本发明提供一种防治寄生虫病的生态养羊法,涉及养殖技术领域,本发明养羊法包括如下步骤:(1)羊舍的管理、(2)饲养的管理、(3)体内寄生虫的防治、(4)体表寄生虫的防治;本发明一种防治寄生虫病的生态养羊法,不仅防治了羊体内外产生的寄生虫,使羊成长更健康,同时在低成本的前提下,有效促进羊的快速增重,提升羊的肉质,值得推广。

本发明涉及养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种防治寄生虫病的生态养羊法。
【背景技术】
中国山羊饲养历史悠久,早在一千多年前,中国劳动人民就开始饲养山羊。山羊生产具有繁殖率高、适应性强、易管理等特点,至今在中国广大农牧区广泛饲养。山羊还具有很好的药用功效,其肉可以补虚助阳。
在现代养羊产业中,羊寄生虫病是造成饲料报酬和养殖场经济效益不好的一个重要因素,很多时候寄生虫的危害没有能够引起养殖业主的足够重视,羊寄生虫分为体内寄生虫和体外寄生虫两大类,体内寄生虫主要有蛔虫、蛲虫、绦虫、鞭虫、结节线虫等,这几种寄生虫对羊机体的危害大,成虫与羊争夺营养成分,移行幼虫破坏羊的肠壁,肝脏和肺脏组织结构和生理机能,造成羊的日增重减少,抗病力下降等诸多问题;体外寄生虫主要有螨、虱子、跳蚤、蚊蝇等,这些寄生虫不仅干扰羊的正常生活,降低饲料报酬,影响羊的生长速度,给养羊业造成严重的损失。
因此,在规范羊的养殖过程、促进羊快速育肥的同时,也要注重对羊体内外寄生虫的防治。
【发明内容】
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种防治寄生虫病的生态养羊法,不仅防治了羊体内外产生的寄生虫,使羊成长更健康,同时在低成本的前提下,有效促进羊的快速增重,提升羊的肉质,值得推广。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种防治寄生虫病的生态养羊法,包括如下步骤:
(1)饲喂的管理:幼龄阶段:1-6日龄羊,喂养母乳,每天喂3-5次;保育阶段:7-18日龄羊,每天每只羊分3-4次喂食50-90g配合饲料;在生长阶段:19-35日龄羊,每天每只羊分2-3次喂食0.5-1kg配合饲料;在育肥阶段:35日龄后,每天每只羊分2-3次喂食1-2kg配合饲料;
所述生长阶段的配合饲料主要由如下重量份的原料制成:玉米粉80-120份、蛋黄粉10-20份、罗维素4-8份、龙胆草3-9份、山药2-10份、马齿苋3-10份、一枝黄花3-7份、苍术4-8份、元胡5-10份、茯苓5-10份、枸杞5-10份、叶酸0.5-0.9份、胆碱1-3份;
(2)体内寄生虫的防治:取中药制剂与水按体积比1-2:5-10稀释,然后浸没羊饲料表面3-5cm,搅拌均匀浸泡1-2h后给羊喂食;
所述中药制剂主要由如下重量份的原料制成:使君子20-40份、芦荟12-28份、皂角刺10-22份、牵牛子20-40份、榧子12-24份、荚迷花15-35份、甘草15-35份、针齿铁仔16-32份、绵马贯众12-28份、五叶山小橘15-25份、海人草10-30份、苦楝皮5-10份、鹤草芽8-14份、鸡内金8-16份、纤维素酶3-8份;
(3)体表寄生虫的防治:将中药提取液与水按体积比1-2:2-3稀释后注入喷洒器中,均匀喷洒于羊体表的各个部位,然后用软毛刷沿着羊的体表刷一遍,再继续重新均匀喷洒于羊体表的各个部位,待2-3个小时后用水冲洗即可;
