Abstract

本发明提出了一种环保节能航空汽油及其制备方法,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分:烷基化汽油35~42%、石脑油17~20%、芳烃20~25%、碳烯烃20~25%、异辛烷2~5%以及MG2000汽油促进剂0.5‰。制备方法:1)按照配比称取烷基化汽油、石脑油、芳烃、碳烯烃与异辛烷,然后依次均匀混合,得到混合物A;2)在避光条件下,按照配比将MG2000汽油促进剂加入混合物A中混合均匀即可。该航空汽油解决了现有燃烧后产生大量PM2.5,污染环境产生雾霾的问题。

Description

环保节能航空汽油及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于汽油技术领域,具体涉及一种环保节能航空汽油及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前我国航空汽油生产厂家都添加以上两种物质来提高航空汽油辛烷值及抗爆指数。因为国内没有适用于高压缩比航空发动机的汽油,所以直接影响我国高压缩比的航空发动机的发展及生产。
现在国内生产的航空汽油主要组分是:催化裂解汽油并添加了适量的异丙苯、烷基化汽油、工业异辛烷、异丙烷和四乙基铅、MMT锰剂。这种航空汽油的缺点是四乙基铅及锰剂能有效的提高汽油辛烷值及抗爆指数,但它不能把芳烃、烯烃、C4至C12有效的组合到一起,所以燃烧效率低,有20%~30%的汽油组分没燃烧完就排出,所以使用四乙基铅的汽油,废气排放非常高,随着飞机尾气排放后会产生大量的PM2.5,造成环境污染,就是雾霾。
发明内容
本发明提出一种环保节能航空汽油,该航空汽油解决了现有燃烧后产生大量PM2.5,污染环境产生雾霾的问题。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种环保节能航空汽油,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分:
烷基化汽油35~42%、石脑油17~20%、芳烃20~25%、碳烯烃20~25%、异辛烷2~5%以及MG2000汽油促进剂0.5‰。
优选地,所述烷基化汽油为高度分支的异构烷烃。
优选地,所述碳烯烃为碳原子为五到十二的碳烯烃。
本发明中的MG2000汽油促进剂来自青岛涌泉石油有限公司,其是提升汽油辛烷值组合物,具体为中国专利申请201610526387公开的一种环保节能超级汽油促进剂。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种环保节能航空汽油的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照配比称取烷基化汽油、石脑油、芳烃、碳烯烃与异辛烷,然后依次均匀混合,得到混合物A;
2)在避光条件下,按照配比将MG2000汽油促进剂加入混合物A中混合均匀即可。
烷基化汽油能与其它组分形成正协同效应,且与抗爆剂协同性极好,混合后能够宽范围地提高汽油的动力;MG2000汽油促进剂,能将燃油系统的胶质、积碳沉积物分解成小颗粒,并融于燃油中一同燃烧掉,从而达到雾化燃烧充分、节省燃油、改善尾气排放的目的。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的环保节能航空汽油的马达法辛烷值达到75以上,属于高动力低辛烷值环保节能航空汽油;能够大幅度提升飞机发动机动力低蒸汽压低馏程,适用于各种活塞式航空发动机。
经中国石油大学国家重点实验室检测,本发明的航空汽油的诱导期达到3000min,超出国家航空用油诱导期1300min,超过两倍以上;本发明的航空汽油的硫含量5.2mg/kg,蒸汽压56.2/kpa,溶剂洗胶质含量达到0,苯含量0.4v%,锰含量0.00008g/L,铅含量为0,铁含量为0。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种环保节能航空汽油,包括以下组分:
烷基化汽油30公斤、石脑油20公斤、芳烃25公斤,C5~C8的碳烯烃20公斤、异辛烷4.95公斤与MG2000石油促进剂0.05公斤。烷基化汽油为高度分支的异构烷烃。
制备方法:
1)按照配比称取烷基化汽油、石脑油、芳烃、C5~C8的碳烯烃与异辛烷,然后依次均匀混合,得到混合物A;
2)在避光条件下,按照配比将MG2000汽油促进剂加入混合物A中混合均匀即可。
实施例2
一种环保节能航空汽油,包括以下组分:
烷基化汽油40公斤、石脑油15公斤、芳烃22公斤,C9~C12的碳烯烃20公斤、异辛烷2.95公斤与MG2000汽油促进剂0.05公斤。烷基化汽油为高度分支的异构烷烃。
制备方法:
1)按照配比称取烷基化汽油、石脑油、芳烃、C9~C12的碳烯烃与异辛烷,然后依次均匀混合,得到混合物A;
2)在避光条件下,按照配比将MG2000汽油促进剂加入混合物A中混合均匀即可。
实施例3
一种环保节能航空汽油,包括以下组分:
烷基化汽油36公斤、石脑油20公斤、芳烃20公斤,C9~C12碳烯烃20公斤、异辛烷3.95公斤与MG2000汽油促进剂0.05公斤。烷基化汽油为高度分支的异构烷烃。
制备方法:
1)按照配比称取烷基化汽油、石脑油、芳烃、C9~C12的碳烯烃与异辛烷,然后依次均匀混合,得到混合物A;
2)在避光条件下,按照配比将MG2000汽油促进剂加入混合物A中混合均匀即可。

1.一种环保节能航空汽油,其特征在于,按照重量百分数计算,包括以下组分:
烷基化汽油35~42%、石脑油17~20%、芳烃20~25%、碳烯烃20~25%、异辛烷2~5%以及MG2000汽油促进剂0.5‰。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保节能航空汽油,其特征在于,所述烷基化汽油为高度分支的异构烷烃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保节能航空汽油,其特征在于,所述碳烯烃为碳原子为五到十二的碳烯烃。
4.如权利要求1所述的环保节能航空汽油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)按照配比称取烷基化汽油、石脑油、芳烃、碳烯烃与异辛烷,然后依次均匀混合,得到混合物A;
2)在避光条件下,按照配比将MG2000汽油促进剂加入混合物A中混合均匀即可。
