本发明公开了一种适用于运动鞋帆布鞋去污洗涤剂,包括去离子水70‑90份,阴离子表面活性剂2‑15份,非离子表面活性剂0‑10份,醇醚类化合物1‑10份,溶剂1‑10份,螯合悬浮剂0.1‑5份,防霉剂0.1‑1重量份,防腐剂0.1‑1重量份,香精0.1‑1重量份。本发明的适用于运动鞋帆布鞋的去污洗涤剂,能有效的去除鞋面的污渍,产品接近中性,不会对皮革造成伤害;同时,用户使用方便,使用时只需喷雾或海绵涂布在鞋面的污渍处,采用刷子反复刷洗,再用干净的湿布擦干即可。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种日化产品,尤其涉及一种去污洗涤剂。
背景技术
随着人们生活的日益丰富多彩,个性化需要越来越多,日常生活中有越来越多的人热衷于运动鞋、帆布鞋,然而运动鞋、帆布鞋相对而言却又比较容易染上污渍。目前人们对运动鞋帆布鞋进行清洗主要是用洗衣粉水溶液清洁,再用清水冲洗。这种洗涤方式由于洗衣粉的强碱性会对鞋上的皮质造成伤害。市面上有一些鞋子清洁剂,但有的碱性较强,对鞋子有损害,有的虽然是中性的,但去污能力较弱,不能有效去除油渍。近年来对运动鞋帆布鞋清洁剂的研究,也有些专利陆续发表。这些专利虽然或多或少解决了运动鞋帆布鞋清洁的问题,但也存在着一些问题。如专利CN101914414A,采用椰子油脂肪酸钠、三乙醇胺油酸皂来清洁鞋子,该配方碱性弱,不伤皮革,但使用后必须用大量的水清洗,否则皂基会粘附在鞋面上,尤其是运动鞋帆布鞋的布面部分;然而大量用水,既对皮革又有伤害,又有违环保理念。专利CN 101982543A将运动鞋清洁剂设计成双剂型,一部分采用二氟四氯乙烷为主的溶剂来清洁鞋上的皮质部分;一部分采用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、非离子表面活性剂、溶剂复配。这种双剂型的配方设计虽然满足了对污渍的清除效果,但消费者使用不便。专利CN104513715A采用脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚作清洁剂,但使用了山梨糖醇作为润湿剂,产品在鞋面清洁过后,山梨糖醇残留在鞋面上,由于山梨糖醇的强吸湿性,洗涤后鞋子总是潮湿的,长时间不易干燥,尤其是布面的鞋子。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种综合清洁效果更好、用户体验效果好的运动鞋帆布鞋去污洗涤剂。

本发明的适用于运动鞋帆布鞋的去污洗涤剂,能有效的去除鞋面的污渍,产品接近中性,不会对皮革造成伤害;同时,用户使用方便,使用时只需喷雾或海绵涂布在鞋面的污渍处,采用刷子反复刷洗,再用干净的湿布擦干即可。
现在市面上的产品普遍对污渍尤其是油渍的去污效果不强,为强化去油效果,不得不在洗涤剂中加入大量的碱,但碱性太强又会为皮革造成伤害。本发明在这方面做了巧妙的设计。因单纯以十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS)为表面活性剂的配方,无法有效去除鞋面上的顽固油污,在配方上辅以醇醚类化合物来增强产品的去油效果。醇醚类溶剂是一种含氧溶剂,主要是乙二醇和丙二醇的低碳醇醚。组成中既有醚键,又有羟基。前者具有亲油性,可溶解憎水化合物,后者具有亲水性,可溶解水溶性化合物。通过实验分析,加入醇醚类化合物的配方确实取得了显著地去油效果。
同时,醇醚类化合物与三聚磷酸钠(STPP)复配,具备优异的悬浮和抗沉积效果。鞋子上的泥垢及其它污渍污垢在表面活性剂的作用下从皮革、布面等表面分离,在醇醚类化合物和STPP的作用下,对污垢进行高效的悬浮再分散,防止污垢再次沉积在表面。取得的污垢抗沉积效果大大优于单独使用STPP的效果。
此外,在鞋子的污垢——泥垢中含有大量的钙镁离子,STPP的加入能有效螯合污垢中的钙镁离子,促进阴离子表面活性剂去污效果的发挥。经实验检测,本发明的去污洗涤剂在鞋面上的皮革、帆布上对油污、泥垢+油垢等混合污渍的去污效果远好于市面上的同类产品,清洁后的表面更显干净。
本发明制备的去污洗涤剂为无色透明液体,可灌装在透明的瓶子中;由于在表面活性剂、助洗剂、溶剂上的选择和配方结构的精心设计,使产品具有很好的使用性能和消费体验;本品气味清新,对人体无害。

上述实施例中,所述溶剂为乙二醇甲醚、乙二醇丙醚、丙二醇乙醚、丙二醇丁醚,当然只要是多元醇的低碳醇醚,其中低碳醇为碳素在1-4的脂肪醇都可以在本发明中适用。
我们对产品再进行试用效果调查,考察在皮面和帆布面的清洁效果,清洁效果从两个方面来体现:一是对污渍印迹的去除效果,主要考察污垢从表面的清洁剥离效果;二是对含污渍的整个清洁面干净度的考察,主要考察对污垢的悬浮分散抗沉积性能。满分为5分,5分为最高分,表示很好,非常满意;4分为较好;3分为可接受;3分以下为不好,不可接受。结果如下:
首先,拿实施例1的洗涤剂与竞品进行清洁效果比对。
在皮面上对混合污渍去除效果实验:
1.污渍的制作:
污渍的材料:食用油5g,黄泥50g,水100g。
污渍的制作方法:将食用油,黄泥、水搅拌均匀可得到混合污渍成品;
2.污渍涂抹法:
取污渍均匀涂抹在试验用皮面上即可,涂抹数量:0.8g/片
试验用皮为白色牛皮,剪成大小为5cm*5cm的小片,用牙刷轻刷干净,并留1片做空白样;
涂抹污渍后的皮面在空气中自然晾干。
3.去污
样品均匀喷涂在油污处,用刷子反复轻刷,然后用拧干的干净湿布擦干。
在帆布鞋上对油污或混合污渍的去除效果实验:
1.污渍的制作:
污渍的材料:食用油或混合污渍
2.污渍涂抹法:
取污渍均匀涂抹在试验用帆布鞋的局部布面上即可,涂抹数量:0.15g/只鞋;
试验鞋用面料为帆布;
3.去污
样品均匀喷涂在污渍处,用刷子反复轻刷,然后用拧干的干净湿布擦干。

从表2可见,产品在皮面和帆布面上对污渍印痕的去除综合效果好于竞品,在清洁面洁净度方面好于竞品。并且检查多次清洁后的皮面和帆布面均无损伤,而同类竞品则均有不同程度的老化、泛黄等损伤现象产生。
然后,试验观察实施例1-5的洗涤剂的清洁效果。