所述中药提取液主要由如下重量份的原料制成:大风子15-35份、石蒜10-20份、相思子12-28份、木槿皮15-20份、扭筋草16-32份、翠雀花20-36份、雄黄5-9份、土荆皮10-30份、博落回5-8份、纤维素酶4-8份、60%陈醋水溶液适量。
进一步地,该方法还包括羊舍管理的步骤,具体为:每1-2周消毒羊舍一次,消毒方法为:每立方米用0.1-0.2%的百毒杀喷洒后,再用20-30毫升福尔马林液与10-15克高锰酸钾的混合溶液对羊舍进行二次喷洒,然后关好门窗密闭熏蒸20-24小时。
进一步地,所述保育阶段的配合饲料主要由以下重量份的原料制成:牛乳50-80份、玉米浆20-30份、免疫球蛋白3-8份、全脂奶粉10-15份、淮山粉5-9份、南瓜粉2-6份,其制备方法为:将上述原料混合,再加入100-150份的温水冲配而得。
进一步地,所述育肥阶段的配合饲料主要由以下重量份的原料组成:玉米粉30-40份、豆粕20-30份,米糠50-78份、麦麸10-18份、花生饼8-15份、豆渣5-15份、青贮饲料25-35份;
所述青贮饲料是由玉米秸秆10-25份、番薯藤10-20份、甘蔗渣8-15份、水果渣10-16份、家禽粪便7-15份、苜蓿草10-23份和EM菌液10-15份混合后经过密封发酵得到。
进一步地,所述中药制剂是通过以下方法得到的:
①将芦荟、鹤草芽、五叶山小橘和鸡内金洗净后各自切成长度小于2cm的碎块,与切碎去籽的针齿铁仔一起放入锅中隔水蒸40-60min,然后倒入搅拌机中破碎搅拌成药泥备用;
②将皂角刺、苦楝皮、绵马贯众洗净后切成长度小于2cm的碎段,与使君子、牵牛子、榧子和海人草一起放到烘干箱中干燥,取出放在干燥处自然冷却至室温后再倒入打粉机中机械粉碎为过30目标准筛的混合粉末备用;
③将步骤①的药泥、步骤②的混合粉末与所称取的荚迷花和甘草混合,加入纤维素酶水溶液至浸过药材表面1-2cm,搅匀后浸泡3-4h,然后倒入砂罐或陶罐中搅匀,加水至浸过药材表面3-5cm,煮沸后用文火慢熬30-40min,过滤并浓缩至室温测定相对密度为1.20-1.25的浸膏,即为所需的中药制剂。
进一步地,所述中药提取液是通过如下方法得到的:
a.按重量份称取所有原料,取雄黄、大风子、相思子、博落回和石蒜,并用冷水浸泡15-25分钟,兑入80-120重量份的水,温火熬制40-60min,去除药渣,得到药液待用;
b.将土荆皮、木槿皮、扭筋草和翠雀花用破碎机破碎为粒径小于3mm的颗粒,加入纤维素酶水溶液至浸过药材表面1-2cm,搅拌均匀后浸泡3-4h,过滤后将滤渣控干水然后放到烘干箱中干燥,取出放在干燥处自然冷却至室温后再倒入打粉机中机械粉碎为过30目标准筛的混合粉末备用;
c.将步骤b的混合粉末倒入陶罐或砂罐中,加入陈醋水溶液至浸过原料药表面1-2cm,浸泡40-60min,而后每次加入上述浸泡后原料药总重量3-5倍的水回流提取2-3次,每次提取1-2h;
d.将步骤c得到的提取液与步骤a制备得到的药液合并,并浓缩至室温测定相对密度为1.10-1.15的溶液,得到所需的中药提取液。
进一步地,所述纤维素酶水溶液是由市售纤维素酶与纯净水按质量比1:50-1:80配制得到。
对羊舍进行选址时,应选择离人群居住区至少200米的地方,并且背靠丘陵山坡,树木、草皮、灌木丛等绿色植物生长茂盛,覆盖率达到70%以上,为羊在生长肥育阶段的放养提供充足的可食性绿色植物。
