Abstract

本发明涉及一种新型秸秆饲料制备方法。它是由粉碎后的秸秆配以动物粪便再接入厌氧菌通过厌氧发酵后,将发酵物料脱水干燥后再配入玉米粉、麦麸、饲料混合添加剂,充分搅拌后再送入秸秆膨化机膨化处理制成,其组份(以干物质计)是:发酵后物料∶玉米粉∶麦麸∶饲料混合添加剂=20-70∶10-30∶10-30∶10-20。本发明的优点是秸秆中的粗纤维被大量分解转化成可被动物消化吸收的营养成份,并有香甜可口的特点,可取代大量粮食生产饲料,可广泛用来饲养牛、羊、猪、鸡、鱼等动物。

一种新型秸秆饲料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及饲料技术领域,特别是一种利用农作物秸秆生产饲料。
背景技术
众所周知,近几年由于我国养殖业的发展,每年需要大批粮食,我国是一个人口大国,粮食并不富裕,由于我国目 前饲料生产主要以粮食为原料,造成人畜争粮,造成粮食价 格飞涨,同时由于饲养成本高,肉食品价格也居高不下。尽 管近几年来一些科研单位和饲料生产厂家,一直在致力于利 用秸秆代替粮食生产秸秆饲料的研究开发,有人利用秸秆通 过发酵来生产秸秆饲料,有人通过对秸秆的直接膨化处理来 生产秸秆饲料,但前者因其对秸秆中的粗纤维分解不彻底, 适口性差,而不受欢迎,后者因秸秆在未发酵之前直接膨 化,含碳水化合物和糖分低,膨化转化效果不好而难以推 广。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述秸秆饲料生产中的弊端和问 题,提供了一种新型秸秆饲料及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是这样来实现的,首先将秸秆粉碎后称 量,再将动物粪便称量后和秸秆粉搅拌均匀后再按常规厌氧 发酵方法接种厌氧菌后装入发酵罐中,再加水,调整碳氮 比,调整PH值封罐发酵,发酵中产生的大量沼气可作气体燃 料使用,当罐内罐外压力平衡时,发酵即完成,发酵中产生 的废液可配制叶面肥,也可以用来作液体饲料,也可以作下 次发酵配料用,发酵后的物料经脱水干燥后粉碎至80目,配 入玉米粉、麦麸和饲料混合添加剂,充分搅拌后,再送入秸 秆膨化机中膨化即成一种新型秸秆饲料,其组份(以干物质 计)是:发酵后物料∶玉米粉∶麦麸∶饲料混合添加剂=20- 70∶10-30∶10-30∶10-20。
本发明的优点是秸秆通过厌氧发酵再进行膨化处理后, 粗纤维被大量分解转化成可被动物消化吸收的营养成份,喂 养动物后可被消化吸引80%,并有香甜可口的特点,同时可取 代大量粮食用来生产饲料,可以广泛用来饲养牛、羊、猪、 鸡、鱼等动物。
以下结合实施例对本发明作详细说明。
实施例:
将秸秆粉碎后称量,再将动物粪便称量后和秸秆粉搅拌 均匀后,再按常规厌氧发酵方法接种厌氧菌后装入发酵罐 中,加水,调整碳氮比、调整PH值,封罐发酵,发酵中产生 的大量沼气可作气体燃料使用,当罐内罐外压力平衡时,发 酵即完成,发酵中产生的废液可配制叶面肥,也可以用来作 液体饲料,也可以作下次发酵配料用,发酵后的物料经脱水 干燥后粉碎至80目,配入玉米粉、麦麸和饲料混合添加剂, 充分搅拌后,再送入膨化机中膨化即成一种新型秸秆饲料, 其组份(以干物质计)是:发酵后物料∶玉米粉∶麦麸∶饲 料混合添加剂=50∶20∶14∶16.。

Claims (2)

1.一种新型秸秆饲料及其制备方法,其特征在于将秸秆 称量后再配以动物粪便,再接入厌氧菌按常规厌氧发酵方法 进行密封厌氧发酵,发酵后的物料经脱水干燥粉碎后再配入 玉米粉、麦麸、饲料混合添加剂,充分搅拌后再送入秸秆膨化机中膨化处理。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种新型秸秆饲料及其制备方 法,其特征在于进行膨化处理的物料的组份是:发酵后物 料∶玉米粉∶麦麸∶饲料混合添加剂=20~70∶10~30∶10~ 30∶10~10∶20。
