技术领域

背景技术
这种电磁阀在现有技术中充分已知。其例如被用作循环空气推动阀、冷却剂切换阀、油阀或者油调节器。为了针对待控制或调节的流体有效地密封电磁环路,已知的是,借助套筒体将阀内腔室相对于线圈架密封。在DE 196 03 384 A1中可找到这样的电磁阀的示例。在此,套筒体被设计为导向套筒,其在轴向上可运动地支承着衔铁。阀封闭体设计为球状的阀关闭元件,其通过已知的方式与阀座共同作用。尤其对于切换阀,希望与待切换的入口通道具有压力平衡,以便能够以少量的功率消耗实现较短的切换时间。对于上述类型的电磁阀,这是不可能的。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,以简单和经济的方式提供所述类型的电磁阀,其以简单和经济的方式保证安全的压力平衡。
所述技术问题如此解决,即,所述阀封闭体具有压力平衡孔并且通过密封机构可移动地支承在所述套筒体中。通过这样的结构设计,确保了阀内腔室相对于周围环境的简单且经济的密封,由此实现简单的压力平衡。
在优选的实施方式中,所述套筒体在预紧作用下在所述壳体内卡止,由此套筒体以简单的方式轴向固定。在所述套筒体和壳体之间可以布置第二密封机构,由此确保线圈的密封。优选地,所述阀杆可以通过滑移孔可移动地支承在所述芯部中。备选地例如也可以设有滑动套管。
以优选的方式,所述压力平衡孔通过万向节支承件的间隙以及通过在阀杆内的纵向沟槽或凹痕与所述阀内腔室连通。当衔铁布置在芯部的上方且背离阀封闭体时,在衔铁中可设有钻孔。
为了以简单的方式确保最佳的压力平衡,有利的是,阀座的直径ds与阀套筒在密封机构的区域中的直径dH相等。

具体实施方式
唯一的附图示出了根据本发明的电磁阀2的截面图。电磁阀2具有壳体4,在壳体中设有电磁环路6,其大体上由在线圈架8上缠绕的线圈10、衔铁12、芯部14和磁返回装置16组成。线圈10在此能够以已知的方式通过电插头18与未示出的马达控制器相连接。磁返回装置16以已知的方式包括磁返回装置板装置20和磁轭22。
在当前的实施例中,电磁阀2被构造为冷却剂切换阀,并且为此包括具有冷却剂入口通道26和冷却剂出口通道28的连接体24。冷却剂入口通道26在此以已知的方式具有阀座30,其以已知的方式与阀封闭体32共同作用。所述阀封闭体32通过万向节支承件34与阀杆36连接。阀杆36本身通过在一侧沿轴向作用的形状接合件38与衔铁12作用连接并且通过滑移孔40在芯部14内可移动地支承。阀封闭体32在当前的实施例中包括两个压力平衡孔41,它们将阀内腔室42流体地与冷却剂入口通道26连接,从而电磁阀2可以在完全压力平衡的状态下操作。为此,冷却剂可以通过在阀封闭体32中的压力平衡孔41进入,且可以穿过万向节支承件34的间隙距离以及穿过阀杆36的纵向沟槽43到达阀内腔室42。现在为了使线圈体相对于阀内腔室42和处于其中的流体以及可能的污物密封,设有与壳体40卡锁的套筒体44。阀封闭体32通过第一密封元件46可移动地支承在套筒体44中,所述套筒体44此外还通过第二密封元件48相对于壳体4密封地布置。阀座30的直径ds在密封元件46的区域中等于阀套筒44的直径dH,以这种方式保证最佳的压力平衡。
万向节支承件34在当前的实施例中包括布置在阀封闭体32上的卡止机构50,其与布置在阀杆36上的弹簧机构52共同作用,从而阀杆36与阀封闭体32弹性、带有间隙地连接。此外,阀杆36在指向阀封闭体32的端部54设计为球形,并且嵌合在阀封闭体32对应的球状凹部56中。此外,形状接合件38包括在衔铁中的销钉机构58和盲孔60,其中销钉机构58锁止在阀杆38中并且带间隙地嵌入盲孔60中。在销钉58和芯部14之间设置有弹簧机构62,通过所述弹簧机构62阀杆36以及因此衔铁12在未通电的状态下在打开位置被预紧。由于在当前的实施例中衔铁12布置在芯部14的上方且背对阀封闭体32,衔铁12具有钻孔64,通过所述钻孔64销钉机构58可以借助工具在安装时被锁止。备选地,也可以将芯部14、阀杆36以及销钉机构58和弹簧62作为预组装件提供。此外,通过钻孔64,确保在阀内腔室42中在衔铁12的上方的冷却剂流。
通过根据本发明的电磁阀2确保了简单的结构,其中,电磁阀2的阀内腔室42以最佳的方式相对于线圈10密封,且尽管如此还可以实现压力平衡和因此电磁环路6的根据需求的合理设计。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于机动车领域的电磁阀,其具有壳体(4),所述壳体(4)具有入口通道和出口通道(26、28),其中,在所述壳体(4)中设有电磁环路(6),所述电磁环路(6)由缠绕在线圈架(8)上的线圈(10)、衔铁(12)、芯部(14)和磁返回装置(16)组成,其中,所述衔铁(12)和芯部(14)布置在阀内腔室(42)中,并且其中,所述衔铁(12)与阀杆(36)相连,所述阀杆(36)通过支承件可移动地支承在所述芯部(14)中,其中,所述衔铁(12)与阀封闭体(32)作用连接,其中,设有用于预紧所述衔铁(12)的弹簧器件(62),并且其中,设有用于密封所述阀内腔室(42)的套筒体(44),其中,所述套筒体(44)设计为用于所述衔铁(12)的支承机构,其特征在于,所述阀封闭体(32)具有压力平衡孔(41)并且通过密封机构(46)可移动地支承在所述套筒体(44)中,其中,所述压力平衡孔(41)通过万向节支承件(34)的间隙以及通过在阀杆(36)内的纵向沟槽或凹痕(43)与所述阀内腔室(42)连通,所述万向节支承件(34)包括布置在所述阀封闭体(32)上的卡止机构(50),所述卡止机构与布置在所述阀杆(36)上的弹簧机构(52)共同作用,从而使所述阀杆(36)与所述阀封闭体(32)弹性、带有间隙地连接。
