DCT(双离合变速器)包括器用于控制DCT中的两个离合器的离合器致动器和用于换挡的换挡致动器,控制器从而依据车辆的行驶情况而通过适当地操作离合器致动器和换挡致动器来进行换挡。
一般通过装配有霍尔传感器的电机来驱动离合器致动器,所以离合器的位置直接地基于来自霍尔传感器的信号而确定,并且基于信号是否正常来诊断离合器是否可以受控。

发明内容

根据本申请,当检测出用于离合器致动器的电机的霍尔传感器错误时,通过保持车辆行驶而能够改善车辆的稳定性;并且当确定霍尔传感器中没有故障时,通过在测试后适当地改变为离合器正常操作状态,而能够防止或阻止发动机停转和车辆传动系的振动,从而最终能够改善车辆的适销性。
通过本文提供的说明,其它应用领域将变得明显。应理解说明书和具体示例仅旨在用于说明的目的而不旨在限制本申请的范围。

为了可以很好理解本申请,现在将参考所附附图,通过示例的方式,对本申请的各个形式进行描述。
图1为例示了现有技术中用于离合器致动器的电机的霍尔传感器产生故障时在施加测试脉冲后返回的情况;
图2为示出了可以应用本申请的装配有DCT的车辆的配置;以及
图3为示出了根据本申请的具有DCT的车辆的控制方法的流程图。
本文描述的附图仅用于说明的目的并且不旨在以任何方式限制本申请的范围。
具体实施方式
如下描述的本质仅为示例性的并且决不旨在限制本申请或其应用或用途。应理解在整个附图中,相应的附图标记表示相同或相应的部件和特征。
参考图2,来自发动机E的动力可以经由DCT(双离合变速器)而被供应至驱动轮W;DCT的两个离合器分别受到离合器致动器3控制;通过换挡致动器4对挡位的齿轮进行切换;通过控制器5对离合器致动器3和换挡致动器4进行控制;控制器接收来自APS(加速位置传感器)7的信号以识别加速踏板的踩压量。
控制器5配置为从离合器致动器3中的电机的霍尔传感器接收例如发动机扭矩和发动机转速的信息。
除非对之给出特定的前缀,术语“控制器”指的是用于对例如DCT的变速器进行控制的变速器控制器,并且为了进行区分,将用于对发动机进行控制的控制器称为“发动机控制器”。
参考图3,本申请的用于具有DCT的车辆的控制方法的一种形式包括:诊断步骤(S10),其在控制器5从霍尔传感器信号检测出错误时,将相应的离合器松开并且限制发动机的扭矩,从而抑制发动机RPM的增大,并且随后将测试脉冲施加给受到霍尔传感器感测的电机;复位尝试步骤(S30),在诊断步骤(S10)后,所述复位尝试步骤(S30)在控制器5确定霍尔传感器信号正常时,尝试将离合器复位至初始位置;以及返回步骤(S40),当在复位尝试步骤(S30)中将离合器复位至初始位置时,所述返回步骤通过控制器5而开始从初始位置至目标离合器行程的离合器正常控制,并且去除发动机扭矩的限制。
用作参考,上文提到的相应的离合器为由具有电机(其霍尔传感器检测到错误)的离合器致动器控制的离合器。
特别地,当检测到霍尔传感器的错误时,通过执行诊断步骤(S10)而确定霍尔传感器的故障。但是,如果在用于确定霍尔传感器的故障的测试期间霍尔传感器的错误得到去除,则通过复位尝试步骤(S30)来将相应的离合器复位至初始位置,并且随后通过返回步骤(S40)而返回之前的状态,从而使车辆保持稳定行驶。因此,车辆的稳定性增强,并且在霍尔传感器没有故障时适当地改变为离合器正常操作状态。
在另一种形式中,本方法可以进一步在复位尝试步骤(S30)之后并且在返回步骤(S40)之前包括逃出步骤(S50),所述逃出步骤(S50)在控制器5感测到卡住状态时(其中即使通过复位尝试步骤(S30)离合器也不移动),将复位尝试步骤(S30)重复尝试预定次数。
因此,当离合器被卡住时(这会在某些情况下发生),将复位尝试步骤(S30)重复多次以释放被卡住的离合器,从而在可能的情况下尝试保持车辆稳定行驶。
例如,在图3中,参考次数可以被设定为三次,但是也可以根据车辆的种类或状态而进行适当的改变。
另外,在诊断步骤(S10)中,禁止学习相应的离合器行程的变速器扭矩特性,而在在返回步骤(S40)中,去除对学习的禁止,从而防止或阻止由不准确的学习导致的对将来的副作用。
