Abstract
本发明涉及家禽养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种土鹅的养殖方法,包括以下步骤:(1)圈舍选址;(2)种植植物;(3)圈舍清理;(4)选种;(5)饲养:以自由饮水、自由采食及饲料喂养相结合的方法进行饲养,在饲料或饮用水中加入3‑5%中草药添加剂,所述中草药添加剂主要由桑寄生15‑20份、鹿衔草15‑17份、贯众14‑16份、地胆头13‑15份、大叶桉13‑15份、百部13‑15份及微生物1‑2份等原料经发酵制成;(6)圈舍的管理。该养殖方法中在饲料或饮用水中加入具有清热解毒、抗菌、驱除或杀灭寄生虫作用的中草药添加剂,显著增强土鹅体质及免疫力,使土鹅在自然环境下健康生长,降低患病率,促进土鹅养殖效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及家禽养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种土鹅的养殖方法。
背景技术
鹅肉是日常生活中常见的一类食材,其肉质细嫩、滋味鲜美,鹅,性平味甘,归脾、肺经,具有益气补虚、和胃止渴、止咳化痰,解铅毒等作用。鹅是陆地禽类中唯一不得癌症的,但是仍然会发生各种疾病,如寄生虫病、流行性感冒等疾病。所谓土鹅是指在自然环境下放养,自由采食植物等食物,不喂或少喂粗粮成长,但是土鹅的免疫力差,不能在自然环境下生存或成活率低,因此养殖户为了提高土鹅的体质,增强免疫力,使其能在自然环境下生存,通常注射疫苗或使用抗生素等化学药剂,减少土鹅的患病率,提高成活率,但是这些化学药剂残留在鹅肉内,使得鹅肉的营养价值大打折扣,品质变差,甚至对人体健康造成危害,更甚者还会引发各种疾病。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种土鹅的养殖方法,中草药添加剂具有清热解毒、抗菌、驱除或杀灭寄生虫的作用,给饲料或饮用水中加入该中草药添加剂,能显著增强土鹅的体质,提高免疫力,使土鹅能再自然环境下健康生长,有效促进土鹅的生长发育,提高土鹅的平均增重量,降低土鹅患病率,进而有效提高土鹅的养殖效益。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种土鹅的养殖方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)圈舍选址:选择在有河塘,水质良好,地形开阔平坦的果园或林园中搭建圈舍;
(2)在果园或林园中除了果树或树木外,还种上植物,同时在河塘中种植土鹅食用的水草;
(3)圈舍清理:在土鹅进舍前,将圈舍、用具用清水清洗干净,并进行消毒处理,保持圈舍内环境的清洁和干燥;
(4)选种:选择一个月龄的优良抗病、健康的土鹅品种;
(5)饲养:将选好的土鹅品种以自由饮水、自由采食及饲料喂养相结合的方法进行土鹅饲养,晚上将土鹅赶入圈舍内并关闭圈舍门,白天再放出,其他时间将土鹅放牧到果园或林园中任其自由饮水和自由采食,每亩放养100-200只鹅,一个月龄后的土鹅每天在放牧场投放饲料3-4次,两个月龄后的土鹅每天在放牧场投放饲料2-3次,在喂养土鹅的饲料或饮用水中加入3-5%中草药添加剂,所述中草药添加剂主要由以下重量份原料制成:苦参20-25份、秋牡丹20-22份、千里光18-20份、马齿苋20-23份、罗勒15-16份、地肤16-17份、野菊花16-17份、艾叶16-17份、桔梗14-15份、鱼香草14-15份、鬼针草4-5份、蛇舌草3-4份、千斤拔3-4份、白鲜皮3-4份、鸡骨草3-4份、大青叶2-3份、红糖2-3份及微生物1-2份;