本发明防治羊体表寄生虫中药提取液由9味中草药组成:
大风子,味辛,性热;归脾经、肝经、肾经;祛风燥湿、攻毒杀虫;属杀虫止痒药。石蒜,性温,味辛、苦,有消肿杀虫之功效。相思子,性平,味苦;归大肠经、胃经、心经,催吐、杀虫、消肿;属杀虫止痒药。雄黄,性温,味辛;归肝经、大肠经;解毒杀虫,燥湿祛痰,截疟;属杀虫止痒药。木槿皮,性微寒,味甘、苦;归大肠经、肝经、脾经;清热利湿,杀虫止痒;属杀虫止痒药。扭筋草,味苦,性寒;归经心、肝经;杀虫,止痛,散热,消肿,祛瘀。翠雀花,味辛、苦;性温;归肺经;有杀虫灭虱之功效;土荆皮,味辛、苦,性温;归肺、脾经;可杀虫止痒、抗菌消毒。博落回,性温,味辛、苦;归心经、胃经、肝经;消肿解毒,杀虫止痒;属杀虫止痒药。各成分相互配合,提取药液的有效成分,可以有效治疗羊体表寄生虫,不仅能杀灭成虫,也能杀灭虫卵,还可以杀菌、净化羊体表环境,另外,本发明的中药提取液未添加任何化学制剂,药效强但药性温和,对羊体表的皮肤伤害小。
本发明防治羊体内寄生虫中药制剂由14味中草药组成:
使君子,味甘,性温,入脾、胃、大肠经;杀虫,消积。芦荟,味苦涩,性寒,归胃、大肠经;具有泻火,通经,杀虫,解毒之功效。皂角刺,性温,味辛;归肝经、胃经;消肿托毒、排脓、杀虫;属杀虫止痒药。牵牛子,味苦,性寒,归肺、胃经;具有杀虫攻积的功效。榧子,性平,味甘;归肺经、胃经、大肠经;杀虫消积,润燥通便;属驱虫药。荚迷花,味甘苦,性平,无毒,入脾经;主要功效是下气,消谷,杀蛔虫。甘草,味甘,性平;归心、肺、脾、胃经;有益气补中、清热解毒、调和诸药之功效。针齿铁仔,味苦,性温,入胃、大肠经;可杀虫驱虫。绵马贯众,性微寒,味苦。归肝经、胃经;驱虫、止血、清热解毒;属驱虫药。五叶山小橘,味辛、涩,性寒,归肝、小肠二经;清热解毒,用于治疗肠道寄生虫。海人草,味苦,性平;归肝、胃、膀胱经;驱虫散积,主治蛔虫病。苦楝皮,性寒,味甘;归胃经、脾经、肝经;驱虫、疗癣;属驱虫药。鹤草芽,味苦,性微寒;归肝、小肠、大肠经;为杀虫药。鸡内金,味甘、性平;归脾、胃经;理脾胃,消虫、去积。各原料药经过科学配伍,协同作用,具有清热解毒,杀虫消积,健脾开胃等功效,见效快,疗程短,治愈率高,无毒副作用。

1、本发明采用中药制剂治疗羊体内寄生虫,中药制剂由多味中草药组成,充分考虑十八反十九畏的配伍原则,各味药发挥协同作用:①使君子性味甘温,专攻杀虫消积,益胃消疳,芦荟性、榧子为功下通便之品,即能驱逐肠虫,又可泻热通便,使君子得芦荟、榧子之助,杀虫之力增强,具有较好的泄热消积,驱杀肠虫的作用;②牵牛子性味苦寒,具有泻水消肿、祛痰逐饮、杀虫攻积之功效,针齿铁仔、海人草和苦楝皮本具杀虫消积之功,四药相须配对同用,发挥协同作用,从而加强杀虫药力,并可借此四药的利气,消积、破滞作用、排除虫体;③鸡内金、荚迷花二者相配,杀虫的同时调理脾胃,保护肠道不被伤害;④皂角刺、五叶山小橘、甘草三者相配,杀虫的同时可清热解毒,消除寄生虫带来的体热,虚火等症状;上述各味药发挥协同作用,加强杀虫药力,且不伤害肠道,杀虫后能将虫体彻底排除体内,同时具有清热解毒之功效,消除寄生虫带来的不良反应,而且各味药相配,药效持续时间长,停药后不易复发;另外,中草药的细胞壁均是由大量纤维素构成的,而纤维素无法直接被羊消化,用纤维素酶浸泡能将纤维素分解为能够被羊消化吸收的葡萄糖,在提高中草药利用率的同时减少粗纤维对羊胃肠的伤害。
