本发明属于高性能永磁铁氧体磁体技术领域,具体涉及一种具有极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体及其制备方法。
背景技术
具有M型磁钻石结构的永磁铁氧体磁铁被广泛应用于汽车、家用电器、工业自动化等行业,其中,应用在汽车电机或变频压缩机上的高性能磁体使用条件恶劣,经常在室外条件下处于较高或者较低的温度(-50℃~100℃)下,所以对磁体的性能稳定性提出了更高要求,更低的温度系数对电机性能的保持和防止老化尤为重要。
目前国内量产高性能永磁铁氧体材料磁性能一般为剩余磁通密度(Br):4300~4500Gs;磁感应矫顽力(Hcb):3800~4200Oe;Hcj(內禀矫顽力):3400~5400Oe;最大磁能积(BH)max:4.4~5MGOe;退磁曲线矩形比(Hk/Hcj):0.8~0.93;Hcj俗称保磁力, Hcj温度系数是指Hcj随温度变化的系数,温度系数越低,Hcj随温度变化越小,特别适用于低温环境。高性能永磁铁氧体往往无法达到较低的Hcj温度系数,从而影响其使用范围;目前国内高性能内禀矫顽力温度系数一般为0.2%~0.4%之间,最先进的日本 TDK的内禀矫顽力温度系数为0.2%。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术中不能同时实现使铁氧体具有高性能及低内禀矫顽力温度系数的技术问题,提供了一种具有极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种具有极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体,主相分子式为SrxAyB1-x- yFezCnOm,其中A为元素Ca、Ba、Pb中的一种或者几种,B为元素La、Bi、Y中的一种或者几种; C为元素Co、Zn、Ni、Cd、Mn、Cu、Cr中的一种或几种;x、y、z、n、m代表摩尔比,取值范围分别为:0.1≤x≤0.6,0.05≤y≤0.5,0≤n≤0.3,9.0≤Z≤12.0, 15≤m≤19。
作为优化方案,0.5≤x+y≤0.7。
作为优化方案,17≤m≤18。
作为优化方案,B的组分中包含La元素,La元素在B中的质量百分数不小于30%。
一种具有极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)配料
根据主相分子式SrxAyB1-x-yFezCnOm的摩尔比计算Sr、A、B、Fe和C五个元素的氧化物或者金属盐类配料所需质量,然后进行称量,各配料的平均粒度小于8μm,纯度大于 97%;并添加不超过配料总重0.5%的H3BO3和配料总重不超过0.5%NH4HCO3
(2)研磨
将称好的配料加入水球磨或者砂磨机中,进行1~5h的湿式研磨,配料、钢球和水的质量配比为1:(6~13):(1.5~2.5);
(3)预烧
研磨后的原料脱水烘干,烘干后含水率小于3%;粉碎过40目筛网,然后放置马弗炉中预烧,预烧温度为1150~1350℃,时间为60~150min;最后粉碎,粉碎后平均粒度为2.0~8.0μm;
(4)二次研磨
在预烧原料中加入质量分数不超过1.5%的助溶剂或质量分数不超过3%的分散剂或质量分数不超过3%的金属氧化物或质量分数不超过1.1%的金属盐进行研磨,研磨时料、钢球和水的质量比为:1:(6~13):(1.5~2.5);
(5)磁场成型
将研磨好的粉末沉淀或者直接脱水至料浆浓度为60%~65%,在大于120KA/M的高磁场强度下,压制成密度为3.1~3.4g/cm3的规则磁体。
(6)二次烧结
将步骤(4)中的规则磁体放入马弗炉内烧结,在1170~1250℃温度下烧成的密度为4.9~5.2g/cm3的极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体。
作为优化方案,步骤(5)中的规则磁体为圆饼状或者方块形状,并且厚度大于12m。
作为优化方案,制得的永磁铁氧体具有的性能为Br≥4400Gs,Hcb≥4000Oe, Hcj:4700Oe,(BH)max≥4.7MGOe,矩形比Hk/Hcj≥0.9,Hcj温度系数:0~0.07%/K-1
本发明的有益效果包括:
1、采用本发明的工艺方法制备的分子式为SrxAyB1-x-yFezCnOm的永磁铁氧体磁体能够达到高性能(Br≥4400Gs,Hcb≥4000Oe,Hcj≥4700Oe,(BH)max≥4.7MGOe;),高矩形比Hk/Hcj≥0.9)的同时,有低的Hcj温度系数(0~0.07%/K-1)。
