本发明公开了一种保暖面料,由石墨烯粘胶纤维、醋青纤维、棉纤维和涤纶纤维制得的混纺纱经过编织得到保暖面料;经过染色、抗菌处理和功能性处理步骤,完成保暖面料的后整理工艺;本发明采用抗菌液进行处理,与面料的结合力强,耐漂洗,具有常效的抗菌性,对人体没有副作用,不污染环境,安全性好,有效提高了纺织品的抗菌性能。本发明采用纳米改性远红外磁功能整理剂进行功能性处理,水洗稳定性好,且布面无色变,远红外性能、吸湿发热性能、保温性能均达到国家标准要求,作为内衣用面料表现良好的应用前景。

背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高和产业用纺织品的发展,对纺织面料的质量和功能的要求也越来越高,产品多样化、高档化和功能化是纺织品的发展方向,以舒适、清洁与安全为基调的复合保健功能纺织品,将有着广阔的市场前景。
功能纺织产品的开发必须以面料的开发为突破口,加快技术创新和产品结构调整,重点解决纤维、纺纱、织造、染整、面料设计开发五大技术,力求表现出技术与自然的和谐与平衡,满足人们对自然、舒适、美观、健康的时尚需求。
作为冬衣用面料,具有远红外性能和吸湿发热功能、保暖功能三重功能的面料可通过吸湿发热功能以及远红外线功能对皮肤的深层穿透,加速血液循环,改善微循环状态,提升人体新陈代谢,具有保健和辅助保温的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,现提供一种能够有效实现细菌的滋生、并且对人体具有保健功效的保暖面料及其后整理工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:一种保暖面料,其创新点在于:由石墨烯粘胶纤维、醋青纤维、棉纤维和涤纶纤维制得的混纺纱经过编织得到保暖面料;
所述混纺纱由石墨烯粘胶纤维、醋青纤维、棉纤维和涤纶纤维经过清花、梳理、并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒步骤而成,所述石墨烯粘胶纤维占混纺纱总质量的20-55%,所述醋青纤维占混纺纱总质量的10-35%,所述棉纤维占混纺纱总质量的20-30%,所述涤纶纤维占混纺纱总质量的10-20%,所述混纺纱的纱支数为15.8tex-34.2tex。
进一步的,所述编织的具体方法为:选用筒经32-40英寸、针数16-32针/英寸的双面针织纬编机将纱线编织成保暖面料。
本发明的另一个目的是公开一种保暖面料的后整理工艺,其创新点在于:经过染色、抗菌处理和功能性处理步骤,完成保暖面料的后整理工艺;具体步骤如下:
(1)染色:在染缸中加入2-4质量份的聚丙烯酸钠、1-3质量份天然植物色素、5-7质量份酒精、1-3质量份四甲基溴化铵、18-22质量份水,并搅拌均匀制成染色剂,将面料浸泡在染缸中,然后将浸泡好的面料进行烘干,将烘干好的面料浸入清水漂洗,将漂洗好的面料取出自然晾干;
(2)抗菌处理:将染色后的面料放入抗菌液中进行浸泡、然后烘干;
(3)功能性处理:将纳米改性远红外磁功能整理剂在常温下搅拌5-30min,搅拌速度为150-300 rad/min,将纳米远红外磁功能整理剂均匀浸渍抗菌处理后的面料,然后在压力0.5-10MPa压力下浸轧面料,处理温度为120-190℃,处理时间0.5-3min。
进一步的,所述步骤(1)染色工艺中的浸泡时间为30-60min,所述烘干温度为60-80℃,所述漂洗时间为20-40min。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)抗菌处理工艺中的抗菌液的配方为:6-8g/L的纳米二氧化钛、0.8-1.2g/L的分散剂和水的混合,所述浸泡时间为2-2.5小时,所述浸泡温度为35-45℃,所述烘干温度为60-70℃。

本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明采用抗菌液进行处理,与面料的结合力强,耐漂洗,具有常效的抗菌性,对人体没有副作用,不污染环境,安全性好,有效提高了纺织品的抗菌性能。
(2)本发明采用纳米改性远红外磁功能整理剂进行功能性处理,水洗稳定性好,且布面无色变,远红外性能、吸湿发热性能、保温性能均达到国家标准要求,作为内衣用面料表现良好的应用前景。
(3)本发明的染色工艺选用纯天然的植物色素,对环境的污染性较少,更佳环保。
具体实施方式
以下由特定的具体实施例说明本发明的实施方式,熟悉此技术的人士可由本说明书所揭露的内容轻易地了解本发明的其他优点及功效。
混纺纱由石墨烯粘胶纤维、醋青纤维、棉纤维和涤纶纤维经过清花、梳理、并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒步骤而成,石墨烯粘胶纤维占混纺纱总质量的20-55%,醋青纤维占混纺纱总质量的10-35%,棉纤维占混纺纱总质量的20-30%,涤纶纤维占混纺纱总质量的10-20%,混纺纱的纱支数为15.8tex-34.2tex。
实施例1
一种保暖面料,由石墨烯粘胶纤维、醋青纤维、棉纤维和涤纶纤维制得的混纺纱经过编织得到保暖面料;
