技术领域
本发明属于健康食品领域,具体涉及一种具有丰胸功效的食品组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
乳房不仅是哺乳器官,同时也是构成了女性曲线美的重要器官。乳房发育不良形成的乳房扁平偏小,乳房的发育情况对于女性的心理状态会有一定的影响。各种乳房疾病的出现,也与乳房的营养物质的缺乏有着直接的关联。现代医学及心理学以为,造成女性乳房不完美的原因有很多,主要有营养物质缺乏或者营养物质比例失衡,佩戴胸罩不合理,缺乏锻炼等,导致乳房皮肤松弛,脂肪量减少,结缔组织张力失衡,乳腺停止发育或萎缩。
目前常见的丰胸方法包括手术隆胸、涂抹乳霜精油和注射丰胸等,手术丰胸可以立竿见影,但费用高、风险大,而且手术过程中、术后有风险,取出时会对身体造成一定的痛苦。注射对于医生的水平经验依赖性较高,对人体的伤害性大,目前国外已严令禁止注射隆胸,国内大医院也基本取缔,但还存在一些私人诊所暗中进行。
注射丰胸虽然能够很快见效,但注入石蜡、硅胶等,存在发生组织坏死等并发症、后遗症的问题;虽然开发了生理盐水替代品,然而由于插入到胸部的袋的破损易导致变形、漏出的情况也存在极大的健康危害。注射脂肪的手术在钙化的情况下存在阻碍乳癌诊断等障碍。另外乳霜精油含有雌激素,虽然可以促使乳房再次发育,但也存在比较大的副作用和健康隐患,且没有营养物质的补充容易出现反弹。
发明内容
基于上述的问题,本发明提供一种成分天然可靠的健康组合物,实现丰胸的目的,本发明的技术方案如下。
一种具有丰胸功效的健康食品组合物,其特征在于组分为:葛根、姜黄、山药、黑豆、木瓜、卵磷脂、黑芝麻、胶原蛋白肽、维生素E、小麦胚芽、蒲公英、核桃、红枣、木瓜蛋白酶。
进一步地,葛根优选为野葛根。
具有丰胸功效的健康食品组合物,其特征在于组分为:葛根60-100份、姜黄25-50份、山药20-40份、黑豆10-30份、木瓜30-60份、卵磷脂10-20份、黑芝麻10-25份、胶原蛋白肽1-10份、维生素E 0.5-5份、小麦胚芽10-40份、蒲公英15-40份、核桃20-40份、红枣10-30份、木瓜蛋白酶0.1-4份。
进一步地,该组合物的组分为:葛根80-95份、姜黄25-40份、山药20-35份、黑豆10-20份、木瓜30-55份、卵磷脂10-15份、黑芝麻10-20份、胶原蛋白肽1-5份、维生素E 0.5-2份、小麦胚芽10-30份、蒲公英15-30份、核桃20-30份、红枣10-20份、木瓜蛋白酶0.1-2份。
该组合物的组分还可以为:葛根60-90份、姜黄20-45份、山药25-35份、黑豆15-25份、木瓜40-55份、卵磷脂10-18份、黑芝麻12-23份、胶原蛋白肽2-8份、维生素E 0.8-3份、小麦胚芽10-35份、蒲公英20-35份、核桃20-35份、红枣15-25份、木瓜蛋白酶0.3-1份。
该组合物可以制备为胶囊剂、丸剂、软胶囊、片剂、颗粒剂、粉剂,葛根优选为野葛根。
本发明还涉及到该组合物的制备方法:(1)将黑豆、黑芝麻、核桃在85-95℃下烘干1-4h,然后粉碎过50-80目筛得物料A;
(2)将葛根、姜黄、山药、蒲公英、木瓜、小麦胚芽、红枣加入4-8倍的水,在超声波状态下浸泡2-5h,然后煎煮,煎煮时间为1-4h,煎煮3次,合并煎煮液,并减压浓缩为稠膏;
(3)将稠膏干燥粉碎,与物料A混合,然后加入卵磷脂、胶原蛋白肽、维生素E充分搅拌混合,干燥,然后与木瓜蛋白酶充分混合粉碎过筛,得到粉剂。
其中,步骤(2)中稠膏的相对密度为1.2-1.3。
步骤(3)干燥为在35-65℃、真空度在0.02-0.05MPa的真空干燥环境下进行,过筛为30-70目筛。
进一步地,步骤(3)干燥温度为35-45℃,过筛为30-50目筛。
本发明的实施例、对比例优选通过上述的方法制得,在对比例中省略了组分后也相应地在工艺中省略对应的步骤。
葛根性凉,味甘辛,归脾胃经,具有清热降火、排毒的功效。含有异黄酮类化合物,包括葛根素、大豆苷、大豆苷元、葛根苷类等。还含有微量元素锌、铜、铁等,具有痛经活络、解酒毒等功效。异黄酮类化合物分子结构和人体自身分泌的雌激素非常相似,能够和身体的各个系统、组织、器官细胞表面的雌激素受体结合,作用温和。
姜黄性辛、苦,归脾肝经,具有活血行气、通经止痛的功效。
山药性平、味甘,归肺、脾、肾经,具有健脾补肺、益胃补肾等功效。含有丰富的皂苷物质、维生素C等,能够促进乳房的发育。
