技术领域
本发明涉及畜禽养殖技术领域,具体涉及全生态鱼鸭套养的方法。
背景技术
鱼鸭套养是鱼牧结合的综合养殖模式之一。它通过形成人工复合生态系统,既能充分利用水面,有增产降耗,养殖效益非常显著。鱼鸭套养技术中,鸭粪和鸭吃剩的残余饲料是即是杂食性鱼类的饵料,又是池塘浮游生物的优质肥料;而鱼塘为鸭提供水草、螺蚬、蛹等食物,鸭还能及时的捕食池塘中的鱼,还有漂浮在水面的病毒、死鱼、小野杂鱼、螺类,以及池塘中青苔、藻类等有害物质和水中的水蜈蚣等鱼类天敌,鱼鸭套养,可实现资源共享,以及资源的良性循环。
鱼鸭套养中,水中的有机物耗养量大,溶氧量少,厌氧菌分解物增多,水中的氨氮含量不断增大,水中营养盐类比例失衡,养殖区域污染严重,水质越来越差。鱼鸭套养中,鸭粪的处理不当也会造成水中有害微生物和病菌繁殖。同时,饲养的鱼鸭比例不合理,会造成生态系统失衡,也会造成鱼塘水质变差,间接引发鱼和鸭的各种疾病。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述技术问题的缺点,提供可全生态鱼鸭套养的方法。
为解决上述问题,本发明采取如下技术方案:
全生态鱼鸭套养的方法包括以下步骤:
(1)场地选择与改建:选择某一淡水池塘,在水中搭建鸭棚,建设鸭棚到池塘的走道,设置增氧设备,并在池塘周围种植水草;
(2)清塘消毒:排水至水深低于1米时,每亩池塘投入100~150斤茶枯浸泡2~3d,再用粉末状的石灰喷洒池塘,静置15d后,放水入池塘即可养鱼、养鸭;
(3)养殖管理:
A、养殖密度:每亩池塘投养2000尾鱼苗和100~150只鸭;
B、食料:鸭以残羹、蔬菜叶、香蕉杆为食,残羹缺乏时,可用稻谷、米糠代替;
C、环境控制:每天将鸭棚中剩余食料和鸭粪冲入水中,每隔5~7d采用中草药消毒剂对鸭棚消毒;每个月采用由脱氮硫杆菌、硝化细菌、光合细菌、放线菌制成的水净化微生物菌剂对池塘消毒;
D、疾病防控:发现病鸭及时隔离,发现有死鱼应及时清除,每天将质量份的皂荚6~8份、茯苓1~2份、贯众1~5份、槟榔3~5份、石榴皮1~3份、白芍3~8份、大青叶6~10份、鸡冠花1~3份、金银花2~3份、鱼腥草1~5份、穿心莲4~8份、枇杷叶2~6份、陈皮1~3份、甘草2~5份、田基王6~10份、野菊花1~4份磨成粉末混合在鸭食中喂养鸭;
其中,所述的由中草药消毒剂由如下质量份的原料制成:五倍子1~5份、白术3~5份、狼把草1~6份、黄芩1~6份、黄柏2~6份、麦冬2~5份、花椒1~5份、蒲公英1~6份、细辛4~7份、艾叶3~7份、地榆6~9份。
其中,所述的水草为苦草、眼子菜、槐叶萍、轮叶黑藻、荇菜、小芡藻、浮萍两种或两种以上。
其中,所述的鱼苗由数量比为20:25:15:3:5:20:13:20的鲢鱼、鳙鱼、草鱼、鲂鱼、鲤鱼、鲫鱼、罗非鱼和青鱼组成。
其中,所述的鸭棚中的地板为具有缝隙的木地板。
优选的,所述的水净化微生物菌剂由有效菌种数量比为3:5:7:3的脱氮硫杆菌、硝化细菌、光合细菌、放线菌的制成。
其中,所述的疾病防控中,皂荚、茯苓、贯众、槟榔、石榴皮、白芍、大青叶、鸡冠花、金银花、鱼腥草、穿心莲、枇杷叶、陈皮、甘草、田基王、野菊花的混合粉末的混合量为鸭食质量的5%。
本发明中养殖的各品种鱼之间的数量比例合理,鲢鱼、鳙鱼为滤食性鱼类,草鱼为食草性动物,鲂鱼、鲤鱼、鲫鱼、罗非鱼为杂食性动物,主要以植物为主,还以甲壳类、昆虫、和软体动物为食,青鱼主要以软体动物为食,本发明按比例养殖多种品种鱼,可以满足水环境中的生态平衡和物质循环,有利于各个品种鱼的生长。
本发明中采用的部分中草药的药性如下:
皂荚:味辛、咸,性温,有毒,具有清热,利湿之功效。
茯苓:味甘淡、性平,入心、肺、脾经;具有渗湿利水,健脾和胃,宁心安神的功效。
贯众:味辛,苦、性寒,入肺经,具有清热解毒,杀虫止血之功效。
