Abstract

本发明公开了一种汽车用动力添加剂及其制备方法,包括以下组分:甲醇、碳十二、二甲苯、乙基叔丁基醚、乳化剂OP‑10、正辛醇、对硝基苯胺、咪唑啉石油磺酸钡、月桂醇、丙炔醇、二辛脂。本发明的添加剂是一种富氢含碳可燃液体,将其以30‑40%的体积比例加入汽油中,不仅可部分替代汽油作燃料,还可以改善汽油的质量、提高汽油的品质、降低汽油的成本,提高汽油的辛烷值,增强动力性能。本发明添加剂成分易得,全部可燃,且燃点低,不会造成积碳及积碳所导致的系列问题,又能够延缓甲醇对汽车金属部件的腐蚀,降低甲醇对汽车橡胶部件的溶胀作用。本发明添加剂安全环保,比汽油减少尾气排放物60%以上,各项指标均优于普通汽油。

技术领域
本发明涉及车用燃料技术领域,特别涉及一种汽车用动力添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着我国经济的快速发展,汽车保有量的不断增加,目前,对能源,特别是柴油、汽油的消耗量日益增加,为保证我国经济的长足发展,节约能源和发展新能源已成为我国的基本国策。目前较为常用的能源主要有汽油、柴油、天然气,每年我国都消耗大量的汽油柴油,使用汽柴油的发动机普遍存在燃料燃烧不充分、积碳现象严重问题,不仅浪费了能源,而且排放的尾气造成了环境污染。工业发达的欧美国家,早在六、七十年代就已开始汽车用新型替代燃料的研究、开发工作。我国科学家也在七、八十年代开展了这方面的研发工作。目前已经有乙醇汽油、甲醇汽油等产品的问世。另一方面,市场上也有一些提升汽车动力的添加剂,但其生产工艺较为复杂,且实际效果并不十分明显。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种汽车用动力添加剂及其制备方法,能够有效提升动力,减少尾气排放。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种汽车用动力添加剂,包括以下重量份的组分:甲醇75-80份、碳十二2-3份、二甲苯0.2-1.0份、乙基叔丁基醚7-15份、乳化剂OP-10 0.1-0.2份、正辛醇0.3-0.4份、对硝基苯胺0.01-0.02份、咪唑啉0.005-0.010份、石油磺酸钡0.02-0.03份、月桂醇0.005-0.008份、丙炔醇0.1-0.15份、二辛脂0.1-0.15份。
优选的,汽车用动力添加剂,包括以下重量份的组分:甲醇78份、碳十二2.6份、二甲苯0.6份、乙基叔丁基醚10份、乳化剂OP-10 0.166份、正辛醇0.334份、对硝基苯胺0.014份、咪唑啉0.008份、石油磺酸钡0.028份、月桂醇0.006份、丙炔醇0.12份、二辛脂0.12份。
一种汽车用动力添加剂的制备方法,按重量份称取各组分,搅拌混合均匀,过滤,罐装。
过滤为过200目筛。
本发明有益效果:
本发明的添加剂是一种富氢含碳可燃液体,将其以30-40%的体积比例加入汽油中,不仅可部分替代汽油作燃料,还可以改善汽油的质量、提高汽油的品质、降低汽油的成本,提高汽油的辛烷值,增强动力性能。本发明添加剂成分易得,全部可燃,且燃点低,不会造成积碳及积碳所导致的系列问题,且能够帮助汽油完全燃烧,降低油耗,有效提升动力,清理积碳,延长发动机的使用寿命,又能够延缓甲醇对汽车金属部件的腐蚀,降低甲醇对汽车橡胶部件的溶胀作用。本发明添加剂安全环保,比汽油减少尾气排放物60%以上,各项指标均优于普通汽油。本发明制备简单,生产成本低,具有良好的社会和经济效益。各组分的具有优点如下:
(1)甲醇的热值为4000-5000大卡,热值不高,加入碳十二(约8500大卡)和二甲苯(约10400大卡),能够提高热值,弥补甲醇热值不足的问题,从而提高汽车动力;
(2)乙基叔丁基醚,能够提高辛烷值,提升动力,促进尾气减排;
(3)正辛醇主要作为助溶剂,能够促进其它成分溶解在甲醇中;
(4)对硝基苯胺、咪唑啉、石油磺酸钡作为复合金属缓蚀剂,利用成分之间的协同作用,降低延缓甲醇对汽车金属部件的腐蚀;
(5)月桂醇具有提高辛烷值的作用,还可与丙炔醇、二辛脂复配作为复合抑制剂,利用三种成分之间的协同作用,能够抑制甲醇对汽车中的橡胶部件的溶胀作用,保护橡胶部件。

一种汽车用动力添加剂,包括以下重量份的组分:甲醇78份、碳十二2.6份、二甲苯0.6份、乙基叔丁基醚10份、乳化剂OP-10 0.166份、正辛醇0.334份、对硝基苯胺0.014份、咪唑啉0.008份、石油磺酸钡0.028份、月桂醇0.006份、丙炔醇0.12份、二辛脂0.12份。
汽车用动力添加剂的制备方法,按重量份称取各组分,并搅拌混合均匀,过200目筛,罐装。
实施例2
一种汽车用动力添加剂,包括以下重量份的组分:甲醇75份、碳十二2份、二甲苯0.2份、乙基叔丁基醚15份、乳化剂OP-10 0.1份、正辛醇0.4份、对硝基苯胺0.01份、咪唑啉0.010份、石油磺酸钡0.03份、月桂醇0.008份、丙炔醇0.1份、二辛脂0.15份。

一种汽车用动力添加剂,包括以下重量份的组分:甲醇7580份、碳十二3份、二甲苯1.0份、乙基叔丁基醚7份、乳化剂OP-10 0.2份、正辛醇0.3份、对硝基苯胺0.02份、咪唑啉0.005份、石油磺酸钡0.02份、月桂醇0.005份、丙炔醇0.15份、二辛脂0.1份。
