本发明提供一种涤锦面料的制备工艺,克服了市场现有产品质量差、染色过程中织物强力过分损伤等技术难点,所得的面料具有质轻、透视、柔软、飘逸、色彩炫丽等特点,而且能利用不同的视角及光线下,眼睛对混色产生的错觉,赋予了面料富有梦幻特色的幻彩效果,同时,增添了其高贵优雅而又不失简约流畅的色彩。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料制备工艺,尤其涉及一种涤锦面料的制备工艺。
背景技术
目前,涤锦产品分为两类:一类是粗旦系列,市场俗称变色龙,一般采用70D×75D或70D×150D;另一类为细旦产品,F数均较低,该类型面料柔软、轻薄、自然流畅,然而在传统的制备工艺中,后道织造时摩擦剧烈,会发生落浆给生产带来困难容易造成经纱易起毛、断头,涤锦面料染色后,容易出现白痕、沾色、色牢度不均匀等现象,影响了织物的外观,导致织物品质下降,因此在解决上述问题,完善制备工艺已是当务之急。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题提供一种涤锦面料的制备工艺,采用如下方案:
一种涤锦面料的制备工艺,其按如下流程进行:织造→退浆→染色→脱水→开幅→定型→成品检验。
进一步的,所述织造工艺,车速控制在430-450m/min;经纱张力2-3.5kg;喷射角100°;夹丝器开100-110°;指棒开角100,指棒闭角240°;变换角160-180°;水到CC边215-225°;纱到CC边225-236°;耳丝角度左260-280°、右20-30°;综平角340-345°;水量9°。
优选的,所述织造工艺,经纱规格采用20D/12F涤纶有光丝,纬纱规格采用20D/35F锦纶有光丝。
进一步的,所述退浆工艺处理,组成部分按重量分为:液碱NaOH:2-4g/L;退浆剂A:3-5g/L;润湿剂M-7705:1-2g/L;去油灵0.5-1g/L。
优选的,所述退浆工序按如下流程:进布→退浆98℃(保温30min)→皂洗90℃~80℃(15 min)→热水洗70℃~50℃( 10 min)→冷水洗。
进一步的,所述染色工艺,组成部分按重量分为:匀染剂:1-1.5%(o.w.f);硫酸铵:0.5-1.5 g/L;冰醋酸:0.5-1 g/L;PH值:4-6;温度:120-125℃;浴比:1:15;保温时间:40-60分钟。
优选的,所述染色工艺采用分散/酸性染料一浴法,染色后进行固色,固色组成部分按重量分为:固色剂:1-1.5 g/L;冰醋酸:0.6 -1.2g/L;温度60-70℃;保温时间:40-50分钟。
进一步的,所述定型工序,定型温度:160-165℃;时间30s。
优选的,所述定型工序按如下流程进行:进布→助剂槽→整纬器→拉幅→烘干→锡林冷却→出布→打卷。

一种涤锦面料的制备工艺,其按如下流程进行:织造→退浆→染色→脱水→开幅→定型→成品检验。
进一步的,所述织造工艺,车速控制在430m/min;经纱张力2kg;喷射角100°;夹丝器开100°;指棒开角100,指棒闭角240°;变换角160°;水到CC边215°;纱到CC边225°;耳丝角度左260°、右20°;综平角340°;水量9°。
优选的,所述织造工艺,经纱规格采用20D/12F涤纶有光丝,纬纱规格采用20D/35F锦纶有光丝。

优选的,所述定型工序按如下流程进行:进布→助剂槽→整纬器→拉幅→烘干→锡林冷却→出布→打卷。

一种涤锦面料的制备工艺,其按如下流程进行:织造→退浆→染色→脱水→开幅→定型→成品检验。
进一步的,所述织造工艺,车速控制在450m/min;经纱张力3.5kg;喷射角100°;夹丝器开110°;指棒开角100,指棒闭角240°;变换角180°;水到CC边225°;纱到CC边236°;耳丝角度左280°、右30°;综平角345°;水量9°。
优选的,所述织造工艺,经纱规格采用20D/12F涤纶有光丝,纬纱规格采用20D/35F锦纶有光丝。
进一步的,所述退浆工艺处理,组成部分按重量分为:液碱NaOH:4g/L;退浆剂A:5g/L;润湿剂M-7705:2g/L;去油灵1g/L
优选的,所述退浆工序按如下流程:进布→退浆98℃(保温30min)→皂洗80℃(15 min)→热水洗70℃(10 min)→冷水洗。
进一步的,所述染色工艺,组成部分按重量分为:匀染剂:1.5%(o.w.f);硫酸铵:1.5 g/L;冰醋酸:1 g/L;PH值:6;温度:125℃;浴比:1:15;保温时间:60分钟。
优选的,所述染色工艺采用分散/酸性染料一浴法,染色后进行固色,固色组成部分按重量分为:固色剂:1.5 g/L;冰醋酸:1.2g/L;温度70℃;保温时间:50分钟。
进一步的,所述,定型温度:165℃;时间30s
优选的,所述定型工序按如下流程进行:进布→助剂槽→整纬器→拉幅→烘干→锡林冷却→出布→打卷。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤锦面料的制备工艺,其特征在于所述织造工艺,车速控制在430-450m/min;经纱张力2-3.5kg;喷射角100°;夹丝器开100-110°;指棒开角100,指棒闭角240°;变换角160-180°;水到CC边215-225°;纱到CC边225-236°;耳丝角度左260-280°、右20-30°;综平角340-345°;水量9°。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤锦面料的制备工,其特征在于所述退浆工艺处理,组成部分按重量分为:液碱NaOH:2-4g/L;退浆剂A:3-5g/L;润湿剂M-7705:1-2g/L;去油灵0.5-1g/L;所述退浆工序按如下流程:进布→退浆98℃(保温30min)→皂洗90℃~80℃(15 min)→热水洗70℃~50℃( 10 min)→冷水洗。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤锦面料的制备工,其特征在于染色工艺组成部分按重量分为:匀染剂:1-1.5%(o.w.f);硫酸铵:0.5-1.5 g/L;冰醋酸:0.5-1 g/L;PH值:4-6;温度:120-125℃;浴比:1:15;保温时间:40-60分钟;所述染色工艺采用分散/酸性染料一浴法,染色后进行固色,固色组成部分按重量分为:固色剂:1-1.5 g/L;冰醋酸:0.6 -1.2g/L;温度60-70℃;保温时间:40-50分钟。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种涤锦面料的制备工,其特征在于定型工艺中定型温度:160-165℃;时间30s,所述定型工序按如下流程进行:进布→助剂槽→整纬器→拉幅→烘干→锡林冷却→出布→打卷。