中医认为肾气足,乳房才能发育好,肾气不足,会导致血气不足,乳房不能充分发育。黑豆:味甘,性平;具有健脾利水,消肿下气,滋肾阴,润肺燥,制风热而活血解毒,止盗汗的功效。黑芝麻:为胡麻科芝麻的黑色种子,含有丰富脂肪和蛋白质,以及糖类、维生素A、维生素E、卵磷脂、钙、铁、铬等营养成分及芝麻素(sesamin)、芝麻林酚素(sesamolin)、芝麻酚(sesamol)、胡麻甙(pedaliin)、车前糖(planteose)、芝麻糖(sesamose)。另外黑芝麻脂肪中主要含有油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸等人体必需脂肪酸。黑芝麻味甘、性平,具有滋补肝肾、益血润肠、通便、健胃、保肝、促进红细胞生长的作用。核桃具有健脑益智、补肾强腰、镇静安神、抗衰老等功效。选择黑豆、黑芝麻和核桃配伍补肾气,提供乳房发育所需要的营养物质。
蒲公英性苦、甘、寒,归肝肺经,具有清热解毒的功效。由于乳头、乳腺、乳晕归肝脾胃经,因此选择蒲公英、姜黄与其他组分配伍使用,从肝脾入手调理能够有一定的丰胸作用。
木瓜营养丰富,含有17种以上的氨基酸和营养元素,具有抗菌消炎、舒筋活络、软化血管、抗衰养颜等功效。木瓜含有的酵素、维生素等可以有效促进女性荷尔蒙、激素的分泌。木瓜蛋白酶可以提高人体对于蛋白质的利用率,增加胸部对于蛋白质的吸收,与胶原蛋白肽配合使用,满足胸部生长的蛋白营养需求。
维生素E是人体合成激素的必须营养素,可以促进卵巢发育和完善。卵磷脂具有预防脂肪肝、促进肝细胞再生、降低血清胆固醇含量等功效,能够促进细胞的再生能力活力。
枣甘、温,归脾胃经,大枣与木瓜可调经益气,对于女性身体有良好的滋补作用。
小麦胚芽营养丰富,富含维生素和不饱和脂肪酸,具有健体、抗衰老的功效,活化细胞,促进对营养物质的吸收。
本发明通过选择胸部生长发育所需的营养物质、能够刺激胸部发育的天然成分、补肾益气等组分的配伍使用达到丰胸的目的。补充乳房发育所需的营养物质,一些短链的肽分子可以影响脂肪细胞的分化,提升皮肤紧实度,含有黄酮和植物甾醇类的物质也能够促进人体产生荷尔蒙和雌性激素分泌,刺激乳房的二次发育。激发人体内丰胸因子的正常分泌,使得乳腺组织进一步的生长,促进乳房脂肪组织储存,促进乳腺管道的加长和分支来增强乳腺组织的发育并帮助乳房的增大,还促进起着支持和塑性作用的乳房周围的脂肪组织及韧带的发育。促进皮下的细胞组织、脂肪组织生成、增加。给乳房补充有效的营养物质和能量,活化细胞,增加乳房组织的纤维韧性。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种具有丰胸功能的健康食品组合物,组分为:野葛根80份、姜黄40份、山药25份、黑豆15份、木瓜40份、卵磷脂15份、黑芝麻20份、胶原蛋白肽4份、维生素E 0.5份、小麦胚芽25份、蒲公英30份、核桃30份、红枣20份、木瓜蛋白酶0.1份。
制备方法为:(1)将黑豆、黑芝麻、核桃在90℃下烘干2h,然后粉碎过60目筛得物料A;
(2)将野葛根、姜黄、山药、蒲公英、木瓜、小麦胚芽、红枣加入8倍的水,在超声波状态下浸泡3h,然后煎煮,煎煮时间为3h,煎煮3次,合并煎煮液,并减压浓缩为稠膏;
(3)将稠膏干燥粉碎,与物料A混合,然后加入卵磷脂、胶原蛋白肽、维生素E充分搅拌混合,干燥,然后与木瓜蛋白酶充分混合粉碎过筛,装袋得到粉剂,其中干燥温度为35-45℃,过筛为30-50目筛。
实施例2
一种具有丰胸功能的健康食品组合物,组分为:野葛根70份、姜黄25份、山药40份、黑豆30份、木瓜50份、卵磷脂10份、黑芝麻10份、胶原蛋白肽3份、维生素E 0.8份、小麦胚芽15份、蒲公英15份、核桃20份、红枣15份、木瓜蛋白酶0.3份。
实施例3
一种具有丰胸功能的健康食品组合物,组分为:野葛根100份、姜黄50份、山药20份、黑豆10份、木瓜60份、卵磷脂10份、黑芝麻10份、胶原蛋白肽10份、维生素E 1份、小麦胚芽40份、蒲公英15份、核桃40份、红枣30份、木瓜蛋白酶0.6份。
对比例1
一种具有丰胸功能的健康食品组合物,组分为:野葛根80份、姜黄40份、山药25份、木瓜40份、卵磷脂15份、胶原蛋白肽4份、维生素E 0.5份、小麦胚芽25份、蒲公英30份、红枣20份、木瓜蛋白酶0.1份。
