背景技术
16岁以下的儿童和青少年是人类成长阶段中增加智力的关键阶段,在此阶段,儿童和青少年的饮食和营养的好坏直接影响大脑及身心的发育,但在此阶段往往又是人类的学习阶段,学习课程多,作业重心理压力大,易造成用脑过度,精神紧张,耗伤心血,智力下降。医学认为脑与其他组织一样需要营养,脑磷脂、谷氨酸等物质参与脑对营养物质的代谢,因此西医采取补充上述物质的方法提高儿童智力,虽有一定作用,但这些西药不仅价格昂贵,而且毒副作用也较高,易造成人体机能的失衡。中医认为“心主神明(脑)、肝藏血、肾藏精、主骨充髓之海”,用补脑和调整其他脏腑功能的方法提高儿童智力,效果明显。但长久以来,补脑成份各异,且收效也不同。
随着年龄的增加,老年人神经系统生理机能也发生许多变化。这些变化包括感受器退化、中枢处理信息的能力降低、平衡能力和神经系统的工作能力下降。表现在视力、听力下降,记忆力减退,对刺激反应迟钝,容易疲劳,恢复速度减慢等。要延缓记忆力衰退和增强记忆力,老年人还必须及时适量补充蛋白质、微量元素、维生素等营养物质。
智力低下或称智能迟缓,是指在发育时期内智力低于同龄儿童水平并伴有适应性行为缺陷。据世界卫生组织统计:世界上的任何国家、任何民族,其智力低下的患病率均在1~3%。据此推算,我国智力低下患者在1200万~3600万。如此众多的患者不仅给患者本人和家庭带来了莫大的痛苦,还给社会造成了沉重的压力,并直接降低了我国的人口素质。因此,制定防治措施、最大限度的降低其患病率、增进儿童智力发育水平,对提高我国人口素质、促进社会和经济的发展具有十分重要的意义。

本发明海洋特膳食品的主要原料为:
1.海洋低聚肽:
本发明所述的海洋低聚肽,是指利用水解或生物酶工程技术从食源性海洋动物或海藻蛋白中分离提取的一类小分子蛋白质,其平均分子量在1000Dalton以下,易溶于水,对酸、热稳定,可以不需经过消化而直接吸收,具有良好的生物吸收度和生物利用度。

其中,本发明所述的海洋虾蛋白肽是指以南极磷虾粉、明虾粉、基围虾粉、对虾粉、青虾粉为原料,利用生物酶解技术,提取的酶解虾蛋白质,其平均分子量低于1000Dalton;本发明所述的海洋蟹蛋白肽是指梭子蟹粉、青蟹粉、毛蟹粉、红蟹粉为原料,利用生物酶解技术,提取的酶解蟹蛋白质,其平均分子量低于1000Dalton;本发明所述的海洋鱼蛋白肽是指以近海鱼(如银枪鱼、沙尖鱼、黄鲫等)和远海鱼(如大黄鱼、带鱼、金枪鱼等)、深海鱼 (如石斑、鲳鱼等)为原料,利用生物水解技术,提取的水解鱼蛋白质,其平均分子量低于1500Dalton。本发明所述的海洋贝类蛋白肽是指以牡蛎肉、扇贝肉、珍珠贝肉、贻贝肉、文蛤肉、波纹巴非蛤肉为原料,利用生物酶解技术,提取的酶解贝蛋白质,其平均分子量低于1000Dalton;本发明所述的海藻蛋白肽是指以海藻(如海水螺旋藻、小球藻等)为原料,利用生物酶解技术,提取出的海藻蛋白肽。本发明所述的海洋鱼皮胶原肽是指以近海和远海鱼(如马胶鱼等)、深海鱼(如石斑鱼等) 的鱼皮胶为原料,利用生物酶解技术,提取的酶解鱼皮胶原蛋白质,其平均分子量低于 1500Dalton。本发明所述的骨胶原肽是指以海洋鱼(如带鱼,鲅鱼,鳕鱼、鲳鱼、鲈鱼) 的鱼骨为原料,利用生物酶解技术,提取的小分子蛋白质,其平均分子量低于1500Dalton。本发明所述的海藻蛋白肽是指以海藻(如海水螺旋藻、小球藻等)为原料,利用生物酶解技术,提取出的海藻蛋白肽。