槟榔:味苦、辛,性温;归胃;大肠经,具有驱虫、消积、下气、行水、截疟之功效。
石榴皮:味酸、涩,性温;小毒;具有涩肠止泻,止血,驱虫之功效。
白芍:性凉、味苦酸,微寒,具有养血调经,敛阴止汗,柔肝止痛,平抑肝阳等功效。
鸡冠花:味甘、涩,性凉;归肝、大肠经;具有收敛止血,止带,止痢之功效。
五倍子:味酸,涩,性寒;归肺、大肠、肾经;具有敛肺、止汗、涩肠、固精、止血、解毒之功效。
白术:味苦、甘,性温;归脾、胃经;具有健脾益气、燥湿利水、止汗、安胎之功效。
狼把草:味甘、苦,性平;具有养阴润肺、清热解毒之功效。
麦冬:味甘、微苦,性凉;具有滋阴生津、润肺止咳、清心除烦之功效。

细辛:味辛,性温,有小毒;归心、肺、肾经;具有祛风散寒、通窍止痛、温肺化饮的功效。
艾叶:味苦、辛,性温,入脾、肝、肾;有温经、去湿、散寒、止血、消炎、平喘、止咳、安胎、抗过敏等功效。
地榆:味苦酸,性寒,无毒,具有凉血止血,清热解毒,消肿敛疮之功效。
野菊花:性微寒,具有具疏散风热、消肿解毒之功效,能治疗疔疮痈肿、咽喉肿痛、风火赤眼、头痛眩晕等病证。
甘草:味甘甜,性平和,入心、脾、肺、胃四经,生用偏凉,可泻火解毒、缓急止痛;炙用偏温,能散表寒、补中益气。
穿心莲:味苦,性寒,归心、肺、大肠、膀胱经,具有清热解毒,凉血,消肿,燥湿之功效。
板蓝根:性寒,味先微甜后苦涩,具有清热解毒、预防感冒、利咽之功效。
田基王:性平,味苦,归肝、胆经,具有利湿退黄,清热解毒,活血消肿之功效。
鱼腥草:味辛,性寒凉,归肺经,具有清热解毒、消肿疗疮、利尿除湿、清热止痢、健胃消食之功效。
大叶青:具有清热,解毒,凉血,止血之功效。
金银花:味甘,微苦,清香,辛,性寒,归肺,胃,心,大肠经,有清热解毒,疏散风热,凉血止痢,降血降火,消咽利膈之功效。
黄芩:味苦,性寒,归肺、胆、脾、大肠、小肠经,有清热燥湿,凉血安胎,解毒功效。
黄柏:味苦,性寒,具有清热解毒,泻火燥湿之功效。
胆草:味苦,性凉,具有清热解毒,凉血消肿,止咳利尿之功效。
枇杷叶:味苦,性微寒,具有和胃降气,清热解暑毒,疗脚气的功效。
陈皮:性温,味辛,味苦,入脾经、胃经、肺经。具有理气健脾,挑中,燥湿,化痰之功效。
本发明与现有技术相比较具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明的鱼鸭套养方法为全生态养殖方法,鸭以残羹、蔬菜叶、香蕉杆为食,并种植多种水草,为鸭和鱼提供丰富的饵料,鱼鸭喂食天然、无害、经济环保,鱼鸭肉质好;本发明采用茶枯和石灰对池塘消毒,采用中药草消毒剂对鸭棚消毒灭菌,本发明采用的消毒杀菌技术对鱼鸭无毒害作用,消毒杀菌效果好、安全;
(2)本发明饲养的鱼鸭的比例合理,饲养各种品种鱼比例合理,有利于池塘的生态平衡和物质循环,池塘水质好,鱼鸭生长好;
(3)本发明采用中草药消毒剂对鸭棚消毒,五倍子、白术、狼把草、黄芩、黄柏、麦冬、花椒、蒲公英、细辛、艾叶、地榆相互配合,对鸭棚中的肠杆菌、芽孢杆菌、葡萄球菌具有杀菌抑菌作用,鸭棚无农药残留,杀菌效果好。
(4)本发明在清塘消毒时采用茶枯消毒杀菌,可杀死青蛙卵、蚂蟥、螺蛳、蝌蚪及部分昆虫,同时饼渣还能肥沃水质,促进池塘中微生物的生长,为与提供丰富的浮游微生物,增加鱼类的饵料。
(5)本发明采用由脱氮硫杆菌、硝化细菌、光合细菌、放线菌制成的水净化微生物菌剂对池塘消毒,可有效的降低水中亚硝酸盐、硫化氢和氨氮含量、增加水中的含氧量,调节水中的pH值,池塘水质好,鱼鸭患病率低。