混纺纱由石墨烯粘胶纤维、醋青纤维、棉纤维和涤纶纤维经过清花、梳理、并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒步骤而成,石墨烯粘胶纤维占混纺纱总质量的30%,醋青纤维占混纺纱总质量的30%,棉纤维占混纺纱总质量的30%,涤纶纤维占混纺纱总质量的10%,混纺纱的纱支数为15.8tex。
编织的具体方法为:选用筒经32英寸、针数16针/英寸的双面针织纬编机将纱线编织成保暖面料。
一种保暖面料的后整理工艺,经过染色、抗菌处理和功能性处理步骤,完成保暖面料的后整理工艺;具体步骤如下:
(1)染色:在染缸中加入2质量份的聚丙烯酸钠、1质量份天然植物色素、5质量份酒精、1质量份四甲基溴化铵、18质量份水,并搅拌均匀制成染色剂,将面料浸泡在染缸中,然后将浸泡好的面料进行烘干,将烘干好的面料浸入清水漂洗,将漂洗好的面料取出自然晾干,浸泡时间为30min,烘干温度为60℃,漂洗时间为20min。
(2)抗菌处理:将染色后的面料放入抗菌液中进行浸泡、然后烘干;
(3)功能性处理:将纳米改性远红外磁功能整理剂在常温下搅拌5-30min,搅拌速度为150rad/min,将纳米远红外磁功能整理剂均匀浸渍抗菌处理后的面料,然后在压力0.5MPa压力下浸轧面料,处理温度为120℃,处理时间0.5min。
步骤(2)抗菌处理工艺中的抗菌液的配方为:6g/L的纳米二氧化钛、0.8g/L的分散剂和水的混合,浸泡时间为2小时,浸泡温度为35℃,烘干温度为60℃。
步骤(3)功能性处理工艺中的纳米改性远红外磁功能整理剂的配方为:2g/L纳米改性二氧化钛粉体、1g/L渗透剂、2g/L分散剂。
步骤(3)功能性处理工艺中的渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种,分散剂为三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯中的一种或多种。
实施例2
一种保暖面料,由石墨烯粘胶纤维、醋青纤维、棉纤维和涤纶纤维制得的混纺纱经过编织得到保暖面料;
混纺纱由石墨烯粘胶纤维、醋青纤维、棉纤维和涤纶纤维经过清花、梳理、并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒步骤而成,石墨烯粘胶纤维占混纺纱总质量的35%,醋青纤维占混纺纱总质量的25%,棉纤维占混纺纱总质量的20%,涤纶纤维占混纺纱总质量的20%,混纺纱的纱支数为34.2tex。
编织的具体方法为:选用筒经40英寸、针数32针/英寸的双面针织纬编机将纱线编织成保暖面料。
一种保暖面料的后整理工艺,经过染色、抗菌处理和功能性处理步骤,完成保暖面料的后整理工艺;具体步骤如下:
(4)染色:在染缸中加入4质量份的聚丙烯酸钠、3质量份天然植物色素、7质量份酒精、3质量份四甲基溴化铵、22质量份水,并搅拌均匀制成染色剂,将面料浸泡在染缸中,然后将浸泡好的面料进行烘干,将烘干好的面料浸入清水漂洗,将漂洗好的面料取出自然晾干,浸泡时间为60min,烘干温度为80℃,漂洗时间为40min。
(5)抗菌处理:将染色后的面料放入抗菌液中进行浸泡、然后烘干;
(6)功能性处理:将纳米改性远红外磁功能整理剂在常温下搅拌30min,搅拌速度为300rad/min,将纳米远红外磁功能整理剂均匀浸渍抗菌处理后的面料,然后在压力10MPa压力下浸轧面料,处理温度为190℃,处理时间3min。
步骤(5)抗菌处理工艺中的抗菌液的配方为:8g/L的纳米二氧化钛、1.2g/L的分散剂和水的混合,浸泡时间为2.5小时,浸泡温度为45℃,烘干温度为70℃。
步骤(6)功能性处理工艺中的纳米改性远红外磁功能整理剂的配方为:4g/L纳米改性二氧化钛粉体、3g/L渗透剂、4g/L分散剂。
步骤(6)功能性处理工艺中的渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种,分散剂为三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯中的一种或多种。
实施例3
一种保暖面料,由石墨烯粘胶纤维、醋青纤维、棉纤维和涤纶纤维制得的混纺纱经过编织得到保暖面料;
混纺纱由石墨烯粘胶纤维、醋青纤维、棉纤维和涤纶纤维经过清花、梳理、并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒步骤而成,石墨烯粘胶纤维占混纺纱总质量的55%,醋青纤维占混纺纱总质量的20%,棉纤维占混纺纱总质量的15%,涤纶纤维占混纺纱总质量的10%,混纺纱的纱支数为22.6tex。
编织的具体方法为:选用筒经36英寸、针数24针/英寸的双面针织纬编机将纱线编织成保暖面料。
一种保暖面料的后整理工艺,经过染色、抗菌处理和功能性处理步骤,完成保暖面料的后整理工艺;具体步骤如下:
(7)染色:在染缸中加入3质量份的聚丙烯酸钠、2质量份天然植物色素、6质量份酒精、2质量份四甲基溴化铵、20质量份水,并搅拌均匀制成染色剂,将面料浸泡在染缸中,然后将浸泡好的面料进行烘干,将烘干好的面料浸入清水漂洗,将漂洗好的面料取出自然晾干,浸泡时间为45min,烘干温度为70℃,漂洗时间为30min。
