S2、将A液配方中除步骤S1中的原料和pH调节剂以外的原料分别用去离子水溶解,备用。
S3、将按照顺序加入到反应罐中,加热恒温在50~60℃,以180~200转/分钟,搅拌30~45分钟,加PH调节剂调节pH为5.5~6.5即得A液;
B液制备方法:将消泡剂830和去离子水按照1:4的比例混合即得B液。
本发明与现有技术相比,效果及优点:由于一些顽固性污渍是大分子物质,比如食物残渣、汗渍、血迹、油污等,这些大分子物质水溶性不好,很难清洗干净,加入氧化酶和高活性高泡表面活性剂后可以使这些大分子物质分解为水溶性好的小分子物质,从而去除这些顽固性污垢;此外,本发明中提供的表面活性剂在酸性的溶剂环境中,杀菌离子会被酶类蛋白质包裹,包裹了杀菌离子的蛋白质聚集物会被阴离子表面活性剂包裹,然后结合在织物纤维表面,在地毯等织物的表面形成隔离层;在本发明的地毯高泡及消泡杀菌清洗组合剂提供的其他物质的协同作用下能够使灰尘极易清理、保持织物色彩鲜亮,还可以一步实现长效杀菌、长效留香和长效去污的作用,本发明提供的清洗剂在多种物质的协同作用下,制作成本低并且具有比一般清洗剂更好的洗涤和防护效果。

实施例5
一种地毯高泡及消泡杀菌清洗组合剂,包括地毯高泡清洗剂A液和地毯消泡清洗剂B液,地毯高泡清洗剂A液按照以下质量百分比的原料组成:羟丙基纤维素醚1.5%、十二烷基硫酸钠5%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4%、AES 5%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2%、氧化酶1%、65012%、过氧碳酸钠和卡松0.5%、苯甲酸钠0.35%、氯化钠0.6%、薰衣草香精1.2%、碳酸钠2.0%、去离子水74.85%。地毯消泡清洗剂B液按照以下质量百分比的原料组成,消泡剂83020%、去离子水80%。
A液制备方法,步骤如下:
S1、将A液配方中的氧化酶、过氧碳酸钠和薰衣草香精按照配方质量百分比用去离子水溶解,备用。
S2、将A液配方中除步骤S1中的原料和碳酸钠以外的原料分别用去离子水溶解,备用。
S3、将按照顺序加入到反应罐中,加热恒温在60℃,以200转/分钟,搅拌30分钟,加柠檬酸钠调节pH为5.5即得A液;
B液制备方法:将消泡剂830和去离子水按照1:4的比例混合即得B液。
实施例6
一种地毯高泡及消泡杀菌清洗组合剂,包括地毯高泡清洗剂A液和地毯消泡清洗剂B液,其特征在于,地毯高泡清洗剂A液按照以下质量百分比的原料组成:羧乙基纤维素钠1.2%、十二烷基硫酸钠4.1%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5%、AES 4.2%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3.2%、氧化酶0.8%、6501 1.2%、纳米银离子1%、苯甲酸钠0.5%、氯化钠0.7%、茉莉香精0.9%、碳酸钠3.0%、去离子水74.2%。地毯消泡清洗剂B液按照以下质量百分比的原料组成,消泡剂830 20%、去离子水80%。
A液制备方法,步骤如下:
S1、将A液配方中的氧化酶、纳米银离子和茉莉香精按照配方质量百分比用去离子水溶解,备用。
S2、将A液配方中除步骤S1中的原料和碳酸钠以外的原料分别用去离子水溶解,备用。
S3、将按照顺序加入到反应罐中,加热恒温在55℃,以180转/分钟,搅拌40分钟,加柠檬酸钠调节pH为6.0即得A液;
B液制备方法:将消泡剂830和去离子水按照1:4的比例混合即得B液。
使用时,首先,取1份A液兑20份水,将待清洁的地毯和兑好的A液倒入地毯清洗机的清洗缸,清洗10分钟(手工清洗地毯需要浸泡10分钟,揉搓5分钟),在清洗过程中会产生大量的泡沫,泡沫有利于污垢剥离地毯表面;其次,取B液1份兑20份水,加入到清洗缸内,清洗10分钟(手工清洗直接加入到揉搓好的地毯上,揉搓5分钟),加入B液后可使泡沫在20s内大量消失,有利于清除污垢、省水、省力;最后沥干水、烘干即可。
