Abstract
本发明公开了一种缓解便秘的中药纳米饮片及其制备方法,它是由下述组分及其重量份制成:厚朴10‑12、莲须10‑12、草果6‑7、当归10‑12、肉苁蓉8‑9、知母13‑15、黄芩13‑15、白芨15‑17、皂角15‑17、石斛15‑17、甘草10‑12、桑椹20‑23、花粉20‑23、麦冬20‑23、米醋200‑230、山药粉300‑350、鱼皮胶原蛋白50‑60、黄酒100‑120。本发明的一种缓解便秘的中药纳米饮片,外形轻便,服用方便,药效稳定,所含有益成分具有养阴、健脾、抗炎、增强免疫等保健作用,无毒副作用,可长期服用,对于身体虚弱者具有滋养、预防的作用,可缓解便秘等症。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及中药纳米饮片技术领域,尤其涉及一种缓解便秘的中药纳米饮片及其制备方法。
背景技术
近年来现代中药如滴丸、注射剂、透皮吸收剂等相继出现,但与化学药等相比,现代中药剂型数量仍相对较少、品种较为单一。纳米中药粒径小、选择吸附性强,有更强的穿透力。利用纳米技术和纳米材料无疑是丰富中药剂型,促进中药现代化发展的有效途径。纳米技术对中药领域的影响是多方面的,涉及中药制剂、中药化学等众多学科。纳米技术在中药研究中的应用,提高了药物的制剂水平,同时也为纳米中药的研制提供了一定的基础,这将给中医药带来革命性的发展。采用纳米技术加工中药,使药物颗粒达到超细粉末的水平,比表面积和黏附性显著增大,药物在胃肠道里的溶解度明显增加,与肠壁接触时间延长,从而增加药物的生物利用度。何军等采用大鼠对不同粒径的水飞蓟素固体脂质纳米粒口服吸收进行了比较研究,发现150 nm固体脂质纳米粒的生物利用度明显高于粒径为500 nm和1000 nm两种制剂,粒径大小对水飞蓟素的口服吸收有显著影响。采用纳米技术加工中药,可使植物的细胞壁破碎,易于有效成分的渗出。高压均质法是利用高压均质机造成的空化和气穴效应,将微粉化的药物颗粒进一步粉碎为纳米尺寸的粒子,同时降低药物粒径的多分散性。该法适用范围广且制备过程简单,无需使用有机试剂,适用于既难溶于水也难溶于油的药物,而且工艺的重现性较好,易于大规模工业化生产,从而被认为是纳米混悬剂最理想的制备方法。为了得到稳定的纳米混悬剂,避免纳米粒子发生凝聚,在制备过程中需要加入一些表面活性剂。
然而传统中药纳米化后,其理化特性、生物活性等方面有可能发生改变,原有药物功效有可能增强,也有可能减弱或消失,甚至出现新的不良反应。中药成分极其复杂,不同成分作用的部位、靶点不同,产生的作用机制不同,制备的纳米粒也应不同,因此纳米中药的研究尚待突破。郭静静在《基于纳米混悬技术的中药难溶性有效成分给药系统的研究》中将纳米混悬技术应用到中药难溶性有效成分给药系统的研宄,拟选中药波棱瓜子的难溶性有效成分为模型药,采用先进的纳米混悬技术,通过工艺蹄选、处方优化等制备纳米混悬剂,并对其进行体外理化性质和体内药代动力学评价,为其它中药难溶性有效成分给药系统的研宄提供依据,以改善中药难溶性有效成分的体外溶出度和体内生物利用度。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种缓解便秘的中药纳米饮片。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种缓解便秘的中药纳米饮片,它是由下述组分及其重量份制成:
厚朴10-12、莲须10-12、草果6-7、当归10-12、肉苁蓉8-9、知母13-15、黄芩13-15、白芨15-17、皂角15-17、石斛15-17、甘草10-12、桑椹20-23、花粉20-23、麦冬20-23、米醋200-230、山药粉300-350、鱼皮胶原蛋白50-60、黄酒100-120。
所述的一种缓解便秘的中药纳米饮片是由下列步骤制成的:
1)、分别将厚朴、草果、当归、肉苁蓉、知母、黄芩、白芨、皂角、甘草、麦冬清洗干净后,初步切制使大小均匀,自然风干燥,然后加入粉碎机进行粉碎,过40-60目筛;