(6)圈舍的管理:每天对圈舍内外进行清除鹅粪,清洗圈舍、用具,并每隔两周进行1-2次消毒处理。
优选地,所述消毒采用质量百分浓度为3-5%来苏儿消毒剂。
优选地,步骤(2)中所述植物为苜宿草、雷公根、车前草及紫云英中一种或多种,所述水草为水浮莲、水花生中一种或多种。
优选地,所述中草药添加剂主要由以下重量份原料制成:苦参23份、秋牡丹21份、千里光19份、马齿苋22份、罗勒15.5份、地肤16.5份、野菊花16.5份、艾叶16.5份、桔梗14.5份、鱼香草14.5份、鬼针草4.5份、蛇舌草3.4份、千斤拔3.5份、白鲜皮3.5份、鸡骨草3.5份、大青叶2.5份、红糖2.5份及微生物1.5份。
优选地,所述微生物是由等重量比的乳酸菌及酵母菌混合而成。
如上所述中草药添加剂通过以下步骤制备得到:
(a)将新鲜的桑苦参、秋牡丹、千里光、马齿苋、罗勒、地肤、野菊花、艾叶、桔梗、鱼香草、鬼针草、蛇舌草、千斤拔、白鲜皮、鸡骨草及大青叶除杂洗净,晾干表面水分后,放入50-60℃烘箱中,水分小于6%,按重量份配比称取各药材,加工成50-70目的药粉,并混合均匀成混合药粉;
(b)将红糖溶解于35-40℃的水中形成红糖水,恒温,将发酵剂放入红糖水中活化1-2小时,得到发酵液,水含量是所述混合药粉质量的20-30%;
(c)将步骤(b)中发酵液导入步骤(a)的混合药粉中,搅拌混合均匀,在35-40℃温度下密封发酵5-10天,形成酵素,过滤得到酵素液和药渣,将药渣经过高速磨浆机磨成膏状物;
(d)将步骤(c)的酵素液和膏状物烘干,研粉,并混合均匀,制得所述中草药添加剂。
以下为本发明使用的部分中草药的药理性质:
鬼针草:拉丁学名:Bidens pilosa L,别称鬼钗草、虾钳草等,味甘、淡、苦,性微寒,归肝、肺、大肠经,有清热解毒、散瘀活血的功效。
桔梗:拉丁学名:Platycodon grandiflorus(Jacq.)A.DC,别称铃当花,性平,味辛、苦,归肺经,具有宣肺、利咽、祛痰、抗炎作用、解热、抑制胃液分泌及抗溃疡等作用。
蛇舌草:拉丁学名:Herba Hedyotidis Diffusae,别称羊须草、蛇总管等,味甘、苦,性寒,入胃、大肠、小肠经,具有清热解毒、消痈散结、利尿除湿等功效。
鱼香草:拉丁学名:Mentha rotundifolia(L.)Huds,为唇形科植物圆叶留兰香的茎、叶或嫩枝头,别称留兰香、土薄荷等,味辛,性凉,归肺、胃、肝经,具有祛风、解毒、和胃、润肤之功效。
罗勒:拉丁学名:Ocimum basilicum,别称九层塔、金不换等,嫩叶可食,芳香,味辛,性温,归肺、脾、胃、大肠四经,具有消暑解毒、抗菌消炎、驱风、健胃、疏风行气、化湿消食、活血、解毒等功能。
地肤:拉丁学名:Kochia scoparia(L.)Schrad,别称地麦、落帚等,味鲜爽口,含蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物、胡萝卜素、维生素、钾、铜等营养物质,味辛、苦,性寒,归肾、膀胱经,具有抑菌、清热利湿、祛风止痒、利小便等功效。
千斤拔:拉丁学名:Flemingia philippinensis Merr.et Rolfe,别称蔓性千斤拔、钻地风等,味甘、涩,性平,归肺、肾、膀胱经,具有祛风除湿、舒筋活络、强筋壮骨、消炎止痛等功效。
