Abstract
本发明属于羊绒帽用羊绒织物的加工技术领域,具体涉及一种改善羊绒织物抗缩绒性和抗起球性的加工方法,包括预处理、缩绒处理、激光脉冲处理以及烘干。本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点本发明中利用:本发明中利用氨基硫脲溶液对羊绒织物进行处理能够降低植物纤维柔软,提高其润湿性,进而使缩绒处理过程中减少对羊绒纤维力学性能的损伤;本发明中方法处理后的羊绒纤维表面柔软且具有较好的悬垂型,放缩、抗起球性能较好。

技术领域
本发明属于羊绒帽用羊绒织物的加工技术领域,具体涉及一种改善羊绒织物抗缩绒性和抗起球性的加工方法。
背景技术
羊绒帽缩绒能够改善手感,提高弹力和保暖性,同时还能对原有的疵点起到淡化和掩盖的作用,缩绒的原理为羊绒纤维表面覆盖有一层鳞片层,经融胀后,在揉搓等外力作用下,毛根部分鳞片层分布多,故纠缠越加紧密,而毛尖部分由于鳞片分布少、相对光滑,故伸出织物表面,从而使织物组织变得紧密、且表面出现一层绒毛,达到缩绒的效果;现有技术中羊绒缩绒工艺很容易造成羊绒植物表面起球,柔软效果不理想,因此,需要对羊绒缩绒后续工序进一步研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种改善羊绒织物抗缩绒性和抗起球性的加工方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种改善羊绒织物抗缩绒性和抗起球性的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将羊绒织物在温度为34-40℃的质量浓度为4-7%的氨基硫脲溶液浸泡1-2小时,然后加入缩绒剂,保温缩绒处理10-20分钟;
(2)用清水漂洗上述处理后的羊绒织物,然后在其表面用喷雾器均匀喷涂一层处理液,处理液的喷涂量为8-12g/㎡然后设于激光处理室中,用波长为1.3-1.5μm的脉冲激光处理,处理时间为6-10分钟;
所述处理液包括顺丁烯二酸32-50g/L、脂肪酸氧乙烯醚磷酸酯4-8g/L、油酸钠8-12g/L;
(3)对上述处理后的羊绒织物在温度为60-80℃的条件下烘干30-40分钟即得。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述质量浓度为4-7%的氨基硫脲溶液中还包括相当于氨基硫脲重量18-26%的肉豆蔻酸异丙酯和8-12%的三乙醇胺。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述缩绒剂为洗缩剂805,使用量为干燥羊绒织物重量的3-4%。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述步骤(2)中处理液分10-15次喷涂,相邻两次喷涂之间间隔不低于30s。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述步骤(3)中烘干时湿度为60-80%。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点本发明中利用:本发明中利用氨基硫脲溶液对羊绒织物进行处理能够降低植物纤维柔软,提高其润湿性,进而使缩绒处理过程中减少对羊绒纤维力学性能的损伤;然后喷涂处理液后在用脉冲激光处理,反复处理使纤维表面顺鳞片和逆鳞片的摩擦系数逐渐增加,两方向摩擦系数之差逐渐减小,多次喷涂处理液以及脉冲波长的调节可以调控羊绒织物表面摩擦力学性能功能和定向摩擦效应不影响纤维本身的机械物理性能,达到改善羊绒纤维起球的作用;本发明中方法处理后的羊绒纤维表面柔软且具有较好的悬垂型,放缩、抗起球性能较好。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种改善羊绒织物抗缩绒性和抗起球性的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将羊绒织物在温度为37℃的质量浓度为5%的氨基硫脲溶液浸泡1.5小时,然后加入缩绒剂,保温缩绒处理15分钟;
其中,所述质量浓度为5%的氨基硫脲溶液中还包括相当于氨基硫脲重量22%的肉豆蔻酸异丙酯和10%的三乙醇胺;
所述缩绒剂为洗缩剂805,使用量为干燥羊绒织物重量的3.5%;
(2)用清水漂洗上述处理后的羊绒织物,然后在其表面用喷雾器均匀喷涂一层处理液,处理液的喷涂量为10g/㎡然后设于激光处理室中,用波长为1.4μm的脉冲激光处理,处理时间为8分钟;
所述处理液包括顺丁烯二酸36g/L、脂肪酸氧乙烯醚磷酸酯6g/L、油酸钠10g/L;
处理液分12次喷涂,相邻两次喷涂之间间隔不低于30s;
