Abstract

本发明涉及一种醇基燃料,尤其涉及一种环保型醇基燃料及其制备方法。所述环保型醇基燃料,其原料按重量百分比由以下组成:原料按重量百分比由以下组成:60‑73%甲醇、10‑25%乙醇、5‑10%正丁醇、10‑20%水、0.05‑0.2%缓蚀剂、0.5‑2%植物油,0.1‑0.5%双氧水,0.02‑0.1%乙酸异戊酯,上述百分比总和为100%。通过将水、缓蚀剂、正丁醇、植物油、双氧水、乙酸异戊酯混合制备燃油添加剂;然后再添加入甲醇和乙醇,制备环保型醇基燃料。本发明中使用的甲醇为废甲醇、粗甲醇,乙醇为药厂的废乙醇或酒厂的低度乙醇,植物油为餐饮回收的废油或地沟油炼制,从而使它的成本更低廉、造价更低,废弃物原料易于取材,便于运输,操作上更安全便捷,并且化废为宝,更环保,使可能导致污染的废物得到环保的应用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种醇基燃料,尤其涉及一种环保型醇基燃料及其制备方法。
背景技术
石油是一种化石燃料,我国的石油一半以上是靠国外进口。石油是战略资源,同时石油的燃烧产生的温室气体、氮化物、颗粒等的排放造成了大气与环境的污染。因此需要一种清洁、环保的,各项热能指标较高,且有一定经济性的替代燃料。目前锅炉、灶具的燃料使用一些石油的替代燃料,例如:醇基燃料。醇基燃料是以醇类(如甲醇、乙醇、丁醇等)物质为主体配置的燃料。它是以液体或者固体形式存在的。它也是一种生物质能,和核能、太阳能、风力能、水力能一样,是各国政府大力推广的环保洁净能源;面对石化能源的枯竭,醇基燃料是最有潜力的新型替代能源,深受各国企业组织的青睐。
目前醇基燃料的配置相对依赖精甲醇,而精甲醇成本偏高,现有的条件限制了它的推广应用。且现有的醇基燃料的普遍特点是热值偏低且造价高,对炉灶有积碳,阻堵抗氧性差,对容器易腐蚀侵害等。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题,在于提供一种更环保、更安全、更具有经济性的环保型醇基燃料及其制备方法。
本发明是这样实现的:
本发明首先提供了一种环保型醇基燃料,其原料按重量百分比由以下组成:60-73%甲醇、10-25%乙醇、5-10%正丁醇、10-20%水、0.05-0.2%缓蚀剂、0.5-2%植物油,0.1-0.5%双氧水,0.02-0.1%乙酸异戊酯,上述百分比总和为100%;所述甲醇为废弃甲醇或粗甲醇;所述乙醇为废弃乙醇或质量分数低于60%的低度乙醇。
优选地,所述植物油为非食用植物油。更具体地,所述非食用植物油包括废弃油脂。
所述缓蚀剂包括苯并三氮唑。
本发明所述的环保型醇基燃料,其制备方法具体包括如下步骤:
步骤1,按重量百分比,将水、缓蚀剂、正丁醇、植物油、双氧水、乙酸异戊酯倒入容器中搅拌混匀,制备燃油添加剂;
步骤2,将甲醇与乙醇倒入搅拌装置混合搅拌,再将所述燃油添加剂缓缓倒入,继续搅拌混匀,制备环保型醇基燃料。
本发明的作用机理如下:
乙酸异戊酯作用:除味。苯并三氮唑作用:抑制腐食,防锈。正丁醇作用:提高热值、助溶。双氧水作用:增氧、助燃。植物油作用:提高热值。乙醇作用:提高热值、改变火燃颜色。由于本发明针对醇基燃料的点火温度加入了相对比例的水,降低了它的着火点,使得运输存储更安全。
本发明具有如下优点:本发明中使用的甲醇为废甲醇、粗甲醇,乙醇为药厂的废乙醇或酒厂的低度乙醇,植物油为餐饮回收的废油或地沟油炼制,从而使它的成本更低廉、造价更低,废弃物原料易于取材,便于运输,操作上更安全便捷,并且化废为宝,更环保,使可能导致污染的废物得到环保的应用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种环保型醇基燃料,其原料按重量百分比由以下组成:70%废甲醇、10%废乙醇、5%正丁醇、13%水、0.05%缓蚀剂、1.8%地沟油,0.1%双氧水,0.05%乙酸异戊酯。
其制备方法如下:
步骤1,按重量百分比,将水、缓蚀剂、正丁醇、地沟油、双氧水、乙酸异戊酯倒入容器中高速搅拌10分钟,制备燃油添加剂;
步骤2,将废甲醇与废乙醇倒入搅拌装置搅拌5分钟,再将所述燃油添加剂缓缓倒入搅拌10分钟合成环保型醇基燃料。
实施例2
一种环保型醇基燃料,其原料按重量百分比由以下组成:60%废甲醇、20%废乙醇、8%正丁醇、10%水、0.2%缓蚀剂、1.2%废油,0.5%双氧水,0.1%乙酸异戊酯。制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
一种环保型醇基燃料,其原料按重量百分比由以下组成:73%废甲醇、10%废乙醇、5%正丁醇、11%水、0.1%缓蚀剂、0.7%废油,0.15%双氧水,0.05%乙酸异戊酯。制备方法同实施例1。
本发明的环保型醇基燃料,其热值高达6000~10000卡/克,具有良好的燃烧性能,而且安全环保。

1.一种环保型醇基燃料,其特征在于:原料按重量百分比由以下组成:60-73%甲醇、10-25%乙醇、5-10%正丁醇、10-20%水、0.05-0.2%缓蚀剂、0.5-2%植物油,0.1-0.5%双氧水,0.02-0.1%乙酸异戊酯,上述百分比总和为100%;所述甲醇为废弃甲醇或粗甲醇;所述乙醇为废弃乙醇或质量分数低于60%的低度乙醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保型醇基燃料,其特征在于:所述植物油为非食用植物油。
3.根据权利要求2所述的环保型醇基燃料,其特征在于:所述非食用植物油包括废弃油脂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保型醇基燃料,其特征在于:所述缓蚀剂包括苯并三氮唑。
5.一种如权利要求1-4中任意项所述的环保型醇基燃料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤1,按重量百分比,将水、缓蚀剂、正丁醇、植物油、双氧水、乙酸异戊酯倒入容器中搅拌混匀,制备燃油添加剂;
步骤2,将甲醇与乙醇倒入搅拌装置混合搅拌,再将所述燃油添加剂缓缓倒入,继续搅拌混匀,制备环保型醇基燃料。