2、进一步优化配方,尤其是A、B离子取代组合和对氧元素m值的限定,同时辅以更严格的制备工艺,使得烧结永磁铁氧体的烧结温度的烧结范围显著扩大,以及退磁曲线的方形度显著提高。
3、一次添加剂中添加的硼酸和碳酸氢铵,促进永磁铁氧体M相的充分产生,对磁性能和低Hcj系数的稳定性有很大的促进作用。

将称好的配料加入水球磨中,进行1h的湿式研磨,配料、钢球和水的质量配比为1:9:2;
(3)预烧
研磨后的原料脱水烘干,烘干后含水率小于3%;粉碎过40目筛网,然后放置马弗炉中预烧,预烧温度为1260℃,时间为120min;最后粉碎,粉碎后平均粒度为2.5μm;
(4)二次研磨
根据预烧原料加入二次添加剂:碳酸钙:0.8%,二氧化硅:0.35%,硼酸:0.1%,葡萄糖酸钙:0.3%,研磨时料、钢球和水的质量比为:1:12:2;
(5)磁场成型
将研磨好的粉末沉淀或者直接脱水至料浆浓度为60%,在大于120KA/M的高磁场强度下,压制成密度为3.3g/cm3的规则磁体,规则磁体为圆饼状,并且厚度为12mm;
(6)二次烧结
将步骤(5)中所述的规则磁体放入马弗炉,在1210℃温度下烧成的密度为4.9g/cm3的极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体。
实施例1制得的极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体经检测Br:4400Gs;Hcb:4149Oe;Hcj:5137Oe;(BH)max:4.82MGOe;Hk/Hcj:0.93;Hcj温度系数:0.06%/K-1
实施例2:一种具有极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体,主相分子式为Sr0.45Ba0.2Bi0.1La0.25Fe11Zn0.18O17.86。上述高性能永磁铁氧的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)配料
根据主相分子式Sr0.48Ba0.2Bi0.1La0.21Fe11Zn0.18O17.51的摩尔比,并考虑损耗比,计算原料添加量,其中:
Fe2O3粉末1225.6g;SrCO3粉末92.7g;BaCO3粉末55.1g;Bi2O3粉末32.5g;La2O3粉末56.8g;ZnO粉末20.4g;H3BO32.5g;NH4HCO3粉末3g;各配料的平均粒度小于8 μm,纯度大于97%;
(2)研磨
将称好的配料加入水球磨中,进行1.5h的湿式研磨,配料、钢球和水的质量配比为1:6:1.5;
(3)预烧
研磨后的原料脱水烘干,烘干后含水率小于1.5%;粉碎过40目筛网,然后放置马弗炉中预烧,预烧温度为1150℃,时间为150min;最后粉碎,粉碎后平均粒度为4.5 μm;
(4)二次研磨
根据预烧原料加入二次添加剂:碳酸钙:0.5%,二氧化硅:0.2%,硼酸:0.2%,碳酸氢铵:0.3%,研磨时料、钢球和水的质量比为:1:6:1.5;
(5)磁场成型
将研磨好的粉末沉淀或者直接脱水至料浆浓度为60%,在大于120KA/M的高磁场强度下,压制成密度为3.4g/cm3的规则磁体,规则磁体为方块形状,并且厚度为12mm;
(6)二次烧结
将步骤(5)中所述的规则磁体放入马弗炉,在1210℃温度下烧成的密度为4.9g/cm3的极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体。
实施例2制得的极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体经检测Br:4478Gs;Hcb:4199Oe;Hcj:5212Oe;(BH)max:4.89MGOe;Hk/Hcj:0.94,Hcj温度系数:0.05%/K-1
实施例3:一种具有极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体,主相分子式为Sr0.59Pb0.06Y0.05La0.3Fe9.5Ni0.17O16.09,上述高性能永磁铁氧的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)配料
根据主相分子式Sr0.59Pb0.06Y0.05La0.3Fe9.8Ni0.17O16.09的摩尔比,并考虑损耗比,计算原料添加量,其中:
Fe2O3粉末1351.2g;SrCO3粉末150.4g;PbO2粉末26.6g;Y2O3粉末9.7g;La2O3 粉末84.4g;NiO粉末21.9g;H3BO3粉末0.5g;NH4HCO3粉末1g;然后进行称量,各配料的平均粒度小于8μm,纯度大于97%;
