Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车充电桩用环保电缆,包括由内而外依次设置的芯、屏蔽层和护套层,护套层层是由下述重量份数的原料制备而成,氟硅树脂50份;热塑性聚氨酯18份;热塑性丁苯橡胶8份;有机硅6份;玻璃纤维5份;碳纤维5份。该汽车充电桩用环保电缆环保、阻燃性好、曲绕性好、方便移动。

技术领域:
本发明涉及电缆技术领域,具体讲是一种汽车充电桩用环保电缆。
背景技术:
随着新能源电动汽车的普及,对汽车充电桩的需求也越来越大,但现有的汽车充电桩电缆用料不够环保、阻燃性差、硬度硬、迁移性差,而且在实际使用过程中,充电桩电缆容易被虫蚁攀附,给后续使用者带来一定麻烦。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种环保、阻燃性好、曲绕性好、方便移动的汽车充电桩用环保电缆,该电缆还能防虫蚁攀爬。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种汽车充电桩用环保电缆,包括由内而外依次设置的芯、屏蔽层和护套层,护套层层是由下述重量份数的原料制备而成,
氟硅树脂50份;
热塑性聚氨酯18份;
热塑性丁苯橡胶8份;
有机硅6份;
玻璃纤维5份;
碳纤维5份;
聚四氟乙烯4份;
氢氧化镁粉和氢氧化铝粉混合物4份;
纳米二氧化钛3份;
苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物3份;
二甲基硅油2份;
樟木纤维粉2份;
过氧化二异丙苯1份;
乙基烯硅烷偶合剂0.5份。
本发明与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:氟硅树脂中加入热塑性聚氨酯、热塑性丁苯橡胶和苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物,提高柔韧性和拉伸强度;玻璃纤维和碳纤维则可以提高机械性能,同时增强韧性、抗酸抗碱抗腐蚀,并且在此基础上计入聚四氟乙烯和有机硅,可以具有很好的疏水性能,避免雨季或雨天时电缆上布满水渍,给操作带来安全隐患;纳米二氧化钛和樟木纤维粉的加入则可提高抗氧化,抗老化和防虫蚁攀爬;氢氧化镁粉和氢氧化铝粉混合物则可提高阻燃性能。

下面就具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1
一种汽车充电桩用环保电缆,包括由内而外依次设置的芯、屏蔽层和护套层,护套层层是由下述重量份数的原料制备而成,
氟硅树脂50份;
热塑性聚氨酯18份;
热塑性丁苯橡胶8份;
有机硅6份;
玻璃纤维5份;
碳纤维5份;
聚四氟乙烯4份;
氢氧化镁粉和氢氧化铝粉混合物4份;
纳米二氧化钛3份;
苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物3份;
二甲基硅油2份;
樟木纤维粉2份;
过氧化二异丙苯1份;
乙基烯硅烷偶合剂0.5份。
其中,氢氧化镁粉和氢氧化铝粉末按重量比1:1配合使用,是优良的阻燃材料。氟硅树脂中加入热塑性聚氨酯、热塑性丁苯橡胶和苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物,提高柔韧性和拉伸强度;玻璃纤维和碳纤维则可以提高机械性能,同时增强韧性、抗酸抗碱抗腐蚀,并且在此基础上计入聚四氟乙烯和有机硅,可以具有很好的疏水性能,避免雨季或雨天时电缆上布满水渍,给操作带来安全隐患;纳米二氧化钛和樟木纤维粉的加入则可提高抗氧化,抗老化和防虫蚁攀爬。其制备方法与常规线缆的制备并无差异。

1.一种汽车充电桩用环保电缆,包括由内而外依次设置的芯、屏蔽层和护套层,其特征在于:护套层层是由下述重量份数的原料制备而成,
氟硅树脂50份;
热塑性聚氨酯18份;
热塑性丁苯橡胶8份;
有机硅6份;
玻璃纤维5份;
碳纤维5份;
聚四氟乙烯4份;
氢氧化镁粉和氢氧化铝粉混合物4份;
纳米二氧化钛3份;
苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物3份;
二甲基硅油2份;
樟木纤维粉2份;
过氧化二异丙苯1份;
乙基烯硅烷偶合剂0.5份。