2、本发明采用中药提取液治疗羊体表寄生虫,中药提取液由多味中草药组合而成,其中,石蒜性温,有消肿杀虫之功效,配合功效相似的相思子使用,石蒜有能抑制相思子代谢的作用,二者相配使用药效更强;土荆皮含有具强效抗菌作用的土荆甲酸、土荆乙酸、土荆丙酸,通过使作用的真菌细胞结构变性,细胞器消失,达到彻底杀灭真菌的效果;翠雀花、雄黄可将虫体杀死,雄黄有刺激性气味,能驱赶羊体附近害虫,翠雀花可减少对雄黄人体的刺激,同时增加杀虫效果;大风子、博落回可止痒杀菌,解肿镇痛,消除羊体的不适感;木槿皮、扭筋草二者杀虫止痛、消肿散热,可降低体表温度,使得寄生虫失去了有利的生长条件,从根本上减轻寄生虫的滋生。本发明的中药提取液经过科学的配伍,能杀死成虫或未成虫的虫卵,各原料药经过协同作用,有效地驱除和治疗羊体表的虱、螨、蜱、蝇、蚊等寄生虫及其引发的瘙痒、出血、肿痛、脓疮、皮炎等症状,达到标本皆治的目的,且见效快,疗程短,治愈率高,无毒副作用;另外,中草药的细胞壁均是由大量纤维素构成,其有效成分往往被包裹在细胞壁内,用纤维素酶浸泡能使其细胞壁破裂进而有利于药材中有效成分的提取。
3、本发明的分三个时期对羊进行喂养,针对羊的不同时期的不同需求提供不同的饲料配方和比例,使得提供给羊的营养既不会不足也不会过剩,其中,保育阶段饲料减少断奶应激性,为断奶后的羔羊提供充足养分;生长阶段,羊的肠道功能尚未成熟,采用精饲料进行饲喂,在饲料中添加中草药成分,可改善肠道形态和中性粒细胞的免疫活性,从而提高羊对营养物质的消化率;育肥期,羊的肠道消化能力基本成熟,在此阶段,为了节约成本,以喂食粗饲料为主,添加的青贮饲料不仅营养丰富,利于肠道菌群的改善,同时可改善饲料的适口性,青饲料质地柔软,有醇香、果香味,采食量提高20-40%,采食速度提高20%以上。通过上述分时期喂养法,羊在进食中肠道得到保护,进食活跃性高,且饲料配方满足各时期营养供给,促进羊快速、健康成长的同时,在很大程度上提高饲料的利用率,节约养殖成本。
综上所述,本发明的生态养羊法科学严谨,不仅防治了羊体内外产生的寄生虫,使羊成长更健康,同时在低成本的前提下,有效促进羊的快速增重,提升羊的肉质,值得推广。
【具体实施方式】
下面的实施例可以帮助本领域的技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但不可以以任何方式限制本发明。
实施例1
一种防治寄生虫病的生态养羊法,包括如下步骤:
(1)羊舍的管理:每周消毒羊舍一次,消毒方法为:每立方米用0.12%的百毒杀喷洒后,再用20毫升福尔马林液与10克高锰酸钾的混合溶液对羊舍进行二次喷洒,然后关好门窗密闭熏蒸20小时;
(2)饲喂的管理:幼龄阶段:1-6日龄羊,喂养母乳,每天喂3次;保育阶段:7-18日龄羊,每天每只羊分3次喂食50g配合饲料;在生长阶段:19-35日龄羊,每天每只羊分2次喂食0.5kg配合饲料;在育肥阶段:35日龄后,每天每只羊分2次喂食1kg配合饲料;
上述各阶段配合饲料分别由如下重量份的原料制成:保育阶段:牛乳50份、玉米浆20份、免疫球蛋白3份、全脂奶粉10份、淮山粉5份、南瓜粉2份;生长阶段:玉米粉80份、蛋黄粉10份、罗维素4份、龙胆草3份、山药2份、马齿苋3份、一枝黄花3份、苍术4份、元胡5份、茯苓5份、枸杞5份、叶酸0.5份、胆碱1份;育肥阶段:玉米粉30份、豆粕20份,米糠50份、麦麸10份、花生饼8份、豆渣5份、青贮饲料25份;青贮饲料是由玉米秸秆10份、番薯藤10份、甘蔗渣8份、水果渣10份、家禽粪便7份、苜蓿草10份和EM菌液10份混合后经过密封发酵得到;
