背景技术
16岁以下的儿童和青少年是人类成长阶段中增加智力的关键阶段,在此阶段,儿童和青少年的饮食和营养的好坏直接影响大脑及身心的发育,但在此阶段往往又是人类的学习阶段,学习课程多,作业重心理压力大,易造成用脑过度,精神紧张,耗伤心血,智力下降。医学认为脑与其他组织一样需要营养,脑磷脂、谷氨酸等物质参与脑对营养物质的代谢,因此西医采取补充上述物质的方法提高儿童智力,虽有一定作用,但这些西药不仅价格昂贵,而且毒副作用也较高,易造成人体机能的失衡。中医认为“心主神明(脑)、肝藏血、肾藏精、主骨充髓之海”,用补脑和调整其他脏腑功能的方法提高儿童智力,效果明显。但长久以来,补脑成份各异,且收效也不同。
智力低下或称智能迟缓,是指在发育时期内智力低于同龄儿童水平并伴有适应性行为缺陷。据世界卫生组织统计:世界上的任何国家、任何民族,其智力低下的患病率均在1~3%。据此推算,我国智力低下患者在1200万~3600万。如此众多的患者不仅给患者本人和家庭带来了莫大的痛苦,还给社会造成了沉重的压力,并直接降低了我国的人口素质。因此,制定防治措施、最大限度的降低其患病率、增进儿童智力发育水平,对提高我国人口素质、促进社会和经济的发展具有十分重要的意义。故此,我们提出了用于促进智力发育的海洋多肽特膳食品。

S1:将酸枣粉碎成粗粉,用含抗氧化剂的水溶液煮4-6次,每次的用水量为酸枣粗粉的12-14倍,每次煮制时间为1.5h,把水提液合并,过滤;
S2:将滤液放入聚酰胺吸附柱,聚酰胺吸附柱用4倍量水洗涤;
S3:用体积分数为70%-85%的乙醇解吸,洗脱液浓缩后,用正己烷完全萃取2次,浓缩,干燥,即得酸枣提取物。

本发明配方中的海藻多糖和海藻粉富含海洋膳食纤维,具有很强的缚水能力,在肠内吸水膨胀为原来的50-200倍,形成粘稠度很高的胶体溶液,与大肠内容物混合,增加粪便的水分,因为胶体溶液中的水分不易被大肠吸收而起到粪便保湿的作用,另外,胶体溶液粘附在大肠内壁上,起到滑润肠道的作用,有利于粪便的排出。低聚糖通过促进肠内益生菌的生长繁殖,抑制腐败菌的生长,同时在肠粘膜表面形成一道保护屏障,可以抵御肠道腐败菌对肠粘膜的损伤,减少肠内有害物质的吸收。低聚糖可以促进肠道蠕动,加速肠内残留物质的排出,有利于防止便秘。

2.根据权利要求1所述的用于促进智力发育的海洋多肽特膳食品,其特征在于:所述特膳食品的原料成分如下,以重量份计为:海洋低聚肽8.0,海洋生物活性多糖1.6,海藻粉1.8,营养氨基酸1.3,低聚糖2.2,维生素0.05,矿物质0.6,双歧杆菌7.0,乳杆菌7.0,多营养粉4.0,酸枣提取物3.5,DHA藻油2.5。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于促进智力发育的海洋多肽特膳食品,其特征在于:所述海洋低聚肽为海洋虾类蛋白肽、海洋蟹类蛋白肽、海洋鱼蛋白肽、海洋贝类蛋白肽和海藻蛋白肽、海洋鱼皮胶原肽、海洋骨原肽中的至少一种;所述海洋生物活性多糖为海洋动物多糖、海藻多糖和海洋壳类多糖中的至少一种;所述的海藻粉为褐藻粉、马尾藻粉、掌状红皮藻粉、石莼粉、海带粉、紫菜粉、巨藻粉中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于促进智力发育的海洋多肽特膳食品,其特征在于:所述营养氨基酸为L-精氨酸、牛磺酸、L-瓜氨酸、L-半胱氨酸和L-丙氨酸中的至少一种;所述低聚糖为麦芽低聚糖、半乳糖低聚糖、果糖低聚糖、低聚异麦芽糖、牛乳低聚糖和低聚木糖中的至少一种;所述维生素为维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素C、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12中的至少一种;所述矿物质为钙、钾、镁、铁、锌、硒、锰、铜、铬和钼中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于促进智力发育的海洋多肽特膳食品,其特征在于:所述双歧杆菌为青春双歧杆菌、乳双歧杆菌、两歧双歧杆菌、短双歧杆菌、婴儿双歧杆菌、长双歧杆菌中的至少一种;所述乳杆菌为嗜酸乳杆菌粉、干酪乳杆菌、保加利亚乳杆菌、德氏乳杆菌、乳亚种格氏乳杆菌、发酵乳杆菌、瑞士乳杆菌、唾液乳杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌、罗伊氏乳杆菌、植物乳杆菌、副干酪乳杆菌、约氏乳杆菌中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于促进智力发育的海洋多肽特膳食品,其特征在于:所述多营养粉是由黑芝麻粉、刺梨粉、核桃粉、螺旋藻干粉和无花果粉按照1.0:0.5-0.7:0.3-0.5:0.2-0.6:0.5-1.0的重量比混合得到的。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于促进智力发育的海洋多肽特膳食品,其特征在于:所述多营养粉是由黑芝麻粉、刺梨粉、核桃粉、螺旋藻干粉和无花果粉按照1.0:0.5:0.5:0.5:1.0的重量比混合得到的。
8.根据权利要求1所述的用于促进智力发育的海洋多肽特膳食品,其特征在于:所述酸枣提取物通过以下步骤制备而成:
S1:将酸枣粉碎成粗粉,用含抗氧化剂的水溶液煮4-6次,每次的用水量为酸枣粗粉的12-14倍,每次煮制时间为1.5h,把水提液合并,过滤;
S2:将滤液放入聚酰胺吸附柱,聚酰胺吸附柱用4倍量水洗涤;
S3:用体积分数为70%-85%的乙醇解吸,洗脱液浓缩后,用正己烷完全萃取2次,浓缩,干燥,即得酸枣提取物。
9.根据权利要求1所述的用于促进智力发育的海洋多肽特膳食品,其特征在于:所述特膳食品可制成粉状、片状、颗粒状、丸状或其他食品上可接受的剂型。