苦参:拉丁学名:Sophoraflavescens,味苦,性寒,归心、肝、胃、大肠、膀胱经,具体清热燥湿、抗菌、杀虫、利尿等功效。
千里光:拉丁学名:Senecio scandens Buch.-Ham.ex D.Don,别称九里明、蔓黄等,性寒,味苦,归肺、肝经,具有清热解毒、抗菌、杀虫止痒、明目退翳等功效。
白鲜皮:拉丁学名:Cortrxdictamni,别名白藓皮、八股牛等,味苦、咸,性寒,归脾、肺经、小肠经、胃经、膀胱经,具有清热燥湿、祛风止痒、解毒等功效。
鸡骨草:拉丁学名:AbruscantoniensisHance,为豆科植物广州相思子的干燥全株,味甘、微苦,性凉,归心、肺、肝、胃、肾经,具有清热解毒、利湿退黄、疏肝止痛等功效。
马齿苋:拉丁学名:Portulaca oleracea L,别称马苋、五行草等,含有丰富的二羟乙胺、苹果酸、葡萄糖、钙、磷、铁以及维生素E、胡萝卜素、维生素B、维生素C等营养物质,具有有清热解毒、杀虫、抑菌、消炎、等作用。
大青叶:拉丁学名:Isatis indigotica Fortune,味苦,性寒,归肝、心、胃、脾经,具有清热解毒、凉血消斑等功效。
野菊花:拉丁学名:Dendranthema indicum,味苦、辛,性微寒,归肺、肝,具有清热解毒、杀菌、疏散风热等作用。
艾叶:拉丁学名:Artemisia argyi Levl.et Vant,味辛、苦,性温,有小毒,归肝、脾、肾经,具有抗菌、散寒止痛、温经止血等功效,增强代谢,改善肉质。
秋牡丹:拉丁学名:Anemone hupehensis Lem.var.japonica(Thunb.)Bowles etStearn,味苦,性寒,具有清热解毒、抑菌杀虫、健胃、催肥等功效。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
养殖户通常注射疫苗或使用抗生素等化学药剂来提高土鹅的体质,增强免疫力,使其能在自然环境下生存,减少土鹅的患病率,提高成活率,但抗生素等化学药物的滥用造成的严重后果如耐药菌株不断增加、抗生素残留久等严重威胁到人类的健康,已经引起了大家的关注。本发明的土鹅养殖方法中添加的中草药添加剂不添加任何抗生素等化学药物,加入天然植物苦参、秋牡丹、千里光、马齿苋、罗勒、地肤、野菊花、艾叶、桔梗、鱼香草、鬼针草、蛇舌草、千斤拔、白鲜皮、鸡骨草及大青叶经发酵制备而成,其中,苦参、秋牡丹、千里光及马齿苋组成君药,具有清热解毒、抗菌消炎、驱虫杀虫的作用,有效增强土鹅体质,抗菌范围广泛,效果增强;罗勒、地肤、野菊花及艾叶组合为臣药,具有抑菌杀菌、清热化湿功效,能抑制或杀灭多种细菌、真菌;桔梗及鱼香草组合为佐药,具有健胃消积功效;鱼香草、鬼针草、蛇舌草、千斤拔、白鲜皮、鸡骨草及大青叶组合为使药,具有清热解毒的作用。中草药添加剂中的君臣佐使各司其职,又相互协调增效,使得本发明的中草药添加剂具有清热解毒、抗菌消炎、驱虫或杀虫、健胃消食的作用,功能多样化,将中草药添加剂添加到土鹅的饲料或饮用水中能显著增强土鹅的体质,提高免疫力,使土鹅能再自然环境下健康生长,有效促进土鹅的生长发育,促进消化吸收,提高土鹅的平均增重量,降低土鹅患病率,进而有效提高土鹅的养殖效益。
本发明以自由饮水、自由采食及饲料喂养相结合的方法进行土鹅饲养,土鹅是食草性家禽,在果园或林园中种上苜宿草、雷公根、车前草及紫云英,同时在河塘中种植水草水浮莲及水花生,且苜宿草、雷公根、车前草、紫云英、水浮莲及水花生兼具营养与保健双重作用,适口性好,鲜嫩多汁,营养丰富,让土鹅自由采食,有效降低了饲料使用率,节约成本,进一步增强土鹅体质和免疫力。
