Abstract
本发明提供的汽油添加剂,由以下重量份数的组分制成:异丁醇8~10份、醋酸仲丁酯3~4份、仲醇聚氧乙烯醚1.5~2份、丙炔醇2~2.5份、辛癸酸甘油酯6~8份、单十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺2~2.5份、纳米氧化铈1~1.5份、二乙二醇单丁醚6~8份、异辛醇磷酸酯1.5~2份、叔丁基甲基醚2.5~3份。本发明汽油添加剂,各组分之间协同作用突出,添加剂中的活性因子,使燃油的化学活性提高,进而提高燃油的燃烧性能,使发动机的动力性能大幅度提高,自然耗油量也大为降低。本发明汽油添加剂,使得燃烧更为迅速,缩短了燃烧持续期,从而抑制了NOX、CO和HC的排放,能较大幅度地降低发动机在怠速时的排放。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种车用燃料油添加剂,特别是涉及一种汽油添加剂及其制备方法。
技术背景
汽油添加剂是燃油添加剂的一种简称,一般还包含柴油添加剂,是为了弥补燃油自身存在的质量问题和机动车机械制造极限存在的不足,从而达到对汽油发动机能够克服激冷效应、缝隙效应,清除进气阀、电喷嘴的积碳,对柴油发动机能够克服喷油嘴难以更加细雾化以及产生残油后滴的问题,对汽油和柴油发动机车辆都能够达到保护发动机工况、实现燃油的更完善和更完全的燃烧,从而达到清除积碳、节省燃油、降低排放、增强动力等功效。
随着汽车及内燃机保有量的激增,以及石化资源的减少,如何节约燃油消耗已成为内燃机研究的重要课题之一.提高燃料的经济性,除了发动机本身的改进外,使用添加剂在汽油机中改善汽油性能是目前研究的热点.传统的化学型添加剂是将化学药剂加入到燃油中,通过化学反应来达到某种作用,如抗爆剂、金属钝化剂、抗氧化剂、防静电剂和助燃剂等。
我国部分大中城市大气污染己严重威胁到人的身体健康和国民经济的持续发展,到了非治理不可的地步。汽车排放污染是造成我国城市空气质量恶化的主要因素。为治理大气污染,以北京为例,北京市与科技部等正着手研究“首都蓝天行动计划”,其中就指出要减少汽车排放的问题。然而,控制汽车排放污染是一项系统工程。它不仅涉及到排放法规的完善、汽车技术的进步和汽车工业的发展,而且与燃料科类的选择和质量的改善紧密相关。在汽车燃油中加入各种添加刑,在目前是减少汽车排放污染有效而实用的手段,也是体现我国治理汽车排放污染“先机内后机外”方针的重要举措。目前市场上汽油添加剂品种繁多,作为改进油品质量的有效手段而得到了迅速发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服已有技术的不足,提供一种可以提高燃烧效率,提升引擎动力,节油,降低尾气排放的汽油添加剂。
本发明提供的汽油添加剂,由以下重量份数的组分制成:异丁醇8~10份、醋酸仲丁酯3~4份、仲醇聚氧乙烯醚1.5~2份、丙炔醇2~2.5份、辛癸酸甘油酯6~8份、单十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺2~2.5份、纳米氧化铈1~1.5份、二乙二醇单丁醚6~8份、异辛醇磷酸酯1.5~2份、叔丁基甲基醚2.5~3份。
作为优化,该汽油添加剂,由以下重量份数的组分制成:异丁醇9份、醋酸仲丁酯3.5份、仲醇聚氧乙烯醚1.7份、丙炔醇2.2份、辛癸酸甘油酯7份、单十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺2.2份、平均粒径为20nm的纳米氧化铈1.3份、二乙二醇单丁醚7份、异辛醇磷酸酯1.8份、叔丁基甲基醚2.8份。
本发明汽油添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A、将所述重量份数的辛癸酸甘油酯、单十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺、纳米氧化铈混合,用超声波分散机,在60~62℃条件下,超声分散20~30min;
B、将所述重量份数的二乙二醇单丁醚、异辛醇磷酸酯、叔丁基甲基醚混合,用磁力搅拌机搅拌1~2min,然后同步骤A中的混合物混合,用超声波分散机,在57~59℃条件下,超声分散60~80min;
C、将所述重量份数的异丁醇、醋酸仲丁酯、仲醇聚氧乙烯醚、丙炔醇混合,在53~56℃条件下,用磁力搅拌机搅拌3~4min;
D、将步骤B中的混合物和步骤C中的混合物混合后,用超声波分散机,在50~52℃条件下,超声分散60~80min,冷却后即成。使用时将本发明的汽油添加剂,直接添加到93#汽油或者97#汽油中,添加量为汽油重量的0.4%~0.6%,混合均匀即可。
本发明汽油添加剂,通过特殊的组分和工艺制成,各组分之间协同作用突出,添加剂中的活性因子,使燃油的化学活性提高,进而提高燃油的燃烧性能,使发动机的动力性能大幅度提高,自然耗油量也大为降低。本发明汽油添加剂,使得燃烧更为迅速,缩短了燃烧持续期,从而抑制了NOX、CO和HC的排放,能较大幅度地降低发动机在怠速时的排放。此外本发明还具有良好的防腐防锈功效,具有一定的保护引擎的作用。