2.海洋生物活性多糖:
本发明所述的海洋生物活性多糖为海洋动物多糖、海藻多糖和海洋壳类多糖中的一种、几种或全部。海洋动物多糖,是指将海洋软体动物、贝类、鱼骨经酶解、滤除蛋白和纯化,再经真空浓缩或喷雾干燥而制备的粉状物质;海藻多糖是指从海藻中提取出海藻酸与各种矿物质元素结合,再经干燥粉碎制备而成的粉状物质;海洋壳类多糖,是指将珍珠或珍珠母贝通过物理方法制备而成的粉状物质。
本发明所述的海洋动物多糖为糖胺聚糖和鲨鱼软骨素中的一种或两种。
(1)糖胺聚糖
从刺参、海参、海星、鳖鱼、乌贼、扇贝、甲壳动物马氏珠母贝等海洋动物中提取后分离出各种糖胺聚糖,其有提高免疫力、抗凝血、抗肿瘤、降血脂、等多种活性。
(2)鳖鱼软骨素
鳖鱼软骨素具有美容养颜、强壮筋骨、抗风湿关节炎、预防癌症与肿瘤、冠心病、心绞痛、心肌梗死、冠状动脉粥样硬化、心肌缺血等疾病,无明显的毒副作用,能显著降低冠心病患者的发病率和死亡率。
本发明所述的海藻多糖为琼脂、海藻酸钠、卡拉胶、岩藻多糖、海藻酸钾、海藻酸钙、海藻酸锌、海藻酸铁和海藻酸镁中的一种、几种或全部。
(1)海藻酸盐,存在于海带、巨藻等褐藻中的一种天然多糖类物质,是藻体中的海藻酸与海水中的矿物质生成的天然产物,海藻酸是由甘露糖醛酸(M)和古洛糖醛酸(G)组成的混聚多糖。海藻多糖是一种可食而又不被人体消化的大分子多糖,它在胃肠里具有吸水性、吸附性、阳离子的交换和凝胶过滤等作用,具有以下功能:降血糖、降血压、降血脂,降低胆固醇,预防脂肪肝;阻碍放射元素的吸收,有助于排除体内重金属;加快肠胃蠕动,预防便秘。经过低分子化的海藻酸盐具有更强的生物活性,具有以下明显的保健作用:低分子海藻酸钾可调节及预防高血压、延缓心血管衰老、改善微循环;低分子海藻酸钠可降血脂;低分子海藻酸钙是补钙食品的新型钙源,易于吸收;低分子海藻酸锌可健脑益智及预防中老年痴呆症;低分子海藻酸铁可补铁、补血;低分子海藻酸镁可预防及治疗冠心病。
(2)岩藻多糖:岩藻多糖又称褐藻糖胶、褐藻多糖硫酸酷,是褐藻类海洋植物(海带等)中所特有的海洋活性多糖,在自然界中属于少有的硫酸酷离子型天然多糖,经过大量实验与临床研究表明,产品具有提高免疫力、降血糖、抗凝血、降血脂、降血压、抑制肾衰、抗肿瘤等生理活性。
(3)卡拉胶:用角叉菜等红藻提取的、由1,3-β-D-吡喃半乳糖和1,4-β-D-吡喃半乳糖相间结合而成的直链多糖硫酸酯。卡拉胶具有可溶性膳食纤维的基本特性,在体内降解后的卡拉胶能与血纤维蛋白形成可溶性的络合物。可被大肠细菌酵解成CO2、 H2、沼气及甲酸、乙酸、丙酸等短链脂肪酸,成为益生菌的能量源。
本发明所述的海洋壳类多糖为珍珠粉、珍珠层粉、几丁聚糖、几丁寡糖、氨糖中的一种、几种或全部。
(1)珍珠粉
珍珠粉含有18种氨基酸,其中7种是人体必需氨基酸、文石结构的碳酸钙,20多种微量元素及维生素B。《中华人民共和国药典》及《中药大辞典》均指明:珍珠具有安神定惊、明目去翳、解毒生肌等功效,现代研究还表明珍珠粉在提高人体免疫力、延缓衰老、祛斑美白、补充钙质等方面都具有独特的作用。