(2)研磨
将称好的配料加入砂磨机中,进行6h的湿式研磨,配料、钢球和水的质量配比为1:13:2.5;
(3)预烧
研磨后的原料脱水烘干,烘干后含水率小于1.0%;粉碎过40目筛网,然后放置马弗炉中预烧,预烧温度为1350℃,时间为60min;最后粉碎,粉碎后平均粒度为5.2μm;
(4)二次研磨
根据预烧原料加入二次添加剂:碳酸钙:0.8%,硼酸:0.5%,山梨糖醇:0.5%,研磨时料、钢球和水的质量比为:1:13:2.5;
(5)磁场成型
将研磨好的粉末沉淀或者直接脱水至料浆浓度为63%,在大于120KA/M的高磁场强度下,压制成密度为3.2g/cm3的规则磁体,规则磁体为圆饼状,并且厚度为12mm;
(6)二次烧结
将步骤(5)中所述的规则磁体放入马弗炉,在1170℃温度下烧成的密度为5.0g/cm3的极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体。
实施例3制得的极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体经检测Br:4520Gs;Hcb:4230Oe;Hcj:5401Oe;(BH)max:4.93MGOe;Hk/Hcj:0.94;Hcj温度系数:0.04%/K-1
实施例4::一种具有极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体,主相分子式为Sr0.26Ca0.35La0.39Fe11.2Cd0.13O18.13
上述高性能永磁铁氧的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)配料
根据主相分子式Sr0.26Ca0.35La0.39Fe11.2Cd0.13O18.13的摩尔比,并考虑损耗比,计算原料添加量,其中:Fe2O3粉末1324.6g;SrCO3粉末56.9g;CaCO3粉末51.8g;La2O3粉末94.1g;CdO粉末24.7g;H3BO3粉末3.5g;NH4HCO3粉末4g;
然后进行称量,各配料的平均粒度小于8μm,纯度大于97%;
(2)研磨
将称好的配料加入砂磨机中,进行6h的湿式研磨,配料、钢球和水的质量配比为1:6:2;
(3)预烧
研磨后的原料脱水烘干,烘干后含水率小于1.0%;粉碎过40目筛网,然后放置马弗炉中预烧,预烧温度为1250℃,时间为120min;最后粉碎,粉碎后平均粒度为4.9 μm;
(4)二次研磨
根据预烧原料加入二次添加剂:碳酸钙:0.8%,硼酸:1.5%,山梨糖醇:0.5%,二氧化硅:0.4%,氧化钴:1.5%;研磨时料、钢球和水的质量比为:1:12:2;
(5)磁场成型
将研磨好的粉末沉淀或者直接脱水至料浆浓度为60%,在大于120KA/M的高磁场强度下,压制成密度为3.15g/cm3的规则磁体,规则磁体为圆饼状,并且厚度为12mm;
(6)二次烧结
将步骤(5)中所述的规则磁体放入马弗炉,在1250℃温度下烧成的密度为5.0g/cm3的极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体。
实施例4制得的极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体经检测Br:4557Gs;Hcb:4181Oe;Hcj:5542KA/M;(BH)max:4.94MGOe;Hk/Hcj:0.95;Hcj温度系数:0.05%/K-1
实施例5:一种具有极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体,主相分子式为Sr0.15Ca0.47La0.38Fe10.9Mn0.3O17.96
上述高性能永磁铁氧的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)配料
根据主相分子式Sr0.15Ca0.47La0.36Fe10.9Mn0.3O17.96的摩尔比,并考虑损耗比,计算原料添加量,其中:Fe2O3粉末1311.1g;SrCO3粉末33.4g;CaCO3粉末70.8g;La2O3粉末88.3g;MnO粉末32.1g;H3BO3粉末2.1g;NH4HCO3粉末1.3g,然后进行称量,各配料的平均粒度小于8μm,纯度大于97%;
(2)研磨
将称好的配料加入砂磨机中,进行3.5h的湿式研磨,配料、钢球和水的质量配比为1:6:2;
(3)预烧
