本发明涉及化工原料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种大豆与植物混合燃料油及其制备方法。
背景技术:
植物燃料油其各项指标均和柴油相近,甚至比柴油燃烧值还要高。植物燃料油由三部分组成:一是50%左右的植物油;二是10%左右的乙醇;三是40%左右的辅料。按一定的比例,经过严格的工艺研制而成,该产品也和柴油一样可分为-30#、-20#、-10#、0#,产品有良好的雾化性,热值高价格低等优点,以工业级豆油配制的植物燃料油,成本价仅为4000元每吨左右,将来产品面市后,价格将低于市场上柴油价格每吨50—100元。植物油配制成燃料油的比例是4000吨植物油比1吨添加剂等辅料;使用该产品发动机易启动,功率大,油耗与石油产品相同,长期使用不积炭和胶质,机械磨损小,尾气有害物排放低于国家标准,是一种用于任何柴油发动机及柴油燃烧系统的燃料油。

本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种大豆与植物混合燃料油及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种大豆与植物混合燃料油,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料组成:
包括玉米油36-44份、高锰酸钾4-6份、甲醇9-11份、乙二醇9-11份、季戊四醇4-6份、环丁砜9-11份、环烷酸锌19-21份、改性添加剂5-15份、低级醚6-10份;
还包括大豆150-200份、水20-30份、香精5-6份、改性胺与聚酰胺混合体10-15份、滑石粉20-25份、连翘0.5-1份、板蓝根1-2份、大青叶1-2份。所述的改性添加剂为助燃剂、雾化剂和防腐蚀剂。
所述的植物混合燃料油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)选用一带有搅拌器的反应釜,然后向反应釜内添加配方中所有分量的玉米油和改性添加剂开启搅拌,直至完全混合;
(2)、将原料中的高锰酸钾、环丁砜、环烷酸锌和低级醚,全部加入反应釜中,搅拌并加热至60-80℃后,恒温反应2-4h;
(3)、待上述步骤b反应结束后,反应釜降温至20-25℃,将原料中的甲醇和乙二醇加入其中,搅拌均匀后静置5-10h;
(4)、待步骤c静置结束后,取出上层清液,进行搅拌后,得到的半成品;
(5)、同时从大豆中分离蛋白8%-20%、尿素15%-17%、多聚磷酸钠1%-10%,将尿素分散在水中,混合制成尿素溶液,加入蛋白,在常温下搅拌1-2小时,再加入多聚磷酸钠,继续搅拌2-3小时,最后将香精加入,高温搅拌20分钟,温度控制在90-95℃;
(6)、加入滑石粉,搅拌,冷藏1小时,再将改性胺与聚酰胺混合体加入搅拌,搅拌完成后,蒸馏出液体,取出杂质,得到辅料;
(7)、取连翘、板蓝根、大青叶,用泥土包裹,晒干,去除泥土,洗净,放入蒸箱内烘烤1分钟,加入蒸馏瓶中,蒸馏10分钟,取出连翘、板蓝根、大青叶,得到蒸馏液;
(8)、将半成品和3%辅料和步骤7中2%的蒸馏液,搅拌,得到植物混合燃料油。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明中制备的燃料油,其有着制备工艺简单方便,燃料油的品质高,节能性好,燃后无杂质,同时燃烧过程中没有黑烟,不刺鼻,环保无污染,同时在应用中,相对于普通的植物油燃烧时间长20%,附着力强,使用效果明显。

2.根据权利要求1所述的所述的一种大豆与植物混合燃料油,其特征在于:所述的改性添加剂为助燃剂、雾化剂和防腐蚀剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的所述的一种大豆与植物混合燃料油,其特征在于:所述的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、选用一带有搅拌器的反应釜,然后向反应釜内添加配方中所有分量的玉米油和改性添加剂开启搅拌,直至完全混合;
(2)、将原料中的高锰酸钾、环丁砜、环烷酸锌和低级醚,全部加入反应釜中,搅拌并加热至60-80℃后,恒温反应2-4h;
(3)、待上述步骤b反应结束后,反应釜降温至20-25℃,将原料中的甲醇和乙二醇加入其中,搅拌均匀后静置5-10h;
(4)、待步骤c静置结束后,取出上层清液,进行搅拌后,得到的半成品;
(5)、同时从大豆中分离蛋白8%-20%、尿素15%-17%、多聚磷酸钠1%-10%,将尿素分散在水中,混合制成尿素溶液,加入蛋白,在常温下搅拌1-2小时,再加入多聚磷酸钠,继续搅拌2-3小时,最后将香精加入,高温搅拌20分钟,温度控制在90-95℃;
(6)、加入滑石粉,搅拌,冷藏1小时,再将改性胺与聚酰胺混合体加入搅拌,搅拌完成后,蒸馏出液体,取出杂质,得到辅料;
(7)、取连翘、板蓝根、大青叶,用泥土包裹,晒干,去除泥土,洗净,放入蒸箱内烘烤1分钟,加入蒸馏瓶中,蒸馏10分钟,取出连翘、板蓝根、大青叶,得到蒸馏液;
(8)、将半成品和3%辅料和步骤7中2%的蒸馏液,搅拌,得到植物混合燃料油。
