Detailed Description
The following are specific embodiments of the present invention and are further described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.
The preparation method of the dehydrated onion slices comprises the following steps:
a. selecting materials: carrying out appearance inspection on the fresh onion, and removing rotten and diseased and damaged onion;
b. cleaning, slicing and blow-drying: cleaning, slicing and blow-drying fresh onion through a cleaning, slicing and blow-drying integrated machine to obtain onion slices with the thickness of 2-5 mm; in the embodiment, fresh onion is cleaned, sliced and dried by a cleaning, slicing and drying machine to obtain 3 mm-thick onion slices;
c. baking: putting the onion slices into an oven, baking for 3-5h at 50-60 ℃ until the water content of the onion slices is 2-4%, and taking out; in the embodiment, the onion slices are put into an oven and baked for 4 hours at the temperature of 55 ℃ until the moisture of the onion slices is 3 percent, and then taken out;
d. and (4) checking: inspecting the heavy metals in the baked onion slices by a metal detector; in this embodiment, the metal detector uses commercially available existing equipment;
f. packaging: and (4) sealing and packaging the detected onion slices through a packaging bag under the aseptic condition to obtain the finished product.
By adopting the method, the steps required by processing can be greatly reduced through the cleaning, slicing and blow-drying integrated machine, meanwhile, the time required by production is shortened, and the manufacture is simple and convenient.
The packaging bag in the step f is a plastic bag or an aluminum foil bag; in this embodiment, the packaging bag is a plastic bag.
By adopting the structure, the packaging box can be conveniently packaged.
As shown in fig. 1-9, the cleaning, slicing and blow-drying integrated machine in the step b comprises a workbench 1, and a cleaning device for cleaning onion, a slicing device for slicing onion and a blow-drying device for blow-drying onion are sequentially arranged on the workbench 1.

The moving structure comprises a mounting bar 33, a first push rod motor 26, a guide rail 34 and a sliding block 35, wherein the mounting bar 33 is fixed in the water tank 14, and in the embodiment, the mounting bar 33 is fixed in the water tank 14 in a bolt connection mode; the guide rail 34 is vertically fixed on the mounting bar 33, in the embodiment, the guide rail 34 is fixed on the mounting bar 33 by means of bolt connection; the sliding block 35 is arranged on the guide rail 34, the first push rod motor 26 is fixed on the mounting bar 33, and in the embodiment, the first push rod motor 26 is fixed on the mounting bar 33 in a bolt connection mode; the push rod of the push rod motor I26 is vertically downward, the end part of the push rod motor I26 is connected with the sliding block 35, and the inner movable disk 21 is connected with the sliding block 35 through the connecting rod 15.
