Abstract

本发明属于日化用品技术领域,具体涉及一种抑菌清香型洗衣液及其制备方法。本发明公开的抑菌清香型洗衣液包括以下组分及其质量百分比:非离子表面活性剂16~20%、阴离子表面活性剂7~10%、蛋白酶3~6%、酶稳定剂1.5~3%、螯合剂1~3%、茶皂素1~3%、α‑香树脂醇0.5~2%和水53~70%。本发明的技术优势在于:抑菌去污,添加安全广谱杀菌成分茶皂素和α‑香树脂醇,有效清除血渍、尿渍、污渍及其他致霉污垢,深层清洁洗净,阴雨天使用,预防细菌生长繁殖;对炭黑、蛋白和皮脂具有很好的去污效果;洗衣液制备工艺简单,经济效益良好,适合工业化生产,具有广泛的应用前景。

技术领域
本发明属于日化用品技术领域,具体涉及一种抑菌清香型洗衣液及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有洗涤用品无论洗衣粉还是洗衣皂多呈碱性,对皮肤有一定的刺激性,而人们贴身穿的衣物多为棉质产品,且表面污渍多为蛋白类污渍,长期使用碱性洗涤用品会造成面料变硬,影响穿着的舒适度。这些碱性洗涤用品还有一个特点就是易残留,很难洗干净,人体皮肤长期接触后,轻则引起皮肤干燥、脱皮等反应,重则出现过敏、红疹等病症。此外,贴身衣物还需要达到无菌,而常用的洗涤用品仅仅起到祛除污渍的作用,并不能保证杀灭衣物上面的细菌。
中国专利CN103232909B公开了一种洗衣液及其制备方法,所述洗衣液由皂基、十二烷基磺酸钠、香精、色素和水组成,但该洗衣液仅能起到去污的效果,并没有高效的抑菌、抗菌、防止霉变的功效。
中国专利申请CN103849491A公开了一种抑菌洗衣液,由AEO、MES、AES、氯化十六烷基吡啶和除螨剂组成,所添加的杀菌剂和除螨剂均为化学杀菌除螨成分,不受消费者信任,而随着社会和消费者对健康、清洁卫生越来越重视,发展既可以达到织物清洗的目的,又可以安全有效的抑制细菌和霉菌生长的洗衣液是一种趋势,这是本领域目前需要解决的技术问题。
因此,解决现有技术存在的问题,研发一种安全有效的抑菌洗衣液是目前的首要任务。
发明内容
为解决现有抑菌清香洗衣液存在的抑菌、抗霉变效果差以及某些产品虽具有很好的抑菌效果但其成分残留可能对人体有害的问题,本发明提供一种抑菌清香型洗衣液及其制备方法。
本发明抑菌清香型洗衣液包括以下组分及其质量百分比:
非离子表面活性剂16~20%、阴离子表面活性剂7~10%、蛋白酶3~6%、酶稳定剂1.5~3%、螯合剂1~3%、茶皂素1~3%、α-香树脂醇0.5~2%和水53~70%。
优选的,所述的抑菌清香型洗衣液由以下组分及其质量百分比组成:
非离子表面活性剂18%、阴离子表面活性剂8.5%、蛋白酶4.5%、酶稳定剂2.25%、螯合剂2%、茶皂素2%、α-香树脂醇1.25%和水61.5%。
优选的,所述的非离子表面活性剂为辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
优选的,所述的阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
优选的,所述的蛋白酶为碱性蛋白酶。
优选的,所述的碱性蛋白酶为枯草杆菌产生的碱性蛋白酶。
优选的,所述的酶稳定剂由甲酸钠、乙酸和丙二醇按质量比2:3:5组成。
优选的,所述的螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
此外,本发明还提供了一种抑菌清香型洗衣液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:向配料锅中加入所需用量50%的水,搅拌下加入非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、蛋白酶、酶稳定剂和螯合剂,加热至60℃,加入剩余的水混合均匀,降至室温,加入茶皂素和α-香树脂醇搅拌均匀即得。
辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚CAS号:9036-19-5;十二烷基苯磺酸钠CAS号:25155-30-0;乙二胺四乙酸二钠CAS号:139-33-3;茶皂素CAS号:8047-15-2;α-香树脂醇CAS号:638-95-9。
非离子表面活性剂辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚在水中不发生电离,在水中和有机溶剂中都有较好的溶解性,在溶液中稳定性高,不易受强电解质无机盐和酸、碱的影响,与其他类型表面活性剂相溶性好;阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠具有较好的去污、发泡、分散、乳化、润湿等特性;碱性蛋白酶的应用主要围绕其水解蛋白质肽键的功能展开,破坏蛋白质结构;酶稳定剂甲酸钠、乙酸和丙二醇对于碱性蛋白酶在混合液中的稳定性起重要作用;螯合剂乙二胺四乙酸二钠具有很好的螯合作用,几乎能与所有的金属离子形成稳定的螯合物;茶皂素和α-香树脂醇具有杀菌作用,对细菌、真菌等具有很好的杀灭效果,且对人体健康无害。
本发明配伍合理、科学,各组分相互配合、协同作用,使该发明洗衣液在保证安全环保的基础上具有很好的抑菌效果,且气味清香,给人舒适的感觉。
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术优势在于:抑菌去污,添加安全广谱杀菌成分茶皂素和α-香树脂醇,有效清除血渍、尿渍、污渍及其他致霉污垢,深层清洁洗净,阴雨天使用,预防细菌生长繁殖;对炭黑、蛋白和皮脂具有很好的去污效果;洗衣液制备工艺简单,经济效益良好,适合工业化生产,具有广泛的应用前景。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,这些实施例仅用于例证的目的,绝不限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1-3,对比例1
表1中分别列出了本发明所提供的实施例1-3和对比例1的抑菌清香型洗衣液的组分及质量百分比。