(3)体内寄生虫的防治:取中药制剂与水按体积比1:5稀释,然后浸没羊饲料表面3cm,搅拌均匀浸泡1h后给羊喂食;
中药制剂主要由如下重量份的原料制成:使君子20份、芦荟12份、皂角刺10份、牵牛子20份、榧子12份、荚迷花15份、甘草15份、针齿铁仔16份、绵马贯众12份、五叶山小橘15份、海人草10份、苦楝皮5份、鹤草芽8份、鸡内金8份、纤维素酶3份;
(4)体表寄生虫的防治:将中药提取液与水按体积比1:2稀释后注入喷洒器中,均匀喷洒于羊体表的各个部位,然后用软毛刷沿着羊的体表刷一遍,再继续重新均匀喷洒于羊体表的各个部位,待2个小时后用水冲洗即可;
中药提取液主要由如下重量份的原料制成:大风子15份、石蒜10份、相思子12份、木槿皮15份、扭筋草16份、翠雀花20份、雄黄5份、土荆皮10份、博落回5份、纤维素酶4份、60%陈醋水溶液适量。
实施例2
一种防治寄生虫病的生态养羊法,包括如下步骤:
(1)羊舍的管理:每周消毒羊舍一次,消毒方法为:每立方米用0.1%的百毒杀喷洒后,再用25毫升福尔马林液与12克高锰酸钾的混合溶液对羊舍进行二次喷洒,然后关好门窗密闭熏蒸22小时;
(2)饲喂的管理:幼龄阶段:1-6日龄羊,喂养母乳,每天喂4次;保育阶段:7-18日龄羊,每天每只羊分3次喂食75g配合饲料;在生长阶段:19-35日龄羊,每天每只羊分2次喂食0.7kg配合饲料;在育肥阶段:35日龄后,每天每只羊分3次喂食1kg配合饲料;
上述各阶段配合饲料分别由如下重量份的原料制成:保育阶段:牛乳65份、玉米浆25份、免疫球蛋白6份、全脂奶粉12份、淮山粉6份、南瓜粉4份;生长阶段:玉米粉100份、蛋黄粉15份、罗维素6份、龙胆草6份、山药7份、马齿苋6份、一枝黄花5份、苍术6份、元胡7份、茯苓7份、枸杞7份、叶酸0.7份、胆碱2份;育肥阶段:玉米粉35份、豆粕25份,米糠66份、麦麸15份、花生饼12份、豆渣10份、青贮饲料30份;青贮饲料是由玉米秸秆18份、番薯藤15份、甘蔗渣12份、水果渣12份、家禽粪便12份、苜蓿草15份和EM菌液12份混合后经过密封发酵得到;
(3)体内寄生虫的防治:取中药制剂与水按体积比2:7稀释,然后浸没羊饲料表面4cm,搅拌均匀浸泡1h后给羊喂食;
中药制剂主要由如下重量份的原料制成:使君子30份、芦荟20份、皂角刺18份、牵牛子30份、榧子18份、荚迷花25份、甘草25份、针齿铁仔25份、绵马贯众18份、五叶山小橘20份、海人草20份、苦楝皮7份、鹤草芽10份、鸡内金12份、纤维素酶5份;
(4)体表寄生虫的防治:将中药提取液与水按体积比1:2稀释后注入喷洒器中,均匀喷洒于羊体表的各个部位,然后用软毛刷沿着羊的体表刷一遍,再继续重新均匀喷洒于羊体表的各个部位,待2个小时后用水冲洗即可;
中药提取液主要由如下重量份的原料制成:大风子25份、石蒜15份、相思子20份、木槿皮18份、扭筋草25份、翠雀花28份、雄黄7份、土荆皮20份、博落回7份、纤维素酶6份、60%陈醋水溶液适量。
实施例3
一种防治寄生虫病的生态养羊法,包括如下步骤:
(1)羊舍的管理:每2周消毒羊舍一次,消毒方法为:每立方米用0.2%的百毒杀喷洒后,再用30毫升福尔马林液与15克高锰酸钾的混合溶液对羊舍进行二次喷洒,然后关好门窗密闭熏蒸24小时;
