Abstract

一种超薄型水性多彩涂料及其制备方法,所述超薄型水性多彩涂料由基础漆、连续相清漆和保护胶组成,所述基础漆中含疏水纤维素、羟乙基纤维素和丙烯酸乳液,所述连续相清漆含硅烷偶联剂和缔合基团的乳液,所述保护胶为低浓度的硅酸镁锂。本发明的超薄型水性多彩涂料因采用疏水纤维素和小分子量的羟乙基纤维素混拼、低浓度的硅酸镁锂保护胶及自交联的丙烯酸乳液,可使漆膜产生相互缔合的协同作用,克服了多彩颗粒点厚板面凹凸感强、干燥慢、成膜硬度不够、初期耐水性差、储存稳定性不够的缺陷。

一种超薄型水性多彩涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,更具体而言,涉及一种超薄型水性多彩涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着国家对新建居住建筑节能标准的推出,建筑物墙面外保温的大量实施,水性多彩涂料凭借高仿真性、质轻、易施工、周期短等自身优点,成为建筑物墙面涂料的青睐产品,其市场需求量越来越大。
目前,水性多彩涂料中的水包水多彩涂料,不仅在工程上使用量越来越大、在装饰一体板上使用量也越来越多。但装饰一体板对水性多彩涂料性能要求更高,需干燥快速、超强耐水性、超强老化性。
现有水包水多彩涂料基本都是由基础漆、保护胶和连续相清漆组成。保护胶的生产机理大致相同,大多数水性多彩涂料采用商品名为RD、GTS、S482的保护胶,后续处理方式的差异,使保护胶性能相差较大;且纤维素和乳液品种繁多,品种参差不齐,造成现在多彩在装饰板的应用上存在以下问题:颗粒硬、凹凸感强,储存不稳定;耐水差,覆膜后遇水泛白,恢复不了;喷涂有气泡;与装饰一体板附着力差;干燥速度慢。因此,有必要对目前水性多彩涂料配方、组分进行改进,以克服现有技术上的缺陷,提供质量更佳的水性多彩涂料。
本发明通过科研攻关和不断摸索实验,发现连续相乳液、保护胶浓度和纤维素的混拼使用,以及自交联乳液和低浓度保护胶可使多彩颗粒明显变薄。从而制备得到颗粒凹凸感不强烈、储存稳定,耐水好,覆膜后遇水不泛白,喷涂无气泡,与装饰一体板附着力好,以及干燥速度快的超薄型水性多彩涂料。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题或者问题之一,本发明通过选用不同的组分及其含量,并改变了普通的水性多彩成膜机理,提供一种超薄的水性多彩涂料及其制备方法,可克服现有水性多彩涂料的上述缺陷。
具体来说,本发明提供一种超薄型水性多彩涂料,其由基础漆、连续相清漆和保护胶组成,所述基础漆、连续相清漆和保护胶的用量质量比为2:2:1-3:2:1;所述基础漆的组分和组分的质量含量为:
在上述涂料中,优选的实施例方式为,所述连续相清漆组合物的组分和组分的质量含量为:
所述保护胶的组分和组分的质量含量为:
水 94-96%
硅酸镁锂保护胶 4-6%。
在上述涂料中,优选的实施例方式为,所述基础漆中的纤维素采用10万粘度的疏水改性纤维素和小分子量的羟乙基纤维素进行混拼;所述分散剂采用非离子型分散剂;所述钛白粉采用金红石型二氧化钛;所述丙烯酸乳液采用自交联缔合型乳液;所述高岭土采用4000目高岭土。
在上述涂料中,优选的实施例方式为,所述消泡剂采用矿物油类消泡剂和有机硅消泡剂的混合物;所述增稠剂采用碱溶胀型增稠剂或缔合型增稠剂中的任意一种或者两种的混合物;所述防冻剂采用乙二醇或丙二醇中的任意一种或者两种的混合物;所述成膜助剂采用醇酯十二或乙二醇丁醚中的任意一种或者两种的混合物。
本发明实施例还提供仿超薄型水性多彩涂料的制备方法,所述超薄型水性多彩涂料有基础漆、连续相清漆和保护胶组成,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,按所述的配方分别制造出基础漆、连续相清漆和保护胶;
步骤二,将制造好的所述基础漆在所述保护胶中造粒,制造出制备水性水包水多彩涂料所需要的彩色粒子;步骤三,将制作好的所述彩色粒子,与所述连续相清漆混合均匀,制造出所述超薄型水性多彩涂料。
本发明的超薄型水性多彩涂料,因采用低浓度的保护胶、疏水和羟乙缔合基团的纤维素及缔合基团的乳液,可使漆膜产生相互缔合的作用,再加上硅烷偶联剂,具有特殊结构的低分子有机硅化合物,既能与无机物中的羟基又能与有机聚合物中的长分子链相互作用,使两种不同性质的材料欧联起来,从而改善材料的各种性能。成为一种超薄型多彩涂料,解决了现有水包水点厚储存不稳定、初期耐水差、有气泡、附着力差、干燥速度慢等问题。

下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明的保护范围。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的涂料及制备方法作进一步说明。

实施例3
一种超薄型水性多彩涂料的制备方法,首先按实施例1或2的配方制作出基础漆、连续相清漆、保护胶;然后,将制造好的基础漆调制颜色后在制作好的保护胶中造粒,制造出超薄型水性多彩涂料所需的彩色粒子;最后,将制作好的所述彩色粒子,与按照所述连续相清漆组合物混合均匀,制造出本发明所述的超薄型水性多彩涂料。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明披露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书的保护范围为准。

步骤一,按照权利要求1-4任一所述的超薄型水性多彩涂料分别提供基础漆、连续相清漆和保护胶;
步骤二,将步骤一所述的基础漆在所述保护胶中造粒,制备水性水包水多彩涂料所需要的彩色粒子;
步骤三,将步骤二的所述彩色粒子与所述连续相清漆混合均匀,制备得到所述超薄型水性多彩涂料。