2)、将莲须、石斛、桑椹润洗后,加入黄酒、米醋进行浸泡,再与10-12倍量蒸馏水混合加入搅拌机均匀搅拌,滤布过滤除渣,将滤液加入10-12%的竹炭,静置2-2.5小时;
3)、将SDS与PVPK30以2:3-4的比例混合,加入1000-1500倍量蒸馏水充分溶解,取质量分数为1-1.2%该溶液与步骤1所得药粉混合,并加入步骤2所得滤液,于7000-8000r/min高速探头超声6-8次,在压力为1000-1200bar条件下高压乳匀8-10圈;
4)、将步骤3所得物与鱼皮胶原蛋白、花粉、山药粉充分混合,边搅拌边加热到85-90℃,高压均质后冷却至45-55℃,经冷冻干燥,收集干燥粉末,经生物膜包裹压片,分装密封入袋,遮光干燥保存。
本发明的优点是:
1、本发明的一种缓解便秘的中药纳米饮片,高压均质法是利用高压均质机造成的空化和气穴效应,将微粉化的药物颗粒进一步粉碎为纳米尺寸的粒子,同时降低药物粒径的多分散性;而且纳米技术使药物颗粒达到超细粉末的水平,比表面积和黏附性显著增大,药物在胃肠道里的溶解度明显增加,与肠壁接触时间延长,从而增加药物的生物利用度。
2、本发明的一种缓解便秘的中药纳米饮片,外形轻便,服用方便,药效稳定,所含有益成分具有养阴、健脾、抗炎、增强免疫等保健作用,无毒副作用,可长期服用,对于身体虚弱者具有滋养、预防的作用,可缓解便秘等症。
3、本发明的一种缓解便秘的中药纳米饮片,纳米粉末经生物膜进行包裹,到达肠胃后,透过生物膜纳米粒得到缓慢释放,达到缓释作用,使药效长久、稳定,纳米中药粒径小、选择吸附性强,有更强的穿透力,使药物到达一些特殊的病变部位,增强药效作用。
4、本发明的一种缓解便秘的中药纳米饮片,所含知母性味苦、寒,入肺,肾,胃三经,具有解热除烦,清肺滋肾的功效,配以麦冬增强清热作用,配以桑椹增强滋阴、润肠通便作用,配以甘草增加抗菌消炎、健胃作用;黄芩性味苦、寒,入肺、脾、胆、大小肠径,具有解热、利尿、镇静、降压等功效,配以厚朴增强止痛作用;白芨性味辛、苦、微寒,入肺、胃、肾经,具有止血抗菌的功效,配以麦冬增强养阴、止血作用;当归性味甘、苦、辛、温,入心、肝、脾经,具有活血、补血、消炎抗菌、增强抵抗力等功效,配以肉苁蓉滋补通便。
具体实施方式
一种缓解便秘的中药纳米饮片,它是由下述组分及其重量份制成:
厚朴10、莲须10、草果6、当归10、肉苁蓉8、知母13、黄芩13、白芨15、皂角15、石斛15、甘草10、桑椹20、花粉20、麦冬20、米醋200、山药粉300、鱼皮胶原蛋白50、黄酒100。
所述的一种缓解便秘的中药纳米饮片是由下列步骤制成的:

3)、将SDS与PVPK30以2:3的比例混合,加入1000倍量蒸馏水充分溶解,取质量分数为1%该溶液与步骤1所得药粉混合,并加入步骤2所得滤液,于7000r/min高速探头超声6次,在压力为1000bar条件下高压乳匀8圈;
4)、将步骤3所得物与鱼皮胶原蛋白、花粉、山药粉充分混合,边搅拌边加热到85℃,高压均质后冷却至45℃,经冷冻干燥,收集干燥粉末,经生物膜包裹压片,分装密封入袋,遮光干燥保存。
Claims (2)
1.一种缓解便秘的中药纳米饮片,其特征在于它是由下述组分及其重量份制成:
厚朴10-12、莲须10-12、草果6-7、当归10-12、肉苁蓉8-9、知母13-15、黄芩13-15、白芨15-17、皂角15-17、石斛15-17、甘草10-12、桑椹20-23、花粉20-23、麦冬20-23、米醋200-230、山药粉300-350、鱼皮胶原蛋白50-60、黄酒100-120。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种缓解便秘的中药纳米饮片其特征在于是由下列步骤制成的:
1)、分别将厚朴、草果、当归、肉苁蓉、知母、黄芩、白芨、皂角、甘草、麦冬清洗干净后,初步切制使大小均匀,自然风干燥,然后加入粉碎机进行粉碎,过40-60目筛;