(2)饲喂的管理:幼龄阶段:1-6日龄羊,喂养母乳,每天喂5次;保育阶段:7-18日龄羊,每天每只羊分4次喂食90g配合饲料;在生长阶段:19-35日龄羊,每天每只羊分3次喂食1kg配合饲料;在育肥阶段:35日龄后,每天每只羊分3次喂食2kg配合饲料;
上述各阶段配合饲料分别由如下重量份的原料制成:保育阶段:牛乳80份、玉米浆30份、免疫球蛋白8份、全脂奶粉5份、淮山粉9份、南瓜粉6份;生长阶段:玉米粉120份、蛋黄粉20份、罗维素8份、龙胆草9份、山药10份、马齿苋10份、一枝黄花7份、苍术8份、元胡10份、茯苓10份、枸杞10份、叶酸0.9份、胆碱3份;育肥阶段:玉米粉40份、豆粕30份,米糠78份、麦麸18份、花生饼15份、豆渣15份、青贮饲料35份;青贮饲料是由玉米秸秆25份、番薯藤20份、甘蔗渣15份、水果渣16份、家禽粪便15份、苜蓿草23份和EM菌液15份混合后经过密封发酵得到;
(3)体内寄生虫的防治:取中药制剂与水按体积比2:9稀释,然后浸没羊饲料表面5cm,搅拌均匀浸泡2h后给羊喂食;
中药制剂主要由如下重量份的原料制成:使君子40份、芦荟28份、皂角刺22份、牵牛子40份、榧子24份、荚迷花35份、甘草35份、针齿铁仔32份、绵马贯众28份、五叶山小橘25份、海人草30份、苦楝皮10份、鹤草芽14份、鸡内金16份、纤维素酶8份;
(4)体表寄生虫的防治:将中药提取液与水按体积比2:3稀释后注入喷洒器中,均匀喷洒于羊体表的各个部位,然后用软毛刷沿着羊的体表刷一遍,再继续重新均匀喷洒于羊体表的各个部位,待3个小时后用水冲洗即可;
中药提取液主要由如下重量份的原料制成:大风子35份、石蒜20份、相思子28份、木槿皮20份、扭筋草32份、翠雀花36份、雄黄9份、土荆皮30份、博落回8份、纤维素酶8份、60%陈醋水溶液适量。
效果验证
为了进一步说明本发明饲养方法的应用价值,实施人将400头刚出生的羊崽平均分为以下4组,试验期为从羊出生日到出栏日为止,做对比实验:
对比组1:去掉体内寄生虫的防治步骤,其他方式严格按照实施例2进行;
对比组2:去掉体表寄生虫的防治步骤,其他方式严格按照实施例2进行;
对比组3:饲喂管理中去掉分阶段养殖,将饲料换为60%玉米粉+25%豆粕+10%麦麸+5%花生仁,其他方式严格按照实施例2进行;
本发明:严格按照实施例2进行。
对比实验1:
将羊出现的症状分为以下两种情况,观察并记录上述四组饲养法下出现病症情况,如表1所示,症状简述如下:
症状1:患羊面黄肌瘦、嗜食异物、腹痛,食欲不振,表现烦躁不安,活跃性差;经诊断,出现这些症状的患羊的每克粪便中含虫卵数(EPG,单位:个/g)403,其中包括:蛔虫、鞭虫、结节线虫、肾线虫、结肠小袋纤毛虫等寄生虫。
症状2:患羊用后脚挠头部,或者用身体蹭墙导致体表出血,严重的体表皮肤溃烂,长脓疮,皮炎,在患羊的腋下,四肢内侧和背部可找到虱,蜱,螨虫虫卵或者是蚊,虱叮咬的痕迹,出现此症状是由于羊体表出现寄生虫导致。

从表1可知:四组中采用本发明的饲养方法羊未染上疾病,成长更健康,根据分析对比组3中4只患病羊是由于食欲不振,不爱吃饲料,进食兴致低,导致出现了体内寄生虫病。
