一种环保节能超级汽油促进剂,其特点是组分为:马达法提升剂、烷基酚类辛烷值提高剂、十八烷基磷酸酯、二甲苯、环烷烯、助燃剂组分比例为:马达法提升剂10‑30%、烷基酚类辛烷值提高剂 20‑30%、十八烷基磷酸酯5‑10%、二甲苯4‑8%、环烷烯10‑15%、助燃剂10‑15%,它解决了利用添加甲基叔丁基醚或甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰提高汽油辛烷值,汽车尾气产生PM2.5,污染环境的问题,适应各类汽油添加使用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及石油产品添加剂领域,具体涉及一种能够大幅度提升汽油燃料抗爆性能的辛烷值提升剂组合物。
背景技术
汽油发动机产生爆震与燃料性质有关,如果汽油很易氧化,形成的过氧化物不易分解,自燃点低就很容易发生爆震现象。目前,国内提高汽油辛烷值的方法有两种,一是把不同辛烷值的汽油组分按照最优的比例调和到一起,即添加甲基叔丁基醚(MTBE);二是向汽油组分中添加辛烷值改进剂,即甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰(MMT)。上述两种方法的缺点是,随着汽车尾气排放产生大量的PM2.5,而PM2.5就是雾霾中的重要有害成分。
发明内容
本发明为解决利用添加甲基叔丁基醚或甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰提高汽油辛烷值,汽车尾气产生PM2.5,污染环境的问题,提供了一种无锰的汽油辛烷值促进剂。
本发明的技术方案是,一种环保节能超级汽油促进剂,其特殊之处是组分为:马达法提升剂 、烷基酚类辛烷值提高剂、十八烷基磷酸酯、二甲苯、环烷烯、助燃剂;组分比例为:马达法提升剂10-30%、烷基酚类辛烷值提高剂 20-30%、十八烷基磷酸酯5-10%、二甲苯4-8%、环烷烯10-15%、助燃剂10-15%。
其中,烷基酚类辛烷值提高剂为邻异丙基酚、4-乙基-2-甲基酚、4,5-二甲基2-乙基酚中的一种或多种混合物;十八烷基磷酸酯也可为十二烷基磷酸酯或十四烷基磷酸酯;二甲苯也可为甲苯。
本发明的制备方法是,按比例称取烷基酚类辛烷值提高剂和十八烷基磷酸酯均匀混合;再在严格避光条件下,按照配比将马达法提高剂和二甲苯、环烷烯、助燃剂加入到混合液中,然后搅拌混合均匀即可。
本发明的技术效果是,采用上述技术方案,可以实现一种环保节能提高汽油辛烷值促进剂,它通过催化裂化、重整、利用液化石油气切割工艺生产烷基化,将汽油中长链接状态的C5~C12组分变成短链接,通过激活分子将与燃油系统相关的沉积物分解成小颗粒,并融于燃油中一同燃烧,分解燃油系统中的胶质、积碳和沉淀物,降低有害尾气排放,减少耗油量,节油率可达10%~30%;烷基酚类辛烷值提高剂,可与其它组分形成正协同效应,促进辛烷值的提高,研究法辛烷值可达到98以上,马达法辛烷值可达到86-93以上。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1,先取烷基酚类辛烷值提高剂30公斤,十八烷基磷酸酯10公斤均匀混合;再在严格避光条件下,取马达法提高剂30公斤、二甲苯8公斤、环烷烯15公斤、助燃剂15公斤加入到烷基酚类辛烷值提高剂和十八烷基磷酸酯的混合液中,然后搅拌均匀即可。
实施例 2,先取烷基酚类辛烷值提高剂20公斤,十八烷基磷酸酯5公斤均匀混合;再在严格避光条件下,取马达法提高剂10公斤、二甲苯4公斤、环烷烯10公斤、助燃剂10公斤加入到烷基酚类辛烷值提高剂和十八烷基磷酸酯的混合液中,然后搅拌均匀即可。
实施例3,先取烷基酚类辛烷值提高剂25公斤,十八烷基磷酸酯7公斤均匀混合;再在严格避光条件下,取马达法提高剂20公斤、二甲苯5公斤、环烷烯13公斤、助燃剂13加入公斤到烷基酚类辛烷值提高剂和十八烷基磷酸酯的混合液中,然后搅拌均匀即可。

1.一种环保节能超级汽油促进剂,其特征在于组分为:马达法提升剂、烷基酚类辛烷值提高剂、十八烷基磷酸酯、二甲苯、环烷烯、助燃剂;组分质量百分比为:马达法提升剂10-30%、烷基酚类辛烷值提高剂20-30%、十八烷基磷酸酯5-10%、二甲苯4-8%、环烷烯10-15%、助燃剂10-15%,以上各组分质量百分比之和为100%。
