Abstract

本发明提供一种卫生纸,按重量份包括以下各组分:丹皮15‑23份、土豆提取物10‑15份、柠檬提取物4‑9份、艾叶油7‑12份、鱼腥草15‑20份、保湿剂2‑3份、苦瓜汁4‑6份;所述卫生纸的制备方法为:将丹皮、土豆提取物、柠檬提取物、艾叶油和鱼腥草加入草浆中,以300‑600转/分的速度搅拌15‑20分钟,再加入保湿剂和苦瓜汁搅拌均匀,然后按常规方法生产大卷卫生纸,使卫生纸的含水率在8%以上,再经分切、密封、包装,即得卫生纸。本发明由丹皮、土豆提取物、柠檬提取物、艾叶油、鱼腥草组成的液体,具有消炎、杀菌、止痒的作用,揩擦干净,在使用中起到卫生、防病、消除异味的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及生活用纸领域,具体涉及一种卫生纸及其制备方法。
背景技术
卫生纸主要是供人们生活日常卫生之用,是人民群众不可缺少的纸种之一。为了使卫生纸柔软,通常利用机械方法使纸产生皱纹,增加卫生纸的柔软度。卫生纸要求无毒性化学物质、无对皮肤有刺激性的原料、无霉菌病毒性细菌残留。卫生纸的特征是吸水性强、无致病菌(大肠杆菌等致病菌不许有)、纸质柔软厚薄均匀无孔洞、起皱均匀、色泽一致、不含杂质。
随着人们生活的不断提高,对生活的质量也要求越来越高。普通的卫生纸干纸揩便,揩不干净,从而长期腐蚀肛门,各种细菌生长,从而导致疾病发生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述现有技术的不足之处,提供一种具有保健功能的卫生纸。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种卫生纸,按重量份包括以下各组分:丹皮15-23份、土豆提取物10-15份、柠檬提取物4-9份、艾叶油7-12份、鱼腥草15-20份、保湿剂2-3份、苦瓜汁4-6份;所述卫生纸的制备方法为:将丹皮、土豆提取物、柠檬提取物、艾叶油和鱼腥草加入草浆中,以300-600转/分的速度搅拌15-20分钟,再加入保湿剂和苦瓜汁搅拌均匀,然后按常规方法生产大卷卫生纸,使卫生纸的含水率在8%以上,再经分切、密封、包装,即得卫生纸。
进一步地,所述卫生纸的各组分按重量份计算为:丹皮15份、土豆提取物10份、柠檬提取物6份、艾叶油9份、鱼腥草15份、保湿剂2份、苦瓜汁4份。
进一步地,所述卫生纸的各组分按重量份计算为:丹皮19份、土豆提取物13份、柠檬提取物4份、艾叶油12份、鱼腥草18份、保湿剂2.5份、苦瓜汁5份。
进一步地,所述卫生纸的各组分按重量份计算为:丹皮23份、土豆提取物15份、柠檬提取物9份、艾叶油9份、鱼腥草20份、保湿剂3份、苦瓜汁6份。
进一步地,所述卫生纸还包括组分:贝母3-5份、瓜蒌2-4份。
本发明的有益效果:本发明由丹皮、土豆提取物、柠檬提取物、艾叶油、鱼腥草组成的液体,具有消炎、杀菌、止痒的作用,揩擦干净,在使用中起到卫生、防病、消除异味的作用。

实施例1
本发明卫生纸,按重量份包括以下各组分:丹皮15份、土豆提取物10份、柠檬提取物6份、艾叶油9份、鱼腥草15份、保湿剂2份、苦瓜汁4份。
所述卫生纸的制备方法为:将丹皮、土豆提取物、柠檬提取物、艾叶油和鱼腥草加入草浆中,以300转/分的速度搅拌20分钟,再加入保湿剂和苦瓜汁搅拌均匀,然后按常规方法生产大卷卫生纸,使卫生纸的含水率在10%,再经分切、密封、包装,即得卫生纸。
实施例2
本发明卫生纸,按重量份包括以下各组分:丹皮19份、土豆提取物13份、柠檬提取物4份、艾叶油12份、鱼腥草18份、保湿剂2.5份、苦瓜汁5份。
所述卫生纸的制备方法为:将丹皮、土豆提取物、柠檬提取物、艾叶油和鱼腥草加入草浆中,以450转/分的速度搅拌18分钟,再加入保湿剂和苦瓜汁搅拌均匀,然后按常规方法生产大卷卫生纸,使卫生纸的含水率在11%,再经分切、密封、包装,即得卫生纸。
实施例3
本发明卫生纸,按重量份包括以下各组分::丹皮23份、土豆提取物15份、柠檬提取物9份、艾叶油9份、鱼腥草20份、保湿剂3份、苦瓜汁6份。

所述卫生纸的制备方法为:将丹皮、土豆提取物、柠檬提取物、艾叶油和鱼腥草加入草浆中,以300转/分的速度搅拌15分钟,再加入保湿剂和苦瓜汁搅拌均匀,然后按常规方法生产大卷卫生纸,使卫生纸的含水率在12%,再经分切、密封、包装,即得卫生纸。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用,它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域,对于熟悉本领域的人员而言,可容易地实现另外的修改,因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里示出与描述的实施例。

1.一种卫生纸,其特征在于按重量份包括以下各组分:丹皮15-23份、土豆提取物10-15份、柠檬提取物4-9份、艾叶油7-12份、鱼腥草15-20份、保湿剂2-3份、苦瓜汁4-6份;
所述卫生纸的制备方法为:将丹皮、土豆提取物、柠檬提取物、艾叶油和鱼腥草加入草浆中,以300-600转/分的速度搅拌15-20分钟,再加入保湿剂和苦瓜汁搅拌均匀,然后按常规方法生产大卷卫生纸,使卫生纸的含水率在8%以上,再经分切、密封、包装,即得卫生纸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卫生纸,其特征在于:所述卫生纸的各组分按重量份计算为:丹皮15份、土豆提取物10份、柠檬提取物6份、艾叶油9份、鱼腥草15份、保湿剂2份、苦瓜汁4份。
