2)将枸杞子、沙苑子、淫羊藿、何首乌、桑葚、补骨脂、仙茅、金樱子、覆盆子、大血藤、马鞭草、银杏叶加水煎煮三次，第一次加入14倍量的水煮1～1.5小时，第二次加入12倍量的水煮0.8～1小时，第三次加入12倍量的水煮0.3～0.5小时，合并煎液、过滤，然后减压浓缩至相对密度为1.25～1.30的清膏；
3)将步骤1)中所得细粉加入到步骤2)中所得的清膏中，经混匀、干燥、粉碎后，加入适量的淀粉，制成颗粒，再干燥压制成片，包薄膜衣即可。
优选的，在所述步骤2)中，浓缩时温度控制在50～60℃。
鹿茸，性味甘、咸，温，具体壮肾阳，补精髓，强筋骨，调冲任，托疮毒的功效；枸杞子，性味甘，平，具有滋补肝肾，益精明目的功效，功能主治虚劳精亏，腰膝酸痛，眩晕耳鸣，内热消渴，血虚萎黄，目昏不明；冬虫夏草，性味甘，温，功能主治补肺益肾，化痰止咳；菟丝子，气味辛，甘，平，无毒，功能与主治补肾益精，养肝明目。用于肝肾不足的腰膝筋骨酸痛，腿脚软弱无力、阳痿遗精、呓语、小便频数、尿有余沥、头晕眼花、视物不清、耳鸣耳聋以及妇女带下、习惯性流产；沙苑子，性味温，甘，功能主治温补肝肾，固精，缩尿，明目，肾虚腰痛、遗精早泄、白浊带下、小便余沥、眩晕目昏；淫羊藿，性味辛、甘，温，功能主治补肾阳，强筋骨，祛风湿，用于阳痿遗精，筋骨痿软，风湿痹痛，麻木拘挛；更年期高血压；黄精，味甘，性平，能滋肾润肺，补脾益气；何首乌，味苦、甘；涩，性微温，具有补肝肾、益精血、强筋骨、乌发、安神、止汁等功效，用于血虚，头昏目眩，体倦乏力，萎黄；肝肾精血亏虚，眩晕耳鸣，腰漆酸软，须发早白；高血脂症，内服可治血虚、眩晕、耳鸣、失眠、须发早白、腰膝酸软、肢体麻木、关节酸痛、梦遗滑精、、崩漏带下、久痢、高血脂、慢性肝炎、皮肤瘙痒，生何首乌可润肠通便、解毒、淋巴结核；桑葚，性味，凉甘、酸、甜，具有生津止渴、促进消化、帮助排便等作用，适量食用能促进胃液分泌，刺激肠蠕动及解除燥热，具有补肝益肾、生津润肠、乌发明目等功效；补骨脂，性味，苦、辛、温，具有补肾壮阳，固精缩尿，肾虚腰痛，小便频数，小儿遗尿，肾漏，温脾止泻，纳气平喘的功效；骨碎补，性味，苦，温，具有补肾强骨，续伤止痛之功效，用于肾虚腰痛，耳鸣耳聋，牙齿松动，跌扑闪挫，筋骨折伤，外治斑秃，白癜风等；仙茅，性味辛，温，有毒，功能主治温肾阳，壮筋骨，治阳萎精冷，小便失禁，崩漏，心腹冷痛，腰脚冷痹，痈疽，瘰疬，阳虚冷泻；金樱子，性味，酸、甘、涩，平，功能主治固精缩尿，涩肠止泻，缩尿止遗，止咳平喘，抗痉挛，降血脂，抗菌消炎；覆盆子，具有固精补肾，明目的作用，功能主治劳倦、虚劳，肝肾气虚恶寒，肾气虚逆咳嗽、痿、消瘅、泄泻、赤白浊；杜仲，性味，甘微辛，温，功能主治：补肝肾，强筋骨，安胎，治腰脊酸疼，足膝痿弱，小便余沥，阴下湿痒，胎漏欲堕，胎动不安，高血压；大血藤，具有败毒消痈，活血通络，祛风杀虫的作用，功能主治急、慢性阑尾炎，风湿痹痛，赤痢，血淋，月经不调，疳积，虫痛，跌扑损伤；马鞭草，性味，苦，凉，功能主治活血通经,去小便血淋肿痛,利小便，平肝泻火,黄疸,痢疾,血瘀经闭,痛经,症瘕,水肿,小便不利,疟疾, 痈疮肿毒,跌打损伤；银杏叶，性味甘、苦、涩，平，功能主治高血压，动脉硬化，大动脉炎，闭塞性脉管炎，心绞痛，心肌梗死，脑栓塞。