具体实施方式
下面给出的实施例拟对本发明作进一步说明,但不能理解为是对本发明保护范围的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明内容对本发明的一些非本质的改进和调整,仍属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1:A、将辛癸酸甘油酯7千克、单十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺2.2千克、平均粒径为20nm的纳米氧化铈1.3千克混合,用超声波分散机,在60~62℃条件下,超声分散20~30min;
B、将二乙二醇单丁醚7千克、异辛醇磷酸酯(RP-98)1.8千克、叔丁基甲基醚2.8千克混合,用磁力搅拌机搅拌1~2min,然后同步骤A中的混合物混合,用超声波分散机,在57~59℃条件下,超声分散60~80min;
C、将异丁醇9千克、醋酸仲丁酯3.5千克、仲醇聚氧乙烯醚(TERGITOL15-S-9)1.7千克、丙炔醇2.2千克混合,在53~56℃条件下,用磁力搅拌机搅拌3~4min;
D、将步骤B中的混合物和步骤C中的混合物混合后,用超声波分散机,在50~52℃条件下,超声分散60~80min,冷却后即成。使用时将本发明的汽油添加剂,直接添加到93#汽油或者97#汽油中,添加量为汽油重量的0.4%~0.6%,混合均匀即可。

D、将步骤B中的混合物和步骤C中的混合物混合后,用超声波分散机,在50~52℃条件下,超声分散60~80min,冷却后即成。使用时将本发明的汽油添加剂,直接添加到93#汽油或者97#汽油中,添加量为汽油重量的0.4%~0.6%,混合均匀即可。

C、将异丁醇10千克、醋酸仲丁酯4千克、仲醇聚氧乙烯醚(TERGITOL15-S-9)2千克、丙炔醇2.5千克混合,在53~56℃条件下,用磁力搅拌机搅拌3~4min;
D、将步骤B中的混合物和步骤C中的混合物混合后,用超声波分散机,在50~52℃条件下,超声分散60~80min,冷却后即成。使用时将本发明的汽油添加剂,直接添加到93#汽油或者97#汽油中,添加量为汽油重量的0.4%~0.6%,混合均匀即可。
相关实验:发动机使用性能的试验,试验使用的主要测试设备为DW160电涡流测功机、ET2000发动机自动测控系统,实验用发动机为发动机型号:丰田4A-FE,发动机型式:直列、化油器式,缸径×行程:81mm×77mm,压缩比:9.8,最大功率:66kW(5800r/min)。分别采用普通93#汽油和分别添加发明实施例1的93#汽油进行发动机外特性和负荷特性的对比试验。实验结果见表1和表2。根据国家和北京市标准,进行了900r/min怠速排放试验,对NOX、HC、CO的排放进行。实验结果见表3。通过表1可见,汽油添加本发明汽油添加剂后,动力性和经济性的改善效果明显,在整个外特性上,功率有较大幅度的增加,比燃油消耗率也普遍降低。通过表2可以看出,在使用本发明汽油添加剂后,发动机的比油耗都有不同程度的降低。通过表3可见在加用本发明添加剂后,发动机的怠速和快怠速时的HC和CO、NOX排放都有明显降低。
Claims (3)
1.一种汽油添加剂;其特征在于由以下重量份数的组分制成:异丁醇8~10份、醋酸仲丁酯3~4份、仲醇聚氧乙烯醚1.5~2份、丙炔醇2~2.5份、辛癸酸甘油酯6~8份、单十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺2~2.5份、纳米氧化铈1~1.5份、二乙二醇单丁醚6~8份、异辛醇磷酸酯1.5~2份、叔丁基甲基醚2.5~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述所述的汽油添加剂,其特征在于由以下重量份数的组分制成:异丁醇9份、醋酸仲丁酯3.5份、仲醇聚氧乙烯醚1.7份、丙炔醇2.2份、辛癸酸甘油酯7份、单十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺2.2份、平均粒径为20nm的纳米氧化铈1.3份、二乙二醇单丁醚7份、异辛醇磷酸酯1.8份、叔丁基甲基醚2.8份。
3.一种以上任一项权利要求所述汽油添加剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
A、将所述重量份数的辛癸酸甘油酯、单十二烷基磷酸酯三乙醇胺、纳米氧化铈混合,用超声波分散机,在60~62℃条件下,超声分散20~30min;
B、将所述重量份数的二乙二醇单丁醚、异辛醇磷酸酯、叔丁基甲基醚混合,用磁力搅拌机搅拌1~2min,然后同步骤A中的混合物混合,用超声波分散机,在57~59℃条件下,超声分散60~80min;
C、将所述重量份数的异丁醇、醋酸仲丁酯、仲醇聚氧乙烯醚、丙炔醇混合,在53~56℃条件下,用磁力搅拌机搅拌3~4min;
D、将步骤B中的混合物和步骤C中的混合物混合后,用超声波分散机,在50~52℃条件下,超声分散60~80min,冷却后即成。
