一种聚醋酸乙烯-大豆混合燃料油及其制备方法,包括高锰酸钾4-6份、甲醇9-11份、乙二醇9-11份、季戊四醇4-6份、环丁砜9-11份、环烷酸锌19-21份、蒸馏水200-220份、皮料100-120份、花枝5-7份、玉米油150-200份、过硫酸钾1-2份、醋酸乙烯160-180份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯1-2份、盐酸1-3份、37%甲醛水溶液3-5份、对甲基苯胺8-10份、香精1-2份、40%烧碱水溶液1-2份;还包括大豆150-200份、水20-30份、香精5-6份、改性胺与聚酰胺混合体10-15份、滑石粉20-25份、连翘0.5-1份、板蓝根1-2份、大青叶1-2份。本发明中制备的燃料油,其有着制备工艺简单方便,燃料油的品质高,节能性好,燃后无杂质,同时燃烧过程中没有黑烟,不刺鼻,环保无污染,同时在应用中,相对于普通的植物油燃烧时间长20%,附着力强。

一种聚醋酸乙烯-大豆混合燃料油及其制备方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及化工原料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种聚醋酸乙烯-大豆混合燃料油及其制备方法。
背景技术:
植物燃料油其各项指标均和柴油相近,甚至比柴油燃烧值还要高。植物燃料油由三部分组成:一是50%左右的植物油;二是10%左右的乙醇;三是40%左右的辅料。按一定的比例,经过严格的工艺研制而成,该产品也和柴油一样可分为-30#、-20#、-10#、0#,产品有良好的雾化性,热值高价格低等优点,以工业级豆油配制的植物燃料油,成本价仅为4000元每吨左右,将来产品面市后,价格将低于市场上柴油价格每吨50—100元。植物油配制成燃料油的比例是4000吨植物油比1吨添加剂等辅料;使用该产品发动机易启动,功率大,油耗与石油产品相同,长期使用不积炭和胶质,机械磨损小,尾气有害物排放低于国家标准,是一种用于任何柴油发动机及柴油燃烧系统的燃料油。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种聚醋酸乙烯-大豆混合燃料油及其制备方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现。
一种聚醋酸乙烯-大豆混合燃料油,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料组成:
高锰酸钾4-6份、甲醇9-11份、乙二醇9-11份、季戊四醇4-6份、环丁砜9-11份、环烷酸锌19-21份、蒸馏水200-220份、皮料100-120份、花枝5-7份、玉米油150-200份、过硫酸钾1-2份、醋酸乙烯160-180份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯1-2份、盐酸1-3份、37%甲醛水溶液3-5份、对甲基苯胺8-10份、香精1-2份、40%烧碱水溶液1-2份;
还包括大豆150-200份、水20-30份、香精5-6份、改性胺与聚酰胺混合体10-15份、滑石粉20-25份、连翘0.5-1份、板蓝根1-2份、大青叶1-2份。
一种聚醋酸乙烯-大豆混合燃料油,其特征在于:所述的燃料油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将皮料放入蒸馏水中,加醋浸泡,浸泡1-2天;
2)取花枝研磨成粉,浸泡在玉米油中,蒸馏3-4小时,加入香精,继续蒸馏3-4小时,取出液体;
3)取出步骤2)中的液体与过硫酸钾、醋酸乙烯混合,搅打3小时;
4)取出步骤1)中的皮料,将皮料放入步骤3中的液体中,加热,加热温度为100℃,加热10-12小时;
5)在加热皮料的2-3小时后将40%硝酸水溶液混合,加热10-12小时,再取邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、盐酸、37%甲醛水溶液、对甲基苯胺搅拌混合;
6)此后每隔6小时取胶一次,分三次取胶,三次取胶量比重为3:2:1;
7)同时从大豆中分离蛋白8%-20%、尿素15%-17%、多聚磷酸钠1%-10%,将尿素分散在水中,混合制成尿素溶液,加入蛋白,在常温下搅拌1-2小时,再加入多聚磷酸钠,继续搅拌2-3小时,最后将香精加入,高温搅拌20分钟,温度控制在90-95℃;
8)加入滑石粉,搅拌,冷藏1小时,再将改性胺与聚酰胺混合体加入搅拌,搅拌完成后,蒸馏出液体,取出杂质,得到辅料;
9)取连翘、板蓝根、大青叶,用泥土包裹,晒干,去除泥土,洗净,放入蒸箱内烘烤1分钟,加入蒸馏瓶中,蒸馏10分钟,取出连翘、板蓝根、大青叶;
10)取步骤6)中的胶体,至于反应釜中,加热,再将原料中的高锰酸钾、甲醇、乙二醇、季戊四醇、环丁砜、环烷酸锌,全部加入反应釜中,反应1-2小时,最后将辅料加入,继续反应2-3小时,去除杂质,得到燃料油。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明中制备的燃料油,其有着制备工艺简单方便,燃料油的品质高,节能性好,燃后无杂质,同时燃烧过程中没有黑烟,不刺鼻,环保无污染,同时在应用中,相对于普通的植物油燃烧时间长20%,附着力强,使用效果明显。