临床疗效：
1、样本信息
应用本发明治疗各种症状305例。病例中，其中年龄最小者为25 岁，年龄最大者为60岁。
2、治疗方法
根据患者病情观察用药周期，将上述药材通过本发明的制作工艺制成药片，口服，每日三次，每次4片。
3、治疗效果
数年来使用该发明治疗男性肾阳不足所致的腰漆酸软，头晕耳鸣，神疲乏力，男子无精，少精，弱精，精液不液化等症状效果显著，治疗周期需要服用1-3个月左右，治疗率在86％以上。
4、典型病例
李先生，男，26岁，住男科医院，经医院诊断为精液不液化，以本发明治疗，治疗一个月后获愈，4个月后妻子怀孕。
王先生，35岁，重庆市人，患男子无精，少精，弱精，住都匀市欧亚男科医院，经过在医院治疗3个月后无效，服用本发明2个月后，传来妻子怀孕消息。
白先生，40岁，患少精子症，结婚10多年妻子仍未怀孕，到医院检查后妻子健康，自己患上患少精子症，多年在各大男科医院仍没有治好，服用本发明2个月后，经过3个月的努力，妻子终于怀孕。
龙先生，男，60岁，患少精子症，结婚30多年妻子仍未怀孕，老年膝下无儿无女，多年吃各种药均没有治好，服用本发明3个月后，妻子终于怀孕，老年得子。
本发明选药科学，组分合理，经多例临床验证，对治疗肾阳不足所致腰漆酸软，头晕耳鸣，神疲乏力，男子无精，少精，弱精，精液不液化等症状有较好的治疗作用。本发明的制作工艺简单，生产出的产品质量更好。
具体实施方式
实施例1：鹿茸46.5～47.1g、枸杞子46.5～47.1g、人参46.5～47.1g、冬虫夏草46.5～47.1g、菟丝子46.5～47.1g、沙苑子46.5～47.1g、淫羊藿 46.5～47.1g、黄精46.5～47.1g、何首乌92.89～93.1g、桑葚46.5～47.1g、补骨脂46.5～47.1g、骨碎补46.5～47.1g、仙茅46.5～47.1g、金樱子 46.5～47.1g、覆盆子46.5～47.1g、杜仲46.5～47.1g、大血藤46.5～47.1g、马鞭草46.5～47.1g、银杏叶92.9～93.1g
制作工艺为：取上述量份的菟丝子、黄精、人参、冬虫夏草、杜仲、骨碎补、鹿茸作为原料，将之混合磨成细粉；
2)将枸杞子、沙苑子、淫羊藿、何首乌、桑葚、补骨脂、仙茅、金樱子、覆盆子、大血藤、马鞭草、银杏叶加水煎煮三次，第一次加入14倍量的水煮1～1.5小时，第二次加入12倍量的水煮0.8～1小时，第三次加入12倍量的水煮0.3～0.5小时，合并煎液、过滤，然后减压浓缩至相对密度(温度控制在60℃)为1.25～1.30的清膏；
3)将步骤1)中所得细粉加入到步骤2)中所得的清膏中，经混匀、干燥、粉碎后，加入适量的淀粉，制成颗粒，再干燥压制成片，包薄膜衣即可。
实施例2：鹿茸46.9～47.1g、枸杞子46.9～47.1g、人参46.9～47.1g、冬虫夏草46.9～47.1g、菟丝子46.9～47.1g、沙苑子46.9～47.1g、淫羊藿 46.9～47.1g、黄精46.9～47.1g、何首乌92.99～93.1g桑葚46.9～47.1g、补骨脂46.9～47.1g、骨碎补46.9～47.1g、仙茅46.9～47.1g、金樱子46.9～47.1g、覆盆子46.9～47.1g、杜仲46.9～47.1g、大血藤46.9～47.1g、马鞭草46.9～47.1g、银杏叶93～93.1g。
