本发明公开了一种天然植物杀菌洗洁精,其主要由去离子水,十二烷基苯磺酸钠,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐,植物挥发油,助剂组成。本发明的杀菌洗洁精,去污能力强,稳定性高,另外组分中添加了三裂叶蟛蜞菊挥发油,对大肠杆菌和自然培养的杂菌有明显的杀菌效果,且杀菌效果比市售洗洁精的杀菌效果要好,是一种天然,环保的杀菌洗洁精。

本发明涉及精细化工领域,具体涉及一种天然植物杀菌洗洁精。
背景技术
日常生活中,人们常用市售洗洁精消毒餐具、禽蛋、瓜果、蔬菜,以达到有效的清洗和消毒,但餐具用洗洁精的合格率却不尽人意。省质监局抽查了广州、深圳、东莞、佛山等多个市的企业生产的餐具用洗涤剂产品,发现抽样合格率低,质量问题突出,其中洗洁精的化学残留尤为突出。洗洁精的化学残留有可能直接或间接地影响人体健康。因此,开发一种低毒,有效,无刺激的天然植物型抗菌洗洁精非常必要。
三裂叶蟛蜞菊有消肿解毒和消炎抗菌等作用,其挥发油具有广谱抗菌作用,是一种高效、安全、天然植物性的抗菌剂。
发明内容
本发明目的在于,提供一种高效去污,具有杀菌效果,制备方法简单的洗洁精,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种天然植物杀菌洗洁精,其特征在于,由以下组分按照一定的重量比制备而成:
去离水60-80份
十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-15份
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐3-10份
植物挥发油2-7份
助剂5-15份。
进一步地,所述的助剂包括尿素,食盐,氢氧化钠,苯甲酸。
进一步地,所述的植物挥发油是三裂叶蟛蜞菊的挥发油。
进一步地,所述的三裂叶蟛蜞菊的挥发油的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
A:将三裂叶蟛蜞菊采集回来,洗净,晒干,切碎至长度小于1cm;
B:将三裂叶蟛蜞菊碎片置于反应器中,加入适量去离子水,加热至110-120℃蒸馏提取挥发物;
C:将挥发物收集后,分离出油层,加入无水硫酸钠干燥后即得三裂叶蟛蜞菊的挥发油。
本发明相对于现有技术的有益效果是:本发明的杀菌洗洁精,去污能力强,稳定性高,另外组分中添加了三裂叶蟛蜞菊挥发油,对大肠杆菌和自然培养的杂菌有明显的杀菌效果,且杀菌效果比市售洗洁精的杀菌效果要好,是一种天然,环保的杀菌洗洁精。

实施例1:一种天然植物杀菌洗洁精,由以下组分按照一定的重量比制备而成:
去离水70份
十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐7份
三裂叶蟛蜞菊的挥发油5份
助剂8份。
其中制备三裂叶蟛蜞菊的挥发油的方法,由以下步骤组成:
A:将三裂叶蟛蜞菊采集回来,洗净,晒干,切碎至长度小于1cm;
B:将三裂叶蟛蜞菊碎片置于反应器中,加入适量去离子水,加热至110-120℃蒸馏提取挥发物;
C:将挥发物收集后,分离出油层,加入无水硫酸钠干燥后即得三裂叶蟛蜞菊的挥发油。
实施例2:一种天然植物杀菌洗洁精,由以下组分按照一定的重量比制备而成:
去离水65份
十二烷基苯磺酸钠12份
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐9份
三裂叶蟛蜞菊的挥发油4份
尿素3份
食盐4份
氢氧化钠2份
苯甲酸1份。
其中制备三裂叶蟛蜞菊的挥发油的方法,由以下步骤组成:
A:将三裂叶蟛蜞菊采集回来,洗净,晒干,切碎至长度小于1cm;
B:将三裂叶蟛蜞菊碎片置于反应器中,加入适量去离子水,加热至110-120℃蒸馏提取挥发物;
C:将挥发物收集后,分离出油层,加入无水硫酸钠干燥后即得三裂叶蟛蜞菊的挥发油。

1.一种天然植物杀菌洗洁精,其特征在于,由以下组分按照一定的重量比制备而成:
去离水60-80份
十二烷基苯磺酸钠5-15份
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐3-10份
植物挥发油2-7份
助剂5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的天然植物杀菌洗洁精,其特征在于,所述的助剂包括尿素,食盐,氢氧化钠,苯甲酸。
3.根据权利要求1所述的天然植物杀菌洗洁精,其特征在于,所述的植物挥发油是三裂叶蟛蜞菊的挥发油。
4.根据权利要求3所述的天然植物杀菌洗洁精,其特征在于,所述的三裂叶蟛蜞菊的挥发油的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
A:将三裂叶蟛蜞菊采集回来,洗净,晒干,切碎至长度小于1cm;
B:将三裂叶蟛蜞菊碎片置于反应器中,加入适量去离子水,加热至110-120℃蒸馏提取挥发物;
C:将挥发物收集后,分离出油层,加入无水硫酸钠干燥后即得三裂叶蟛蜞菊的挥发油。