(3)对上述处理后的羊绒织物在温度为60-80℃、湿度为60-80%的条件下烘干30-40分钟即得。
实施例2
一种改善羊绒织物抗缩绒性和抗起球性的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将羊绒织物在温度为37℃的质量浓度为5%的氨基硫脲溶液浸泡1.5小时,然后加入缩绒剂,保温缩绒处理15分钟;
(2)用清水漂洗上述处理后的羊绒织物,然后在其表面用喷雾器均匀喷涂一层处理液,处理液的喷涂量为10g/㎡然后设于激光处理室中,用波长为1.4μm的脉冲激光处理,处理时间为8分钟;
所述处理液包括顺丁烯二酸36g/L、脂肪酸氧乙烯醚磷酸酯6g/L、油酸钠10g/L;
处理液分12次喷涂,相邻两次喷涂之间间隔不低于30s;
(3)对上述处理后的羊绒织物在温度为60-80℃、湿度为60-80%的条件下烘干30-40分钟即得。
实施例3
一种改善羊绒织物抗缩绒性和抗起球性的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将羊绒织物在温度为34℃的质量浓度为7%的氨基硫脲溶液浸泡1小时,然后加入缩绒剂,保温缩绒处理10分钟;
(2)用清水漂洗上述处理后的羊绒织物,然后在其表面用喷雾器均匀喷涂一层处理液,处理液的喷涂量为8g/㎡然后设于激光处理室中,用波长为1.5μm的脉冲激光处理,处理时间为10分钟;
所述处理液包括顺丁烯二酸32g/L、脂肪酸氧乙烯醚磷酸酯8g/L、油酸钠8g/L;
处理液分10次喷涂,相邻两次喷涂之间间隔不低于30s;
(3)对上述处理后的羊绒织物在温度为60℃、湿度为80%的条件下烘干30分钟即得。
实施例4
一种改善羊绒织物抗缩绒性和抗起球性的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将羊绒织物在温度为40℃的质量浓度为4%的氨基硫脲溶液浸泡2小时,然后加入缩绒剂,保温缩绒处理20分钟;
(2)用清水漂洗上述处理后的羊绒织物,然后在其表面用喷雾器均匀喷涂一层处理液,处理液的喷涂量为12g/㎡然后设于激光处理室中,用波长为1.3μm的脉冲激光处理,处理时间为6分钟;
所述处理液包括顺丁烯二酸50g/L、脂肪酸氧乙烯醚磷酸酯4g/L、油酸钠12g/L;
处理液分15次喷涂,相邻两次喷涂之间间隔不低于30s;
(3)对上述处理后的羊绒织物在温度为80℃、湿度为60%的条件下烘干40分钟即得。
设置对照组1,将实施例1中氨基硫脲溶液替换为清水,其余内容不变;设置对照组2,将实施例1处理液中脂肪酸氧乙烯醚磷酸酯去掉,其余内容不变;设置对照组3,将实施例1处理液中油酸钠去掉,其余内容不变;
对以上各组羊绒织物进行性能检测,所述断裂强力损失率为羊绒织物处理后与处理前相比,抗起毛等级采用GB/T 4802.3-2008起球箱法,得到以下结果:

本发明中方法处理所得羊绒织物断裂强力相比羊绒织物有所增加,相比对照组1有了明显改善,抗起毛等级达到较高水平。
Claims (5)
1.一种改善羊绒织物抗缩绒性和抗起球性的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将羊绒织物在温度为34-40℃的质量浓度为4-7%的氨基硫脲溶液浸泡1-2小时,然后加入缩绒剂,保温缩绒处理10-20分钟;
(2)用清水漂洗上述处理后的羊绒织物,然后在其表面用喷雾器均匀喷涂一层处理液,处理液的喷涂量为8-12g/㎡然后设于激光处理室中,用波长为1.3-1.5μm的脉冲激光处理,处理时间为6-10分钟;
所述处理液包括顺丁烯二酸32-50g/L、脂肪酸氧乙烯醚磷酸酯4-8g/L、油酸钠8-12g/L;
(3)对上述处理后的羊绒织物在温度为60-80℃的条件下烘干30-40分钟即得。
2.如权利要求1所述一种改善羊绒织物抗缩绒性和抗起球性的加工方法,其特征在于,所述质量浓度为4-7%的氨基硫脲溶液中还包括相当于氨基硫脲重量18-26%的肉豆蔻酸异丙酯和8-12%的三乙醇胺。
3.如权利要求1所述一种改善羊绒织物抗缩绒性和抗起球性的加工方法,其特征在于,所述缩绒剂为洗缩剂805,使用量为干燥羊绒织物重量的3-4%。
4.如权利要求1所述一种改善羊绒织物抗缩绒性和抗起球性的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中处理液分10-15次喷涂,相邻两次喷涂之间间隔不低于30s。
5.如权利要求1所述一种改善羊绒织物抗缩绒性和抗起球性的加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中烘干时湿度为60-80%。