综上所述,本发明不仅消灭体内寄生虫,同时对体外寄生虫进行清除,采用中药制剂和中药组合物进行防治,其中,中药组合物不仅能够有效地驱除和治疗羊体表的虱、螨、蜱、蝇、蚊等寄生虫,同时对其引发的瘙痒、出血、脓疮、皮炎等症状具有良好的疗效,而且可以抑制羊体表细菌、霉菌的滋生,促进破损肌肤再生,安全无刺激性;中药制剂不仅能够杀死羊体内成虫又可杀死尚未成虫的虫卵,而且药效持续时间长,停药后不易复发,除杀虫外同时还具有清热解毒,健脾开胃等功效;本发明的两种杀虫方法均无毒副作用,值得推广应用。
对比例2
分别记录四组羊的日平均增重、日平均睡眠时间和成活率,如表2所示:

本发明在饲喂管理上也优于传统的做法,分三个时期对羊进行喂养,针对羊的不同时期的不同需求提供不同的饲料配方和比例,使得提供给羊的营养既不会不足也不会过剩,根据羊肠道功能的情况以及营养需求情况配合不同饲料喂养,使得羊成活率高,还能够延长羊睡眠的时间,加快羊的生长与育肥。
综上所述,本发明的生态养羊法科学严谨,不仅防治了羊体内外产生的寄生虫,使羊成长更健康,同时在低成本的前提下,有效促进羊的快速增重,提升羊的肉质,值得推广。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施方案对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

1.一种防治寄生虫病的生态养羊法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)饲喂的管理:幼龄阶段:1-6日龄羊,喂养母乳,每天喂3-5次;保育阶段:7-18日龄羊,每天每只羊分3-4次喂食50-90g配合饲料;在生长阶段:19-35日龄羊,每天每只羊分2-3次喂食0.5-1kg配合饲料;在育肥阶段:35日龄后,每天每只羊分2-3次喂食1-2kg配合饲料;
所述生长阶段的配合饲料主要由如下重量份的原料制成:玉米粉80-120份、蛋黄粉10-20份、罗维素4-8份、龙胆草3-9份、山药2-10份、马齿苋3-10份、一枝黄花3-7份、苍术4-8份、元胡5-10份、茯苓5-10份、枸杞5-10份、叶酸0.5-0.9份、胆碱1-3份;
(2)体内寄生虫的防治:取中药制剂与水按体积比1-2:5-10稀释,然后浸没羊饲料表面3-5cm,搅拌均匀浸泡1-2h后给羊喂食;
所述中药制剂主要由如下重量份的原料制成:使君子20-40份、芦荟12-28份、皂角刺10-22份、牵牛子20-40份、榧子12-24份、荚迷花15-35份、甘草15-35份、针齿铁仔16-32份、绵马贯众12-28份、五叶山小橘15-25份、海人草10-30份、苦楝皮5-10份、鹤草芽8-14份、鸡内金8-16份、纤维素酶3-8份;
(3)体表寄生虫的防治:将中药提取液与水按体积比1-2:2-3稀释后注入喷洒器中,均匀喷洒于羊体表的各个部位,然后用软毛刷沿着羊的体表刷一遍,再继续重新均匀喷洒于羊体表的各个部位,待2-3个小时后用水冲洗即可;
所述中药提取液主要由如下重量份的原料制成:大风子15-35份、石蒜10-20份、相思子12-28份、木槿皮15-20份、扭筋草16-32份、翠雀花20-36份、雄黄5-9份、土荆皮10-30份、博落回5-8份、纤维素酶4-8份、60%陈醋水溶液适量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治寄生虫病的生态养羊法,其特征在于,该方法还包括羊舍管理的步骤,具体为:每1-2周消毒羊舍一次,消毒方法为:每立方米用0.1-0.2%的百毒杀喷洒后,再用20-30毫升福尔马林液与10-15克高锰酸钾的混合溶液对羊舍进行二次喷洒,然后关好门窗密闭熏蒸20-24小时。