在返回步骤(S40),对于从初始位置至目标离合器行程的整个时间段的大约70%,离合器可以相对快速地移动,在剩余的时间段内,离合器可以较慢地移动,从而防止或阻止由于离合器的再次接合而导致的震动。
特别地,当将复位至初始位置的离合器被移回至正常的目标离合器行程时,为了将离合器快速返回至正常状态,对于整个时间段的大约70%,离合器相对快速地移动,并且对于剩余时间段,离合器相对慢地移动,从而防止或阻止由于离合器的接合而导致的震动,因此可以防止或阻止相关技术中的例如发动机的停转等问题。
另外,当在返回步骤(S40)中去除对发动机扭矩的限制时,限制量可以随时间而逐渐去除。这也用于防止或阻止由于发动机扭矩的限制的去除而导致的震动。
用于参考,发动机扭矩的限制可以受到控制器5控制,控制器5发送用于请求发动机控制器对发动机扭矩进行限制的信号,并且还可以与发动机控制器协作来进行限制的去除。
如果控制器5执行发动机控制,则可以处理本申请提出的控制。
另一方面,在诊断步骤(S10)后,当确定霍尔传感器的错误时,或者在逃出步骤(S50)中即使通过将复位尝试步骤(S30)重复参考次数也无法去除卡住状态时,故障响应步骤(S60)确定存在故障。在故障响应步骤(S60)中,在确定霍尔传感器的故障的情况下,停止确定为具有故障的输入轴的使用,而仅使用另外的输入轴从而转变为单离合器驱动。
例如,当确定偶数离合器致动器的电机的霍尔传感器发生故障时,停止偶数轴的使用,并且将车辆改变为单离合器驱动,在单离合器驱动中,仅对奇数轴上的齿轮进行切换,从而提供车辆的行驶稳定性。
尽管描述是参考附图示出的具体形式来对本申请进行的,但是,对本领域技术人员而言,本申请显然可以进行各种不同方式的改变和修改而不脱离本申请的范围。
Claims (6)
1.一种用于具有DCT的车辆的控制方法,所述方法包括:
诊断步骤,其在控制器从霍尔传感器信号检测到错误时将相应的离合器松开并且对发动机扭矩进行限制,从而抑制发动机RPM的增加,并且随后将测试脉冲施加至由所述霍尔传感器感测的电机;
复位尝试步骤,在诊断步骤后,当控制器确定霍尔传感器信号正常时,所述复位尝试步骤尝试将离合器复位至初始位置;
返回步骤,当在复位尝试步骤中将离合器复位至初始位置时,所述返回步骤通过控制器开始从初始位置至目标离合器行程的离合器正常控制,并且去除对于发动机扭矩的限制。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于具有DCT的车辆的控制方法,在复位尝试步骤之后并且在返回步骤之前进一步包括逃出步骤,所述逃出步骤在控制器感测到卡住状态时将复位尝试步骤重复尝试预定次数,在所述卡住状态中,即使通过复位尝试步骤离合器也不移动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于具有DCT的车辆的控制方法,进一步包括故障响应步骤,当确定霍尔传感器的错误时,或者当在逃出步骤中即使将复位尝试步骤重复参考次数也无法去除卡住状态时,所述故障响应步骤停止被确定为具有故障的输入轴的使用,并且改变为仅使用另外的输入轴的单离合器驱动,其中,故障响应步骤在诊断步骤后执行。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于具有DCT的车辆的控制方法,其中,诊断步骤包括禁止学习离合器行程的变速器扭矩特性的步骤,并且其中,返回步骤包括去除对学习的禁止。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于具有DCT的车辆的控制方法,其中,在返回步骤,对于从初始位置至目标离合器行程的整个时间段的大约70%,离合器相对快速地移动,在剩余的时间段内,离合器较慢地移动,从而防止或阻止由于离合器的再次接合而导致的震动。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于具有DCT的车辆的控制方法,其中,在返回步骤中,对发动机扭矩的限制随着时间而逐渐去除。