(8)抗菌处理:将染色后的面料放入抗菌液中进行浸泡、然后烘干;
(9)功能性处理:将纳米改性远红外磁功能整理剂在常温下搅拌16min,搅拌速度为225rad/min,将纳米远红外磁功能整理剂均匀浸渍抗菌处理后的面料,然后在压力5.2MPa压力下浸轧面料,处理温度为155℃,处理时间1.8min。
步骤(8)抗菌处理工艺中的抗菌液的配方为:7g/L的纳米二氧化钛、0.8-1.2g/L的分散剂和水的混合,浸泡时间为2.2小时,浸泡温度为40℃,烘干温度为65℃。
步骤(9)功能性处理工艺中的纳米改性远红外磁功能整理剂的配方为:3g/L纳米改性二氧化钛粉体、2g/L渗透剂、3g/L分散剂。
步骤(9)功能性处理工艺中的渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种,分散剂为三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯中的一种或多种。

本发明采用抗菌液进行处理,与面料的结合力强,耐漂洗,具有常效的抗菌性,对人体没有副作用,不污染环境,安全性好,有效提高了纺织品的抗菌性能。本发明采用纳米改性远红外磁功能整理剂进行功能性处理,水洗稳定性好,且布面无色变,远红外性能、吸湿发热性能、保温性能均达到国家标准要求,作为内衣用面料表现良好的应用前景。本发明的染色工艺选用纯天然的植物色素,对环境的污染性较少,更佳环保。

Claims (8)
1.一种保暖面料,其特征在于:由石墨烯粘胶纤维、醋青纤维、棉纤维和涤纶纤维制得的混纺纱经过编织得到保暖面料;
所述混纺纱由石墨烯粘胶纤维、醋青纤维、棉纤维和涤纶纤维经过清花、梳理、并条、粗纱、细纱和络筒步骤而成,所述石墨烯粘胶纤维占混纺纱总质量的20-55%,所述醋青纤维占混纺纱总质量的10-35%,所述棉纤维占混纺纱总质量的20-30%,所述涤纶纤维占混纺纱总质量的10-20%,所述混纺纱的纱支数为15.8tex-34.2tex。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保暖面料,其特征在于:所述编织的具体方法为:选用筒经32-40英寸、针数16-32针/英寸的双面针织纬编机将纱线编织成保暖面料。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的保暖面料的后整理工艺,其特征在于:经过染色、抗菌处理和功能性处理步骤,完成保暖面料的后整理工艺;具体步骤如下:
染色:在染缸中加入2-4质量份的聚丙烯酸钠、1-3质量份天然植物色素、5-7质量份酒精、1-3质量份四甲基溴化铵、18-22质量份水,并搅拌均匀制成染色剂,将面料浸泡在染缸中,然后将浸泡好的面料进行烘干,将烘干好的面料浸入清水漂洗,将漂洗好的面料取出自然晾干;
抗菌处理:将染色后的面料放入抗菌液中进行浸泡、然后烘干;
功能性处理:将纳米改性远红外磁功能整理剂在常温下搅拌5-30min,搅拌速度为150-300 rad/min,将纳米远红外磁功能整理剂均匀浸渍抗菌处理后的面料,然后在压力0.5-10MPa压力下浸轧面料,处理温度为120-190℃,处理时间0.5-3min。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种保暖面料的后整理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)染色工艺中的浸泡时间为30-60min,所述烘干温度为60-80℃,所述漂洗时间为20-40min。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种保暖面料的后整理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)抗菌处理工艺中的抗菌液的配方为:6-8g/L的纳米二氧化钛、0.8-1.2g/L的分散剂和水的混合,所述浸泡时间为2-2.5小时,所述浸泡温度为35-45℃,所述烘干温度为60-70℃。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种保暖面料的后整理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)功能性处理工艺中的纳米改性远红外磁功能整理剂的配方为:2-4g/L纳米改性二氧化钛粉体、1-3g/L渗透剂、2-4g/L分散剂。
7.根据权利要求3所述的一种保暖面料的后整理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)功能性处理工艺中的渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或多种。
8.根据权利要求3所述的一种保暖面料的后整理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)功能性处理工艺中的分散剂为三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯中的一种或多种。