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治寄生虫病的生态养羊法,其特征在于,所述保育阶段的配合饲料是按重量份称取牛乳50-80份、玉米浆20-30份、免疫球蛋白3-8份、全脂奶粉10-15份、淮山粉5-9份以及南瓜粉2-6份后,将上述原料混合,然后加入100-150份的温水冲配而得。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治寄生虫病的生态养羊法,其特征在于,所述育肥阶段的配合饲料主要由以下重量份的原料组成:玉米粉30-40份、豆粕20-30份,米糠50-78份、麦麸10-18份、花生饼8-15份、豆渣5-15份、青贮饲料25-35份;
所述青贮饲料是由玉米秸秆10-25份、番薯藤10-20份、甘蔗渣8-15份、水果渣10-16份、家禽粪便7-15份、苜蓿草10-23份和EM菌液10-15份混合后经过密封发酵得到。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治寄生虫病的生态养羊法,其特征在于,所述中药制剂是通过以下方法得到的:
①将芦荟、鹤草芽、五叶山小橘和鸡内金洗净后各自切成长度小于2cm的碎块,与切碎去籽的针齿铁仔一起放入锅中隔水蒸40-60min,然后倒入搅拌机中破碎搅拌成药泥备用;
②将皂角刺、苦楝皮、绵马贯众洗净后切成长度小于2cm的碎段,与使君子、牵牛子、榧子和海人草一起放到烘干箱中干燥,取出放在干燥处自然冷却至室温后再倒入打粉机中机械粉碎为过30目标准筛的混合粉末备用;
③将步骤①的药泥、步骤②的混合粉末与所称取的荚迷花和甘草混合,加入纤维素酶水溶液至浸过药材表面1-2cm,搅匀后浸泡3-4h,然后倒入砂罐或陶罐中搅匀,加水至浸过药材表面3-5cm,煮沸后用文火慢熬30-40min,过滤并浓缩至室温测定相对密度为1.20-1.25的浸膏,即为所需的中药制剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治寄生虫病的生态养羊法,其特征在于,所述中药提取液是通过如下方法得到的:
a.按重量份称取所有原料,取雄黄、大风子、相思子、博落回和石蒜,用冷水浸泡15-25分钟,兑入80-120重量份的水,温火熬制40-60min,去除药渣,得到药液待用;
b.将土荆皮、木槿皮、扭筋草和翠雀花用破碎机破碎为粒径小于3mm的颗粒,加入纤维素酶水溶液至浸过药材表面1-2cm,搅拌均匀后浸泡3-4h,过滤后将滤渣控干水然后放到烘干箱中干燥,取出放在干燥处自然冷却至室温后再倒入打粉机中机械粉碎为过30目标准筛的混合粉末备用;
c.将步骤b的混合粉末倒入陶罐或砂罐中,加入陈醋水溶液至浸过原料药表面1-2cm,浸泡40-60min,而后每次加入上述浸泡后原料药总重量3-5倍的水回流提取2-3次,每次提取1-2h;
d.将步骤c得到的提取液与步骤a制备得到的药液合并,并浓缩至室温测定相对密度为1.10-1.15的溶液,得到所需的中药提取液。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的一种防治寄生虫病的生态养羊法,其特征在于,所述纤维素酶水溶液是由市售纤维素酶与纯净水按质量比1:50-1:80配制得到。