制作工艺为：取上述量份的菟丝子、黄精、人参、冬虫夏草、杜仲、骨碎补、鹿茸作为原料，将之混合磨成细粉；
2)将枸杞子、沙苑子、淫羊藿、何首乌、桑葚、补骨脂、仙茅、金樱子、覆盆子、大血藤、马鞭草、银杏叶加水煎煮三次，第一次加入14倍量的水煮1～1.5小时，第二次加入12倍量的水煮0.8～1小时，第三次加入12倍量的水煮0.3～0.5小时，合并煎液、过滤，然后减压浓缩至相对密度(温度控制在60℃)为1.25～1.30的清膏；

制作工艺为：取上述量份的菟丝子、黄精、人参、冬虫夏草、杜仲、骨碎补、鹿茸作为原料，将之混合磨成细粉；
2)将枸杞子、沙苑子、淫羊藿、何首乌、桑葚、补骨脂、仙茅、金樱子、覆盆子、大血藤、马鞭草、银杏叶加水煎煮三次，第一次加入14倍量的水煮1～1.5小时，第二次加入12倍量的水煮0.8～1小时，第三次加入12倍量的水煮0.3～0.5小时，合并煎液、过滤，然后减压浓缩至相对密度(温度控制在60℃)为1.25～1.30的清膏；
3)将步骤1)中所得细粉加入到步骤2)中所得的清膏中，经混匀、干燥、粉碎后，加入适量的淀粉，制成颗粒，再干燥压制成片，包薄膜衣即可。

1.一种生精片及其制备工艺，其特征在于，由以下重量份成分组成：鹿茸46.5～47.1g、枸杞子46.5～47.1g、人参46.5～47.1g、冬虫夏草46.5～47.1g、菟丝子46.5～47.1g、沙苑子46.5～47.1g、淫羊藿46.5～47.1g、黄精46.5～47.1g、何首乌92.89～93.1g、桑葚46.5～47.1g、补骨脂46.5～47.1g、骨碎补46.5～47.1g、仙茅46.5～47.1g、金樱子46.5～47.1g、覆盆子46.5～47.1g、杜仲46.5～47.1g、大血藤46.5～47.1g、马鞭草46.5～47.1g、银杏叶92.9～93.1g。

4.根据权利要求1～3中任意一项所述的一种生精片及其制备工艺，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
1)取上述量份的菟丝子、黄精、人参、冬虫夏草、杜仲、骨碎补、鹿茸作为原料，将之混合磨成细粉；
2)将枸杞子、沙苑子、淫羊藿、何首乌、桑葚、补骨脂、仙茅、金樱子、覆盆子、大血藤、马鞭草、银杏叶加水煎煮三次，第一次加入14倍量的水煮1～1.5小时，第二次加入12倍量的水煮0.8～1小时，第三次加入12倍量的水煮0.3～0.5小时，合并煎液、过滤，然后减压浓缩至相对密度为1.25～1.30的清膏；
3)将步骤1)中所得细粉加入到步骤2)中所得的清膏中，经混匀、干燥、粉碎后，加入适量的淀粉，制成颗粒，再干燥压制成片，包薄膜衣即可。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种生精片及其制备工艺，其特征在于：在所述步骤2)中，浓缩时温度控制在50～60℃。