(6)本发明在疾病防控上采用将皂荚、茯苓、贯众、槟榔、石榴皮、白芍、大青叶、鸡冠花、金银花、鱼腥草、穿心莲、枇杷叶、陈皮、甘草、田基王、野菊花磨成粉末混合在鸭食中喂养鸭,可提高鸭的机体免疫力和抗病能力,鸭食欲高,患病率低。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例和试验对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
全生态鱼鸭套养的方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)场地选择与改建:选择某一淡水池塘,在水中搭建鸭棚,鸭棚中的地板为具有缝隙的木地板,建设鸭棚到池塘的走道,设置增氧设备,并在池塘周围种植苦草、眼子菜、槐叶萍、轮叶黑藻、荇菜、小芡藻、浮萍;
(2)清塘消毒:排水至水深低于1米时,每亩池塘投入150斤茶枯浸泡2d,再用粉末状的石灰喷洒池塘,静置15d后,放水入池塘即可养鱼、养鸭;
(3)养殖管理:
A、养殖密度:每亩池塘投养数量比为20:25:15:3:5:20:13:20的鲢鱼、鳙鱼、草鱼、鲂鱼、鲤鱼、鲫鱼、罗非鱼、青鱼共1000尾鱼苗和150只鸭;
B、食料:鸭以残羹、蔬菜叶、香蕉杆为食,残羹缺乏时,可用稻谷、米糠代替;
C、环境控制:每天将鸭棚中剩余食料和鸭粪冲入水中,每隔5d采用由质量份的五倍子5份、白术3份、狼把草6份、黄芩1份、黄柏6份、麦冬2份、花椒5份、蒲公英1份、细辛7份、艾叶3份、地榆9份中草药制成的消毒剂对鸭棚消毒;每个月采用由有效菌种数量比为3:5:7:3的脱氮硫杆菌、硝化细菌、光合细菌、放线菌制成的水净化微生物菌剂对池塘消毒;
D、疾病防控:发现病鸭及时隔离,发现有死鱼应及时清除,每天将质量份的皂荚6份、茯苓2份、贯众1份、槟榔5份、石榴皮1份、白芍8份、大青叶6份、鸡冠花3份、金银花2份、鱼腥草5份、穿心莲4份、枇杷叶6份、陈皮1份、甘草5份、田基王6份、野菊花4份磨成粉末按鸭食质量的5%的混合量混合在鸭食中喂养鸭。

A、养殖密度:每亩池塘投养数量比为20:25:15:3:5:20:13:20的鲢鱼、鳙鱼、草鱼、鲂鱼、鲤鱼、鲫鱼、罗非鱼、青鱼共1000尾鱼苗和120只鸭;
B、食料:鸭以残羹、蔬菜叶、香蕉杆为食,残羹缺乏时,可用稻谷、米糠代替;
C、环境控制:每天将鸭棚中剩余食料和鸭粪冲入水中,每隔6d采用由质量份的五倍子3份、白术4份、狼把草5份、黄芩5份、黄柏5份、麦冬5份、花椒5份、蒲公英5份、细辛5份、艾叶5份、地榆8份中草药制成的消毒剂对鸭棚消毒;每个月采用由有效菌种数量比为3:5:7:3的脱氮硫杆菌、硝化细菌、光合细菌、放线菌制成的水净化微生物菌剂对池塘消毒;
D、疾病防控:发现病鸭及时隔离,发现有死鱼应及时清除,每天将质量份的皂荚7份、茯苓2份、贯众3份、槟榔4份、石榴皮2份、白芍5份、大青叶8份、鸡冠花2份、金银花2份、鱼腥草3份、穿心莲5份、枇杷叶5份、陈皮2份、甘草4份、田基王8份、野菊花3份磨成粉末按鸭食质量的5%的混合量混合在鸭食中喂养鸭。
对比例1
对比例1采用的鱼鸭套养方法与实施例1基本相同,区别在于,对比例1不采用水净化微生物菌剂对池塘消毒。
对比例2
对比例2采用的鱼鸭套养方法与实施例2基本相同,区别在于,对比例2养殖等数量比的鲢鱼、鳙鱼、草鱼、鲂鱼、鲤鱼、鲫鱼、罗非鱼、青鱼。
对比例3
对比例3采用的鱼鸭套养方法与实施例3基本相同,区别在于,对比例3采用5%洁尔灭原液加50倍水后喷洒鸭棚消毒。本对比例采用的洁尔灭原液主要成分为十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵,为一种非氧化性杀菌剂,易溶于水和乙醇,在细菌表面有较强的吸附力,促使蛋白质变性而将菌藻杀死。