(2)几丁聚糖、几丁寡糖
几丁聚糖具有强化免疫功能,对癌症有抑制作用、抑制老化、降低胆固醇、降血压作用、强化肝脏机能、对神经、内分泌系统的调节作用、改善腰酸背痛、吸附体内有害物质并排除于体外。
将几丁聚糖经特殊的生物酶技术处理而得到几丁寡糖,是水溶性较好、功能作用大、生物活性高的低分子量产品,研究证明:几丁寡糖具有提高免疫力,抑制癌肿细胞生长,促进肝脾抗体形成,促进钙及矿物质的吸收,增殖双歧杆菌、乳酸菌等人体有益菌群,降血脂、降血压、降血糖、调节胆固醇,减肥,预防成人疾病等功能。
(3)氨糖
氨糖的全称是D-氨基葡萄糖,可分为D-氨基葡萄糖盐酸盐和D-氨基葡萄糖硫酸盐。氨糖是亲水性极强的蛋白多糖的重要组成部分,它能合成人体中的胶原蛋白,极易被人体吸收。
3.海藻粉:
海藻粉是指将海藻洗净、除腥、滤杂、烘丁、粉碎而制备的粉状物质。食源性海洋藻类富含海藻胶、甘露醇、维生素和多种矿物质元素如钾、铁、钙、磷、碘、硒、钻等微量元素,还含粗蛋白10% ~ 40%,粗脂肪0.30% ~ 50% ,碳水化合物30% ~ 60%。科学研究表明,海藻粉可以调节人体的新陈代谢机能,增强免疫力、保健、补脑增智、抗衰老,可以预防甲状腺肿大、肾病,增强皮肽光泽和弹性、软化血管、降低胆固醇,是一种美容佳品;还可以降脂、降压,防止肥胖病、高血压、心血管病等。
本发明所述的海藻粉为褐藻粉、马尾藻粉、掌状红皮藻粉、石莼粉、海带粉、紫菜粉、巨藻粉中的一种、几种或全部。
4.营养氨基酸:
氨基酸是构成生物体蛋白质并同生命活动有关的最基本的物质,是在生物体内构成蛋白 质分子的基本单位,与生物的生命活动有着密切的关系。它在抗体内具有特殊的生理功能, 是生物体内不可缺少的营养成分之一,经医学研究证实,L-精氨酸、牛磺酸、L-瓜氨酸、L- 半胱氨酸、L-丙氨酸具有护肝养肝的功能。
所述的营养氨基酸为L-精氨酸、牛磺酸、L-瓜氨酸、L-半胱氨酸和L-丙氨酸中的一种、几种或全部。
5.低聚糖:
低聚糖,又称寡糖。功能性低聚糖不被人体消化吸收,也不被大多数的肠道腐败菌利用, 从而可以抑制腐败菌生长,有助于改善和维持肠道正常功能。长期食用可以延缓衰老、通便、 减肥、维持血糖水平、提高营养吸收率,特别是能够改善机体对钙、铁、锌离子的吸收。以 具有很多生物学活性的低聚糖作为调味剂,避免了蔗糖等甜味剂的弊端。
本发明所述的低聚糖为麦芽低聚糖、半乳糖低聚糖、果糖低聚糖、低聚异麦芽糖、牛乳低聚糖和低聚木糖中一种、几种或全部;所述的营养素为卵磷脂、辅酵素Q10和α-硫辛酸中的一种或全部。

8.双歧杆菌:

本实施例选择粉状海洋鱼蛋白肽、海洋贝类蛋白肽、海洋虾类蛋白肽、海洋蟹类蛋白肽、海藻蛋白肽、海洋鱼皮胶原肽、海洋骨原肽、海藻酸钠、岩藻多糖、几丁聚糖、鲨鱼软骨素、糖氨聚糖、褐藻粉、马尾藻粉、掌状红皮藻粉、石莼粉、海带粉、紫菜粉、巨藻粉、牛磺酸、L-精氨酸、L-瓜氨酸、L-半胱氨酸、L-丙氨酸、 麦芽低聚糖、卵磷脂、辅酵素Q10、α-硫辛酸及各种维生素、矿物质、青春双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、德氏乳杆菌、乳亚种格氏乳杆菌、核桃仁粉、山药粉、西洋参粉、灵芝粉按下列重量配比进行制备:
