技术领域
本发明涉及一种日用品,具体而言涉及一种抑菌洗洁精及其制备方法。
背景技术
洗洁精,日常生活清洁用品。洁净温和、泡沫柔细、迅速分解油腻、快速去污、除菌,有效彻底清洁、不残留,散发淡雅果香味,洗后洁白光亮如新,时常使用以确保居家卫生,避免病菌传染,洗洁精主要成分是表面活性剂,去污原理很简单,它含有多种活性成分、乳化剂,这些成分对各种油腻污渍、有害物质溶解、乳化,分散悬浮,随后清水漂洗从餐具表面分离出去,达到洁净餐具的效果;某些洗洁精中还含有消毒灭菌的成分,能去除对人体有害的微生物,防止病从口入,但是在洗洁精的使用过程中,被清洁物上的病菌一般难以清除,导致清洁不够彻底,但大量使用化学物质制剂会对环境造成不良影响,导致环境污染。

本发明提供了一种抑菌洗洁精及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种抑菌洗洁精,按照质量份数包括以下成分:
薄荷精油5-10份、过氧化氢4-6份、碳酸氢钠2-4份、梧桐叶提取物3-6份、留兰香挥发油1-3份、赤霉素制剂3-5份、丁香酚1-3份、甘油酯2-4份、表面活性剂3-9份、乳化剂2-6份、助溶剂3-6份、去离子水100-200份。
进一步、照质量份数包括如下成分:
薄荷精油5份、过氧化氢4份、碳酸氢钠2份、梧桐叶提取物3份、留兰香挥发油1份、赤霉素制剂3份、丁香酚1份、甘油酯2份、表面活性剂3份、乳化剂2份、助溶剂3份、去离子水100份。
进一步、按照质量份数包括如下成分:
薄荷精油7份、过氧化氢5份、碳酸氢钠3份、梧桐叶提取物5份、留兰香挥发油2份、赤霉素制剂4份、丁香酚2份、甘油酯3份、表面活性剂6份、乳化剂4份、助溶剂4份、去离子水150份。
进一步、按照质量份数包括如下成分:
薄荷精油10份、过氧化氢6份、碳酸氢钠4份、梧桐叶提取物6份、留兰香挥发油3份、赤霉素制剂5份、丁香酚3份、甘油酯4份、表面活性剂9份、乳化剂6份、助溶剂6份、去离子水200份。
进一步、一种抑菌洗洁精的制备方法,包含如下步骤:
1)、将薄荷精油5-10份、过氧化氢4-6份、碳酸氢钠2-4份、梧桐叶提取物3-6份、留兰香挥发油1-3份、赤霉素制剂3-5份、丁香酚1-3份、甘油酯2-4份、表面活性剂3-9份、乳化剂2-6份混合后,加入助溶剂3-6份、去离子水100-200份,并充分搅拌制得混合物A;
2)、将步骤一制得的混合物A,置于搅拌器中搅拌加热持续50-70分钟,停止搅拌后静置30-60分钟,加水稀释150-200倍即可使用。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、能够有效清除清洁物品上的病菌,保证健康的生活环境。
2、使用多种植物物质,无使用不良影响,且更加环保。

上述配方的制备方法:
1)、将薄荷精油5-10份、过氧化氢4-6份、碳酸氢钠2-4份、梧桐叶提取物3-6份、留兰香挥发油1-3份、赤霉素制剂3-5份、丁香酚1-3份、甘油酯2-4份、表面活性剂3-9份、乳化剂2-6份混合后,加入助溶剂3-6份、去离子水100-200份,并充分搅拌制得混合物A;
2)、将步骤一制得的混合物A,置于搅拌器中搅拌加热持续50-70分钟,停止搅拌后静置30-60分钟,加水稀释150-200倍即可使用。
实施例二:
一种抑菌洗洁精按照质量份数包括以下成分:
薄荷精油5份、过氧化氢4份、碳酸氢钠2份、梧桐叶提取物3份、留兰香挥发油1份、赤霉素制剂3份、丁香酚1份、甘油酯2份、表面活性剂3份、乳化剂2份、助溶剂3份、去离子水100份。

一种抑菌洗洁精,按照质量份数包括如下成分:

5.一种如权利要求1-4任一所述的抑菌洗洁精的制备方法,其特征在于:包含如下步骤:
1)、将薄荷精油5-10份、过氧化氢4-6份、碳酸氢钠2-4份、梧桐叶提取物3-6份、留兰香挥发油1-3份、赤霉素制剂3-5份、丁香酚1-3份、甘油酯2-4份、表面活性剂3-9份、乳化剂2-6份混合后,加入助溶剂3-6份、去离子水100-200份,并充分搅拌制得混合物A;
2)、将步骤一制得的混合物A,置于搅拌器中搅拌加热持续50-70分钟,停止搅拌后静置30-60分钟,加水稀释150-200倍即可使用。