具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种土鹅的养殖方法,中草药添加剂具有清热解毒、抗菌、驱除或杀灭寄生虫的作用,给饲料或饮用水中加入该中草药添加剂,能显著增强土鹅的体质,提高免疫力,使土鹅能再自然环境下健康生长,有效促进土鹅的生长发育,提高土鹅的平均增重量,降低土鹅患病率,进而有效提高土鹅的养殖效益。
下面通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
实施例1
1.中草药添加剂的制备:
中草药添加剂主要由以下重量份原料制成:苦参20份、秋牡丹20份、千里光18份、马齿苋20份、罗勒15份、地肤16份、野菊花16份、艾叶16份、桔梗14份、鱼香草14份、鬼针草4份、蛇舌草3份、千斤拔3份、白鲜皮3份、鸡骨草3份、大青叶2份、红糖2份、由等重量比的乳酸菌及酵母菌混合而成的微生物1份。
将上述配比的预料使用下述的方法制备成中草药添加剂,具体包括以下步骤:
(a)将新鲜的桑苦参、秋牡丹、千里光、马齿苋、罗勒、地肤、野菊花、艾叶、桔梗、鱼香草、鬼针草、蛇舌草、千斤拔、白鲜皮、鸡骨草及大青叶除杂洗净,晾干表面水分后,放入50℃烘箱中,水分小于6%,按重量份配比称取各药材,加工成50目的药粉,并混合均匀成混合药粉;
(b)将红糖溶解于35℃的水中形成红糖水,恒温,将发酵剂放入红糖水中活化1小时,得到发酵液,水含量是所述混合药粉质量的20%;
(c)将步骤(b)中发酵液导入步骤(a)的混合药粉中,搅拌混合均匀,在35℃温度下密封发酵10天,形成酵素,过滤得到酵素液和药渣,将药渣经过高速磨浆机磨成膏状物;
(d)将步骤(c)的酵素液和膏状物烘干,研粉,并混合均匀,制得所述中草药添加剂。
2.将上述制备得到的中草药添加剂用在养殖土鹅的方法上,包括以下步骤:
(1)圈舍选址:选择在有河塘,水质良好,地形开阔平坦的果园或林园中搭建圈舍;
(2)在果园或林园中除了果树或树木外,还种上苜宿草,同时在河塘中种植适合土鹅食用的水草水浮莲;
(3)圈舍清理:在土鹅进舍前,将圈舍、用具用清水清洗干净,并采用质量百分浓度为3%来苏儿消毒剂进行消毒处理,保持圈舍内环境的清洁和干燥;
(4)选种:选择一个月龄的优良抗病、健康的土鹅品种;
(5)饲养:将选好的土鹅品种以自由饮水、自由采食及饲料喂养相结合的方法进行土鹅饲养,晚上将土鹅赶入圈舍内并关闭圈舍门,白天再放出,其他时间将土鹅放牧到果园或林园中任其自由饮水和自由采食,每亩放养100只鹅,一个月龄后的土鹅每天在放牧场投放饲料3次,两个月龄后的土鹅每天在放牧场投放饲料2次,在喂养土鹅的饲料或饮用水中加入3%上述制得的中草药添加剂;
(6)圈舍的管理:每天对圈舍内外进行清除鹅粪,清洗圈舍、用具,并每隔两周采用质量百分浓度为3%来苏儿消毒剂进行1次消毒处理。
实施例2
1.中草药添加剂的制备:
中草药添加剂主要由以下重量份原料制成:苦参23份、秋牡丹21份、千里光19份、马齿苋22份、罗勒15.5份、地肤16.5份、野菊花16.5份、艾叶16.5份、桔梗14.5份、鱼香草14.5份、鬼针草4.5份、蛇舌草3.5份、千斤拔3.5份、白鲜皮3.5份、鸡骨草3.5份、大青叶2.5份、红糖2.5份及由等重量比的乳酸菌及酵母菌混合而成的微生物1.5份。
将上述配比的预料使用下述的方法制备成中草药添加剂,具体包括以下步骤:
