Abstract
一种免罩面浮雕涂料,由以下重量百分比的组分组成,羟甲基纤维素0.45~0.6%,表面活性剂0.05~0.075%,消泡剂0.15~0.2%,分散剂0.5~0.8%,填料19~28.5%,丙烯酸改性弹性乳液16~20%,成膜助剂0.5~0.8%,丙二醇0.5~0.8%,杀菌剂0.05~0.1%,多功能助剂0.05~0.08%,石英砂40~60%,色浆4~6%,金红石型钛白粉3~5%,余量为水。本发明直接在中层浮雕涂料中添加色浆,达到特定的颜色装饰效果,且具有优异的耐水性、耐碱性、耐候性,附着力好,立体感强,装饰效果佳;同时施工过程中一次成型,减少在中层浮雕表面再罩一层面漆的工艺流程,从而有效降低原有罩面面漆的材料费及施工费。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种浮雕涂料,具体涉及一种免罩面浮雕涂料。
背景技术
浮雕涂料,属厚质复层涂料种类,因具有大小不同的斑点,表面圆润,立体感强,艺术效果极佳,被广泛应用于内外墙面装饰。传统的浮雕涂料由底涂层、主涂层、罩面层组成。其中,主涂层是提供花纹质感的中层浮雕涂料,罩面层是具备颜色覆盖能力的丙烯酸外墙涂料。
目前,现有中层浮雕涂料配方中,乳液含量低,只能满足硬度及耐水性要求,耐碱性、耐候性、耐紫外线能力达不到要求;且与色浆相容性低,后期易褪色、发花。因此,需要罩一层面漆来提供颜色装饰效果及耐候性。再则,现有的浮雕涂料在施工时,一般采用如下工艺流程:滚涂底漆→喷涂中层浮雕→滚涂或喷涂面漆,存在工艺繁琐、成型时间长、施工费较高等不足。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题,提供一种稳定可靠,施工一次成型的免罩面浮雕涂料,可有效降低达到相同装饰效果的材料费及施工费。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是,一种免罩面浮雕涂料包括以下重量百分比的组分,羟甲基纤维素0.45~0.6%,表面活性剂0.05~0.075%,消泡剂0.15~0.2%,分散剂0.5~0.8%,填料19~28.5%,丙烯酸改性弹性乳液15~20%,成膜助剂0.5~0.8%,丙二醇0.5~0.8%,杀菌剂0.05~0.1%,多功能助剂0.05~0.08%,石英砂40~60%,色浆4~6%,金红石型钛白粉3~5%,余量为水。
进一步,所述羟甲基纤维素选自分子量为30000的纤维素醚,具有优异的保水性和温度稳定性,便于施工,提高粘结强度。
进一步,所述表面活性剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(X-405)。
进一步,所述消泡剂选自矿物油。
进一步,所述分散剂为低分子量的丙烯酸铵盐分散剂。
进一步,所述填料为重钙、滑石粉和高岭土中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
进一步,所述成膜助剂选自醇酯十二、乙二醇和丙二醇中的两种以上的混合物。
进一步,所述杀菌剂为四氯间苯二甲腈或2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮。
进一步,所述多功能助剂为2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇(AMP-95)
进一步,所述石英砂选自80-120目石英细砂,使涂膜斑点均匀、圆润且饱满,质感效果强烈,滚筒压平造型时不易开裂。
本发明选用丙烯酸改性弹性乳液具有优异的弹性和延伸率,可有效地弥盖墙体细微裂纹,对墙体起到良好的美化和保护作用;而且添加量高,可有效避免后期施工上墙后颜色易发花、褪色等弊病。选用金红石型钛白粉,遮盖力高,着色力强,保色性佳,能增强漆膜的机械强度和附着力,防止裂纹,防止紫外线和水分透过,显著提高漆膜的耐候性。
本发明直接在中层浮雕涂料中添加色浆,达到特定的颜色装饰效果,且具有优异的耐水性、耐碱性、耐候性,附着力好,立体感强,装饰效果佳;同时施工过程中一次成型,减少在中层浮雕表面再罩一层面漆的工艺流程,从而有效降低原有罩面面漆的材料费及施工费。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
实施例1:免罩面浮雕涂料的制备
免罩面浮雕涂料按照表1原料配比称量,先将水、纤维素、表面活性剂、消泡剂、分散剂等加入不锈钢乳化罐中,以转速800rpm,高速分散10min;接着加入钛白、重钙、滑石粉等粉料,以转速1800rpm,高速分散30min;最后加入乳液、成膜助剂、丙二醇、杀菌剂、纤维素、多功能助剂、纤维素、消泡剂和石英砂,以转速600rpm,高速分散20min,即得免罩面浮雕涂料成品。

1.一种免罩面浮雕涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量百分比的组分组成,羟甲基纤维素0.45~0.6%,表面活性剂0.05~0.075%,消泡剂0.15~0.2%,分散剂0.5~0.8%,填料19~28.5%,丙烯酸改性弹性乳液15~20%,成膜助剂0.5~0.8%,丙二醇0.5~0.8%,杀菌剂0.05~0.1%,多功能助剂0.05~0.08%,石英砂40~60%,色浆4-6%,金红石型钛白粉3~5%,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述免罩面浮雕涂料,其特征在于,所述羟甲基纤维素选自分子量为30000的纤维素醚。
3.根据权利要求1所述免罩面浮雕涂料,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂为壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(X-405)
4.根据权利要求1所述免罩面浮雕涂料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂选用矿物油
5.根据权利要求1所述免罩面浮雕涂料,其特征在于,所述分散剂为低分子量的丙烯酸铵盐分散剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述免罩面浮雕涂料,其特征在于,所述填料为选自重钙、滑石粉和高岭土中的一种或两种以上的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述免罩面浮雕涂料,其特征在于,所述成膜助剂选自醇酯十二、乙二醇和丙二醇中的两种以上的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述免罩面浮雕涂料,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂为四氯间苯二甲腈或2-正辛基-4-异噻唑啉-3-酮。
9.根据权利要求1所述免罩面浮雕涂料,其特征在于,所述多功能助剂为2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇(AMP-95)
10.根据权利要求1所述免罩面浮雕涂料,其特征在于,所述石英砂选自80-120目石英细砂。