对于地毯上的小块污渍,不需要大面积清洗的情况,需要取A液1份兑水20份,在污渍处用刷子轻轻刷洗5分钟,然后取B液1份兑水20份,刷洗5分钟,用湿毛巾擦拭掉多余的清洗剂,再用干毛巾吸干水分,然后自然晾干或烘干即可。
清洗后的地毯污渍去除干净、色彩鲜艳如新、带有淡淡的茉莉花香,香气怡人。
实验1
综合上述实施例1-5的性能对比如图1,本发明提供实施例1~实施例5的试验数值比较,本发明提供的清洗剂在多种物质的协同作用下,制作成本低并且具有比一般清洗剂更好的洗涤和防护效果,其中以实施例3为最佳实施例。本申请中的香精并不限于实施例中的几种,也可以根据消费者的喜好加入其他的香精。
实验2
对本发明的实施例3的清洗剂配方清洗床帘,测定床帘使用0周、2周、4周和6周的香精残余量、去污力和杀菌率的试验,其中香精残余量的测定采用乙醇萃取香精残余量做吸光度,结果如图2,可以看出,即使是织物在使用6周时香精残余量为0.398、去污力为4.3、杀菌率为3.54%,因此本发明提供的地毯高泡及消泡杀菌清洗组合剂在协同作用下能够一步实现长效杀菌、长效去污力和长效留香的作用。
实验3
本发明还对实施例3的配方进行了除尘效果的检验,选取了美的、海尔、荣事达三个品牌的吸尘器分别处理50m2的地毯,测定地毯在使用本发明实施例3的配方前后的除尘效果,以吸尘时间计,结果如图3,由结果可以看出使用本发明的清洗剂后除尘时间变短、说明除尘更容易,能够取得更好的技术效果。
以上所述,仅是本发明较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明的技术范围作任何限制,故凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何细微修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。
Claims (7)
1.一种地毯高泡及消泡杀菌清洗组合剂,包括地毯高泡清洗剂A液和地毯消泡清洗剂B液,其特征在于,地毯高泡清洗剂A液按照以下质量百分比的原料组成:纤维素醚类0.5~1.5%、十二烷基硫酸钠3.5~5.0%、十二烷基苯磺酸钠4.0~6.0%、AES 3.0~5.0%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2.0~4.0%、氧化酶0.5~1%、6501 0.5~2.0%、杀菌剂0.5~1.5%、防腐剂0.3~0.5%、氯化钠0.6~1.2%、香精0.3~1.2%、pH调节剂2.0~3.5%、去离子水67.6~82.3%。地毯消泡清洗剂B液按照以下质量百分比的原料组成,消泡剂830 20%、去离子水80%。
2.根据权利1所述的地毯高泡及消泡杀菌清洗组合剂,其特征在于,所述纤维素醚类为羟丙基纤维素醚、羧乙基纤维素钠中的一种。
3.根据权利1所述的地毯高泡及消泡杀菌清洗组合剂,其特征在于,所述氧化酶是脂肪酶、蛋白酶、淀粉酶三种酶按1:1:1的比例混合所得混合物。
4.根据权利1所述的地毯高泡及消泡杀菌清洗组合剂,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂为十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化胺、次氯酸钠、纳米银离子、卡松、对氯间二甲苯酚、过氧碳酸钠中的一种或者几种。
5.根据权利1所述的地毯高泡及消泡杀菌清洗组合剂,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为苯甲酸钠、亚硝酸钠中的一种。
6.根据权利1所述的地毯高泡及消泡杀菌清洗组合剂,其特征在于,所述PH调节剂为柠檬酸钠或碳酸钠。
7.一种地毯高泡及消泡杀菌清洗组合剂的制备方法,其特征在于,A液制备方法,步骤如下:
S1、将A液配方中的氧化酶、杀菌剂和香精按照配方质量百分比用去离子水溶解,备用。
S2、将A液配方中除步骤S1中的原料和pH调节剂以外的原料分别用去离子水溶解,备用。
S3、将按照顺序加入到反应罐中,加热恒温在50~60℃,以180-200转/分钟,搅拌30~45分钟,加PH调节剂调节pH为5.5~6.5即得A液;
B液制备方法:将消泡剂830和去离子水按照1:4的比例混合即得B液。