(a)将新鲜的苦参、秋牡丹、千里光、马齿苋、罗勒、地肤、野菊花、艾叶、桔梗、鱼香草、鬼针草、蛇舌草、千斤拔、白鲜皮、鸡骨草及大青叶除杂洗净,晾干表面水分后,放入55℃烘箱中,水分小于6%,按重量份配比称取各药材,加工成60目的药粉,并混合均匀成混合药粉;
(b)将红糖溶解于38℃的水中形成红糖水,恒温,将发酵剂放入红糖水中活化1.5小时,得到发酵液,水含量是所述混合药粉质量的25%;
(c)将步骤(b)中发酵液导入步骤(a)的混合药粉中,搅拌混合均匀,在38℃温度下密封发酵8天,形成酵素,过滤得到酵素液和药渣,将药渣经过高速磨浆机磨成膏状物;
(d)将步骤(c)的酵素液和膏状物烘干,研粉,并混合均匀,制得所述中草药添加剂。
2.将上述制备得到的中草药添加剂用在养殖土鹅的方法上,包括以下步骤:
(1)圈舍选址:选择在有河塘,水质良好,地形开阔平坦的果园或林园中搭建圈舍;
(2)在果园或林园中除了果树或树木外,还种上雷公根及车前草,同时在河塘中种植适合土鹅食用的水草水花生;
(3)圈舍清理:在土鹅进舍前,将圈舍、用具用清水清洗干净,并采用质量百分浓度为4%来苏儿消毒剂进行消毒处理,保持圈舍内环境的清洁和干燥;
(4)选种:选择一个月龄的优良抗病、健康的土鹅品种;
(5)饲养:将选好的土鹅品种以自由饮水、自由采食及饲料喂养相结合的方法进行土鹅饲养,晚上将土鹅赶入圈舍内并关闭圈舍门,白天再放出,其他时间将土鹅放牧到果园或林园中任其自由饮水和自由采食,每亩放养150只鹅,一个月龄后的土鹅每天在放牧场投放饲料4次,两个月龄后的土鹅每天在放牧场投放饲料3次,在喂养土鹅的饲料或饮用水中加入4%上述制得的中草药添加剂;
(6)圈舍的管理:每天对圈舍内外进行清除鹅粪,清洗圈舍、用具,并每隔两周采用质量百分浓度为4%来苏儿消毒剂进行2次消毒处理。
实施例3
1.中草药添加剂的制备:
中草药添加剂主要由以下重量份原料制成:所述中草药添加剂主要由以下重量份原料制成:苦参25份、秋牡丹22份、千里光20份、马齿苋23份、罗勒16份、地肤17份、野菊花17份、艾叶17份、桔梗15份、鱼香草15份、鬼针草5份、蛇舌草4份、千斤拔4份、白鲜皮4份、鸡骨草4份、大青叶3份、红糖3份及由等重量比的乳酸菌及酵母菌混合而成的微生物2份。
将上述配比的预料使用下述的方法制备成中草药添加剂,具体包括以下步骤:
(a)将新鲜的苦参、秋牡丹、千里光、马齿苋、罗勒、地肤、野菊花、艾叶、桔梗、鱼香草、鬼针草、蛇舌草、千斤拔、白鲜皮、鸡骨草及大青叶除杂洗净,晾干表面水分后,放入60℃烘箱中,水分小于6%,按重量份配比称取各药材,加工成70目的药粉,并混合均匀成混合药粉;
(b)将红糖溶解于40℃的水中形成红糖水,恒温,将发酵剂放入红糖水中活化2小时,在40℃温度下密封发酵5天,形成酵素,水含量是所述混合药粉质量的30%;
(c)将步骤(b)中发酵液导入步骤(a)的混合药粉中,搅拌混合均匀,自然发酵成酵素,过滤得到酵素液和药渣,将药渣经过高速磨浆机磨成膏状物;
(d)将步骤(c)的酵素液和膏状物烘干,研粉,并混合均匀,制得所述中草药添加剂。
2.将上述制备得到的中草药添加剂用在养殖土鹅的方法上,包括以下步骤:
(1)圈舍选址:选择在有河塘,水质良好,地形开阔平坦的果园或林园中搭建圈舍;
(2)在果园或林园中除了果树或树木外,还种上苜宿草、雷公根、车前草及紫云英,同时在河塘中种植适合土鹅食用的水草水浮莲、水花生;
(3)圈舍清理:在土鹅进舍前,将圈舍、用具用清水清洗干净,并采用质量百分浓度为5%来苏儿消毒剂进行消毒处理,保持圈舍内环境的清洁和干燥;
(4)选种:选择一个月龄的优良抗病、健康的土鹅品种;
