步骤5:将大豆皮磨碎,装入提取器中,加入重质油和尿素溶液,在,固液比例为12:1,温度为70-80℃的条件下提取6小时,然后抽滤,对滤液进行真空浓缩,回收溶剂;

步骤7:依次加入一氯醋酸、丙烯酸、甲苯二异氰酸酯、甲阶酚醛树脂,加热搅拌,加热温度为190℃,时长10分钟、冷却至70℃,加入烧碱、去离子水;
步骤8:将步骤6、步骤7与抗磨损剂、清洁因子、金属减活化剂、粘度调节剂按原料比例混合,过滤,即可。
经试验,对比现有的润滑油的情况:
通过对比可以看出,本法制备的润滑剂粘度指数和高抗磨性能;通过助剂的配合添加,有效在低温或高温环境下,减少金属管之间的摩擦。

Claims (7)

1.一种金属管制造设备所用润滑剂,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料组成:
大豆150-200份、改性胺与聚酰胺混合体10-15份、丙烯酸丁酯20-25份;甲基纤维素60-65份、一氯醋酸10-13份、丙烯酸5-6份、烧碱5-6份、去离子水5-6份、甲苯二异氰酸酯6-9份、甲阶酚醛树脂8-11份、30-40份环氧有机硅、40-50份环烷基基础油、抗磨损剂2-5份、防腐防锈剂5-10份、清洁因子2-5份、抗氧化剂5-15份、金属减活化剂1-3份和粘度调节剂8-12份。
2.根据权利要求中所述的一种金属管制造设备所用润滑剂,其特征在于:所述的抗磨损剂为硫化脂。
3.根据权利要求中所述的一种金属管制造设备所用润滑剂,其特征在于:所述的防腐防锈剂为金属酚盐。
4.根据权利要求中所述的一种金属管制造设备所用润滑剂,其特征在于:所述的抗氧化剂为2,3-二叔丁基对甲酚。
5.根据权利要求中所述的一种金属管制造设备所用润滑剂,其特征在于:所述的金属减活化剂为硫化物。
6.根据权利要求中所述的一种金属管制造设备所用润滑剂,其特征在于:所述的粘度调节剂为烷基苯乙烯。
7.一种金属管制造设备所用润滑剂制备方法制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1:取大豆,分离大豆皮,待用,从大豆中分离蛋白8%-20%、尿素15%-17%、多聚磷酸钠1%-10%,将尿素分散在水中,混合制成尿素溶液,
步骤2:将丙烯酸丁酯与甲基纤维素混合,放入蒸馏瓶内,同时将改性胺与聚酰胺混合体与环烷基基础油混合,待完全混合后,加入环氧有机硅,加入蒸馏内混合,得到基础油;
步骤3:将基础油、防腐防锈剂及抗氧化剂,混合,进行高温低压蒸馏,温度460-480℃、压强0.03-0.06MPa,快速分离轻质油和重质油;
步骤4:将重质油,加入蛋白,在常温下搅拌1-2小时,再加入多聚磷酸钠,继续搅拌2-3小时,然后进行沉淀分离,分离后,取上1/3层油,
步骤5:将大豆皮磨碎,装入提取器中,加入重质油和尿素溶液,在,固液比例为12:1,温度为70-80℃的条件下提取6小时,然后抽滤,对滤液进行真空浓缩,回收溶剂;
步骤6:将步骤4和步骤5混合,采用分级萃取,萃取压力为28-35MPa,温度42-48℃,萃取时间为1.5-2小时,然后进行二级分离,第一级分离压力为8-10MPa,温度为53-57℃,第二季为3-5MPa,温度为30-40℃;
步骤7:依次加入一氯醋酸、丙烯酸、甲苯二异氰酸酯、甲阶酚醛树脂,加热搅拌,加热温度为190℃,时长10分钟、冷却至70℃,加入烧碱、去离子水;
步骤8:将步骤6、步骤7与抗磨损剂、清洁因子、金属减活化剂、粘度调节剂按原料比例混合,过滤,即可。
