本发明属于橡胶的技术领域,具体为一种利用废橡胶生产减震胶垫的方法。
背景技术
废旧橡胶为可回收利用资源,现在较常用的回收方法是对其进行脱硫处理,即先将废橡胶加工成粉末,再经过硫化处理,制成再生橡胶制品,这种再生橡胶由于经过一定的化学处理,已改变了橡胶本身的化学性能,将这种再生橡胶用于减震地胶垫,存在磨损快、不耐压的缺点,使用寿命短,而且从废旧橡胶到生产减震胶垫,所用工艺复杂,成本较高。
使用废橡胶生产减振脚垫,不改变质量,降低了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种利用废橡胶生产减震胶垫的方法,降低生产成本。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种利用废橡胶生产减震胶垫的方法,包括以下步骤:
①对废橡胶进行清洗;
②先用粘接剂层层粘接,再用专用压紧设备压紧成板状;
③根据最终产品要求切割冲压成形;
④用沙轮机打磨。
进一步的,粘接剂为505粘胶与粉水按2-3∶8-7的重量比混合而成。
进一步的,所述清洗过程包括剔除金属、经清水池清洗,最后沥干。
进一步的,将沥干后的废橡胶置于反应釜中,加热使得橡胶软化,通过挤出设备进行挤出,并根据需求进行等距切段,再把切段后的橡胶置于冷却塔中进行冷却,冷却后的橡胶经压胶设备中的精炼机、开炼机进行压制出片,制成片状制品,该片状制品应用于步骤2中。
本发明的有益效果是:
使用废橡胶生产减振橡胶垫,节省资源,保护环境。

一种利用废橡胶生产减震胶垫的方法,包括以下步骤:
①对废橡胶进行清洗;
②先用粘接剂层层粘接,再用专用压紧设备压紧成板状,粘接剂为505粘胶与粉水按2-3∶8-7的重量比混合而成
③根据最终产品要求切割冲压成形;
④用沙轮机打磨。
所述清洗过程包括剔除金属、经清水池清洗,最后沥干,将沥干后的废橡胶置于反应釜中,加热使得橡胶软化,通过挤出设备进行挤出,并根据需求进行等距切段,再把切段后的橡胶置于冷却塔中进行冷却,冷却后的橡胶经压胶设备中的精炼机、开炼机进行压制出片,制成片状制品,该片状制品应用于步骤2中。

①对废橡胶进行清洗;
②先用粘接剂层层粘接,再用专用压紧设备压紧成板状;
③根据最终产品要求切割冲压成形;
④用沙轮机打磨。
2.根据权利要求1所述的利用废橡胶生产减震胶垫的方法,其特征在于,粘接剂为505粘胶与粉水按2-3∶8-7的重量比混合而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的利用废橡胶生产减震胶垫的方法,其特征在于,所述清洗过程包括剔除金属、经清水池清洗,最后沥干。