对比例1与实施例2的区别在于:不含α-香树脂醇,增加茶皂素的含量。
实施例2抑菌清香洗衣液的制备方法:向配料锅中加入所需用量50%的水,搅拌下加入非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、蛋白酶、酶稳定剂和螯合剂,加热至60℃,加入剩余的水混合均匀,降至室温,加入茶皂素和α-香树脂醇搅拌均匀即得。
实施例1、实施例3和对比例1抑菌清香型洗衣液的制备方法与实施例2类似。
产品性能评价测试
试验例1:除菌实验:按照《一次性使用卫生用品卫生规范》中的灭菌率测试方法实验,在温度20℃~21℃条件下,试验浓度为1%衣物洗涤剂,作用5分钟,试验菌种为金黄色葡萄球菌(Staphylococcus aureus,ATCC6538)和大肠杆菌(Escherichia coli,8099)菌种,结果见表2。

由表2可以看出,本发明实施例1-3制备的内衣洗衣液较对比例1对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌率更高,说明本发明采用茶皂素和α-香树脂醇与其他组分相互结合相互作用对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌具有更好的杀菌效果,且实施例2较实施例1和实施例3杀菌率更高,说明实施例2为本发明的优选实施例。
试验例2:抑菌清香型洗衣液灭螨效果测试
检测条件:温度20±1℃,相对湿度75±2%;供试昆虫:粉尘螨,雌雄成虫;检测对象:将被测内衣洗衣液用水按1:10浓度稀释,以20mg/cm2的剂量均匀涂抹在滤纸上待检测。
检测方法:取涂有抑菌清香洗衣液的滤纸,置于直径约为9cm的培养皿中,培养皿内周边涂抹白油与凡士林(1:1)混合物,以防止螨虫爬出,培养皿中心放入一定数量的螨虫,计试验螨虫数N1,让其自由爬行。立即计时,置于养螨室内于36小时观察记录滤纸上的螨虫死亡数N2
灭螨率=螨虫死亡数N2/试验螨虫数N1×100%,测试数据见表3。

从表3可以看出本发明实施例1-3制备的洗衣液较对比例1-2对螨虫具有更好的杀灭效果,说明本发明采用茶皂素和α-香树脂醇与其他组分相互结合相互作用对螨虫具有更好的杀灭效果,且实施例2较实施例1和实施例3灭螨率更高,说明实施例2为本发明的优选实施例。
试验例3:去污能力试验:按照QB/T1224-2007规定的指标测定检验实施例1-3、对比例1的抑菌清香型洗衣液及市售蓝月亮洗衣液的去污能力,去污力测试条件:水硬度250ppm,温度45℃,式样浓度0.2%,具体检测数据见表4。

从表4可以看出,本发明实施例1-3制备的洗衣液具有较好的去污能力,对三种污布的去污比值均高于市售蓝月亮洗衣液,其中,对于蛋白污布的去污能力更强,且实施例2内衣洗衣液较实施例1和实施例3对炭黑污布、蛋白污布和皮脂污布的去污比更高,为本发明的优选实施例。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,上述优选实施方式不应视为对本发明的限制,本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种抑菌清香型洗衣液,其特征在于,包括以下组分及其质量百分比:
非离子表面活性剂16~20%、阴离子表面活性剂7~10%、蛋白酶3~6%、酶稳定剂1.5~3%、螯合剂1~3%、茶皂素1~3%、α-香树脂醇0.5~2%和水53~70%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抑菌清香型洗衣液,其特征在于,由以下组分及其质量百分比组成:非离子表面活性剂18%、阴离子表面活性剂8.5%、蛋白酶4.5%、酶稳定剂2.25%、螯合剂2%、茶皂素2%、α-香树脂醇1.25%和水61.5%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的抑菌清香型洗衣液,其特征在于,所述的非离子表面活性剂为辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的抑菌清香型洗衣液,其特征在于,所述的阴离子表面活性剂为十二烷基苯磺酸钠。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的抑菌清香型洗衣液,其特征在于,所述的蛋白酶为碱性蛋白酶。
6.根据权利要求5所述的抑菌清香型洗衣液,其特征在于,所述的碱性蛋白酶为枯草杆菌产生的碱性蛋白酶。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的抑菌清香型洗衣液,其特征在于,所述的酶稳定剂由甲酸钠、乙酸和丙二醇按质量比2:3:5组成。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的抑菌清香型洗衣液,其特征在于,所述的螯合剂为乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的抑菌清香型洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:向配料锅中加入所需用量50%的水,搅拌下加入非离子表面活性剂、阴离子表面活性剂、蛋白酶、酶稳定剂和螯合剂,加热至60℃,加入剩余的水混合均匀,降至室温,加入茶皂素和α-香树脂醇搅拌均匀即得。