(1)海洋低聚肽:海洋虾类蛋白肽3.5g、海洋蟹类蛋白肽3.5g、海洋鱼蛋白肽1.0g、海洋贝类蛋白肽1.0g、海藻蛋白肽0.5g、海洋鱼皮胶原肽0.2g、海洋骨原肽0.2g;
(2)海洋生物活性多糖:海藻酸钠0.6g、岩藻多糖0.5g、几丁聚糖0.3g、鲨鱼软骨素0.3g、糖胺聚糖0.3g;
(3)海藻粉:褐藻粉0.6g、马尾藻粉0.5g、掌状红皮藻粉0.1g、石莼粉0.2g、海带粉0.2g、紫菜粉 0.2g、巨藻粉0.2g;
(4)营养氨基酸:牛磺酸0.4g、L-精氨酸0.3g、L-瓜氨酸0.5g、L-半胱氨酸0.4g、L-丙氨酸0.5g;
(5)低聚糖:麦芽低聚糖1.8g;
(6)营养素:卵磷脂0.6g、辅酵素Q10 0.06g、α-硫辛酸0.06g;
(7)维生素:维生素A 0.6mg、维生素E 5.5mg、维生素C 36mg、维生素D 0.3mg、维生素B10.6mg、维生素B2 1.5mg、维生素B61.5mg、维生素B120.5mg、烟酸0.8mg、叶酸0.8mg、 泛酸3mg、胆碱45mg、烟酰胺0.6mg;
(8)矿物质(矿物质的添加形式为该矿物质的有机或无机化合物):钙300mg、钾120mg、镁90mg、铁6mg、锌6mg、硒0.05mg、锰2mg、铬0.05mg、铜0.5mg、钼0.05mg。
(9)双歧杆菌:青春双歧杆菌1g、乳双歧杆菌1g、两歧双歧杆菌1g、短双歧杆菌1g、婴儿双歧杆菌1g、长双歧杆菌1g;
(10)乳杆菌:干酪乳杆菌2g、保加利亚乳杆菌2g、德氏乳杆菌2g、乳亚种格氏乳杆菌2g;
(11)核桃仁粉:3g;
(12)山药粉:3g;
(13)西洋参粉:2g;
(14)灵芝粉:2g;以上所用原料均可通过市售购买到。
将上述原料混合,搅拌均匀,经过干燥,制成粉状食品。
食用时,用约150mL温开水溶解后,直接饮用。
本实施例特膳食品的临床试验结果如下:经50个精神发育迟滞患儿,持续服用60天,参照《幼儿及儿童精神发育量表》、《 Gesell儿童发育测查量表》、《韦氏学龄期儿童智力量表》,显效(临床症状明显好转,IQ提高15分以上,相关检查及症状消失或明显改善)34人,有效(临床症状有所好转,IQ提高8~ 15分)12人,无效(临床症状有所好转或无变化,IQ提高不到8分)4人。服用者无任何不良反应,三大常规化验及肝肾功能检测未发现异常。口感好,见效快,服用方便。
实施例2

(4)营养氨基酸:牛磺酸0.4g、L-精氨酸0.4g、L-瓜氨酸0.5g、L-半胱氨酸0.6g、L-丙氨酸0.5g;
(5)低聚糖:麦芽低聚糖2.0g;

本实施例特膳食品的临床试验结果如下:经30个年龄在65~70岁的老年痴呆老人,持续服用60天,观察服用后临床疗效,HDS(长谷川氏痴呆修改量表)、MMSE(简易精神状态量表评定标准)、ADL(日常生活能力表) 积分比较,显效(治疗前后相比,HDS、MMSE 得分提高25%以上,ADL 得分降低 25%以上)19人,有效(治疗前后相比,HDS、MMSE 得分提高 10%以上,ADL 得分降低 10%以上)8人,无效(治疗前后相比,HDS、MMSE 得分提高 10%以下或无明显变化,ADL 得分降低 10%以下或无明显变化)3人。服用者无任何不良反应,三大常规化验及肝肾功能检测未发现异常。口感好,见效快,服用方便。