(5)饲养:将选好的土鹅品种以自由饮水、自由采食及饲料喂养相结合的方法进行土鹅饲养,晚上将土鹅赶入圈舍内并关闭圈舍门,白天再放出,其他时间将土鹅放牧到果园或林园中任其自由饮水和自由采食,每亩放养200只鹅,一个月龄后的土鹅每天在放牧场投放饲料4次,两个月龄后的土鹅每天在放牧场投放饲料2次,在喂养土鹅的饲料或饮用水中加入5%上述制得的中草药添加剂;
(6)圈舍的管理:每天对圈舍内外进行清除鹅粪,清洗圈舍、用具,并每隔两周采用质量百分浓度为5%来苏儿消毒剂进行2次消毒处理。
为了更好地说明本发明技术方案,进行了以下的对比例实验:
空白组
除了不添加中草药添加剂外,其他的与本申请实施例1相同。
对比例1
对比例1中与本申请实施例1区别在于中草药添加剂的原料为千斤拔、白鲜皮、鸡骨草及大青叶红糖及发酵剂,其他的与本申请实施例1相同。
对比例2
对比例2中与本申请实施例1区别在于饲料的原料为桔梗、鱼香草、鬼针草、蛇舌草、红糖及发酵剂,其他的与本申请实施例1相同。
对比例3
对比例3中与本申请实施例1区别在于饲料的原料为罗勒、地肤、野菊花、艾叶、红糖及发酵剂,其他的与本申请实施例1相同。
对比例4
对比例4中与本申请实施例1区别在于饲料的原料为苦参、秋牡丹、千里光、马齿苋、红糖及发酵剂,其他的与本申请实施例1相同。
对比例5
对比例5中与本申请实施例1区别在于饲料的原料为桔梗、鱼香草、鬼针草、蛇舌草、千斤拔、白鲜皮、鸡骨草、大青叶红糖及发酵剂,其他的与本申请实施例1相同。
对比例6
对比例6中与本申请实施例1区别在于饲料的原料为罗勒、地肤、野菊花、艾叶、桔梗、鱼香草、鬼针草、蛇舌草、红糖及发酵剂,其他的与本申请实施例1相同。
对比例7
对比例7中与本申请实施例1区别在于饲料的原料为苦参、秋牡丹、千里光、马齿苋、罗勒、地肤、野菊花、艾叶、红糖及发酵剂,其他的与本申请实施例1相同。
试验方法:尽量选取各种体征相同的土鹅440只,平均分成11份,在饲料或饮用水中分别混入实施例1-3和对比例1-7制成的中草药添加剂,每天进行观察,并统计,一个月后计算土鹅的平均增重量及患病率,试验结果详见下表1。

从表1可知,从对比例1-7可知,每种植物的加入,土鹅的平均增重量及患病率均有所不同,且随着相互组合的植物种类的增加,土鹅的平均增重量及患病率也随之得到改善,且效果均比空白组好,但是效果均比实施例1差,而从实施例1-3可知,土鹅的平均增重量及患病率随着原料的量的增加而增加,但是相差均不大。综上所述,本发明的土鹅的养殖方法加入中草药添加剂,配方最为科学合理,不添加任何抗生素,兼具营养和保健双重作用,给饲料或饮用水中增加了营养,同时还具有清热解毒、抗菌、驱除或杀灭寄生虫的作用,功能多样化,显著增强土鹅的体质,提高免疫力,使土鹅能再自然环境下健康生长,有效促进土鹅的生长发育,提高土鹅的平均增重量,降低土鹅患病率,进而有效提高土鹅的养殖效益。
上述说明是针对本发明较佳可行实施例的详细说明,但实施例并非用以限定本发明的专利申请范围,凡本发明所提示的技术精神下所完成的同等变化或修饰变更,均应属于本发明所涵盖专利范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种土鹅的养殖方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)圈舍选址:选择在有河塘,水质良好,地形开阔平坦的果园或林园中搭建圈舍;
(2)在果园或林园中除了果树或树木外,还种上植物,同时在河塘中种植土鹅食用的水草;
