Abstract

本发明提出了一种环保汽油促进剂及其制备方法,包括以下组分:动力增强剂10~30%、甲基甲酰胺20~30%、无水乙醇5~10%、甘油4~8%、正丁烷10~15%与醋酸甲酯10~15%。制备方法:1)按照配比称取甲基甲酰胺和无水乙醇并混合均匀,得到混合物A;2)在避光条件下,按照配比将动力增强剂、甘油、正丁烷与醋酸甲酯加入到混合物A中并搅拌均匀即可。该汽油促进剂能有效的把汽油中的芳烃和烯烃组合在一起充分燃烧,废气排放减少90%以上,实现治雾霾环保节能的理想效果。

Description

环保汽油促进剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于汽油产品添加剂技术领域,具体涉及一种环保汽油促进剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,国内提高汽油辛烷值的方法有两种。一是把不同辛烷值的汽油组分按照最优的比例调和到一起,即添加甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE)每加3%~7%MTBE可以将汽油的标号提高2~3个单位,每生产100吨汽油,可添加12~16吨的MTBE。我国每年添加在汽油中的MTBE约1000万吨,也就是说1000万吨有毒致癌物质排放于大气中,污染空气、污染水源、污染土壤,对人类造成极大的危害,雾霾是有毒致癌物质,比非典严重上百倍。如不停止使用MTBE及MMT,五年后,癌症将困扰着每个家庭。二是向汽油组分中添加MMT抗暴剂,即甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰。上述两种方法的缺点是,随着汽车尾气排放产生大量的PM2.5,而PM2.5就是雾霾中的主要成因。
发明内容
本发明提出一种环保汽油促进剂,该汽油促进剂能有效的把汽油中的芳烃和烯烃组合在一起充分燃烧,废气排放减少90%以上,实现治雾霾环保节能的理想效果。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种环保汽油促进剂,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分:
动力增强剂10~30%、甲基甲酰胺20~30%、无水乙醇5~10%、甘油4~8%、正丁烷10~15%与醋酸甲酯10~15%。
优选地,所述甘油为工业甘油。
优选地,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分:
动力增强剂30%、甲基甲酰胺30%、无水乙醇10%、甘油8%、正丁烷12%与醋酸甲酯10%。
优选地,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分:
动力增强剂28%、甲基甲酰胺28%、无水乙醇10%、甘油4%、正丁烷15%与醋酸甲酯15%。
优选地,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分:
动力增强剂30%、甲基甲酰胺29%、无水乙醇7%、甘油8%、正丁烷13%与醋酸甲酯13%。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种环保汽油促进剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照配比称取甲基甲酰胺和无水乙醇并混合均匀,得到混合物A;
2)在避光条件下,按照配比将动力增强剂、甘油、正丁烷与醋酸甲酯加入到混合物A中并搅拌均匀即可。
本发明的环保汽油促进剂能够替代MTBE与MMT,大幅度增强汽车动力,采用该促进剂生产治雾霾环保节能超级汽油,国产车节油10%~20%,进口车节油30%~40%,废气排放减少90%以上。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的汽油促进剂通过催化裂化、重整、利用液化石油气切割工艺生产烷基化,将汽油中的芳烃、烯烃组合在一起,通过激活分子将与燃油系统相关的沉积物分解成小颗粒,并融于燃油中一同燃烧,分解燃油系统中的胶质、积碳和沉淀物,降低有害尾气排放,减少耗油量,节油率可达10%~40%;甲基甲酰胺,可与其它组分形成正协同效应,促进辛烷值的提高,马达法辛烷值可达到82~86。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种环保汽油促进剂,包括以下组分:
动力增强剂30kg、甲基甲酰胺30kg、无水乙醇10kg、工业甘油8kg、正丁烷12kg及醋酸甲酯10kg。
制备方法:
1)按照配比称取甲基甲酰胺和无水乙醇并混合均匀,得到混合物A;
2)在避光条件下,按照配比将动力增强剂、工业甘油、正丁烷与醋酸甲酯加入到混合物A中并搅拌均匀即可。
实施例2
一种环保汽油促进剂,包括以下组分:
动力增强剂28kg、甲基甲酰胺28kg、无水乙醇10kg、甘油4kg、正丁烷15kg与醋酸甲酯15kg。
制备方法:
1)按照配比称取甲基甲酰胺和无水乙醇并混合均匀,得到混合物A;
2)在避光条件下,按照配比将动力增强剂、工业甘油、正丁烷与醋酸甲酯加入到混合物A中并搅拌均匀即可。
实施例3
一种环保汽油促进剂,包括以下组分:
动力增强剂30kg、甲基甲酰胺29kg、无水乙醇7kg、甘油8kg、正丁烷13kg与醋酸甲酯13kg。
制备方法:
1)按照配比称取甲基甲酰胺和无水乙醇并混合均匀,得到混合物A;

一种环保汽油促进剂,包括以下组分:
动力增强剂29kg、甲基甲酰胺30kg、无水乙醇5kg、甘油8kg、正丁烷13kg与醋酸甲酯15kg。
制备方法:
1)按照配比称取甲基甲酰胺和无水乙醇并混合均匀,得到混合物A;
2)在避光条件下,按照配比将动力增强剂、工业甘油、正丁烷与醋酸甲酯加入到混合物A中并搅拌均匀即可。

1.一种环保汽油促进剂,其特征在于,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分:
动力增强剂10~30%、甲基甲酰胺20~30%、无水乙醇5~10%、甘油4~8%、正丁烷10~15%与醋酸甲酯10~15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保汽油促进剂,其特征在于,所述甘油为工业甘油。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保汽油促进剂,其特征在于,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分:
动力增强剂30%、甲基甲酰胺30%、无水乙醇10%、甘油8%、正丁烷12%与醋酸甲酯10%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保汽油促进剂,其特征在于,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分:
动力增强剂28%、甲基甲酰胺28%、无水乙醇10%、甘油4%、正丁烷15%与醋酸甲酯15%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的环保汽油促进剂,其特征在于,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分:
动力增强剂30%、甲基甲酰胺29%、无水乙醇7%、甘油8%、正丁烷13%与醋酸甲酯13%。
6.如权利要求1所述的环保汽油促进剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)按照配比称取甲基甲酰胺和无水乙醇并混合均匀,得到混合物A;
2)在避光条件下,按照配比将动力增强剂、甘油、正丁烷与醋酸甲酯加入到混合物A中并搅拌均匀即可。
