本发明涉及一种仿古陶瓷工艺品,由以下重量份数组分组成:莱阳土20~24份,钟乳石12~17份,煅烧滑石8~13份,骨粉10~14份,氧化铈3~5份,氧化铁5~8份,火岩泥16~19份,硅灰石4~7份,沸石11~14份,碱式碳酸铜4~8份,氧化亚铜2~4份,萤石4~6份,黝帘石4~6份;制作方法包括以下步骤:按重量配比取原料,以球:水:料=2:0.65~0.75:1入球磨研磨至细度为250目筛筛余0.2~0.3%,研磨所得泥浆除铁过筛,陈腐10~15天,得到坯料备用;将坯料进行坯体成型、干燥和修坯,制得工艺品坯体;将工艺品坯体送入窑炉内高温煅烧,得到仿古陶瓷工艺品。所制得仿古陶瓷工艺品表面呈亚光磨砂效果,光感柔和,色泽古朴自然,仿古效果好。

背景技术
工艺品是对一组价值艺术品的总称。它包括的种类很多,有漆器,陶器,瓷器,民间工艺,工艺美术等。工艺品来源于生活,却又创造了高于生活的价值。它是人民智慧的结晶,充分体现了人类的创造性和艺术性,是人类的无价之宝。随着现代经济水平的提高,人们对装点生活环境的工艺品需求也越来越大,工艺品中也不乏出现了仿古复古之风,一则可以满足消费者好古赏旧的需要,二则起了保持和发扬传统产品特色的作用。现有技术中对于仿古陶瓷工艺品的研究较少,难以满足市场需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种仿古陶瓷工艺品。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种所述仿古陶瓷工艺品的制备方法。
本发明目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
提供一种仿古陶瓷工艺品,由以下重量份数的各组分组成:莱阳土20~24份,钟乳石12~17份,煅烧滑石8~13份,骨粉10~14份,氧化铈3~5份,氧化铁5~8份,火岩泥16~19份,硅灰石4~7份,沸石11~14份,碱式碳酸铜4~8份,氧化亚铜2~4份,萤石4~6份,黝帘石4~6份。
优选地,所述仿古陶瓷工艺品由以下重量份数的各组分组成:莱阳土22份,钟乳石15份,煅烧滑石10份,骨粉12份,氧化铈4份,氧化铁6份,火岩泥17份,硅灰石5份,沸石12份,碱式碳酸铜6份,氧化亚铜3份,萤石5份,黝帘石5份。
本发明还提供了所述仿古陶瓷工艺品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.按重量配比取原材料,以球:水:料=2:0.65~0.75:1的比例入球磨研磨至细度为250目筛筛余0.2~0.3%,将研磨所得泥浆除铁过筛,放入泥浆池陈腐10~15天,得到坯料备用;
S2. 将坯料进行工艺品坯体成型、干燥和修坯,制得工艺品坯体;
S3. 将工艺品坯体送入窑炉内高温煅烧,得到仿古陶瓷工艺品。
优选地,S3所述的烧成温度为1300~1380℃。
优选地,S3所述的烧成时间为9~12小时。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明提供了一种仿古陶瓷工艺品,制备工艺简单,产品表面呈亚光磨砂效果,反光率低,光感柔和,色泽古朴自然,仿古效果好,利于大规模推广应用。

S3. 将工艺品坯体送入窑炉内高温煅烧,烧成温度为1380℃,烧成时间为9小时,所得到仿古陶瓷工艺品呈哑光红棕色,颜色古朴,表面有磨砂效果。

取实施例1~4任意实施例的重量组分制备仿古陶瓷工艺品,制备步骤如下:
S1.按重量配比取原材料,以球:水:料=2: 0.75:1的比例入球磨研磨至细度为250目筛筛余0.2%,将研磨所得泥浆除铁过筛,放入泥浆池陈腐15天,得到坯料备用;
S2. 将坯料进行工艺品坯体成型、干燥和修坯,制得工艺品坯体;
S3. 将工艺品坯体送入窑炉内高温煅烧,烧成温度为1300℃,烧成时间为12小时,所得到仿古陶瓷工艺品具备古色古香的效果,可满足消费者好古赏古的需求。
实施例7
取实施例1~4任意实施例的重量组分制备仿古陶瓷工艺品,制备步骤如下:
S1.按重量配比取原材料,以球:水:料=2:0.7:1的比例入球磨研磨至细度为250目筛筛余0.25%,将研磨所得泥浆除铁过筛,放入泥浆池陈腐12天,得到坯料备用;
S2. 将坯料进行工艺品坯体成型、干燥和修坯,制得工艺品坯体;
S3. 将工艺品坯体送入窑炉内高温煅烧,烧成温度为1350℃,烧成时间为10小时,所得到仿古陶瓷工艺品颜色古朴自然,光感柔和,用于摆设观赏视觉效果好。