研磨后的原料脱水烘干,烘干后含水率小于2.0%;粉碎过40目筛网,然后放置马弗炉中预烧,预烧温度为1270℃,时间为120min;最后粉碎,粉碎后平均粒度为4.7 μm;
(4)二次研磨
根据预烧原料加入二次添加剂:碳酸钙:0.6%,山梨糖醇:0.5%,二氧化硅:0.1%,碳酸氢铵:0.3%,氧化钴:0.3%,研磨时料、钢球和水的质量比为:1:12:2;
(5)磁场成型
将研磨好的粉末沉淀或者直接脱水至料浆浓度为62%,在大于120KA/M的高磁场强度下,压制成密度为3.15g/cm3的规则磁体,规则磁体为圆饼状形状,并且厚度为12mm;
(6)二次烧结
将步骤(5)中所述的规则磁体放入马弗炉,在1210℃温度下烧成的密度为5.05g/cm3的极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体。
实施例5制得的极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体经检测Br:4492Gs;Hcb:4146Oe;Hcj:5516Oe;(BH)max:4.87MGOe;Hk/Hcj:0.96;Hcj温度系数:0.06%/K-1
实施例6:一种具有极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体,主相分子式为Sr0.21Ca0.43La0.36Fe9Cu0.3O15.13
上述高性能永磁铁氧的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)配料
根据主相分子式Sr0.21Ca0.43La0.36Fe9Cu0.3O15.13的摩尔比,并考虑损耗比,计算原料添加量,其中:Fe2O3粉末1271.2g;SrCO3粉末54.8g;CaCO3粉末76.1g;La2O3粉末103.7g; CuO粉末42.2g;H3BO3粉末5g;NH4HCO3粉末1g,然后进行称量,各配料的平均粒度小于 8μm,纯度大于97%;
(2)研磨
将称好的配料加入砂磨机中,进行2.5h的湿式研磨,配料、钢球和水的质量配比为1:6:2;
(3)预烧
研磨后的原料脱水烘干,烘干后含水率小于2.3%;粉碎过40目筛网,然后放置马弗炉中预烧,预烧温度为1220℃,时间为120min;最后粉碎,粉碎后平均粒度为2.9 μm;
(4)二次研磨
根据预烧原料加入二次添加剂:碳酸钙:0.3%,山梨糖醇:0.4%,二氧化硅:0.3%,碳酸氢铵:0.3%,氧化钴:0.3%,三氧化二铁:2%,研磨时料、钢球和水的质量比为:1:12:2;
(5)磁场成型
将研磨好的粉末沉淀或者直接脱水至料浆浓度为62%,在大于120KA/M的高磁场强度下,压制成密度为3.10g/cm3的规则磁体,规则磁体方块形状,并且厚度为12mm;
(6)二次烧结
将步骤(5)中所述的规则磁体放入马弗炉,在1210℃温度下烧成的密度为5.05g/cm3的极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体。
实施例6制得的极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体经检测Br:4598Gs;Hcb:4143Oe;Hcj:5643Oe;(BH)max:5.08MGOe;Hk/Hcj:0.95;Hcj温度系数:0.04%/K-1
实施例7::一种具有极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体,主相分子式为Sr0.09Ca0.46La0.45Fe9.9Cr0.28O16.49
上述高性能永磁铁氧的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)配料
根据主相分子式Sr0.09Ca0.46La0.45Fe9.9Cr0.28O16.49的摩尔比,并考虑损耗比,计算原料添加量,其中:Fe2O3粉末1285.9g;SrCO3粉末21.6g;CaCO3粉末74.8g;La2O3粉末119.2g;Cr2O3粉末34.6g;H3BO3粉末1g;NH4HCO3粉末2g,然后进行称量,各配料的平均粒度小于8μm,纯度大于97%;
(2)研磨
将称好的配料加入砂磨机中,进行3h的湿式研磨,配料、钢球和水的质量配比为1:9:2;
(3)预烧
研磨后的原料脱水烘干,烘干后含水率小于1.5%;粉碎过40目筛网,然后放置马弗炉中预烧,预烧温度为1200℃,时间为120min;最后粉碎,粉碎后平均粒度为3.6 μm;
(4)二次研磨