为了说明本发明的技术效果,依照实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、对比例1、对比例2、对比例3提供的鱼鸭套养方法养殖鱼和鸭,监测池塘中的水质情况,池塘水质监测指标为水pH值、溶氧量、透明度、总氮量,将检测结果记录在表去1中,其中,水中溶氧量的测定方法采用GB11913-89方法检测,透明度采用SL87-1994方法检测,总氮量的检测方法采用GB11894-89提供的检测方法检测。观察鱼养殖过程中的死亡情况和鸭的患病情况,统计在表2中。

由表1和表2可知,本发明的鱼鸭套养方法中,采用的的水净化处理方法以及合理比例的鱼饲养,池塘水质好,鱼和鸭的抵抗力高,鱼死亡率低,鸭患病率低;采用本发明的鸭棚消毒方法,对池塘水质无影响,对鸭无副作用,鱼鸭患病率低,消毒效果好。
上述说明是针对本发明较佳可行实施例的详细说明,但实施例并非用以限定本发明的专利申请范围,凡本发明所提示的技术精神下所完成的同等变化或修饰变更,均应属于本发明所涵盖专利范围。
Claims (7)
1.全生态鱼鸭套养的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)场地选择与改建:选择某一淡水池塘,在水中搭建鸭棚,建设鸭棚到池塘的走道,设置增氧设备,并在池塘周围种植水草;
(2)清塘消毒:排水至水深低于1米时,每亩池塘投入100~150斤茶枯浸泡2~3d,再用粉末状的石灰喷洒池塘,静置15d后,放水入池塘即可养鱼、养鸭;
(3)养殖管理:
A、养殖密度:每亩池塘投养1000尾鱼苗和100~150只鸭;
B、食料:鸭以残羹、蔬菜叶、香蕉杆为食,残羹缺乏时,可用稻谷、米糠代替;
C、环境控制:每天将鸭棚中剩余食料和鸭粪冲入水中,每隔5~7d采用中草药消毒剂对鸭棚消毒;每个月采用由脱氮硫杆菌、硝化细菌、光合细菌、放线菌制成的水净化微生物菌剂对池塘消毒;
D、疾病防控:发现病鸭及时隔离,发现有死鱼应及时清除,每天将质量份的皂荚6~8份、茯苓1~2份、贯众1~5份、槟榔3~5份、石榴皮1~3份、白芍3~8份、大青叶6~10份、鸡冠花1~3份、金银花2~3份、鱼腥草1~5份、穿心莲4~8份、枇杷叶2~6份、陈皮1~3份、甘草2~5份、田基王6~10份、野菊花1~4份磨成粉末混合在鸭食中喂养鸭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全生态鱼鸭套养的方法,其特征在于,所述的由中草药消毒剂由如下质量份的原料制成:五倍子1~5份、白术3~5份、狼把草1~6份、黄芩1~6份、黄柏2~6份、麦冬2~5份、花椒1~5份、蒲公英1~6份、细辛4~7份、艾叶3~7份、地榆6~9份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的全生态鱼鸭套养的方法,其特征在于,所述的水草为苦草、眼子菜、槐叶萍、轮叶黑藻、荇菜、小芡藻、浮萍两种或两种以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的全生态鱼鸭套养的方法,其特征在于,所述的鱼苗由数量比为20:25:15:3:5:20:13:20的鲢鱼、鳙鱼、草鱼、鲂鱼、鲤鱼、鲫鱼、罗非鱼和青鱼组成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的全生态鱼鸭套养的方法,其特征在于,所述的鸭棚中的地板为具有缝隙的木地板。
6.根据权利要求1所述的全生态鱼鸭套养的方法,其特征在于,所述的水净化微生物菌剂由有效菌种数量比为3:5:7:3的脱氮硫杆菌、硝化细菌、光合细菌、放线菌的制成。
7.根据权利要求1所述的全生态鱼鸭套养的方法,其特征在于,所述的疾病防控中,皂荚、茯苓、贯众、槟榔、石榴皮、白芍、大青叶、鸡冠花、金银花、鱼腥草、穿心莲、枇杷叶、陈皮、甘草、田基王、野菊花的混合粉末的混合量为鸭食质量的5%。
