m/min,温度为40~45℃。
