本发明涉及一种合成革用注塑细羊巴树脂,以质量份计,其中包含注塑羊巴树脂50~53份,丁酮13~15份,甲苯10~12份,醋酸甲酯14~16份,细羊巴粉2~3份,邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂1~2份。还公开了一种上述合成革用注塑细羊巴树脂的制备方法,采用上述方法制备的合成革用注塑细羊巴树脂,羊巴发泡后,泡孔均匀,磨皮后绒感强,展色性佳,触感独特,注塑效果优;可用于仿离型纸纹路表面印刷树脂、滚涂等工艺,用途广泛,该注塑细羊巴树脂用在现有合成革生产线上应用,工艺简单,是前段印刷的一种新型材料无需改变生产设备增加成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种合成革用树脂领域,特别涉及应用于合成革前段工艺的合成革用注塑细羊巴树脂及制备方法,属于创新型前段材料。
背景技术
合成革表面处理剂可以根据产品的类别进行表面涂饰,从而改善合成革的亮度、色泽及手感,使合成革更加接近真皮。然而随着消费者对皮革表面色泽、手感要求要求的提高,不但要增加合成革的触感,还同时要求合成革色泽清晰、富有弹性等。
而现有的合成革表面处理剂已经不能满足消费者对合成革表面美感和手感日益增加的要求,所以急需一种可以使合成革泡孔均匀、绒感细腻、色泽清晰、光泽自然柔和、轻薄柔软、弹性优异,同时具有美观花纹的处理剂。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的是提供一种合成革用注塑细羊巴树脂及制备方法。
本发明具体公开了一种合成革用注塑细羊巴树脂,其特征在于:以质量份计,其中包含注塑羊巴树脂50~53份,丁酮13~15份,甲苯10~12份,醋酸甲酯14~16份,细羊巴粉2~3份,邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂1~2份。
优选地,以质量份计,其中包含注塑羊巴树脂53份,丁酮15份,甲苯12份,醋酸甲酯16份,细羊巴粉3份,邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂1份。
本发明还具体公开了一种合成革用注塑细羊巴树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:按配方将部分注塑羊巴树脂、甲苯、细羊巴粉搅拌后过滤得混合物1;
步骤2:将步骤1所述混合物1加入丁酮、醋酸甲酯搅拌均匀得混合物2;
步骤3:将步骤2所得混合物2加入剩余注塑羊巴树脂和邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂搅拌均匀后即可得注塑细羊巴树脂。
进一步地,步骤1中原料配比以质量份计为:所述部分注塑羊巴树脂40~43份,甲苯10~12份,细羊巴粉2~3份。
进一步地,步骤2中所述丁酮13~15份,所述醋酸甲酯14~16份。
进一步地,步骤3中所述剩余注塑羊巴树脂为7~13份,邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂1~2份,且步骤1中所述部分注塑羊巴树脂和步骤3中所述剩余注塑羊巴树脂的总量控制在50~53份。
优选地,
步骤1中原料配比以质量份计为:所述部分注塑羊巴树脂43份,甲苯12份,细羊巴粉3份。
步骤2中所述丁酮15份,所述醋酸甲酯16份。
步骤3中所述剩余注塑羊巴树脂为10份,邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂1份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点和有益效果:
1、组成注塑细羊巴树脂的各组分相互协调、共同作用,羊巴发泡后,泡孔均匀,磨皮后绒感强,展色性佳,触感独特,注塑效果优;可用于仿离型纸纹路表面印刷树脂、滚涂等工艺,用途广泛;
2、将该注塑细羊巴树脂用在现有合成革生产线上应用,工艺简单,是前段印刷的一种新型材料无需改变生产设备增加成本。

实施例1:
合成革用注塑细羊巴树脂由如下原料组分组成:以质量份计,其包含注塑羊巴树脂52份,丁酮14份,甲苯11份,醋酸甲酯15份,细羊巴粉2.5份,邻苯二甲酸酯增塑1.5份。
本发明注塑细羊巴树脂的生产工艺如下:
步骤1:按配方将部分注塑羊巴树脂42份、甲苯11份、细羊巴粉2.5份搅拌后过滤得混合物1;
步骤2:将步骤1所得的混合物1加入丁酮14份、醋酸甲酯15份搅拌均匀得混合物2;
