Abstract

一种陶瓷防伪酒瓶,其特征在于:其瓶嘴坯料按重量份数的原料组成为:30‑40份高岭土、20‑30份石英、10‑20份钠长石、5‑8份碳酸钡、3‑5份三聚磷酸钠;其瓶身坯料按重量份数的原料组成为:50‑60份高岭土、15‑25份石英、15‑20份钠长石、10‑12份碳酸钡、2‑3份三聚磷酸钠;其釉料按重量份数的原料组成为:10‑30份石英、30‑45份钾长石、10‑15份硼砂、5‑10份碳酸钡、5‑10份氧化锌、4‑8份氢氧化铝、3‑6份滑石、3‑6份硅酸锆,本发明通过改进坯料、釉料和烧制工艺,使得陶瓷瓶嘴和瓶身更好的烧制结合,同时防伪酒嘴具有更好的力学性能,适用于防伪酒瓶。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种陶瓷防伪酒瓶及其制作方法。
背景技术
目前,防伪瓶五花八门,有的仅在瓶塞或瓶盖上做文章,有的采用“开启必然破坏瓶子”的防回收方法进行产品包装,如采用易碎的玻璃瓶,通过破坏玻璃酒瓶进行防伪,也有采用陶瓷瓶,通过破坏陶瓷酒瓶进行防伪,但是现有陶瓷酒瓶仍存在强度高则不利于被破坏,强度低则无法承受与防伪结构的过盈配合挤压等问题,另外陶瓷瓶嘴和瓶身因分开成型和配方不同而导致无法很好结合。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种陶瓷防伪酒瓶及其制作方法,适用于可被破坏的防伪,可在使酒瓶薄弱处易于破坏的同时保证酒瓶强度。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案来实现:
一种陶瓷防伪酒瓶,其特征在于:其瓶嘴坯料按重量份数的原料组成为:30-40份高岭土、20-30份石英、10-20份钠长石、5-8份碳酸钡、3-5份三聚磷酸钠;
其瓶身坯料按重量份数的原料组成为:50-60份高岭土、15-25份石英、15-20份钠长石、10-12份碳酸钡、2-3份三聚磷酸钠;
其釉料按重量份数的原料组成为:10-30份石英、30-45份钾长石、10-15份硼砂、5-10份碳酸钡、5-10份氧化锌、4-8份氢氧化铝、3-6份滑石、3-6份硅酸锆。
进一步的,其瓶嘴坯料按重量份数的原料组成为:35份高岭土、25份石英、15份钠长石、6份碳酸钡、4份三聚磷酸钠;其瓶身坯料按重量份数的原料组成为:55份高岭土、20份石英、16份钠长石、10份碳酸钡、3份三聚磷酸钠;其釉料按重量份数的原料组成为:15份石英、35份钾长石、10份硼砂、6份碳酸钡、8份氧化锌、5份氢氧化铝、4份滑石、4份硅酸锆。
一种陶瓷防伪酒瓶的制作方法,其特征在于:将瓶嘴坯料和瓶身坯料分别制成素坯,将瓶嘴素坯和瓶身素坯通过瓶身坯料粘合成酒瓶素坯,然后将釉料施于酒瓶素坯上,干燥后送入窑炉中烧制,烧制工艺为:从室温升温至700-720℃,用时2-3小时;继续升温至1250-1270℃,用时2-2.5小时;继续升温至1280-1290℃,用时4-5小时。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明通过改进坯料、釉料和烧制工艺,可在使酒瓶薄弱处易于破坏的同时保证酒瓶强度。
具体实施方式
实施例一,一种陶瓷防伪酒瓶,其坯料按重量份数的原料组成为:35份高岭土、25份石英、15份钠长石、6份碳酸钡、4份三聚磷酸钠;其瓶身坯料按重量份数的原料组成为:55份高岭土、20份石英、16份钠长石、10份碳酸钡、3份三聚磷酸钠;其釉料按重量份数的原料组成为:15份石英、35份钾长石、10份硼砂、6份碳酸钡、8份氧化锌、5份氢氧化铝、4份滑石、4份硅酸锆。