根据预烧原料加入二次添加剂:碳酸钙:0.6%,山梨糖醇:0.3%,二氧化硅:0.2%,三氧化二铁:2%,研磨时料、钢球和水的质量比为:1:12:2;
(5)磁场成型
将研磨好的粉末沉淀或者直接脱水至料浆浓度为65%,在大于120KA/M的高磁场强度下,压制成密度为3.19g/cm3的规则磁体,规则磁体为圆饼状形状,并且厚度为2mm;
(6)二次烧结
将步骤(5)中所述的规则磁体放入马弗炉,在1210℃温度下烧成的密度为5.1g/cm3的极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体。
实施例7制得的极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体经检测Br:4523Gs;Hcb:4130Oe;Hcj:5292Oe;(BH)max:4.93MGOe;Hk/Hcj:0.96;Hcj温度系数:0.05%/K-1
由上述实施例可知,本发明制得的低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体的Br值不低于4400Gs;Hcb值不低于4000Oe;Hcj值不低于4700Oe;(BH)max不低于4.7MGOe; Hk/Hcj值不低于0.90;而Hcj温度系数小于0.07%/K-1

Claims (7)

1.一种具有极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体,其特征在于:主相分子式为SrxAyB1-x-yFezCnOm,其中A为元素Ca、Ba、Pb中的一种或几种,B为元素La、Bi、Y中的一种或几种;C为元素Co、Zn、Ni、Cd、Mn、Cu、Cr中的一种或几种;x、y、z、n、m代表摩尔比,取值范围分别为:0.1≤x≤0.6,0.05≤y≤0.5,0.1≤n≤0.3,9.0≤Z≤12.0,15≤m≤19。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体,其特征在于:0.5≤x+y≤0.7。
3.根据权利要求2所述的具有极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体,其特征在于:17≤m≤18。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体,其特征在于:B的组分中包含La,La元素在B中的质量百分数不小于30%。
5.一种权利要求1-4任一所述的具有极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)配料
根据主相分子式SrxAyB1-x-yFezCnOm的摩尔比计算Sr、A、B、Fe和C五个元素的氧化物或者金属盐类配料所需质量,然后进行称量,各配料的平均粒度小于8μm,纯度大于97%;并添加不超过配料总重0.5%的H3BO3和配料总重不超过0.5%NH4HCO3
(2)研磨
将称好的配料加入水球磨或者砂磨机中,进行1~5h的湿式研磨,配料、钢球和水的质量配比为1:(6~13):(1.5~2.5);
(3)预烧
研磨后的原料脱水烘干,烘干后含水率小于3%;粉碎过40目筛网,然后放置马弗炉中预烧,预烧温度为1150~1350℃,时间为60~150min;最后粉碎,粉碎后平均粒度为2.0~8.0μm;
(4)二次研磨
在预烧原料中加入质量分数不超过1.5%的助溶剂或质量分数不超过3%的分散剂或质量分数不超过3%的金属氧化物或质量分数不超过1.1%的金属盐进行研磨,研磨时料、钢球和水的质量比为:1:(6~13):(1.5~2.5);
(5)磁场成型
将研磨好的粉末沉淀或者直接脱水至料浆浓度为60%~65%,在大于120KA/M的高磁场强度下,压制成密度为3.1~3.4g/cm3的规则磁体;
(6)二次烧结
将步骤(4)中所述的规则磁体放入马弗炉内烧结,在1170~1250℃温度下烧成的密度为4.9~5.2g/cm3的极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体。
6.根据权利要求5所述的具有极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中的规则磁体为圆饼状或者方块形状,并且厚度大于12m。
7.根据权利5或6所述的具有极低Hcj温度系数的高性能永磁铁氧体的制备方法,其特征在于:制得的永磁铁氧体具有的性能为Br≥4400Gs,Hcb≥4000Oe,Hcj≥4700Oe,(BH)max≥4.7MGOe,矩形比Hk/Hcj≥0.9,Hcj温度系数:0~0.07%/K-1
