Abstract
本发明公开了一种高耐热高白度陶瓷,其坯体包括以下重量份的原料:Loss5~6份、二氧化硅65~68份、氧化铝20~23份、氧化铁0.1~0.2份、氧化钙0.4~0.5份、氧化镁1.2~2.0份、氧化钾+氧化钠0.8~1.0份、氧化锂1.2~1.4份。本发明利用天然矿物的透锂长石、高岭土、滑石、石英等主要材料,制备的陶瓷白度良好,坯体细腻,可直接600℃淬水;本发明的制备工艺采用传统的陶瓷工艺,简单且易于大量生产,生产成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高耐热高白度陶瓷及其制备方法。
背景技术
高耐热瓷器的研究一直是日用陶瓷领域的一个难题,现有的耐热陶瓷制品具有如下缺点:一是耐热温度低,陶瓷制品易破裂;二是坯体粗糙不美观,不易清洗。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出的一种高耐热高白度陶瓷,其坯体包括以下重量份的原料:Loss5~6份、二氧化硅65~68份、氧化铝20~23份、氧化铁0.1~0.2份、氧化钙0.4~0.5份、氧化镁1.2~2.0份、氧化钾+氧化钠0.8~1.0份、氧化锂1.2~1.4份。
本发明还提出了一种高耐热高白度陶瓷的制备方法,包括如下步骤;
S1:坯体制备:原料精选、破碎、除杂,按配方配料,球磨,根据设计要求使坯料成型,修坯,坯体素烧700℃~800℃;
S2、按配方制备釉料,坯体施釉;
S3、在1270℃~1310℃烧成,其余按耐热瓷器常规制作工艺烧制温度;
S4、最高温保温0.5~1H;
S5、将制得的高耐热高白度瓷器进行质量检测。
本发明利用天然矿物的透锂长石、高岭土、滑石、石英等主要材料,制备的陶瓷白度良好,坯体细腻,可直接600℃淬水;本发明的制备工艺采用传统的陶瓷工艺,简单且易于大量生产,生产成本低。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例1
本实施例提出的一种高耐热高白度陶瓷,其坯体包括以下重量份的原料:其坯体包括以下重量份的原料:Loss5份、二氧化硅65份、氧化铝20份、氧化铁0.1份、氧化钙0.4份、氧化镁1.2份、氧化钾+氧化钠0.8份、氧化锂1.2份。
其制备方法,包括如下步骤;
S1:坯体制备:原料精选、破碎、除杂,按配方配料,球磨,根据设计要求使坯料成型,修坯,坯体素烧700℃~800℃;
S2、按配方制备釉料,坯体施釉;
S3、在1270℃~1310℃烧成,其余按耐热瓷器常规制作工艺烧制温度;
S4、最高温保温0.5~1H;
S5、将制得的高耐热高白度瓷器进行质量检测。
实施例2
本实施例提出的一种高耐热高白度陶瓷,其坯体包括以下重量份的原料:其坯体包括以下重量份的原料:Loss6份、二氧化硅68份、氧化铝23份、氧化铁0.2份、氧化钙0.5份、氧化镁2.0份、氧化钾+氧化钠1.0份、氧化锂1.4份。
其制备方法,包括如下步骤;
S1:坯体制备:原料精选、破碎、除杂,按配方配料,球磨,根据设计要求使坯料成型,修坯,坯体素烧700℃~800℃;
S2、按配方制备釉料,坯体施釉;
S3、在1270℃~1310℃烧成,其余按耐热瓷器常规制作工艺烧制温度;
S4、最高温保温0.5~1H;
S5、将制得的高耐热高白度瓷器进行质量检测。
实施例3
本实施例提出的一种高耐热高白度陶瓷,其坯体包括以下重量份的原料:其坯体包括以下重量份的原料:Loss5.5份、二氧化硅67份、氧化铝21份、氧化铁0.15份、氧化钙0.45份、氧化镁1.5份、氧化钾+氧化钠0.9份、氧化锂1.3份。
其制备方法,包括如下步骤;
S1:坯体制备:原料精选、破碎、除杂,按配方配料,球磨,根据设计要求使坯料成型,修坯,坯体素烧700℃~800℃;
S2、按配方制备釉料,坯体施釉;
S3、在1270℃~1310℃烧成,其余按耐热瓷器常规制作工艺烧制温度;
S4、最高温保温0.5~1H;
S5、将制得的高耐热高白度瓷器进行质量检测。

1.一种高耐热高白度陶瓷,其特征在于,其坯体包括以下重量份的原料:Loss5~6份、二氧化硅65~68份、氧化铝20~23份、氧化铁0.1~0.2份、氧化钙0.4~0.5份、氧化镁1.2~2.0份、氧化钾+氧化钠0.8~1.0份、氧化锂1.2~1.4份。
2.权利要求1所述的高耐热高白度瓷器的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
S1:坯体制备:原料精选、破碎、除杂,按配方配料,球磨,根据设计要求使坯料成型,修坯,坯体素烧700℃~800℃;
S2、按配方制备釉料,坯体施釉;
S3、在1270℃~1310℃烧成,其余按耐热瓷器常规制作工艺烧制温度;
S4、最高温保温0.5~1H;
S5、将制得的高耐热高白度瓷器进行质量检测。