步骤3:将步骤2所得混合物2加入剩余的注塑羊巴树脂10份和邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂1.5份搅拌均匀后即可得注塑细羊巴树脂。
实施例2:
合成革用注塑细羊巴树脂由如下原料组分组成:以质量份计,其包含注塑羊巴树脂50份,丁酮13份,甲苯10份,醋酸甲酯14份,细羊巴粉2份,邻苯二甲酸酯增塑1份。
本发明注塑细羊巴树脂的生产工艺如下:
步骤1:按配方将部分注塑羊巴树脂40份、甲苯10份、细羊巴粉2份搅拌后过滤得混合物1;
步骤2:将步骤1所得的混合物1加入丁酮12份、醋酸甲酯14份搅拌均匀得混合物2;
步骤3:将步骤2所得混合物2加入剩余的注塑羊巴树脂10份和邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂1份搅拌均匀后即可得注塑细羊巴树脂。
实施例3:
合成革用注塑细羊巴树脂由如下原料组分组成:以质量份计,其包含注塑羊巴树脂53份,丁酮15份,甲苯12份,醋酸甲酯16份,细羊巴粉3份,邻苯二甲酸酯增塑2份。
本发明注塑细羊巴树脂的生产工艺如下:
步骤1:按配方将部分注塑羊巴树脂43份、甲苯12份、细羊巴粉3份搅拌后过滤得混合物1;
步骤2:将步骤1所得的混合物1加入丁酮15份、醋酸甲酯16份搅拌均匀得混合物2;
步骤3:将步骤2所得混合物2加入剩余的注塑羊巴树脂10份和邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂2份搅拌均匀后即可得注塑细羊巴树脂。
实施例4:
作为最优实施例,合成革用注塑细羊巴树脂由如下原料组分组成:以质量份计,其包含注塑羊巴树脂53份,丁酮15份,甲苯12份,醋酸甲酯16份,细羊巴粉3份,邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂1份。
本发明注塑细羊巴树脂的生产工艺如下:
步骤1:按配方将部分注塑羊巴树脂43份、甲苯12份、细羊巴粉3份搅拌后过滤得混合物1;
步骤2:将步骤1所得的混合物1加入丁酮15份、醋酸甲酯16份搅拌均匀得混合物2;
步骤3:将步骤2所得混合物2加入剩余的注塑羊巴树脂10份和邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂1份搅拌均匀后即可得注塑细羊巴树脂。

2.根据权利要求1所述的合成革用注塑细羊巴树脂,其特征在于,以质量份计,其中包含注塑羊巴树脂53份,丁酮15份,甲苯12份,醋酸甲酯16份,细羊巴粉3份,邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂1份。
3.一种合成革用注塑细羊巴树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1:按配方将部分注塑羊巴树脂、甲苯、细羊巴粉搅拌后过滤得混合物1;
步骤2:将步骤1所述混合物1加入丁酮、醋酸甲酯搅拌均匀得混合物2;
步骤3:将步骤2所得混合物2加入剩余注塑羊巴树脂和邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂搅拌均匀后即可得注塑细羊巴树脂。
4.如权利要求3所述的合成革用注塑细羊巴树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1中原料配比以质量份计为:所述部分注塑羊巴树脂40~43份,甲苯10~12份,细羊巴粉2~3份。
5.如权利要求3所述的合成革用注塑细羊巴树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2中所述丁酮13~15份,所述醋酸甲酯14~16份。
6.如权利要求3所述的合成革用注塑细羊巴树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤3中所述剩余注塑羊巴树脂为7~13份,邻苯二甲酸酯增塑剂1~2份,且步骤1中所述部分注塑羊巴树脂和步骤3中所述剩余注塑羊巴树脂的总量控制在50~53份。
7.如权利要求3所述的合成革用注塑细羊巴树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤1中原料配比以质量份计为:所述部分注塑羊巴树脂43份,甲苯12份,细羊巴粉3份。
8.如权利要求7所述的合成革用注塑细羊巴树脂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤2中所述丁酮15份,所述醋酸甲酯16份。