制作方法为:将瓶嘴坯料和瓶身坯料分别制成素坯,将瓶嘴素坯和瓶身素坯通过瓶身坯料粘合成酒瓶素坯,然后将釉料施于酒瓶素坯上,干燥后送入窑炉中烧制,烧制工艺为:从室温升温至710-720℃,用时3小时;继续升温至1260-1270℃,用时2.5小时;继续升温至1280-1290℃,用时4小时。
实施例二,一种陶瓷防伪酒瓶,其坯料按重量份数的原料组成为:40份高岭土、20份石英、10份钠长石、8份碳酸钡、3份三聚磷酸钠;其瓶身坯料按重量份数的原料组成为:60份高岭土、15份石英、20份钠长石、12份碳酸钡、2份三聚磷酸钠;其釉料按重量份数的原料组成为:10份石英、45份钾长石、10份硼砂、5份碳酸钡、10份氧化锌、4份氢氧化铝、6份滑石、3份硅酸锆。
制作方法为:将瓶嘴坯料和瓶身坯料分别制成素坯,将瓶嘴素坯和瓶身素坯通过瓶身坯料粘合成酒瓶素坯,然后将釉料施于酒瓶素坯上,干燥后送入窑炉中烧制,烧制工艺为:从室温升温至710-720℃,用时3小时;继续升温至1260-1270℃,用时2.5小时;继续升温至1280-1290℃,用时4小时。
实施例三,一种陶瓷防伪酒瓶,其坯料按重量份数的原料组成为:30份高岭土、30份石英、20份钠长石、8份碳酸钡、3份三聚磷酸钠;其瓶身坯料按重量份数的原料组成为:50份高岭土、25份石英、20份钠长石、12份碳酸钡、3份三聚磷酸钠;其釉料按重量份数的原料组成为:30份石英、45份钾长石、10份硼砂、10份碳酸钡、5份氧化锌、8份氢氧化铝、3份滑石、6份硅酸锆。
制作方法为:将瓶嘴坯料和瓶身坯料分别制成素坯,将瓶嘴素坯和瓶身素坯通过瓶身坯料粘合成酒瓶素坯,然后将釉料施于酒瓶素坯上,干燥后送入窑炉中烧制,烧制工艺为:从室温升温至710-720℃,用时2小时;继续升温至1260-1270℃,用时2小时;继续升温至1280-1290℃,用时5小时。

1.一种陶瓷防伪酒瓶,其特征在于:其瓶嘴坯料按重量份数的原料组成为:30-40份高岭土、20-30份石英、10-20份钠长石、5-8份碳酸钡、3-5份三聚磷酸钠;
其瓶身坯料按重量份数的原料组成为:50-60份高岭土、15-25份石英、15-20份钠长石、10-12份碳酸钡、2-3份三聚磷酸钠;
其釉料按重量份数的原料组成为:10-30份石英、30-45份钾长石、10-15份硼砂、5-10份碳酸钡、5-10份氧化锌、4-8份氢氧化铝、3-6份滑石、3-6份硅酸锆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种陶瓷防伪酒瓶,其特征在于:其瓶嘴坯料按重量份数的原料组成为:35份高岭土、25份石英、15份钠长石、6份碳酸钡、4份三聚磷酸钠;
其瓶身坯料按重量份数的原料组成为:55份高岭土、20份石英、16份钠长石、10份碳酸钡、3份三聚磷酸钠;
其釉料按重量份数的原料组成为:15份石英、35份钾长石、10份硼砂、6份碳酸钡、8份氧化锌、5份氢氧化铝、4份滑石、4份硅酸锆。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种陶瓷防伪酒瓶的制作方法,其特征在于:将瓶嘴坯料和瓶身坯料分别制成素坯,将瓶嘴素坯和瓶身素坯通过瓶身坯料粘合成酒瓶素坯,然后将釉料施于酒瓶素坯上,干燥后送入窑炉中烧制,烧制工艺为:从室温升温至700-720℃,用时2-3小时;继续升温至1250-1270℃,用时2-2.5小时;继续升温至1280-1290℃,用时4-5小时。