具体实施例1:一种聚醋酸乙烯-大豆混合燃料油,包括以下重量份的原料组成:
高锰酸钾4份、甲醇9份、乙二醇9份、季戊四醇4份、环丁砜9份、环烷酸锌19份、蒸馏水200份、皮料100份、花枝5份、玉米油150份、过硫酸钾1份、醋酸乙烯160份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯1份、盐酸1份、37%甲醛水溶液3份、对甲基苯胺8份、香精1份、40%烧碱水溶液1份;
还包括大豆150份、水20份、香精5份、改性胺与聚酰胺混合体10份、滑石粉20份、连翘0.5份、板蓝根1份、大青叶1份。
具体实施例2:一种聚醋酸乙烯-大豆混合燃料油,包括以下重量份的原料组成:
高锰酸钾6份、甲醇11份、乙二醇11份、季戊四醇6份、环丁砜11份、环烷酸锌21份、蒸馏水220份、皮料120份、花枝7份、玉米油200份、过硫酸钾2份、醋酸乙烯180份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯2份、盐酸3份、37%甲醛水溶液5份、对甲基苯胺10份、香精2份、40%烧碱水溶液2份;
还包括大豆200份、水30份、香精6份、改性胺与聚酰胺混合体15份、滑石粉25份、连翘1份、板蓝根2份、大青叶2份。
一种聚醋酸乙烯-大豆混合燃料油制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将皮料放入蒸馏水中,加醋浸泡,浸泡1-2天;
2)取花枝研磨成粉,浸泡在玉米油中,蒸馏3-4小时,加入香精,继续蒸馏3-4小时,取出液体;
3)取出步骤2)中的液体与过硫酸钾、醋酸乙烯混合,搅打3小时;
4)取出步骤1)中的皮料,将皮料放入步骤3中的液体中,加热,加热温度为100℃,加热10-12小时;
5)在加热皮料的2-3小时后将40%硝酸水溶液混合,加热10-12小时,再取邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、盐酸、37%甲醛水溶液、对甲基苯胺搅拌混合;
6)此后每隔6小时取胶一次,分三次取胶,三次取胶量比重为3:2:1;

高锰酸钾4-6份、甲醇9-11份、乙二醇9-11份、季戊四醇4-6份、环丁砜9-11份、环烷酸锌19-21份、蒸馏水200-220份、皮料100-120份、花枝5-7份、玉米油150-200份、过硫酸钾1-2份、醋酸乙烯160-180份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯1-2份、盐酸1-3份、37%甲醛水溶液3-5份、对甲基苯胺8-10份、香精1-2份、40%烧碱水溶液1-2份;
还包括大豆150-200份、水20-30份、香精5-6份、改性胺与聚酰胺混合体10-15份、滑石粉20-25份、连翘0.5-1份、板蓝根1-2份、大青叶1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的所述的一种聚醋酸乙烯-大豆混合燃料油,其特征在于:所述的燃料油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将皮料放入蒸馏水中,加醋浸泡,浸泡1-2天;
2)取花枝研磨成粉,浸泡在玉米油中,蒸馏3-4小时,加入香精,继续蒸馏3-4小时,取出液体;
3)取出步骤2)中的液体与过硫酸钾、醋酸乙烯混合,搅打3小时;
4)取出步骤1)中的皮料,将皮料放入步骤3中的液体中,加热,加热温度为100℃,加热10-12小时;
5)在加热皮料的2-3小时后将40%硝酸水溶液混合,加热10-12小时,再取邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、盐酸、37%甲醛水溶液、对甲基苯胺搅拌混合;
6)此后每隔6小时取胶一次,分三次取胶,三次取胶量比重为3:2:1;
7)同时从大豆中分离蛋白8%-20%、尿素15%-17%、多聚磷酸钠1%-10%,将尿素分散在水中,混合制成尿素溶液,加入蛋白,在常温下搅拌1-2小时,再加入多聚磷酸钠,继续搅拌2-3小时,最后将香精加入,高温搅拌20分钟,温度控制在90-95℃;
8)加入滑石粉,搅拌,冷藏1小时,再将改性胺与聚酰胺混合体加入搅拌,搅拌完成后,蒸馏出液体,取出杂质,得到辅料;
9)取连翘、板蓝根、大青叶,用泥土包裹,晒干,去除泥土,洗净,放入蒸箱内烘烤1分钟,加入蒸馏瓶中,蒸馏10分钟,取出连翘、板蓝根、大青叶;
10)取步骤6)中的胶体,至于反应釜中,加热,再将原料中的高锰酸钾、甲醇、乙二醇、季戊四醇、环丁砜、环烷酸锌,全部加入反应釜中,反应1-2小时,最后将辅料加入,继续反应2-3小时,去除杂质,得到燃料油。
