彩棉织物的生产整理工艺,包括以下步骤:将上述彩棉纤维开松预处理,在梳棉机上梳理成生条、并条、粗纱、细纱、络筒、整经、浆纱、织造、整理,退浆、精炼、防皱处理。本发明的目的在于提供一种彩棉织物的生产整理工艺,工艺简单可控制,无污染,能耗低,使彩棉织物具备良好的柔软性及手感。

本发明属于功能性面料的生产技术领域,具体涉及彩棉织物的生产整理工艺。
背景技术
天然彩棉与普通棉花相比具有色泽自然柔和、古朴典雅、质地柔软等特点;彩棉在生产过程中无须染色,洗涤后纤维不掉色,成为绿色环保的产品,深受人们青睐。彩棉作为生态棉,具备天然保健护肤、阻挡紫外线辐射的良好效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种彩棉织物的生产整理工艺,使彩棉织物具备良好的柔软性及手感。
本发明的技术方案为:彩棉织物的生产整理工艺,包括以下步骤:
彩棉纤维为1.3dtex;
1)将上述彩棉纤维开松预处理,在梳棉机上梳理成生条;
梳棉过程中的相对湿度 55-65%;
2)并条
将步骤1)所得生条在并条机上并合,得熟条;
3)粗纱
使用粗纱机将熟条进行加工,粗纱捻系数 115 ,牵引倍数7.8, 后区牵引倍数 1.28;
4)细纱;使用细纱机对粗纱进行加工,细纱捻系数 360,牵引倍数 43 ,后区牵引倍数1.214;
5)络筒;使用络筒机进行加工得到彩棉纱线,槽筒线速度900m/min,卷绕密度0.35g/cm3
6)整经:总经根数13600(680*20),整经张力400 Dan,整经速度:700 m/min,张力杆隔距:20cm,张力杆时间:3秒,夹纱器时间:4秒;
7)浆纱:
浆纱配方:质量份数,PR-SU: 50份, CPL: 25份, JD-011: 50 份,CD-PT:6 份,CD-52:4份;
供应桶含固率:12%,浆纱车速:70 m/min浆槽温度 92 度,浆槽粘度 8秒,上浆率:12%,回潮率:7.5 %,;
8)织造:
津田驹ZAX-9200织机,织机车速:550r/min, 布机棕高137/131/129/127/125/123 开口臂L位置:10/9/8/7/6/5 开口时间280;
9)整理
9.1退浆:将彩棉织物在 40度清水中浸泡15min,清水中加入生物退浆酶,浴比1:20;
然后在50 -60 度温水进行水洗三次;
然后在常温冷水进行水洗三次并晾干;
9.2精炼:退浆后的彩棉织物在45度清水中浸泡60min,清水中加入纤维素酶和果胶酶,PH值控制在6.5;
然后在50-60度温水进行水洗;
9.3 防皱处理
在浸轧液中加入 浓度8%的柠檬酸,起到防皱性能;对彩棉织物进行二浸二轧,轧余率80 %;再将彩棉织物烘干。
有益效果:本发明的目的在于提供一种彩棉织物的生产整理工艺,工艺简单可控制,无污染,能耗低,使彩棉织物具备良好的柔软性及手感。