实施例3
本实施例选择粉状海洋鱼蛋白肽、海洋贝类蛋白肽、海洋虾类蛋白肽、海洋蟹类蛋白肽、海藻蛋白肽、海洋鱼皮胶原肽、海洋骨原肽、海藻酸钠、岩藻多糖、几丁聚糖、鲨鱼软骨素、糖氨聚糖、褐藻粉、马尾藻粉、掌状红皮藻粉、石莼粉、海带粉、紫菜粉、巨藻粉、牛磺酸、L-精氨酸、L-瓜氨酸、L-半胱氨酸、L-丙氨酸、 麦芽低聚糖、卵磷脂、辅酵素Q10、α-硫辛酸及各种维生素、矿物质、青春双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌、干酪乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、德氏乳杆菌、乳亚种格氏乳杆菌、核桃仁粉、山药粉、西洋参粉、灵芝粉按下列重量配比进行制备:

食用时,用约200mL温开水溶解后,直接饮用。
本发明特膳食品的临床试验结果如下:经100个智力发育低下患者,持续服用60天,通过观察《盖塞尔智能发育测验(Gesell)》量表的应物能、应人能DQ得分,作为疗效评定指标,应物能、应人能与服用相比前有极显著差异的53人,有显著差异的35人,无显著差异的12人。病人无任何不良反应,三大常规化验及肝肾功能检测未发现异常。口感好,见效快,服用方便。

海藻粉:1.5-2.0
营养氨基酸:1.5-2.5
低聚糖:1.5-2.5
营养素:0.2-0.8
维生素:0.03-0.10
矿物质:0.2-0.8
双歧杆菌:5.0-10.0
乳杆菌:5.0-10.0
核桃仁粉:2.0-5.0
山药粉:2.0-5.0
西洋参粉:2.0-3.0
灵芝粉:2.0-3.0。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于促进智力发育的海洋多肽特膳食品,其特征在于,所述的海洋低聚肽为海洋虾类蛋白肽、海洋蟹类蛋白肽、海洋鱼蛋白肽、海洋贝类蛋白肽和海藻蛋白肽、海洋鱼皮胶原肽、海洋骨原肽中的一种、几种或全部;
所述的海洋生物活性多糖为海洋动物多糖、海藻多糖和海洋壳类多糖中的一种、几种或全部,其中所述的海洋动物多糖为糖胺聚糖和鲨鱼软骨素中的一种或两种,所述的海藻多糖为琼脂、海藻酸钠、卡拉胶、岩藻多糖、海藻酸钾、海藻酸钙、海藻酸锌、海藻酸铁和海藻酸镁中的一种、几种或全部,所述的海洋壳类多糖为珍珠粉、珍珠层粉、几丁聚糖、几丁寡糖、氨糖中的一种、几种或全部;
所述的海藻粉为褐藻粉、马尾藻粉、掌状红皮藻粉、石莼粉、海带粉、紫菜粉、巨藻粉中的一种、几种或全部;
所述的营养氨基酸为L-精氨酸、牛磺酸、L-瓜氨酸、L-半胱氨酸和L-丙氨酸中的一种、几种或全部;
所述的低聚糖为麦芽低聚糖、半乳糖低聚糖、果糖低聚糖、低聚异麦芽糖、牛乳低聚糖和低聚木糖中一种、几种或全部;所述的营养素为卵磷脂、辅酵素Q10和α-硫辛酸中的一种或全部;
所述的营养素为卵磷脂、辅酵素Q10和α-硫辛酸中的一种或全部;