制备方法为:(1)将野葛根、姜黄、山药、蒲公英、木瓜、小麦胚芽、红枣加入8倍的水,在超声波状态下浸泡3h,然后煎煮,煎煮时间为3h,煎煮3次,合并煎煮液,并减压浓缩为稠膏;
(2)将稠膏干燥粉碎,然后加入卵磷脂、胶原蛋白肽、维生素E充分搅拌混合,干燥,然后与木瓜蛋白酶充分混合粉碎过筛,装袋得到粉剂,其中干燥温度为35-45℃,过筛为30-50目筛。
对比例2
一种具有丰胸功能的健康食品组合物,组分为:野葛根80份、姜黄40份、山药25份、黑豆15份、木瓜40份、黑芝麻20份、小麦胚芽25份、蒲公英30份、核桃30份、红枣20份。
制备方法为:(1)将黑豆、黑芝麻、核桃在90℃下烘干2h,然后粉碎过60目筛得物料A;
(2)将野葛根、姜黄、山药、蒲公英、木瓜、小麦胚芽、红枣加入8倍的水,在超声波状态下浸泡3h,然后煎煮,煎煮时间为3h,煎煮3次,合并煎煮液,并减压浓缩为稠膏;
(3)将稠膏干燥粉碎,与物料A混合充分搅拌混合,干燥,粉碎过筛,装袋得到粉剂,其中干燥温度为35-45℃,过筛为30-50目筛。
实验验证
委托某机构进行效果验证。选择招收的的乳房偏小求美志愿者72例,随机分为3组,均为乳房偏小有增大愿望者,体重较稳定,且其乳轴(从乳房基底面到乳头的距离)普遍小于5cm,胸围小于臀围的三分之一,部分志愿者还有乳房松弛低垂等症状。两组分别服用实施例1和对比例1、对比例2制备得到的组合物,两组志愿者在年龄、胸型等资料上均随机分配,具有可比性,每天2次,每次15g粉剂,服用时间为8周。
效果评价 根据以下内容来判定丰胸的效果,丰胸效果优:胸围增加3cm以上;良:胸围增加2cm以上;中:胸围增加1cm以上;差:胸围基本无增加。
统计学方法 采用 SPSS统计软件进行分析,计量资料用均数±标准差形式表示,组间比用t检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。
结果
两组志愿者丰胸效果比较 实施例1组丰胸效果优为16(66.6%)例,良为6(25%)例,中为1(4.2%)例,差为1(4.2%)例。对比例1组丰胸效果优为5(20.8%)例,良为 15(62.6%)例,中为 2(8.3%)例,差为2(8.3%)例。对比例2组丰胸效果优为5(20.8%)例,良为13(54.2%)例,中为4(16.7%)1例,差为2(8.3%)例,三组志愿者丰胸效果比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。数据结果显示,实施例的组合物与对照组相比,丰胸效果优的比例明显比对比例高,实施例1两例中、差可能与志愿者体质有关。由上述的实验结果可以证明本发明的组合物在原料选择上有协同增效促进的作用。
Claims (5)
1.一种具有丰胸效果的食品组合物,其特征在于组分为:葛根80-95份、姜黄25-40份、山药20-35份、黑豆10-20份、木瓜30-55份、卵磷脂10-15份、黑芝麻10-20份、胶原蛋白肽1-5份、维生素E 0.5-2份、小麦胚芽10-30份、蒲公英15-30份、核桃20-30份、红枣10-20份、木瓜蛋白酶0.1-2份;制备方法为:(1)将黑豆、黑芝麻、核桃在85-95℃下烘干1-4h,然后粉碎过50-80目筛得物料A;
(2)将葛根、姜黄、山药、蒲公英、木瓜、小麦胚芽、红枣加入4-8倍的水,在超声波状态下浸泡2-5h,然后煎煮,煎煮时间为1-4h,煎煮3次,合并煎煮液,并减压浓缩为稠膏;
(3)将稠膏干燥粉碎,与物料A混合,然后加入卵磷脂、胶原蛋白肽、维生素E充分搅拌混合,干燥,然后与木瓜蛋白酶充分混合粉碎过筛,得到粉剂。
2.如权利要求1所述具有丰胸效果的食品组合物,其特征在于葛根为野葛根。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有丰胸效果的食品组合物,其特征在于步骤(2)中稠膏的相对密度为1.2-1.3。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有丰胸效果的食品组合物,其特征在于步骤(3)干燥为在35-65℃、真空度在0.02-0.05MPa的真空干燥环境下进行,过筛为30-70目筛。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有丰胸效果的食品组合物,其特征在于:步骤(3)干燥温度为35-45℃,过筛为30-50目筛。