(3)圈舍清理:在土鹅进舍前,将圈舍、食槽及饮水槽用清水清洗干净,并进行消毒处理,保持圈舍内环境的清洁和干燥;
(4)选种:选择一个月龄的优良抗病、健康的土鹅品种;
(5)饲养:将选好的土鹅品种以自由饮水、自由采食及饲料喂养相结合的方法进行土鹅饲养,晚上将土鹅赶入圈舍内并关闭圈舍门,白天再放出,其他时间将土鹅放牧到果园或林园中任其自由饮水和自由采食,每亩放养100-200只鹅,一个月龄后的土鹅每天在放牧场投放饲料3-4次,两个月龄后的土鹅每天在放牧场投放饲料2-3次,在喂养土鹅的饲料或饮用水中加入3-5%中草药添加剂,所述中草药添加剂主要由以下重量份原料制成:苦参20-25份、秋牡丹20-22份、千里光18-20份、马齿苋20-23份、罗勒15-16份、地肤16-17份、野菊花16-17份、艾叶16-17份、桔梗14-15份、鱼香草14-15份、鬼针草4-5份、蛇舌草3-4份、千斤拔3-4份、白鲜皮3-4份、鸡骨草3-4份、大青叶2-3份、红糖2-3份及微生物1-2份;
(6)圈舍的管理:每天对圈舍内外进行清除鹅粪,清洗圈舍、用具,并每隔两周进行1-2次消毒处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的土鹅的养殖方法,其特征在于:所述消毒采用质量百分浓度为3-5%来苏儿消毒剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的土鹅的养殖方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述植物为苜宿草、雷公根、车前草及紫云英中一种或多种,所述水草为水浮莲、水花生中一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的土鹅的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述中草药添加剂主要由以下重量份原料制成:苦参23份、秋牡丹21份、千里光19份、马齿苋22份、罗勒15.5份、地肤16.5份、野菊花16.5份、艾叶16.5份、桔梗14.5份、鱼香草14.5份、鬼针草4.5份、蛇舌草3.5份、千斤拔3.5份、白鲜皮3.5份、鸡骨草3.5份、大青叶2.5份、红糖2.5份及微生物1.5份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的土鹅的养殖方法,其特征在于:所述微生物是由等重量比的乳酸菌及酵母菌混合而成。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的土鹅的养殖方法,其特征在于,所述中草药添加剂通过以下步骤制备得到:
(a)将新鲜的苦参、秋牡丹、千里光、马齿苋、罗勒、地肤、野菊花、艾叶、桔梗、鱼香草、鬼针草、蛇舌草、千斤拔、白鲜皮、鸡骨草及大青叶除杂洗净,晾干表面水分后,放入50-60℃烘箱中,水分小于6%,按重量份配比称取各药材,加工成50-70目的药粉,并混合均匀成混合药粉;
(b)将红糖溶解于35-40℃的水中形成红糖水,恒温,将发酵剂放入红糖水中活化1-2小时,得到发酵液,水含量是所述混合药粉质量的20-30%;
(c)将步骤(b)中发酵液导入步骤(a)的混合药粉中,搅拌混合均匀,在35-40℃温度下密封发酵5-10天,形成酵素,过滤得到酵素液和药渣,将药渣经过高速磨浆机磨成膏状物;
(d)将步骤(c)的酵素液和膏状物烘干,研粉,并混合均匀,制得所述中草药添加剂。
